인지된 근린환경요인이 지역주민들의 자전거이용만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 자전거이용 활성화를 위한 기초연구로 지역주민들이 인지하는 근린환경요인이 자전거이용만족도 에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 상주시를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 순위형 로짓모형을 이 용하여 인지된 근린환경요인과 자전거이용만족도의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 자전거도로의 질, 자전거 편의 시설의 질, 주요시설의 접근성, 자전거이용시 안전성, 가로환경의 다양성 등이 자전거이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 자전거 이용환경 설계 시 고려되어야 할 사항들을 제시하였다. As a basic research for revitalization of cycling that is emerging as a means of green transportation, this study aims to analyze the impact of neighbourhood environmental factor perceived by the local residents on cycling satisfaction as the concern for energy and environmental issues is increasing. For this, a survey was conducted through a questionnaire to the residents in Sangju-si and the impact of the perceived neighbourhood environmental factor to cycling satisfaction with ordered logit model was analyzed. The result showed that the factors such as quality of bicycle lane, quality of bicycle conveniences, accessibility of major conveniences, safety of cycling and amenity of street made a significant impact on cycling satisfaction. Based on such result, this study suggested the considerations to be made in designing a cycling environment.
지역주민들의 자전거이용에 영향을 미치는 근린환경 요인분석

This study aims to analyze the impact of neighbourhood environmental factor on the local residents’ use of bicycle in order to revitalize the use of bicycle that is emerging as a means of eco-friendly and healthy transportation along with the increase of interest in urban environment, energy and heath. For this study, a survey was conducted through a questionnaire to the residents in Changwon-si and, based on this survey, this study analyzed the perceived neighbourhood environmental factors that influence the satisfaction level of using bicycle and the factors that influence the bicycle use behavior. The result of analysis showed that the satisfaction level of using bicycle was influenced by 4 factors such as quality of bikeway, quality of conveniences for bicycle, accessibility of major conveniences and variety of street environment. As for the bicycle use behavior, the closer the distance between home and school or work, the higher the possibility to use bicycle for commuting. Especially, in case the distance to a bikeway is less than 100m, the probability of commuting by bicycle increases by 1.6%, which showed that the accessibility of bikeway would be acting as an important factor to revitalize public’s commuting by bicycle. As for exercise and leisure activities, the perceived neighbourhood environmental factors such as quality of bikeway, quality of conveniences for bicycle, accessibility of major conveniences and variety of street environment have an influence on the use of bicycle for exercise and leisure activities by the midium of the satisfaction level of using bicycle. It is expected that such results can be helpful in future to establish a direction and ground for designing a bike-friendly urban environment.
OBP(On-Board Processing)위성의 복합 서비스를 위한 채널 다중접속 방A식에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 요구할당 다중접속 방식을 사용하는 패킷 위성통신에서 스팟빔 스위칭 능력과 신호처리 능력을 가진 위성체의 특정 관찰하는 하향링크 출력포트에 초점을 두어 시스템의 처리량(Throughput)과 블록킹 확률(Blocking Probability) 그리고 전송지연(Delay)을 요구트래픽과 채널의 서비스종료 확률에 따라 분석하였다. 수학적 검증과 시뮬레이션을 통해 각 채널 서비스종료 확률에 따라 전송지연 대 처리량 곡선을 요구트래픽 파라미터 함수로 구하였으며, 처리량에 따른 전송지연을 알 수 있게 되었다.

‘Self-Sufficiency Sites’ were introduced in 1995 to create jobs and stimulate economic activity. Although the Self-Sufficiency Sites were implemented across 56 residential development projects in Gyeonggi Province covering 8km2, their usage rate still remains very poor. It is crucial that these Sites are managed systematically if they aim to complement the metropolitan population by creating job opportunities and establishing workplaces close in proximity with residential areas. A concrete plan much like the ‘Pangyo Techno-valley’ is necessary to the success of Self-Sufficiency Sites. Furthermore, mitigation factors that hinder the use of these Sites must be managed with considerations to newtown or surrounding areas. We must clearly define the function and role of the Self-Sufficiency Site. Establishing a consultative group consisting of regional officials and project operators to discuss the effective use of the Self-Sufficiency Sites in light of their local conditions is recommended. Also, the location and management of how industrial facilities are used are the key factors to promote industrial complexes and Self-Sufficiency Sites.
