습식방사 된 PVDF 섬유의 후 처리를 통한 결정구조의 변화

PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride) 섬유는 습식방사방법을 적용하여 제조하였다. PVDF 분자 내 압전 특성과 밀접한 관련을 갖는 β형태의 결정 함량을 높이기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 습식방사 된 섬유에 1단계 연신, 2단계 어닐링 공정으로 구성하여 후 처리를 도입하였다. 후 처리는 PVDF 고분자의 유리전이 온도(Tg)와 용융온도(Tm) 사이의 온도범위에서 진행하여, 최대의 β형태 결정을 생성 할 수 있는 열처리 조건을 최적화 하였다. 제조된 PVDF 섬유 내 분자 배향 특성과 결정 구조를 확인하기 위하여 적외선 분광 광도계(FT-IR)와 X선 회절 분석기(XRD)를 이용하여 분석하였으며, 전자현미경(SEM)을 통하여 섬유의 표면을 관찰하여 섬유의 평균직경을 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 후 처리 공정이 PVDF 결정 구조의 영향을 미치며, β형태의 결정 비율을 증가시킨다는 것을 확인하였다. 더불어 β형태 결정 향상으로 인해 기계적 강도가 증가되었으며, 압전 특성 향상까지 기대할 수 있었다. The PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) fibers were prepared using the wet spinning processing. To improve β-phase crystalline which closely related piezoelectric property PVDF wet spun fibers conducted post treatment. Post treatment is consisted of heat stretching and annealing process. The heat stretching and annealing conditions were controlled by changing temperature between glass transition temperature and melting temperature. From these experimental data, the resulting crystal structure of the β-phase crystalline was confirmed by FT-IR and XRD experiments. From these analysis results, optimum stretching and annealing conditions of the wet spun PVDF fibers were founded to increase high β-phase crystalline. Furthermore results showed that thermal processing had a direct effect on modifying the crystalline microstructure and also confirmed that heat stretching and annealing could increase the degree of crystallinity and β-phase crystalline. Finally, piezoelectric constant (d11) of the post heat treated PVDF fibers reinforced composite were measured to investigate the feasibility for the sensing materials.

Objectives: Employee exposure record refers to a record containing information about environmental(workplace) monitoring or measuring of a toxic substance or harmful physical agent. The aims of this study were to examine problems related to exposure records and provide some amendments to the Korean Industrial Safety & Health Act for the effective management of chemical substances under the law. Methods: This study performed a literature search and review on legal provisions related to exposure records of a number of different countries, including Korea, the USA, Japan, EU, Germany, and the UK. They were compared and investigated and the amendment of articles was suggested. Results: The results of this study were provided as suggested amendments to the related act. There were a variety of ways of improvement, including a 30-year retention period and the introduction of new access methods, contents, transfer, and maintenance methods. All exposure data elements have to be standardized, including reference to a similar exposure group(SEG), sampling strategy, and circumstances of exposure(e.g., date, shift length, use of personal protective equipment, etc.). The SEGs are described by process, job, task, and environmental agent. Conclusions: This study is expected to provide for the amendment of the related act in order to ensure effective management of exposure records and is helpful for solving the cause and result of occupational disease by keeping exposure records according to the Industrial Safety & Health Act.
혼성 체육수업의 성차별 요인이 학생들의 잠재적 태도성향에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to the effect of gender discrimination felt by students in cosex physical education classes on student subconscious attitudes. To this end, Cluster Random Sampling was used to set up the population with middle and high school students in Kyunggi-do. The survey tool was questionnaire and Collected data hereof were analyzed by one way ANOVA analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS WIN Ver 11.0. The aforementioned method and procedure led this research to the conclusion as follows. Firstly, First, there were significant differences in sex discrimination according to individual student characteristics. Male students felt sex discrimination more than their female counterparts and the level of ability, students with lower ability felt more discrimination than those with higher ability. Second, there were significant differences in student subconscious attitudes according to individual student characteristics. Male students' subconscious attitudes were more affected, compared with that of female students and the level of ability, the subconscious attitudes of students with academic performances above average were more affected. Third, even gender discrimination factors were a significant influence upon students' subconscious attitude, partially uneffective student' subconscious attitude factors were interact others.

환경문제가 대두되면서 이미 선진국의 바이오 플라스틱 공급업체들은 소비자의 관심과 재활용 규제가 친환경 포장재 등의 수요를 불러일으킬 것으로 전망하였다. 이러한 수요에 대응하기 위해 옥수수와 같은 식물체를 활용해 만든 여러 형태의 바이오 플라스틱을 출시해 왔으며, 국내 업체들에서도 점차 이에 대한 관심을 높여가고 있다. 점차 강화되고 있는 폐기물 부담금과 불안정한 국제 유가를 고려할 때, 바이오 플라스틱은 소비자들의 친환경 제품에 대한 관심과 연결되어 국내 플라스틱 산업의 새로운 활로가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이를 위해서는 비교적 초기단계에 있는 국내 친환경 바이오 플라스틱 기술에 대해 기업과 대학에서 활발한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다. 빠르면 2-3년 내에 기존 생분해 플라스틱 이외에 바이오 베이스 및 산화생분해 플라스틱을 주원료로 한 식품용기 및 포장재, 산업용품, 농업용품, 일회용품, 산업용랩, 스트래치 필름 및 각종 상품용 제품이 실용화되고, 장기적으로는 생체 의료용제 등과 같은 첨단의 고부가 생명 공학기술을 응용한 다양한 종류의 환경 친화제품의 출시가 예상되며, 향후 바이오 플라스틱 산업은 시장 잠재력과 성장성이 무한한 환경 관련 사업으로 평가된다. As environmental issues are emerging, bio-plastic suppliers in leading countries have been foreseeing the strong needs for environment-friendly materials such as eco-packing materials due to increased attention and regulation on recycle. To catch up with the demand, various types of bio-plastics based on natural feedstocks were developed and released on a market. These bio-plastic products drew the great attention even in domestic industries. At present, international oil price fluctuation and heavy charge on waste raise the unit cost of production and disposal expense of conventional plastic materials. These conditions make bio-plastic an alternative, because it is not restrained by oil prices and problem in the disposal. It is also expected that bio-plastic will be applied to various types of products including containers, industrial supplies, disposables, and medical supplies. However, the bio-plastic is still in its infancy, thus more research and understanding should be followed to put it to application. Bio-plastic is considered as environment-friendly material with high potential which has the advantages of production and disposal.
한국에서 갈색지빠귀(Turdus feae)와 대륙점지빠귀(Turdus viscivorus)의 첫 관찰기록 보고

인천광역시 옹진군 소청도에서 국내 미기록 지빠귀과 Turdus feae 1개체와 T. viscivorus 1개체가 각각 2016년 5월 26일과 2020년 11월 21일에 관찰되었다. 이는 국내에서 T. feae와 T. viscivorus의 최초 기록이며, 두 종의 국명을 각각 ‘갈색지빠귀’와 ‘대륙점지빠귀’로 명명한다. A Grey-sided Thrush (Turdus feae) and a Mistle Thrush (T. viscivorus) were observed in the Socheong Island on May 26, 2016, and November 21, 2020, respectively. These are the first records of both species in Korea.
