        U-City 서비스에 대한 수요자의 선호도 분석 연구

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is analyze the preference of consumers to the ubiquitous city service. By analyzing the preference of the consumer, it can establish the scope and detail service for Ubiquitous City. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The research methods is a survey analysis. The data for this analysis were collect from the questionnaire. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this survey, service standardization should be supplemented In some part. In order of prioritizing U-City services are Transportation service, Health service, and Leisure & Tourism service. Job cruit service and Green Environment service are not familiar to the customer. U-city technology and infra standard should be explored and combined with service standard classification from whole viewpoint of nation and enterprise. 2. RESULTS This study offers alternatives to improve the U-City service contents in Korea. Service standardization should be supplemented in some part.         이주대책으로 시행된 아파트건설용지 공급의 개선방안에 관한 연구

        기존 이주대책은 공익사업법상의 이주정착지 조성, 택지나 아파트 공급, 이주정착금 지급 중 택일을 하는 단순한 형태로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 이주대책은 재정착에 많은 비용을 초래하여 이주자들이 수분양권을 제3자에게 매도하는 사태를 초래하였고, 부동산경기의 악화와 이주자들의 저항으로 인하여 새로운 이주대책이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 행정복합도 시건설사업에서는 국내최초로 비용을 절약하기 위하여 이주대책으로 아파트 건설용지를 추가로 공급하였다 그러나 아파트 건설용지를 공급받고 아파트를 건축하여 분양받기 위한 방법으로 주택법에 의한 주택조합과 지주공동사업이 있으나, 주택법상 조합은 이주자들이 선택하기가 불가하고, 지주공동사업은 가압류ㆍ압류의 문제와 의사결정의 문제가 있어 현실적으로 어렵다. 이에 대한 개선방안으로 본 연구에서는 이주자조합제도를 도입할 것을 제시하였다. 또한 사업시행자는 이주민이 공익사업을 같이 만들어가는 파트너이며, 이들의 생존을 배려하는 것이 곧 성공적인 공익사업을 완수하는 지름길이라는 점을 인식하고 진정으로 이주민을 위한 이주대책이 수립ㆍ시행되도록 다양한 노력을 기울여야 한다. The existing measures for migrating inhabitants take a simple form of selecting any one of the measures such as establishment of a migration settlement, provision of housing sites or apartment buildings, payment of a resettlement stipend for migrants. Such measures, however, have been causing high expenses for resettlement, which resulted in selling off the migrant's right to ownership of a parcel of land to a third party, and necessitated new migration measures due to deteriorating real estate market and migrants' resistance, for example, adoption of an unprecedented measure in Korea, i.e., provision of construction sites for apartment buildings in the administrative-complex city construction project. Under the Housing Act, however, although there are housing cooperatives and joint development projects conducted by land owners and building contractors in order to receive a construction site for apartment buildings, and thereafter build apartment buildings and for a migrant to acquire the ownership of an apartment, migrants are unable to select the method of housing cooperatives under the Housing Act, and the said joint development project is far from realistic because of the problems surrounding provisional attachment/seizure and decision-making. To improve and solve the above problems, this study has suggested adoption of a migrant-association system. On the other hand, project operators shall realize that migrants are their business partners in promoting the public interest projects concerned and that being considerate of migrants' interest is the shortcut to successful fulfillment of the projects, and therefore they should left no stone unturned in their efforts to establish/enforce truly effective measures for migrating inhabitants.

        영동신시가지의 개발과 성장에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the change of the main and growth of the total number of floors, the use, and the total floor area of buildings in YoungDong New Town from 1970 to 2004. Research reveal어 that since 1970, housing use and commercial use had high levels of continued development for 15 and 25 years, respectively. However, business use was found to have developed highly much later in 1990 to the present, and only after housing and commercial uses were well underway. In other words, the latter two were highly developing in the first half of the period of advancement, whereas the former began to ghly develop in the latter half. These pattems were found to be similar to those in other countries. Therefore, it is possible to apply this research to the development of other new towns.

