        국내 공유리더십 연구동향 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 2007년~2023년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 공유리더십 동향을 살펴보고 향후 리더십 연구 발전을 위한 기반을 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에 등재된 논문을 검색어에 공유리더십, Shared Leadership으로 검색된 810개의 결과물 중 연구목적에 맞는 111개를 선정하였다. 선정된 논문은 연도별, 학술 단체별, 연구 대상별, 주제어별, 연구 방법별 그리고 기타별 분석기준에 따라 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 연도별 분석 결과는 2007년 한 편을 시작으로 해마다 꾸준한 증가를 나타내었고, 코로나 시점인 2019년부터는 급속한 연구의 증가를 보였다. 둘째, 학술단체 분석 결과는 경영관련 학회가 45편, 교육관련 학회가 22편으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 연구대상자에 대한 분석 결과는 인적 대상이 39%, 물적 대상이 36%, 기타가 28%로 나타났다. 넷째, 주제어별 분석 결과는 조직관련 주제어가 60회, 팀관련 주제어가 59회로 가장 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 연구 방법별 분석 결과는 질적 연구 1편, 양적 연구 110편으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 공유리더십과 함께 연구되어진 리더십을 분석한 결과는 변혁적 리더십이 4편으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 리더십 분야에서 다루어진 공유리더십을 주제로 연구의 전반적 흐름을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 향후 심도 깊은 연구의 시사점을 제공하는데 의의가 있다. This study aims to analyze the trajectory of shared leadership trends in domestic academic journals from 2007 to 2023, laying the groundwork for the future evolution of leadership research. From a pool of 810 outcomes retrieved from the Academic Research Information Service (RISS) using search terms such as '공유 리더십,' and 'Shared Leadership,' 111 pertinent papers were selected. The chosen papers underwent scrutiny based on criteria encompassing publication year, academic organization, research subject, keywords, research methods, and other parameters. The analysis revealed the following trends. For Yearly Analysis: The number of publications exhibited a consistent annual increase since 2007, with a marked surge noted from 2019, coinciding with the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic. For Academic Organization Analysis, management-related conferences contributed the highest number of papers (45), followed by educational conferences (22). For Research Subject Analysis, human subjects constituted 39%, material subjects 36%, and others 28% of the research subjects. For Keyword Analysis: Predominant keywords were associated with organizational themes (60 occurrences) and team-related topics (59 occurrences). For Research Method Analysis, the majority of papers employed quantitative research methods (110 papers), with only one utilizing qualitative research. For Leadership Analysis in Conjunction with Shared Leadership, transformative leadership emerged as the most frequently explored topic in conjunction with shared leadership, with four papers. This study, concentrating on shared leadership in the broader leadership domain, offers a comprehensive overview of research trends. Its significance lies in providing valuable insights for future in-depth studies based on the findings of this research.

      • 다문화가정 부모의 양육태도가 아동의 학교적응에 미치는 영향

        This study is intended to look into the effects of parenting attitude on school adjustment of children from multicultural families. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 200 elementary school children from multicultural families in Gwangju, Jeonnam and Jeonbuk areas. Analysis showed that parenting attitude was a factor affecting school adjustment of children from multicultural families. In other words, parenting attitude is valued above everything else in families, and leads to school adjustment of children, which they can adjust well to school life through the maintenance of good relationship with their peers. Consequently, parental care and active participation have to be pursued in the light of difficulties by cultural differences in that parenting attitude has a very important role in school adjustment of children from multicultural families.

        J지역 교육청의 다문화교육정책 내용분석에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 현재 운영되고 있는 J지역 교육청의 다문화교육정책의 내용분석을 통해 그 성격을 파악하고 향후 다문화교육 현장에 맞는 실제적인 방법을 찾고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 J지역 교육청의 다문화교육정책 6가지 추진과제를 살펴보았다. J지역 교육청의 다문화교육정책 6가지 추진과제를 다문화교육 현장의 실행과정에서 다문화학생 맞춤형 교육지원과 문화다양성 교육 및 다문화 교육 지원체제 3영역으로 통합하여 정리 및 분석하였다. J지역 교육청의 다문화교육정책을 통합하여 분석한 결과, [다문화학생 맞춤형 교육지원] 정책은 보수적 성격이 강하며, [문화다양성 교육] 정책은 수용적 성격이 강하며, [다문화교육 지원체계] 정책은 변화・개혁적 성격이 강하며, 보수적 성격 4건, 수용적 성격 3건, 변화・개혁적 성격 3건으로 구분할 수 있다. J지역 교육청의 다문화교육정책은 보수적, 수용적 및 변화・개혁적 성격을 갖추고는 있지만, 일반적으로 보수적 성격에 집중되고, 변화・개혁적 성격은 형식적으로 이루어지고 있다. 또한 다문화교육정책의 실제 학교 교육과정 속에는 타문화 이해, 평등, 상호이해와 존중 등의 명시적 안내만 있을 뿐 구체적인 정책들이 없으며, 다문화 관련 부처의 연결고리 부재로 인해 정책이 중첩되어 있다는 문제점이 있다. 한국 사회가 다문화 사회로 정착하기 위해서는 교육영역에서 실제적이며 구체적이면서도 변화・개혁적 성격의 다문화교육정책이 구성되어 현장에서 적용될 수 있어야 하며, 관련 부처의 연결을 시스템적으로 구축해야 할 필요가 있다. This study aimed to identify the nature of the multicultural education policy of J Regional Education Office, currently in operation, and sought practical approaches suitable for the multicultural education field in the future. To achieve this, the study examined the six key initiatives of J Regional Education Office's multicultural education policy. These six initiatives were categorized and analyzed, integrating them into three areas: tailored education support for multicultural students, cultural diversity education, and support systems for multicultural education in the practical implementation process of the multicultural education field. The analysis of J Regional Education Office's multicultural education policy integration revealed that the "Tailored Education Support for Multicultural Students" policy exhibited a conservative nature, the "Cultural Diversity Education" policy displayed an accommodating nature, and the "Support Systems for Multicultural Education" policy demonstrated a change and reform-oriented nature. In total, there were four conservative, three accommodating, and three change and reform-oriented initiatives. While J Regional Education Office's multicultural education policy encompassed elements of conservatism, accommodation, and change and reform, it generally emphasized conservatism, and the change and reform aspects often remained more formal than substantive. Additionally, within the actual school curricula, there were explicit guidelines such as multicultural understanding, equality, mutual understanding, and respect, but specific policies were lacking. The absence of inter-agency connections related to multicultural affairs led to issues of policy overlap. To establish a multicultural society in South Korea, there is a need for the development of practical, concrete, and change-oriented multicultural education policies in the education sector. Moreover, there is a necessity to establish a systematic inter-agency connection.

