        레이저 다이오드를 이용한 이진 신호누적 방식의 거리측정기 기술

        In this paper, a new design technique on the LRF which is useful for low power laser and a CBDA(Cummulative Binary Detection Algorithm) is proposed. The LD(Laser Diode) and Si-APD(Silicon Avalanche Photo Diode) are used for saving a power. In order to prove the detection range, the Si-APD binary data are accumulated before the range computation and the range finding algorithm. A prototype of the proposed DLRF(Diode Laser Range Finder) system was made and tested. An experimental result shows that the DLRF system have the same detection range using a less power(almost 1/32) than an usual military LRF. The proposed DLRF can be applied to the Unmanned Vehicles, Robot and Future Combat System of a tiny size and a low power LRF.

        소셜데이터 및 ARIMA 분석을 활용한 소비자 관점의 헬스케어 기술수요 예측 연구

        Prior studies on technology predictions attempted to predict the emergence and spread of emerging technologies through the analysis of correlations and changes between data using objective data such as patents and research papers. Most of the previous studies predicted future technologies only from the viewpoint of technology development. Therefore, this study intends to conduct technical forecasting from the perspective of the consumer by using keyword search frequency of search portals such as NAVER before and after the introduction of emerging technologies. In this study, we analyzed healthcare technologies into three types : measurement technology, platform technology, and remote service technology. And for the keyword analysis on the healthcare, we converted the classification of technology perspective into the keyword classification of consumer perspective. (Blood pressure and blood sugar, healthcare diagnosis, appointment and prescription, and remote diagnosis and prescription) Naver Trend is used to analyze keyword trends from a consumer perspective. We also used the ARIMA model as a technology prediction model. Analyzing the search frequency (Naver trend) over 44 months, the final ARIMA models that can predict three types of healthcare technology keyword trends were estimated as ARIMA (1,2,1) (1,0,0) , ARIMA (0,1,0) (1,0,0) , ARIMA (1,1,0) (0,0,0) . In addition, it was confirmed that the values predicted by the time series prediction model and the actual values for 44 months were moving in almost similar patterns in all intervals. Therefore, we can confirm that this time series prediction model for healthcare technology is very suitable.

        형태특징과 지역특징 융합기법을 활용한 열영상 기반의 차량 분류 방법

        열 영상은 온도에 따라 방출하는 에너지의 차이를 나타낸 영상이다. 주야간 사용이 가능하기 때문에 군사적인 용도로 많이 활용되고 있으나, 열 영상은 물체의 경계가 불명확하고 흐릿하게 표현되는 경우가 많으며 화염 등의 열기로 인해 경계부분이 변질되는 단점이 있다. 따라서, 열 영상을 이용하여 표적의 종류를 분류할 때 정확하게 분할된 경계선을 이용할 경우 효과적으로 분류 할 수 있지만, 물체의 경계가 잘못 추출되는 경우 분류의 정확도가 크게 감소한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해서 표적 영상의 분할 신뢰도에 따라 형태특징과 지역특징의 분류결과를 융합하는 계층적 분류기법을 제안하였으며, 연속 영상 기반으로 분류 결과를 갱신하는 기법을 새롭게 제안하여 차량 표적 분류 정확도를 개선하였다. 제안하는 방법은 실제 군용 표적 4종(전차, 장갑차, 상용차, 군용트럭)이 있는 다양한 자세의 열 영상 20,000장 이상을 이용하여 성능을 검증하였으며, 우수한 성능의 기존 방법 대비 정확도 개선에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. A thermal imaging sensor receives the radiating energy from the target and the background, so it has been widely used for detection, tracking, and classification of targets at night for military purpose. In recognizing the target automatically using thermal images, if the correct edges of object are used then it can generate the classification results with high accuracy. However since the thermal images have lower spatial resolution and more blurred edges than color images, the accuracy of the classification using thermal images can be decreased. In this paper, to overcome this problem, a new hierarchical classifier using both shape and local features based on the segmentation reliabilities, and the class/pose updating method for vehicle classification are proposed. The proposed classification method was validated using thermal video sequences of more than 20,000 images which include four types of military vehicles - main battle tank, armored personnel carrier, military truck, and estate car. The experiment results showed that the proposed method outperformed the state-of-the-arts methods in classification accuracy.

