        현대 중국 복식에 나타난 한(汉)민족 복식 부흥 현상의 특성 및 의미 -2012년부터 2019년까지 중국 브랜드 컬렉션을 중심으로-

        최근 각 나라는 민속 복식에 대한 관심이 증가하고 과거 양식을 재창조하려는 복고주의 경향이 강하게 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중국 전통 한복의 특성과 요소를 접목한 현대 컬렉션의 한복을 분석하고 현대 중국 복식에 나타난 한복 부흥 현상의 특성과 의미 파악을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 문헌 고찰과 이를 바탕으로 한 실질적인 사례 분석으로 진행하였다. 먼저 문헌 고찰은 국내·국외의 선행연구를 통해 중국 한복의 기원과 발전에 대해 알아보고, 시대별 한복의 특징을 분석하였다. 다음으로 전통 한복 요소를 기준으로 현대 중국 컬렉션 사례 분석을 통해 한민족 복식 부흥 현상의 의미를 도출하였다. 그 결과 전통적인 진보성, 민족적인 문화 부흥성, 현대적인 미래지향성의 3가지로 귀결되었다. 본 연구를 통해 중국 한 민족 복식의 발전 방향성 제시 및 각 나라의 전통 복식의 새로운 부흥과 발전에 대한 다양한 후속 연구가 계속되기를 바라는 바이다. TIn recent years, there has been an increasing interest in folk costumes in various countries, and the tendency of reconstructing the past has become increasingly strong. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese han clothing and the combination of elements of modern clothing series of Chinese han clothing, to grasp the characteristics and significance of the phenomenon of Chinese han clothing revival in modern Chinese clothing. The method of this study is based on literature review and substantial case analysis. First of all, through domestic and foreign studies, we can understand the origin and development of Chinese han clothing and analyze the characteristics of Chinese han clothing in different times. Secondly, based on the elements of traditional Chinese han clothing, through analyzing the examples of modern Chinese clothing, the significance of the Renaissance of Chinese han clothing is obtained. The results can be summarized into three aspects: traditional progressiveness, national culture revival and modern future orientation. Through this study, I hope to continue to put forward the development direction of a national costume in China, as well as various follow-up studies on the new revival and development of traditional costume in various countries.

        현대 패션에 나타난 젠더리스 경향

        본 연구의 목적은 먼저 유니섹스와는 그 개념과 차원이 다른 젠더리스 개념을 알아보고, 현대 패션에서 젠더리스 복식의 경향을 파악하며 그 특성을 살펴봄으로써 현대 패션에서 나타나는 젠더리스 복식을 통해 현대 패션에 나타난 젠더리스 경향과 특징을 짚어보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 국내·외 문헌, 패션 웹사이트를 통해 이론적 고찰과 컬렉션 사례 분석을 진행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현대 컬렉션에서 젠더리스 성향이 강한 디자인을 분석하여 컬렉션에 표현된 젠더리스 복식의 특성을 도출하였다. 그 결과 현대 컬렉션에 나타난 젠더리스 패션의 특성으로 혁신성, 반항성, 미래 지향성의 세 가지를 도출할 수 있었다. 또한, 현대의 젠더리스 패션은 단순히 생리적인 성별에 따른 패션이 아나라 정신적 성별과 생리적인 성별에 대한 다양한 욕구를 내포함으로써 이는 성의 구분이 모호해지는 현재의 사회적 현상과 서로 상호작용하여 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 하나의 문화 현상과 유행이 된 젠더리스 패션를 이해하고 연구하고자 한 본 연구를 기반으로 앞으로 향후 젠더리스 복식과 관련한 많은 후속 연구가 진행되기를 바라는 바이다. The purpose of this study was to first look at genderless concepts that are different from Unix, and by grasping the trend of genderless clothes in modern fashion and examining their characteristics, we looked at genderless trends and characteristics in modern fashion. To this end, this study conducted a theoretical review and collection case analysis through domestic and foreign literature and fashion websites. Based on this, the characteristics of genderless clothes expressed in the collection were derived by analyzing designs with strong genderless tendencies in modern collections. As a result of the study, genderless fashion in modern collections could be derived from three visible results: innovation, rebellion, and future-oriented. In addition, modern genderless fashion contains various needs for mental gender and physiological gender, not simply physiological gender, and this is seen by interacting with the current social phenomenon in which gender distinction becomes ambiguous. Understanding and studying the genderless phenomenon, which has become a cultural phenomenon and popularity, hopes that many follow-up studies related to genderless clothes will be conducted in the future.