      • 일반아동과 자폐아동 어머니의 결혼만족도와 양육스트레스에 관한 연구

        This study aims to make clear the characteristic difference by comparing and analyzing with the marriage satisfaction and fostering stress on the mother of an autistic child and non-autistic child, and autistic child type. Through these studies, we can gain following these results by making clear the relative characteristic on the marriage satisfaction and fostering stress of the mother with an autistic and nonautistic child. First, In comparison related with the satisfaction of a marriage on the mother of an autistic child and a nonautistic child, the former didn't know how to educate and train his child, considered as unchastely and was not strong enough his role. Second, In comparison related with the stress of fostering on the mother of an autistic child and a nonautistic child, the former and latter have found the difference of the fostering. In resulting of analyzing factors influenced on the stress of fostering, the factors was in the order adaptability, attachment, health and receptivity. In seeing the ratio of an autistic child remarkably fallen, we know that fostering stress of parents with an autistic child is higher than the nonautistic child through the correlation of fostering stress. Third, the result of correlation with the relative characteristic between marriage satisfaction and fostering stress in related with the mother of an autistic and nonautistic child has showed highly. Therefore the study hypothesis, fostering stress have influenced on the marriage satisfaction, was supported. Some proposals based on these study results are as following; First, it is necessary for to present the right understanding and way of the fostering attitude , and develop the concrete education program of parents to the mother of a nonautistic and an autistic child. Second, this study only classified the autistic child as a type of mental disorder, but the child physical handicapped was excepted. Therefore it is necessary for to study on the aspect of the marriage satisfaction and fostering stress centering on parents with the entire handicapped children in following-up study. Third, the individualized education is not necessary for to the teachers or responsible person leading the education program and role of mother but to the mother with an autistic child. Fourth, there nearly have no informations influenced on the fostering stress, while the study is growing gradually on the fostering stress as a parent with an autistic child. Therefore, the factors can be reduced fostering stress will be investigated in home as well as the environmental approach. Above-mentioned, it is necessary for to study centering on the child with a native deformity and the social welfare service desire of mother in following-up study.

        COVID-19 후 청소년 일상생활 변화, 심리정서상태, 스트레스 및 주관적 안녕감에 관한 연구

        COVID-19, 청소년, 일상생활, 심리정서 상태, 스트레스, 주관적 안녕감This study aimed to understand the daily life, psychological emotional state, stress, and subjective well-being of adolescents after COVID-19. To this end, the secondary data of 3,628 elementary, middle and high school students from the Education Policy Research Center in J Region were analyzed. Differences in daily life, psychological emotional state, stress, and subjective well-being according to elementary, middle and high school, gender, and socioeconomic level of adolescents after COVID-19 were analyzed. In addition, the influence of daily life of adolescents after COVID-19 on psychological emotional state, stress, and subjective well-being was analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. First, there is a clear difference in some areas of daily life after COVID-19 in the lower grades of youth and the lower economic level of the family. Second, when a disaster such as COVID-19 occurs, the higher the grade, the lower the economic level of female students and their families, the more negative the psychological emotional state. In addition, stress levels are higher and subjective well being is lowered. Third, the daily life of adolescents was found to have an effect on psychological emotional state, stress, and subjective well-being. Based on the results, it is summarized as follows. First, in the event of a disaster such as COVID-19, measures or systems are needed to ensure regular daily life of teenagers. In addition, schools and local youth centers should intentionally intervene in the daily lives of teenagers to create a safe environment so that changes in the daily lives of teenagers do not occur in the event of a disaster. In a disaster situation like COVID-19, it is necessary to find and support youth who can experience more difficulties because they are placed in a blind spot within the region. In addition, it is necessary to prepare for the direct response of mental health services that can quickly approach adolescents and resolve their frustration, anxiety, worries and concerns.
