        교사-부모 협력을 통한 가정 중심 오감각놀이 프로그램이 발달지체영아의 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of home based five-sense play program through teacher-parents cooperation for social interaction of infants with developmental delays. Three infants with developmental delays - 12 months, 14 months, 27 months - participated on this study. Five-sense play program through teacher- parents cooperations were conducted at home of each infant for 60 minutes. AB design was used for each Infant, social initiation and social response behavior were measured using events recording method. The results showed that home based five-sense play program through teacher- parents cooperations were effective in increasing both social initiation and social response behavior of infants with developmental delays and the effects of five-senses play program were maintained after termination of the intervention. 본 연구는 발달지체영아의 발달적 특성과 요구에 적합하고 교육현장 및 가정에서 실용화될 수 있는 교사-부모 협력을 통한 가정 중심의 오감각 놀이프로그램이 발달지체영아의 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 활용한 오감각 놀이프로그램은 다양한 감각ㆍ운동 경험 및 감각통합을 통해 사회적 기술을 촉진하도록 설계된 탐색놀이 프로그램이다. 연구대상은 12개월, 14개월, 27개월 발달지체영아 세 명이다. 본 프로그램은 주 양육자인 어머니가 연구자와 팀을 이루어 협력을 통해 10주에 걸쳐 대상영아의 가정에서 약 60분 동안 진행되었다. 개별 영아의 사회적 상호작용의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 각 대상영아별로 AB설계를 적용하였다. 연구 결과 교사-부모 협력을 통한 가정 중심 오감각놀이 프로그램은 발달지체영아의 사회적 시도행동과 반응행동을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 보여주었고, 중재를 마친 후에도 발달지체영아의 사회적 상호작용은 유지되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 통해 다양한 감각ㆍ운동 경험 및 감각통합은 여러 가지 사회적 기술을 촉진시켜 발달지체영아의 사회적 상호작용을 향상시켰다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        S-PRG 필러를 포함하는 치면열구전색제의 전단결합강도 및 미세누출

        본 연구의 목적은 S-PRG 필러를 포함하는 치면열구전색제(BeautiSealant)의 법랑질 전단결합강도 및 미세누출을 평가함에 있다. 45개의 소구치를 실험대상으로 사용하였으며, 자가부식 프라이머 도포 후 BeautiSealant를 적용한 군(SEPBS), 인산 부식 후 BeautiSealant를 적용한 군(AEBS), 인산 부식 후 $Clinpro^{TM}$ sealant를 적용한 군(AECP)으로 나누어 실험하였다. 전단결합강도 측정을 위해 치면열구전색제 블록을 법랑질 표면에 적용하였고, 미세누출을 평가하기 위해 소구치의 소와열구에 치면열구전색제를 도포하였다. 전단결합강도와 관련하여 SEPBS군은 AEBS, AECP군에 비해 유의하게 낮은 값을 보였으나(p < 0.05), AEBS군과 AECP군 사이에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 존재하지 않았다. 미세누출과 관련하여 3군 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 존재하지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate shear bond strength and microleakage of a new self-etch fissure sealant containing S-PRG filler (BeautiSealant). Fourty-five premolars were randomly divided into three groups: SEPBS group (Self-etching primer + BeautiSealant), AEBS group (Phosphoric acid etching + BeautiSealant), AECP group (Phosphoric acid etching + $Clinpro^{TM}$ sealant). For the shear bond strength test, microcylinders of fissure sealant were bonded to prepared buccal surfaces of teeth and shear bond strengths were measured by a universal testing machine. For the microleakage test, sealants were applicated on each occlusal fissure of teeth. All teeth surface were coated with finger nail varnish, with the exception of a 1.0 mm window around the sealant margins. The teeth were immersed in 2% methylene blue solution for 24 hours and then rinsed in water. The teeth were then embedded in resin and cut buccolingually along the tooth axis and observed with a stereomicroscope to determine the degree of microleakage. SEPBS group demonstrated lower bond strength in comparison with that of AEBS and AECP groups (p < 0.05). However, no significant differences were observed between AEBS and AECP groups. There was no statistically significant difference in degree of microleakage among three groups.