        도시 주거환경평가 사례 분석과 시사점

        Recently, the importance on the evaluation of residential environments is increasing for successfully implementing urban regeneration projects. The purpose of this study is to present strategies for improving the evaluation of residential environments in Korea by examining domestic and international cases regarding the evaluation of residential environments. The result shows that it is necessary to establish the institutional framework for the evaluation of residential environments at the national level and to develop the evaluation indicators which can reflect the regional characteristics at the regional level.

        특허분석을 통한 무선충전 기술방향 분석

        The wireless power transmission market is growing at an average annual rate of 51.5% from $ 16.4 billion in 2015 to $ 131.1 billion in 2020. However, there are limitations to commercialization due to the development of standards and technologies. Thus, this study identified trends in standards and regulations by market and by country. The research collected and filtered a total of 69,488 worldwide wireless power transfer patents by June 2019 and extracted a total of 28,555 patents. Based on this, technology development status was analyzed and predicted. In this study, long-distance and short-range technology development with high technology development difficulty and low technology development ratio could lead to growth of the entire wireless charging market. It is analyzed that investment and policy preparation are necessary to secure source technology for long-distance / near technology development than China, Japan and Europe.

        골수이식 환자에 발생한 신경계합병증에 대한 고찰

        N/A Objectives: Bone marrow transplantation(BMT) is the treatment of choice for hematologic malignancies, certain inborn error of metabolism, lympho-reticular and some solid malignacies. BMT receipients are Ex- posed to several potential sources of neurologic damage, including the original disease and its treatment such as radiation, therapy chemotherapy and immunosuppressant. In this report we retrospectively studied the clinical aspets of neurologic complications in 206 patients who had underwent bone marrow transplantation. Methoda We retrospectively analyzed neurologic complications in 206 BMT recipients (leukemia 126, severe aplastic anemia 62, solid tumors 6, non Hodg-kins lymphoma 4, multiple myeloma 3, myelody-spoietic syndrome 5) during the last 11 years (1983. 3.1-1994. 3.1). Neuroloic complications were classified as cerebrovascular disease, herpes zoster infection, central nervous system infection, seizure and facial palsy. The frequency of nervous system infection between BMT recipients with and without graft versus host-disease(GVHD) were statiscally analysed with chisquare statistic (p=0.05). Results: Neurologic complications were present in 28 patients(14%) and three of them had more than one complication, so total cases of neurologic complications were 34. The most common neurologic complication was herpes-zoster infection(12 cases, 35 % ). The lesion involved frequently in the thoracic dermatome with a more disseminated nature. Seizure was observed in 9 cases(27% ). The six of them were fatal and associated with severe systemic complications or CNS infections. Central nervous system infections occured in 6 cases(18%). The mast common organism was Streptococcus pneumoniae(50%). Cerebrovascular diseases were encountered in 5 cases(14%, 3 infractions, 2 hemorrhages). Among them, 3cases(50%) were associated with CNS infection, so it is an important cause of cerebrovascular disease, which probably associated with cerebral vasculitis. Peripheral type facial palsy was developed in 2 cases(6%) with good prognosis. Neurologic complications occured only in allogenic transplants and nervous system infection(hepes zoster and CNS infection) occurred about two times more frequently in BMT patients with GVHD. But the presence of GVHD implied no statitic significance in the development of nervous system infection (p<0.05). Conclusion: The most common neurologic complication of BMT was herpes zoster infection. Among neurologic complications seizure, CNS infection and cerebrovascular diseases had high mortality to need urgent and intensive care. The causes of neurologic complications of BMT had not been accurately understood but immunosuppression due to chemotherapy, radiation and immunosspressants such as cyclosporine A, Methotrexate or corticosteroid is well known important factor. Safe and effective immunosuppression level must be controlled to prevent GVHD and neurologic complications simultaneously.

        Semiconductor nanowires (NWs) refer to one-dimensional semiconductor materials that have a diameter constrained to tens of nanometers or less and an unconstrained length. Over the past few decades, most efforts in the semiconductor NWs have been focused on synthesis, structure and morphology control, and assembly, as appropriate for diverse functional device applications. This paper provides a detailed overview of the recent research activities and major achievements in nanowire research, which especially includes nanowires synthesis, position and direction-controlled assembly or growth. In addition, the fine tuning of structure and morphology, and the related properties and device applications of the NWs are highlighted.
