액상침투법을 이용한 $Al_2O_3/TZP$ 복합체의 제조 및 특성

다공성 알루미나 소결체내부로 3Y-TZP 및 12Ce-TZP 전구체를 각각 액상침투시킴으로써 2종류의 $Al_2O_3/TZP$복합체를 제조하였다. 소량의 (~11.0 wt%) TZP의 첨가는 Al2O3소결체 ($1600^{\circ}C$, 2시간)의 강도 (19~59%)와 파괴인성(14~157%)을 증가시켰다. 3Y-TZP의 첨가는 복합체의 강도의 향상에 12Ce-TZP의 첨가는 인성의 향상에 보다 효과적이었다. 침투도니 TZP는 복합체의 내부보다 표면에 집중되었으며, 그 결과 이곳에서의 입성장에 빨랐고 $Al_2O_3$의입성장 억제효과도 상대적으로 뛰어났다. 입계 및 입내균열전파가 일어났으나 $Al_2O_3/12Ce-TZP$의 경우가 $Al_2O_3/3Y-TZP$에 비하여 입계파괴가 우세하였다 Two kinds of $Al_2O_3/TZP$ composites were prepared using the liquid infiltration of 3Y-TZP and 12Ce-TZP precursors into hte sintered porous $Al_2O_3$. Small TZP additions(~11.0wt%) had increased the strength(19~59%) and fracture toughness(14~157%) of the sintered Al2O3 material($1600^{\circ}C$, 2h). The addition of 3Y-TZP was effective on case of the strength. By the way, in case of the fracture toughness that of 12Ce-TZP was effective. Infiltrated TZP was concentrated on the surface where its grain growth was enhanced and $Al_2O_3$ grain growth was effectively inhibit-ed, when compared to the inner region of the composite. The indentation crack was propagated through both intergranular modes and transgranular and the proportion if intergranular fracture was the larger in $Al_2O_3/12Ce-TZP$.

십이지장 제 2부에서 점막 백색 변조의 의의 -위 기능면에서-

배경: 상부 위장관 내시경 검사시 십이지장 제 2부에서 흔히 보이는 분홍색의 점막 색조와는 달리 점막의 백색 변조를 가끔 볼 수 있다. 이에 관한 문헌은 거의 없고 지방을 함유한 대식세포의 침착에 비롯된다는 주장이 있을 뿐이다. 저자들은 백색 변조를 위 기능면에서의 의미와 조직학적인 이상 유무에 대해서 알아 보았다. 대상 및 방법: 십이지장 제 2부에 백색 변조가 있는 기능성 소화불량증 환자(I군) 14명, 백색 변조가 없는 기능성 소화불량증 환자 (II군) 11명, 그리고 상부 위장관 증세가 없으며 백색 변조가 없는 정상 대조군 10명을 대상으로 상부 위장관 증상, 위 배출 시간 및 조직학적 검사 소견을 비교하였다. 결과: I, II군에서 동반 질환, 증상 지수간 유의한 차이는 없었다. 위 배출 시간 [TI/2 (min)]은 I군 147.4분, II군 99.6분, 정상 대조군은 75.8분으로, I군은 각각 II군, 정상 대조군에 비해서 유의한 위 배출 시간의 지연이 있었으며(p<0.05), II군과 정상 대조군 간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 세 군간의 유의한 조직학적 차이점은 없었으며 백색 변조된 점막에서 지방을 함유하는 특이적인 소견은 없었다. 결론: 기능성 소화불량증 환자에서 상부 위장관 내시경 검사를 실시할 때 드물게 볼 수 있는 십이지장 제 2부 점막의 백색 변조는 위 기능적인 측면에서 위 배출 시간 지연과 연관이 있음을 알 수 있었다. Background/Aims: A mucosal `whitish discoloration` of the duodenal second portion may be discorvered during esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). This study investigated the gastric functional implication and histological abnormalities of mucosal `whitish discoloration`. Methods: The upper gastrointestinal symptoms, gastric emptying time and histology findings were compared in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) showing mucosal `whitish discoloration` of the duodenal second portion (group I), FD patients without `whitish discoloration` (group II), and normal controls who have neither symptoms nor `whitish discoloration` (normal controls). Results: There was a significant difference between group I (147.6 min) and group II (99.6 min) or normal controls (75.8 min). However there was no difference between group II and normal controls. There was no histological difference in the three groups. In particular, there was no mucosal infiltration of macrophage in second portion of duodenum. Conclusions: Mucosal `whitish discoloration` of the duodenal second portion, uncommon occurrence in EGD, can be correlated with a delayed gastric emptying time. 2020 도쿄올림픽 남자기계체조 철봉종목 결승경기 연기내용분석