      • 농업계 특수목적대학생의 대학생활 적응이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to describe the relationship of Career Identity and College Adaptation of student at agricultural special purpose academies. The participants were 335 college students in H city from November 2 to December 12 in 2016. The data was collected by questionnaires and was analyzed using SPSS 23.0. There was a significant positive correlation among Career Identity and College Adaptation of college students. It was found that the effect of Career Identity on College Adaptation was 42.0%. The results of this study provided a foundation to recognize importance of College Adaptation and to develop intervention program to improve College Adaption and Career Identity of student at agricultural special purpose academies.

        대학생의 학교생활 적응역량 진단도구 개발 - 한국농수산대학 사례 -

        This study aim to develope and validate accommodation competency assessment for college students that reflected the educational objective of agricultural college in South Korea. In order to accomplish this goal, firstly, scale for developing collegiate accommodation competency assessment and secondly we also modify of items based on pilot test results was implemented. The results of the study are summarized as follows. Based on a comprehensive literature review and the development cases of accommodation competency assessment of other college and universities, 3 accommodation competency areas that matched the students of the agricultural college were selected. 3 accommodation competencies such as self leadership, ego-resiliency, interpersonal relation, career preparation were derived as competencies. The developed assessment was pre-tested with 915 students and analyzed to verify the reliability and validity of the test empirically. The reliability and validity of the collegiate accommodation competency assessment developed in this study were some what satisfactory.

        Antibacterial Properties of Pit and Fissure Sealant Containing S-PRG filler on Streptococcus mutans

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial properties of a sealant containing S-PRG filler compared to those of two contemporary commercial sealants to determine the inhibition of bacterial growth in broth culture and biofilm formation using the CDC Biofilm Reactor. The BeautiSealant containing S-PRG filler, the fluoride releasing Clinpro$^{TM}$ sealant, which are known to have higher antibacterial effects, and the non-fluoride releasing Concise$^{TM}$ sealant were selected for this study. A Streptococcus mutans culture in BHI broth without sealant served as a negative control in the planktonic growth inhibition test. As a result, bacterial growth was inhibited in all three sealant groups compared to that in the control. The Clinpro$^{TM}$ sealant showed a significantly reduced number of CFUs compared to those of the BeautiSealant and Concise$^{TM}$ sealants. However, no significant difference was detected between the BeautiSealant and Concise$^{TM}$ sealants. The Clinpro$^{TM}$ sealant significantly decreased biofilm formation compared to that by the BeautiSealant and Concise$^{TM}$ sealants. No significant difference was observed between the BeautiSealant and Concise$^{TM}$ sealants. In conclusion, the sealant containing S-PRG filler had a less potent anti-bacterial property and increased biofilm formation capacity compared to those of the fluoride releasing Clinpro$^{TM}$ sealant. 본 연구는 Planktonic growth inhibition test와 CDC Biofilm Reactor를 사용한 Biofilm assay를 통해 S-PRG filler를 함유하는 치면열구전색제의 S. mutans에 대한 항미생물 효과를 기존의 치면열구전색제와 비교하고자 하였다. S-PRG 필러를 함유하는 치면열구전색제인 BeautiSealant, 불소를 방출하는 치면열구전색제인 Clinpro$^{TM}$ sealant, 불소 미방출 치면열구전색제인 Concise$^{TM}$ sealant를 실험군으로 선정하였다. 성장억제평가를 위해 치면열구전색제를 사용하지 않은 군을 음성 대조군으로 설정하였으며, 3개의 실험군 모두 대조군보다 유의할 정도로 낮은 집락 형성 단위를 보였고, Clinpro$^{TM}$ sealant가 BeautiSealant와 Concise$^{TM}$ sealant보다 유의할 정도로 낮은 집락 형성 단위를 보였다. BeautiSealant와 Concise$^{TM}$ sealant 군간에는 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 바이오 필름 평가에서도 Clinpro$^{TM}$ sealant군이 BeautiSealant와 Concise$^{TM}$ sealant군들에 비해 유의할 정도로 낮은 집락 형성을 보였으며, BeautiSealant와 Concise$^{TM}$ sealant 군간에 유의한 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. 본 연구 결과 S-PRG filler를 포함하는 치면열구전색제인 BeautiSealant는 기존의 불소방출 치면열구전색제에 비하여 낮은 항미생물 효과와 높은 바이오 필름 형성능을 보였다.

