        Methyl-7-iodoheptanoate의 합성에 관한 연구

        New synthetic method for methyl-7-iodoheptanoate was studied. Methyl-7-iodoheptanoate is important compound in the synthesis codlemone, the sex pheromone of codling moth which doing harm to apple tree significantly, and this compound also be used essentially in the synthesis of prostaglandin derivatives. In previous the methyl-7-iodoheptanoate has been prepared from-7-chloroheptanoic acid as a starting material with disadvantage, since the 7-chloroheptanoic acid is expensive and the process is much complicate. In this paper the method to preparing methyl-7-iodoheptanoate was developed economically by using dihydropyran as a starting material in the course of 5 steps. Hence, methyl-7-iodoheptanoate which can be synthesized by new method studied on this paper should be very useful compound for preparing codlemone or its acetate which will be used to developing pollution-free insecticides, and for preparing prostaglandin derivatives with advantage.

        급성 진행성 사구체신염을 동반한 eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis 1예

        Eosinophilic granulomatos is with polyangitis (EGPA) should be considered in asthmatic patients who present with severe systemic symptoms and eosinophilia. Progressive renal insufficiency can occur during the acute phase of EGPA accompanied by renovascular involvement. A 58-year-old man visited local clinic with complaints of malaise, weight loss, fever, and dyspnea. Eosinophilia was revealed in peripheral blood. Pulmonary function tests were carried out, which yielded decreased lung function with positive bronchodilator response. Kidney and skin biopsies were performed, and histological examination showed acute necrotizing crescentic glomerulonephritis and leukoclastic vasculitis in the skin, which led to a diagnosis of EGPA (Churg-Strauss syndrome) associated with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis. The patient received pulse steroid therapy with parenteral methylprednisolone, followed by oral prednisolone. Clinical and laboratory findings improved dramatically, and remission was attained rapidly. The patient continued to be in remission for 5 months. Prompt and aggressive treatment with systemic corticosteroids is mandatory to control disease activity and to achieve remission. (Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2016;4:70-73)

        블로그와 글로벌 공론장

        블로그는 뉴스와는 다른 역할을 수행하며, 뉴스가 만드는 공론장과 블로그 공론장의 성격은 다를 수 있다. 블로그는 뉴스와 달리 다양한 개인들이 자발적으로 참여하는 다원주의적 담론 공간에 가깝다. 이 연구는 국가별 비교연구에 초점을 맞춘 기존의 글로벌 공론장 연구와는 다르게 뉴스와 블로그의 차이를 실증적으로 검토하고, 이를 집단지성의 가능성과 한계 측면에서 논의해 보고자 했다. 이를 위해 2010년 초 있었던 ‘그리스 경제 위기’를 분석 사례로 선정해, 각국에서 서비스되는 구글을 매개로 한 뉴스와 블로그 담론을 분석했다. 분석은 뉴스와 블로그 공론장이 그리스 당사자들에 대해 어떤 태도를 갖는지, 어떤 주제와 지역에 주목하는지, 전문적 의견제공자는 누구인지, 원인과 해법에 대해 어떤 의견을 갖는지, 어떤 인식틀frame)을 채택하는지를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 블로그 공론장은 전반적으로 뉴스 공론장과 차별화된 양상을 보이기보다, 뉴스와 유사한 의미와 전망을 공유하고 있었다. 그러나 블로그 공론장은 뉴스 공론장에서는 두드러지지 않은 다양한 입장과 관점을 담고 있어 대안적인 의미 형성에 부분적으로 기여한다는 점도 발견됐다. 특히 블로그 공론장의 담론은 잘 통합된 대안 혹은 대항 담론으로 구조화되어 있기보다 다원주의적이고 파편화된 형태로 남아 있었다. 이는 블로그 공론장이 집단지성의 실천으로까지는 아직 효과적으로 연결되지 못하고 있는 것으로 풀이됐다. 이 연구는 이에 블로그와 집단지성의 가능성은 블로그 공간의 개방성과 참여성 이외에 목적성에 대한 전제가 해결될 때 보다 효과적으로 기대될 수 있을 것이며, 또한 블로그 공론장의 대안성과 집단지성으로의 도약은 글로벌 공론장의 민주적 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 제안한다. The blogsphere is substantially different from news media in terms of the role as media and takes pluralistic and alternative aspects. Paying attention to blogs as alternative public sphere, This study aims at not only examining empirically a distinction between the news media and the blog covering a global issue, but also, if possible, interpreting a differential aspect of blogs in comparison with news media into the possibility of collective intelligence. Total 402 news and blogs articles were collected from such “Greece Financial Crisis” news on the websites of Google served in 4 nations as U.S., France, Japan, and Korea for the comparative purpose and analysed by a quantitative content analysis. The measuring items of content analysis is made of attitude, favorable topics and regions, cue givers, opinions about the cause, perspectives, and solution, and a frame. Research Results indicate that the blogosphere's discursive way to cover it shows a tendency to follow with the 'Greece crisis' discourse of news media, but deliver the alternative information and knowledge about Greece crisis uncovered by news media in some degree. And to conclude, the possibility of blog media as an alternative mechanism to product knowledge is restrictively identified by the failure to make a noticeable distinction from the news.

