지역이해교육의 관점에서 본 중등 사회과 교과서의 대구·경북지역 자료 활용 실태와 개선과제

In order to overcome the crisis of local decline, the need for regional understanding education has been growing. It is the time when it is necessary to localize secondary social studies subjects to expand the object of regional understanding education. Therefore, this study has analyzed regional data used for learning in a total of 21 social studies textbooks of secondary education from the perspective of education on regional understanding in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and derived future improvement tasks through discussion of the analysis results. As a result of the analysis, the usage of regional data in social studies textbooks of secondary education was generally insufficient, and the use of regional data was concentrated in a specific unit. Above all, many of the utilized local data were from the metropolitan area. Even by publisher, the level of redundant use of the metropolitan area data was very high. The use of regional data in Daegu was only 5 cases in 21 types of social studies textbooks, and all 5 were general regional data used for "learning through the region." As a task to improve this, this study presented the development of local content with specificity, sharing of recent local content, development of localization textbooks, and systematic management of the promising local content and results . 지방쇠멸 위기 극복 차원에서 지역이해교육의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 지역이해교육의 대상 확대를 위한 중등 사회과 교과의 지역화가 요구되는 시점이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대구․경북 지역이해교육의 관점에서 중등 사회과 교과서 총 21개 종을 대상으로 대구·경북 지역자료의 실태를 분석하여 개선과제를 도출하고, 이를 위한 정책적 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 중등 사회과 교과서의 지역자료 활용이 전반적으로 부족하였으며, 지역자료의 활용이 특정 단원에 집중되었다. 무엇보다 활용된 지역자료의 상당수가 수도권 자료였으며, 출판사별로도 수도권 자료의 중복적 활용 수준이 매우 높았다. 대구의 지역자료 활용은 21종의 중등 교과서에서 총 5건에 불과하였고, 5건 모두가 ‘지역을 통한 학습’을 위해 활용된 일반적 지역자료였다. 이를 개선하기 위한 과제로 특수성을 담은 지역콘텐츠 개발, 개발된 지역콘텐츠의 공유, 지역화교재 개발, 개발된 지역콘텐츠 및 결과물의 체계적 관리 등을 제시하였다.

대구광역시 마을공동체 사업의 성과 평가와 과제

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the community vitalization projects promoted by Daegu Metropolitan City for the past five years (2015-2019) and to derive tasks to be resolved and future policy directions. The logic model was used to evaluate the performance of the community vitalization projects. We attempted to improve the project on the basis of evaluation of the community vitalization projects. According to the logic model, We derived and selected evaluation elements representing input, activity, output, and outcome of the community vitalization projects. Then, we carried out quantitative and qualitative evaluation of each element though doing literature research, questionnaire survey, and in-depth interview. As a result, it was found that the community vitalization projects steadily increased the output while continuing a certain level of input and activity every year. Also, they raised the awareness of the scope of the village and neighbors and the willingness to reside continuously. In addition, not only the formation of village communities increased, but the types of activities of village communities were also diversified. Therefore, efforts should be made to provide customized support corresponding to the diversification and segmentation of community demands in the future and to continuously support for the spread of community outcomes. 본 연구는 대구광역시에서 지난 5년간(2015~2019년) 추진한 마을공동체 사업에 대해 평가하고 해결해야 할 과제와 향후 정책 방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 마을공동체 사업의 성과를 평가하기 위해 프로그램 논리모형을 활용하였으며, 마을공동체 사업에 대한 평가를 통해 사업의 환류와 개선을 시도하였다. 논리모형에 따라 마을공동체 사업의 투입, 활동, 산출, 결과를 나타내는 평가요소를 도출․선정하고 문헌조사, 설문조사, 심층면접조사 등을 통해 각 요소에 대한 양적․질적 평가를 하였다. 투입은 인력, 재정, 제도, 활동은 지원, 교육, 홍보, 개발, 협력, 산출은 활동량, 활동만족도, 그리고 개발․생산․구축으로, 결과는 인식과 의향, 특성의 변화 등으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과 마을공동체 사업은 매년 일정한 수준의 투입과 활동을 지속하면서 꾸준히 산출을 증가시켰으며 마을과 이웃의 범위 인식과 지속적 거주의향을 제고시킨 것으로 나타났다. 또한 마을공동체 형성이 늘어났을 뿐만 아니라 마을공동체의 활동유형도 보다 다양화되었다. 따라서 향후 공동체 수요의 다양화․세분화에 대응하는 맞춤형 지원과 공동체 성과 확산을 위한 지속적 지원에 노력해야 할 것이다.