        중국 패션라이프스타일에 따른 젠더리스 패션 인지도, 구매의도, 한류문화 인식의 차이 분석 -상하이 20대~30대 남녀를 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 중국 20~30대 소비자들의 패션라이프스 타일을 분석하고, 패션라이프스타일 유형에 따른 젠더리스 패 션의 인지도와 구매 의도, 그리고 한류 문화(대중문화, 한국어, 한국 여행 등에 관한 관심)에 대한 패션라이프스타일 집단별 인식의 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 젠더리스 복식에 대한 중국 상해지역 20~30대 남녀소비자를 대상으로 온라인 서베이를 실시하였으며, SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 요인분석과 신 뢰도검증, 군집분석, 일원분산분석(ANOVA), 그리고 t 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 중국 20~30대 남녀소비자의 패션 라이프스타일은 이성적 패션추구집단, 합리적 패션추구집단, 패션 무관심집단, 패션 관심추구집단 4개 집단으로 유형화되 었다. 둘째, 집단별 젠더리스 인지도, 구매의도, 한류문화의 인 식 차이는 이성적 패션추구집단과 패션 관심추구집단이 모두 높은 수준을 나타냈고, 합리적 패션추구집단과 패션 무관심집 단은 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 셋째, 젠더리스 패션 구매경험 이 있는 사람들이 없는 사람보다 구매 의도의 수준이 높은 것 으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국 젠더리스 패션 브랜드 와 디자이너에게 중국 시장을 겨냥한 마케팅 전략 수립에 기 초자료를 제공할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the fashion lifest yle of consumers in their 20s and 30s in China, and to anal yze the difference in perception of fashion lifestyle groups about genderless fashion awareness and purchase intentio n according to fashion lifestyle types, and Hallyu culture (interest in popular culture, Korean, and Korean travel). R esearch method of this study, an online survey was condu cted for male and female consumers in their 20s and 30s in Shanghai, China, and and factor analysis, reliability veri fication, cluster analysis, One-way ANOVA and t-verifica tion were performed using SPSS 21.0. First, the fashion lif estyle of consumers in their 20s and 30s in China was cat egorized into four groups: rational fashion pursuit group, reasonable fashion pursuit group, fashion indifference grou p, and fashion interest pursuit group. Second, the differenc e in genderless awareness, purchase intention, and percept ion of Hallyu culture by group was high in both the ration al fashion pursuit group and the fashion interest pursuit g roup, while the the fashion indifference group and reasona ble fashion pursuit group was low. Third, it was found that people with purchase experience had a higher level of purchase intention than those without it. The results of thi s study can provide Korean genderless fashion brands and designers with basic data for establishing marketing strat egies aimed at the Chinese market.

        초고층건축을 위한 글로벌 설계ㆍ엔지니어링사 모델 구축

        While the construction industry in Korea has grown internationally competitive in overseas markets, architectural design & engineering(A/E) have recently been losing to foreign in areas such as super tall building even in the domestic market, and urgently need more competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to develop the global A/E firm model for preparing globalization strategy of A/E firms in Korea. Suggested global A/E firm model can be summarized as vision & strategy development by means of studying the in and out A/E industry circumstances and strategy, and business organizational system development by component business model method. The derived model can be used as a guideline by a firm in creating a business management strategy for expanding to the super tall building design market in and out of korea, and also applied to benchmarking tool for its business and organizational structure.

        Paradigm Shift in Main Contractor-Subcontractor Partnerships with an e-Procurement Framework

        Subcontractors play an important role in the successful completion of construction projects. Recent changes within the business environment have shifted subcontracting toward a more advanced principal of partnership: between a main contractor and their subcontractors. While many studies have revealed a variety of factors that enhance partnerships, practical research about building a long-term systematic partnership between such main contractors and subcontractors is almost nonexistent. This research presents a paradigm shift in main contractor-subcontractor partnerships. It identifies 7 partnering elements - subcontracting strategy, performance improvement, process innovation, information sharing, cooperation in collaboration, standardization of selection, and feedback of evaluation - from literature reviews, and presents feedback and analysis from surveys and interviews. The results confirmed that both main contractors and subcontractors recognized that these elements were important to partnering, but that they were lacking in current execution. It also suggests the developing of a framework for an e-procurement system that applies a strategic-partnership philosophy to help improve the subcontracting processes of strategy, bidding, evaluation, and management. The results of this study may be applicable as a reference to aid development in creating realistic guidelines for the purpose of enhancing the overall effectiveness of the construction industry by improving main contractor-subcontractor partnerships.

        Managing Concrete Crack Information through Correction of the Slab Rebar Arrangement based on Six Sigma

        The Six Sigma principle is a set of techniques and tools for measuring the defect rate in a process. It seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects. It has a significant advantage in quality improvement and can evaluate the process capability and statistical quality control. Since it was introduced in the 1980s, it has spread to almost all industries. However, it was not effective in the construction industry, where it was completed onsite by personnel rather than in a factory by machines. Therefore, few studies have been conducted on its application in the construction industry. This study was conducted to control slab cracks in the framework in the construction stage through the application of the Six Sigma principle. Using the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) methodology, the study was conducted after the “Critical To Quality” (CTQ) was defined to improve the accuracy of the slab rebar arrangement. The Big Ys from the CTQ were defined as the covering depth deviation (Y1) and the rebar spacing deviation (Y2). In four sample projects, five potential causes of the Y1 and Y2 were identified in four areas, and corresponding improvement and validation methods were proposed. Then six solutions were abstracted, and their corresponding manual, checklist, and slab control plan were prepared. The validation was carried out through two projects, both with high achievements, with the application of the Six Sigma principle. The authors believe this paper offers valuable insights on how the Six Sigma principle can be effectively applied to the construction industry.
