치아수복의 최신 경향은 심미적인 개선과 건강한 치아 조직의 유지에 중점을 둔 보존적 심미 치료이다. 본 증례에서는 디지털 워크플로우를 사용하여 왜소치 환자에서 고투명도 입방정상 지르코니아(5Y-PSZ) 라미네이트를 이용한 비침습적 심미 치료의 성공적인 결과를 보고하고 임상적 의의를 평가하였다. 왜소치의 가족력이 있는 15세 여자 환자가 상악 전치부의 심미적 개선을 주소로 아주대학교 치과병원을 내원하였다. 별도의 치아 삭제 없이 디지털 인상 및 캐드캠 시스템을 통해 적절한 출현윤곽을 고려한 고투명도 입방정상 지르코니아(5Y-PSZ) 라미네이트를 제작하여 상악 6전치를 수복하였다. 최종 수복물 장착 6개월 후, 기계적 및 생물학적 합병증은 발견되지 않았으며 기능 및 심미적으로 만족스러운 결과를 보였다. 지르코니아의 치주 조직 친화성 및 개선된 투명도로 입방정상 지르코니아(5Y-PSZ)는 비침습적 심미보철 재료로 고려될 수 있다. Current trends in restorative dentistry focus on improving the esthetics and keeping the sound dental tissues as long as possible. The aims of this case report were to describe the successful outcome of cubic-phase zirconia laminate veneers for a patient with isolated microdontia by using a digital workflow, and to describe their clinical implications. A 15-year-old female who had isolated microdontia in combination with spacing visited Ajou University Dental Hospital for esthetic treatment. In this case, 6 maxillary anterior teeth were restored with cubic-phase zirconia laminate veneers without tooth structure removal by using a digital impression, computer-aided design (CAD) software, and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) procedures. At 6-month follow-up, no distinct mechanical and biological complications were detected and the prostheses exhibited satisfactory esthetics and functions. Due to its favorable tissue responses and enhanced translucency, cubic-phase zirconia can be a suitable strategy for a noninvasive esthetic approach.

여대생의 인유두종바이러스 예방접종 관련 건강신념과 자기효능감이 감염예방행위의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 건강신념과 자기효능감이 개인의 질병 예방행위를 결정하는 영향요인으로 보고, HPV 예방접종과 관련된 건강신념과 자기효능감이 HPV 예방행위의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 전국 5개 지역 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 여대생을 대상으로 405명의 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 Statistics Program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 감염예방행위의도에 영향을 주었던 전공계열, HPV 관련 지식, HPV 예방접종 경험을 통제변수로 투입한 후에도 HPV 예방접종 관련 건강신념과 자기효능감이 감염예방행위 의도에 유의한 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 여대생의 HPV 관련 감염예방행위의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악함으로써 여대생의 HPV 감염예방행위의도를 높일 수 있는 중재 개발을 위해 개인의 건강신념과 자기효능감 개선이 필요함을 확인하였으며, 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 HPV 예방행위 증진을 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발과 운영이 필요하다 여겨진다. In this study, we investigated the effect of HPV related Health Belief and Self-Efficacy on HPV Infection Preventive Behavioral Intention considered to be the main impact in determining disease prevention behavior. Subjects of this study were female college students attending a four-year college. It was collected 405 data analyzed with SPSS 25.0 Statistics Program. In order to understand the effect of the subjects HPV related Health Belief and Self-Efficacy on HPV Infection Preventive Behavioral Intention, the general characteristics influenced HPV Infection Preventive Behavioral Intention were introduced as a control variable, and analyzed with Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis. Personal health belief and self-efficacy need to be improved to develop interventions that can increase HPV Infection Preventive Behavioral Intention in female college students. Based on the research results, it is necessary to develop and operate various programs to improve HPV prevention behavior.