        개별공시지가 제도의 개선방안에 관한 연구

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study is aim to research and analyze decisional and systematic problems of the officially assessed individual land price system. It has functions such as base price of land market, the center of all land-related systems. It is concerned to analyze systematically and evaluate the causes and contents of the grievance and petitions about the official land price. This research is aiming at finding out the problems with the public grievances and based on this, to find the core solution for making a reasonable official land price system. (2) RESEARCH METHOD As for the methodology of this dissertation, a database is made based on the opinions and petitions directly submitted by the citizens for 3 years from 2007 to 2009 within Kwangjin gu District of Seoul Metropolitan City. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS First of all, people try to petition for personal interest. It is not based on realistic own reasons. Second is that there is different ratio for accepting of petition. Third is that problem of petition result. Others are need more flexible time schedule to have right plan and it has unbalanced ratio to compare with other district. 2. RESULTS The conclusion of this study proposes policy plans such as active communication to the citizens about the purposes and utilization of the Officially Assessed Individual Land Prices. And also, roles of the Real Estate Appraisal Commission is maintain the proper balance between the demand of citizens and the objective land Prices, verification of responsibility of appraisers, adjustment of the period permitting opinion and claim submittal.

        대기행렬 모형을 활용한 시공단계 BIM 코디네이터 업무 성과 분석

        This study focuses on the BIM request for information(RFI) processing performance and quantitatively analyzes the performance of the BIM coordinator and the loss due to the waiting of the project participants. For these purposes, a method to quantitatively evaluate the performance of the BIM coordinator was proposed using a queueing model. For the verification, two projects in which BIM was applied in the construction phase were selected, and the BIM RFI data were collected through the analysis of the BIM monthly report and BIM coordinator work log of each project. In addition, the BIM input personnel, labor cost, and productivity data were collected through interviews with the experts of the case projects. The analysis of the BIM RFI processing performance of the BIM coordinator using the queueing model exhibited on a probabilistic basis that the waiting status of the project participants could vary depending on the preliminary BIM application to the design verification as well as the input number and level of the BIM coordinator personnel. In addition, the loss cost due to the waiting of the project participants was analyzed using the number of BIM RFIs waiting to be processed in the queueing system. Finally, the economic feasibility analysis for the optimal BIM coordinator input was performed considering the loss cost. The results of this study can be used to make decisions about the optimal BIM coordinator input and can provide grounds for the BIM return on investment (ROI) analysis considering the waiting cost of the project participants.

        설계 정보 전달 체계 개선을 위한 실시설계단계 3D BIM 기반 도면화 사례 분석

        In the realm of domestic design, the use of 2D CAD for creating design information has long been a major contributor to subpar design quality. The advent of Building Information Modeling (BIM) has prompted numerous efforts to enhance the process of delivering design information. Yet, many of these studies have overlooked the critical shift to a 3D BIM-based design process and production method. One of the most significant challenges in the design stage has been ensuring the integrity of design drawings. This study seeks to address this challenge by exploring a 3D BIM model-based documentation approach. To do so, an analysis of construction documents derived from 3D BIM models was conducted, breaking them down into sheets and views. For this analysis, a dataset comprising 298 sheets in the architectural field and 143 sheets in the structural field were collected as research data. Initially, these construction documents were categorized into two groups: those generated based on 3D BIM and those based on 2D CAD. Then the types of views extracted from the 3D BIM model across each sheet were meticulously examined and cataloged. These findings revealed that in architectural construction documents, a total of 481 views were employed across 214 sheets created from 3D BIM models. Similarly, in structural construction documents, a total of 252 views were employed across 107 sheets created from 3D BIM models. Importantly, these views contain design information that automatically adjusts as the 3D BIM model evolves. The outcomes of this study hold potential not only for enhancing the consistency of design information but also as foundational data for further research into BIM data composition, templates, and library development for documentation, considering the specific characteristics of different facilities.

