        폐교시설 활용 유형 분석을 통한 공간 리노베이션 계획

        퍠교시설이 된 학교 시설의 대부분이 공공 미디어 및 비용 절감의 효과를 갖춘 인프라로써 활용이 가능하지만, 기존의 시설을 그대로 활용-단순히 판매 또는 임대-되기에는 효율성이 저하되기 때문에 이에 대한 효과적인 활용이 필 요한 상황이다. 중장기적인 안목에서 공간 계획을 방향을 제대로 수립하지 못하면 폐교된 학교 시설은 제대로된 활용 이 불가능하기 때문에 폐쇄에 관한 특정 모듈을 인지한 공간적 특성을 감안한 계획이 수립되어져야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 특성을 감안하여 공간 활용도를 최대화시키고, 공간을 분할하고 개조하는 방안을 제안하면서, 폐쇄 시설의 재활용 공간으로 학습 경험 시설에 대한 내용을 제시하고자 한다. Most of the closed school facility is equipped with the infrastructure as a public media and the effect of cost savings, but expect that to take advantage of the existing facilities simply sell or lease has been managed through efficient recycling and efficient closure situation space utilization measures are insufficient without the mid- and long-term measures spatial planning seeks direction for. Closure can maximize space utilization when there is a spatial nature of certain modules and extensions are easy to divide the space and do the remodeling. The purpose of this study is to be used as a reference to adjust the learning experience for future recycling space closure.

        신 협력관계를 위한 BSC기반의 외주 협력업체 평가시스템

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the subcontractor evaluation system model based on BSC (Balanced Scorecard) for supporting new partnership theory that structuring construction SCM (supply chain management) to increase collaboration relationship with main contractor and subcontractor. Study on the existing research materials made it possible to set the problems of current subcontractor management system in procurement and construction stage, new partnership theory is deduced to settle these problems. The existing evaluation system for subcontractor selection and continuous management and new evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard are compared to verify the possibility of application by the method of face-to-face interview and t-test verification. And subcontractor management vision and strategy, evaluation index based on Balanced Scorecard are studied for the structuring of subcontractor evaluation system model with management system model.

        The purpose of this study is to construct optimum Project Management System(PMS) for the effective accomplishment of Turn-Key & CM based Major construction focused on Project Manager. Through this research, as a theoretical approach, construction management process has been analyzed and basic model has been suggested for structuring PMS. And, this study is concentrated on the project management plan and control system to develop structuring method and process of PMS for Major Construction Project of nations.

        Paradigm Shift in Main Contractor-Subcontractor Partnerships with an e-Procurement Framework

        Subcontractors play an important role in the successful completion of construction projects. Recent changes within the business environment have shifted subcontracting toward a more advanced principal of partnership: between a main contractor and their subcontractors. While many studies have revealed a variety of factors that enhance partnerships, practical research about building a long-term systematic partnership between such main contractors and subcontractors is almost nonexistent. This research presents a paradigm shift in main contractor-subcontractor partnerships. It identifies 7 partnering elements - subcontracting strategy, performance improvement, process innovation, information sharing, cooperation in collaboration, standardization of selection, and feedback of evaluation - from literature reviews, and presents feedback and analysis from surveys and interviews. The results confirmed that both main contractors and subcontractors recognized that these elements were important to partnering, but that they were lacking in current execution. It also suggests the developing of a framework for an e-procurement system that applies a strategic-partnership philosophy to help improve the subcontracting processes of strategy, bidding, evaluation, and management. The results of this study may be applicable as a reference to aid development in creating realistic guidelines for the purpose of enhancing the overall effectiveness of the construction industry by improving main contractor-subcontractor partnerships.

        消費者 受容度 調査를 통한 디지털홈 서비스 推進方向

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumers receptivity of digital home service and to establish the direction of service providing for the purpose of contractor's strategic sales marketing planning. Study on the existing research materials and governmental policies on the digital home service made it possible to set the research direction, the face-to-face interview by structured questionnaire is accomplished to understand reception status of digital home service concept and attraction of individual service package. The developed raw material was relatively analyzed to classify the consumer life-style group and the purchasing power group. The analysis results was elicited by the form of consumers receptivity index and digital home business strategy. These study results will play an important role in the development of detail digital home service provision strategy plan and the classification of service package to the plus-option sales marketing of new apartment house.

        Managing Concrete Crack Information through Correction of the Slab Rebar Arrangement based on Six Sigma

        The Six Sigma principle is a set of techniques and tools for measuring the defect rate in a process. It seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects. It has a significant advantage in quality improvement and can evaluate the process capability and statistical quality control. Since it was introduced in the 1980s, it has spread to almost all industries. However, it was not effective in the construction industry, where it was completed onsite by personnel rather than in a factory by machines. Therefore, few studies have been conducted on its application in the construction industry. This study was conducted to control slab cracks in the framework in the construction stage through the application of the Six Sigma principle. Using the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) methodology, the study was conducted after the “Critical To Quality” (CTQ) was defined to improve the accuracy of the slab rebar arrangement. The Big Ys from the CTQ were defined as the covering depth deviation (Y1) and the rebar spacing deviation (Y2). In four sample projects, five potential causes of the Y1 and Y2 were identified in four areas, and corresponding improvement and validation methods were proposed. Then six solutions were abstracted, and their corresponding manual, checklist, and slab control plan were prepared. The validation was carried out through two projects, both with high achievements, with the application of the Six Sigma principle. The authors believe this paper offers valuable insights on how the Six Sigma principle can be effectively applied to the construction industry.

      • BIM 교육을 위한 u-Learning System 구축방안

        Recently, construction industry has adopted BIM very rapidly. However, adoption of BIM or 3D drawing means a lot of time and labors are needed to develop the 3D model, also all participants in the project have to familiar with 3D tools. Internationally, adequate BIM training is recognized as the most challenging area, but in domestic BIM education is rely on BIM tool vendor’s instruction education or related seminar. This research suggest the case study of the development of the 1st private BIM u-learning system in Korea, analyzing the structure of overall system and services at present, current issues, and development plan.