경상북도 다문화가정 청소년의 이중언어캠프 참여 경험에 관한 연구

본 연구는 다문화가정 청소년이 이중언어교육 프로그램인 이중언어캠프에 참여하면서 가지는 경험의 의미와 본질을 탐색한 질적 연구이다. 다문화가정 청소년에게 제공되는 다양한 정책과 서비스 중 하나인 이중언어교육이 수요자의 상황과 선호에 부합할 수 있는 방향으로 제공하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 경북 거점 다문화가족지원센터가 개최한 이중언어캠프에 참여한 다문화가정 청소년을 대상으로 자신의 경험을 맥락 속에서 재구성하고, 스스로 의미를 찾도록 돕는 3단계 구조 면담(Irving Seidman, 2009)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 얻은 연구참여자들의 경험 진술에서 9개 주제의 범주를 도출할 수 있었다. 연구참여자들은 이중언어교육을 통해 이중언어능력의 향상을 경험하고 스스로에 대해 자부심을 느꼈으며, 자신의 진로에서 이중언어능력을 활용하기를 기대하였다. 이와 같은 다문화가정 청소년 대상 이중언어교육의 긍정적 효과를 확장하기 위해서는 부모의 이중언어 인식 제고가 필요하고, 다문화가정 청소년의 이중언어능력을 활용할 수 있는 진로 탐색 및 개발이 요구된다. This study is a qualitative study that explores the meaning and essence of experiences that adolescents in multicultural families have while participating in bilingual education programs(bilingual camps). It is meaningful to understand the effectiveness of bilingual education programs(bilingual camps) that have been carried out for many years by local governments and multicultural family support centers, and to suggest improvement points and direction of the programs. A three-level interview (Irving Seidman, 2009) was used to help research participants reconstruct their experiences in context and to find meaning for themselves. As a result, the participants' experience statements were surveyed under 10 categories. Participants in the study experienced an improvement in bilingual abilities through bilingual education, felt proud of themselves, and expected to use bilingual abilities in their careers. In order to improve the bilingual abilities of adolescents in multicultural families, parents need to recognize the importance of bilingual education and support bilingual education, and it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of the programs through linkage with career development programs for adolescents in multicultural families.

사회서비스의 주관적 성과에 관한 이용자와 제공자의 인식 비교 연구 : 대구광역시 지역사회서비스투자사업을 중심으로

This study is based on the coorientation model, which claims that the effects of social services can be maximized when the discrepancies between users’ and providers’ perspectives are fully understood in the process of reflecting social service users’ subjective outcome ratings in social service policy as performance information. Based on the model, this study examines if there are discrepancies between social service users’ and providers’ perspectives on the subjective outcomes of social services; the study includes a comparison analysis on factors that influence the subjective service outcomes as perceived by users and providers. The results indicate discrepancies between service users and service providers at the level of evaluating the subjective service outcomes. Similarly, a high degree of discrepancies was also demonstrated in the influence of attribute-level satisfaction on overall satisfaction. Such differences between users’ and providers’ perspectives on subjective service outcomes should be understood so that they can be efficiently reflected in policy-making, and systematic evaluation should be conducted with a focus on performance management rather than achievement assessment.