        안전도시 모델의 평가지표에 관한 연구

        코로나 19 이후 도시 안전에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 여러 기관에서 도시의 안전성을 평가하는 지표가 개발되어 활용되고 있다. 용산구는 2021년 사회안전지수 평가에서 1위로 선정되어 한국에서 가장 안전한 도시로 선정되었으나, 2022년 이태원 참사로 인해, 많은 인명 피해가 발생하기도 하였다. 이것은 도시의 안전을 평가하는 지표가 담지 못하는 영역이 있으며, 이에 대한 연구가 필요함을 의미한다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 ‧ 외 안전도시 모델을 살펴보고 이를 통해 각 모델의 차이점과 안전도시를 평가할 때 사용되는 지표를 검토하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서 11개 안전도시 모델을 수집하고 각 평가지표를 분석한 결과, 안전도시 모델은 세계보건기구의 국제안전도시와 유엔재해경감기구의 국제안전도시와 같이 기관에서 인증을 하는 “프로그램 기반의 안전도시 모델”과, 기관별 안전 관련 평가지표의 점수에 의해서 안전도시 순위 및 등급이 결정되는 “점수기반의 안전도시 모델”로 분류할 수 있으며, 안전한 도시가 되기 위해서는 이 두 가지 모델이 상호 보완적으로 활용될 때 도시 안전을 위협하는 제반 요소를 전방위적으로 대응할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 안전에 대한 위협이 다양해짐을 고려해볼 때 안전도시를 평가할 때 디지털 보안, 보건 안전, 인프라 안전, 개인 안전, 환경 안전, 교통 안전, 화재 안전, 범죄 안전, 생활안전, 자살, 감염병 등을 종합적으로 고려하는 것이 타당하는 결론을 얻었다. As interest in urban safety has increased since COVID-19, various institutions have developed and used indicators that evaluate the safety city model. Yongsan-gu was ranked No. 1 in 2021 by Social Safety Index evaluation and was selected as the safest city in Korea. However, the Itaewon disaster in Yongsan-gu in 2022 caused many casualties. The study of indicators for evaluating cities’ safety was necessary. This study aims to examine domestic and foreign safe city models and review the differences between each model and the indicators used to evaluate safe cities. As a result of collecting 11 safe city models and analyzing each evaluation index, safe city models can be classified into program-based safe city models, such as the World Health Organization’s International safe community and the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction’s International Safe city. Considering the diversification of threats to safety, it is reasonable to comprehensively consider digital security, health safety, infrastructure safety, personal safety, environmental safety, traffic safety, fire safety, crime safety, life safety, suicide, and infectious diseases when evaluating safe cities as evaluation parameters.

        BIM 원격 교육 콘텐츠 평가 및 학습자 만족도 분석

        Along with the governments BIM activation policy, the demand for BIM education is increasing. Due to COVID-19, the BIM education environment is also rapidly changing to a non-face-to-face method based on digital technology. This study presented a BIM learning objective classification scheme based on Blooms digital taxonomy. Using this classification scheme, content analysis was performed on the learning modules of four BIM subjects. Content analysis included learning objectives and content, activity tools, lecture time, and amount of lecture notes. To analyze learning objectives, online recorded contents, lecture notes, lesson plans, and course plans provided through LMS were referred to. In addition, the results of the lecture evaluation and content satisfaction survey of learners in each subject were analyzed. By synthesizing the learning goal analysis and learner satisfaction analysis results of BIM subjects, constructive implications for distance education and BIM education were presented.

        기술수용모델 기반 건축·도시 분야 융복합 교육의 수용의도에 관한 조사

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance intention of education for effective convergence of education trainees using technical acceptance model(TAM) and Structural Equation Modeling Approach(SEM). The order of study was set research model and studies were conducted a study to verify that research model fit. Through previous research, Innovativeness of the respondents, subjective norms of the respondents, the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and the convergence of education also accommodate five factors were derived and it was set according to the TAM seven hypotheses. This study was conducted a survey of the Cyber University Students. The survey was composed of five factors and twenty detail factors. A total of 244 parts of the survey results were derived through. The results of this study is as follows; Education subjective norm, level of Acceptance-intention, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness are identified as affecting. As a result, the Architecture and Urban area convergence education it is important to show the orientation to be useful in a commercial environment. The result is indicating that the need to focus on any part of the Architecture and Urban area convergence educational opportunities.