이 연구는 2020 도쿄올림픽 철봉종목 우수선수들의 연기내용을 분석하여 경기력을 향상시키려는 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 2020 도쿄올림픽 철봉 결승경기에 진출한 선수 8명을 대상으로 난도분석, 점수에 대한 분석, 각 그룹에 대한 분석, 연결기술을 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 엑셀 2019를 활용하여 평균, 표준편차, 백분율로 자료를 처리하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우수선수들은 D난도 29회(36.250%), E난도 19회(23.750%), C난도 13회(16.250%), A난도 7회(8.750%), B난도와 G난도는 각 6회(7.500%)를 실시하여 D난도를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 필수요구조건에 해당하는 4개의 요소그룹(Element Group, EG)중 EGⅡ를 33회 실시하여 가장 선호하는 EG로 나타났으며, 단일기술 중 G난도의 Cassina 6회를 실시하였다. 또한 Tkatchev계열을 15회 실시하였으며, Kovacs계열을 13회 실시한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, EGⅢ는 23회를 실시한 것으로 나타났으며, Adler with 1/2t. thr. hdst. in over grip기술을 7회(30.434%)를 실시하여 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 4명의 선수가 EGⅡ의 연결기술을 실시하였는데 모두 Tkatchev계열로 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 2022년 변경되는 채점규칙에 대처하여 취약종목인 철봉종목이 강세종목으로 전환되는 기초자료가 되길 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of athletes who got high scores in horizontal bars final at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and improve the performance of Korean athletes. This study targeted on 8 athletes who made to the finals and analyzed difficulty levels, analyzed scores, analyzed each group, and analyzed combinations. The collected data was processed for mean, standard deviation, and percentage in Excel 2019. The research results were as follows. First, elite athletes performed Difficulty D 29 times (36.250%), Difficulty E 19 times (23.750%), Difficulty C 13 times (16.250%), and Difficulty A 7 times (8.750%) while performing Difficulty B and Difficulty G for 6 times (7.500%) respectively. Such results showed that the elite athletes preferred Difficulty D the most. Secondly, elite athletes performed EGII for 33 times showing the highest preference on EG. Among single techniques, elite athletes performed Cassina 6 times, Tkatchev skills 15 times, and Kovacs skills 13 times. Third, elite athletes performed EGⅢ 23 times and performed Adler with 1/2t. thr. hdst. in over grip7 times (30.434%) showing the highest preference. Fourth, four athletes performed EGII combination skills and they were all Tkatchev skills. As horizontal bars event is one of the weak events for Korean athletes, this study hopes to be the basic data for becoming more competent in horizontal bars event in preparation for the changes of scoring system in 2022.

Al$_2$O$_3$/ZrO$_2$ 비수성 현탁액의 분산과 레올로지에 미치는 methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) /ethanol (EtOH) 용매혼합의 영향을 침전밀도, 점도를 측정함으로써 조사하였다. 분산제 'Hypermer' KD-1이 첨가된 다량의 MIBK를 함유하는 용매 ($\geq$60vol%)에서 $Al_2$O$_3$와 ZrO$_2$ 입자의 침전밀도는 증가하였다. 80MIBK/20EtOH(vol%)에서 ball milling한 현탁액이 좁고 unimodal한 입자크기분포를 나타내었다. 모든 현탁액은 의가소성유동을 나타내었으나 shear thinning은 $Al_2$O$_3$/ZrO$_2$의 혼합비, MIBK/EtOH의 혼합비에 따라서 다소 다르게 거동하였다. 순수한 MIBK를 사용한 $Al_2$O$_3$(<300 s$^{-1}$ ) 및 ZrO$_2$(<3000 s$^{-1}$ ) 현탁액은 주어진 전단속도범위내에서 가장 강한 shear thinning을 나타내었다. 동일한 용매 (80MIBK/20EtOH, vol%)를 사용한 경우의 shear thinning은 $Al_2$O$_3$/ZrO$_2$의 혼합비에 거의 의존하지 않았다. The effects of methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK)/ethanol(EtOH) solvent mixtures on the dispension, particle size distribution and rheology of $Al_2$O$_3$/ZrO$_2$ nonaqueous suspensions were investigated by measuring sedimentation density and viscosity. The sedimentation density of $Al_2$O$_3$ and ZrO$_2$ particles increased in MIBK-rich($\geq$60 vol%) solvents with 'Hypermer' KD-1 as a dispersant. The ball-milled suspensions in 80MIBK/20EtOH(vol%) solvent exhibited the narrow and unimodal particle size distribution. Although all Suspensions exhibited the Pseduo-Plastic flow(Shear thinning) the shear thinning behavior was somewhat different depending on the mixture ratio of $Al_2$O$_3$/ZrO$_2$ and MIBK/EtOH. Under a given shear rate( <300 s$^{-1}$ for $Al_2$O$_3$; <3000 s$^{-1}$ for ZrO$_2$) the strongest shear thinning appeared in the $Al_2$O$_3$ and ZrO$_2$ suspensions with pure MIBK solvent. The shear thinning was nearly independable on the mixture ratio of $Al_2$O$_3$/ZrO$_2$ in case of using the identical solvent(80MIBK/20EtOH, vol%).