재즈 보컬 알 자로(Al Jarreau)의 스캣(Scat) 라인 분석

스캣이란 재즈 싱어들이 복잡한 선율을 악기처럼 연주하는 테크닉으로서 주로 스윙 시대와 비밥 시대를 거치면서 발전을 해왔다. 스캣 싱잉의 대표 연주자로는 엘라 피츠제럴드, 루이 암스트롱, 바비 맥퍼린 등이 있고, 각자 고유한 스타일과 연주기법으로 개인의 영역을 확장해 왔으며, 가요를 포함하여 여러 장르의 대중음악에도 지대한 영향을 끼치고 있다. 알자로의 스캣 라인의 특색은 첫째로 보컬의 즉흥연주는 다른 악기와는 다르게 가사와 호흡, 음절에 지대한 영향을 받는다는 것이다. 둘째로 하나의 악기로서의 개념으로 접근해 본 목소리의 한계를 가늠해 볼 수 있는 참고자료로 크게 드럼, 색소폰, 베이스, 트럼펫, 플루트, 콩가로서 음절 및 발음을 포함한 소리의 유사성을 구분하고 그 쓰임을 분석할 수 있다는 것이다.

해외 새마을 시범마을 조성사업 개선방안 연구: 베트남 마을 사례를 중심으로

This study evaluates the operational processes and proposes measures for improving the development of two Saemaul pilot projects in Vietnam. To this end, a stakeholder analysis was performed considering that there are various stakeholders participating in this project and as it focuses on the complexities of the stakeholders with different national and organizational backgrounds involved in the resident-led development process of Saemaul Undong. The result shows that the topics and agendas can be categorized as “self-motivation of villagers”, “project selection”, “project planning”, “recognition and expectation of performance”, “project support”, and “leadership”. Also, the statements from the stakeholders indicated that each stakeholder has different perceptions and relationships with each topic. The most significant difference was highlighted on the field in the context of conflicting conditions and characteristics, which undermined the process of the project. In order for Saemaul Undong to become a successful model for overcoming poverty in developing countries, firstly, it requires a solid foundation for localization. Secondly, a cooperative long-term management plan should take place. Lastly, it is necessary to build an organic cooperation system between organizations.

다문화가정 자녀의 고등직업교육기관직업체험프로그램 참여 경험에 관한 연구: 경상북도 중도입국 청소년을 중심으로

This study explores the significance and essence of the experience gained by adolescents immigrants during their participation in vocational experience programs offered by higher vocational education institutions. It aims to identify the structural circumstances and contexts that these youths experience during the process of moving to Korea It also seeks to offer guidance to support policies and career education and vocational experience programs necessary for the adolescents to successfully settle in a region by examining their participation in vocational experience programs.The aim was to direct vocational experience programs in providing services that align with the circumstances and preferences of participants. Three-stage interviews were conducted with adolescent immigrants who participated in a vocational experience program co-hosted by Yeungnam University college’s community service center and Gyeongsangbuk-do Multicultural Family Support Center. The intention behind the interviews was to allow the adolescents to restructure their experiences within a given context and discover significance themselves. A total of six topic categories were drawn from the interviews. While the participants were able to expand the scope of their awareness of a new environment through the vocational experience program, they still felt overwhelmed and want to proceed. It is deemed that the effectiveness of vocational experience programs for adolescents immigrants will increase when they are offered in conjunction with measures that secure residence stability connected to the local labor market. 본 연구는 중도입국 청소년이 고등직업교육기관 직업체험프로그램에 참여하면서 가지는 경험을 탐색한 연구이다. 지역의 관점에서 중도입국 청소년이 한국으로 이주해서 직업체험프로그램에 참여하는 과정을 탐색하여 이들이 지역에 성공적으로 정착하기 위해 요구되는 지원 정책과 진로교육 및 직업체험프로그램의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 직업체험프로그램이 수요자의 상황과 선호에 부합할 수 있는 방향으로 제공하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 지역의 고등직업교육기관과 다문화가족지원센터가 공동 개최한 직업체험프로그램에 참여한 중도입국 청소년을 대상으로 자신의 경험을 맥락 속에서 재구성하고, 스스로 의미를 찾도록 돕는 3단계 구조 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 얻은 연구참여자들의 경험 진술에서 6개 주제의 범주를 도출하였다. 연구참여자들은 직업체험프로그램을 통해 새로운 세계에 대한 인식의 범위를 확장했지만 여전히 어떻게 해야 할지 모르는 막막함 속에서 더 노력하고 싶은 욕구를 느끼고 있었다. 중도입국 청소년을 위한 직업체험프로그램은 지역의 노동시장과 연계한 체류 안정성 확보 방안과 함께 제공되어야 그 실효성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