        자가항체 유도성 면역반응으로 기저층 상부균열 수포를 형성하는 심상성 천포창

        Pemphigus is an autoimmune blistering disease characterized by autoantibodies against epidermal adhesion molecules, desmogleins. Pemphigus vulgaris is most common and shows intraepidermal vesicles caused by the breaking apart of epidermal cells, acantholysis. A 65 years old male patient complained of severe mucosa ulceration on his right mandibular retromolar pad area where traumatic injuries occurred during mastication. He also had multifocal round skin ulcerations, less than 7~8mm in diameter and showed habitual onset and disappeared soon. At this time he was anxious about his oral ulceration with a cancer phobia, thereby a biopsy was made to rule out any malignancy in the ulceration. The histology examination showed multifocal suprabasal splits forming vesicles and erosion. The suprabasal splits were linear and parallel to the basal cell layer. The immunostain of IgK was strongly positive in the vesicular fluid as well as the cell membranes of dissociating keratinocytes, and also positive in many plasma cells infiltrated into the subepithelial zone. TNFα, IL‐1, ‐8, ‐28 for the pro‐inflammatory reaction were weakly expressed, while IL‐6 was strongly positive in the acantholytic keratinocytes of vesicle forming area. β‐defensin‐1, ‐2, ‐3 for the innate immunity were diffusely positive in the involved epithelium. The cell survival proteins, pAKT and HSP‐70 were diffusely positive in the epithelium, while the apoptosis protein, PARP was consistently positive in some acantholytic keratinocytes. These findings indicated that the vesicle formation occurred by autoantibody reaction without the activation of pro‐inflammatory and cell‐mediated immune reactions. The lesion was diagnosed pemphigus vulgaris with abrupt onset of epithelial vesicles at the predisposing areas of traumatic injuries by type II hypersenstitive immune reaction.

      • 석탄회와 건설폐기물의 재활용을 위한 시멘트 고형화의 물리적 개선 효과

        As the result of a study on the effect of the stabilizer and moisture content on the physical imprvement of stabilizing process when coal ash and concrete wastes were recycled into construction materials, the followings were found. 1. When the mixture of coal ash and concrete wastes were recycled by solidification process, the optimum moisture content was 15% maximizing dry density and compressive strength. The maximum dry density was 1.65, 1.62 and 1.61. repectively when the addition amount of stabilizer was 5, 8 and 12%. Because the increase of stabilizer addition resulted in decrese of dry density, well-grading was important to improve the physical properties of solidified materials, the amount of stabilzer should be decided according to the purpose. 2. While the compressive strength increased as the stabilizer addition increased when the moisture content was less than 15%, it was decreased as the addition was increased when moisture was more than 15%. 3. Althouh the more the stabilizer was added, the higher the pH became, it as found that the optimum moisture content was 15% that is expected of the hydration effect of the mixture.

      • 오존을 이용한 제지폐수처리에 관한 연구

        Ozone has a strong oxidized capacity next to fluorine, so it is used for oxidized dissolution of organism, decoloration, deodorization, fumigation etc regarding to water. From this thesis, papermill wastewater is disposed strongly with Ozone, and then, confirmed if it is used as a re-applied-water or not. The result of disposal with Ozone is as follows. 1) Even if it injects Ozone 5ppm o fa small quantity, it gets a high removal rate of 45.5% in case BOD. 2) When it injects Ozone 10ppm, 20ppm, 30ppm, a regular removal rate is shown for BOD & COD. It is judged that this situation is occurred by disposing material with non-disposal nature remains into water. 3) From injecting over 30ppm, removal rate is increased suddenly Therefore, optimum injecting quantity of Ozone through this experiment, is 30ppm. 4) As a result of this experiment, injection of Ozone 5~30ppm can make to sterilizw microbe and to remove organism. Therefore, it is judge that re-applied-water may be used.

        폐기물을 이용한 고화처리토의 차수효과

        Seaweed waste(SWW) was used to improve the liner effect in recycling of dredged soil as the landfill liner. It was found that the compressive strength became somewhat lower when SWW was added than that was when Ordinary Port-land Cement(OPC) only was added. The permeability coefficient, however, became lower in this case which showed the lowest permeability coefficient when the addition of SWW was one percent. Hence, to comply with the regulations for the compression strength and permeability coefficient of landfill liner, the addition of OPC should be over eight percent and that of seaweed waste one percent. The results of leaching test showed that the solidified material was not against the laws of waste control, so it is possible to use as the landfill liner and to expect sufficient economic effects because wastes such as dredged soil and seaweed can be recycled.