단기 기억력에 대한 자침의 효과

Objectives:This study was performed to know whether acupuncture on acupoints GB20, GV20-GV21-GV22, Tonifying Pericardium Meridian, BL10, ST4 that are known to calm spirit and used frequently in clinic could be effective on improvement of short term memory. Materials & Methods:29 adults were subjected to Digit span test, Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale test, and Nonsense syllable test. Subjects were assigned to control group and the five acupuncture groups randomly. Results:In the Digit span test, GV20-GV21-GV22, Tonifying Pericardium Meridian, BL10, and ST4 groups have shown significant predominance compared to the control group;while in the nonsense syllable test, GB20 exerted significant effect compared to the control group. However, in the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale test, there was no significant difference. Conclusions:Results of this study suggest that GB20, GV20-GV21-GV22, Tonifying Pericardium Meridian, BL10, ST4 acupunctures may be an effective treatment for the improvement of short term memory. However, the difference of effectiveness should be considered in the clinical treatment.

2018 팔렘방 아시아경기대회 기계체조 여자 도마 결승경기의 연기내용 분석

본 연구는 2018년 8월 인도네시아 자카르타·팔렘방 아시아경기대회의 체조 도마종목의 결승경기에 출전한 선수 8명을 연구 대상으로 기술 가치점과 완성도를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 개인별 기술 내용은 8명의 선수가 2회씩 총 16회의 기술 중 가장 상위 동작은 유리첸코 str. salto bwd with 2½t.(900)° off(4.35)와 핸드스프링- str. salto fwd with 1½t.(540)° off(2.33)의 기술로 가치점 5.80점이며, 이 기술은 총 3회로 18.75% 실시되었다. 그다음으로 높은 기술은 5.60점의 가치점 3.34의 기술로 1회(6.25%) 그리고 5.40점의 가치점 기술은 2가지로 4.34기술과 2.32기술 총 3회로 18.75% 실시한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 도마 1차와 2차시기 점수를 합산한 기술점수는 8명의 선수 중 북한의 PYON R.Y.선수가 11.60점으로 가장 높은 점수로 실시하였고 그다음은 한국의 YEO S.J.선수가 11.20점과 우즈베키스탄의 CHUSOVITINA O.선수가 10.60점 그리고 북한의 KIM S.J.선수가 10.20점의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 1차시기의 평균가치점은 5.125로 2차시기의 평균가치점 4.975점보다 높은 점수로 1차시기에서 대부분의 선수들이 가치점이 높은 기술을 실시하였다. 넷째, 개인별 연기의 완성도는 총 16회의 1차와 2차시기 중 평균 점수가 가장 높은 선수는 우즈베키스탄의 CHUSOVITINA O.선수가 2차시기에서 0.975점이었으며, 가장 낮은 선수는 인도의 NAYAK P.선수로 평균 2.200점이었다. 한국의 YEO S.J.선수는 평균 1.213점으로 완성도가 두 번째로 높았지만 같은 완성도를 나타낸 선수가 총 3명으로 완성도에서는 2-4번째로 나타났다. This study drew following conclusion by analyzing value score & accomplishment level of technical contents of 8 finalists, showing excellent score in the vault of gymnastics of Indonesia Jakarta, Palembang Asian Games in August 2018. First, when it comes to the individual technical contents, the highest technique out of the 1st & 2nd attempt in 16 times in total was Round-off, flic-flac on-str. salto bwd with 2½t. (900°) off(4.35) and Handspring fwd on- str. salto fwd with 1½ t. (540°) off(2.33), the value score of which is 5.80 points. This technique was performed in 3 times, 18.75%. Second, when it comes to the technical score of value score which summed technique in the 1st & 2nd attempt, the highest technique 11.60 points was performed by PYON R.Y. North Korean gymnast out of 8 fni alists. The 2nd place was occupied by YEO S.J . from Korea with 11.20 points, CHUSOVITINA O. from Uzbekistan with 10.60 points and KIM S.J. from North Korea with 10.20 points. Third, the average value score in the 1st attempt was 5.125, which was higher than that of the 2nd attempt, 4.975. Most finalists performed technique with high value score in the 1st attempt. Fourth, when it comes to the accomplishment level of individual performance, CHUSOVITINA O. from Uzbekistan got the highest score 0.975 in the 2nd attempt out of the 1st & 2nd attempts in 16 times. The lowest score was 2.20 in average by NAYAK P. from India. Although YEO S.J. from Korea showed the 2nd highest accomplishment level with 1.213 in average, she was ranked at the 2nd-4th place in accomplishment level in spite of her 2nd highest accomplishment level, because of 3 finalists who showed the same accomplishment level.