      • Oral Contraceptives 中 Progestogen의 分析에 관한 硏究

        Norgestrel (13-Ethyl-l7-hydroxy-18, 19-diner-17α-pregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one) is a potent progestrone type contraceptive and presently gaining wide acceptance in therapeutic practice. Ethinyl estradiol (19-Nor-l7-pregna-1, 3, 5, 10-trim-20-yne-3, 17-diol) is a potent oestrogenic compound. It is either prescribed singly in the form of tablets or in the mixtures with progestational steroids in oral contraceptive formulations. In all cases it is prescribed in such low dosage level as to necessitate the availability of sensitive techniques for its evaluation. The analysis of progestogen and oestrogen steroids in oral contraceptive dosage form has spanned over almost two decades. Analytical methods for the progestogens have utilized ultraviolet spectrophotometric and colorimetric techniques. Recently a number of gas liquid chromatographic methods and fluorometric techniques were utilized for the oestrogen assay. The main drawback in the case of ultraviolet and colorimetric procedures appears to be the lack of specificity in the presence of other steroids. On the other hand, thermal decomposition of the oestrogen have been reported as a limiting factor for the method utilizing gas-liquid chromatography. In the last few years when the rapid advances of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) have been accomplished, many papers have been published on the analysis and separation of steroids. This paper describes the use of HPLC system for the simultaneous analysis of both steroids, norgestrel and ethinyl estradiol. The analytical procedures outlined in this paper afford a specific, quick, and accurate assay by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography Yor the two steroids, commonly used in oral contraceptive preparation. The best resolution between NG and EE was achieved with a solvent system of acetonitrile/water (60 : 40). The two steroids were separated easily using the 254nm and 280nm filter simultaneously. Prednisolone was found to be the most suitable as internal standard to prevent from possible inter fering peaks and impurities.

      • 주석中毒의 解毒劑에 관한 硏究

        This study is to examine the detoxication effect of cholic acid, methionine, ginseng ex. and glycyrrhizin on the toxicity induced by tin. For this purpose, this paper provides an analysis of the data on the groups of rats, one group of rats treated with tin (30 mg/kg body weight) only and other groups of rats combined treated with cholic acid, methionine, ginseng ex. and glycyrrhizin added tin. After breeding for 3 days, the data on pH, total acidity and volume of gastric juice secreation, changes in glucose and cholesterol levels, activity of GOT, GPT and alkaline phosphatase and concentration of calcium in kidney are analysed. The results were summarized as follow: 1. The volume, total acidity and pH of gastric juice showed a remarkable reduction in rats administered orally with tin. However, the administration of ginseng ex. or glycyrrhizin to the tin treated rats significantly enhanced the elevation of volume, total acidity and pH of gastric juice. 2. The serum glucose and cholesterol levels in rats were slightly lowered by oral administration of tin. Also, the administration of detoxicant to the tin treated rats were not significantly altered the elevation of serum glucose and cholesterol levels in rats. 3. The activity of serum GOT and GPT were markedly increased by administration of tin in rats. However the administration of detoxicant to the tin treated rats significantly inhibited the elevation of serum GOT and GPT. 4. The calcium concentration of kidney were segnificantly increased by administration of tin in rats. However, the administration of detoxicant markedly reduced the increased kidney calcium.

      • 牙山人工湖의 理化學的水質調査

        The surface and bottom of the water quality in the Asan artificial reservoir have investigated in 6 sites according to the geographycal view points during 3 seasons, summer, autumn and winter. As compared the water quality of two areas near the dike with upper area at 4km distance from dike, it was not found any difference. Vertical variation of water quality was not found certainly difference between the surface and the bottom. Because the depth of this reservoir was no more than 3m, the water temperature was 1℃ high in the surface than bottom in summer, the conductivity increase 7.5μ? high in surface but in autumn and winter the conductivity increase in the bottom especially 12μ? and 13.2μ?. The another items of water quality didn't found any difference. According to the seasonal variation of water quality, the water temperature was 25.6℃ in summer, 17.4℃ in autumn and 4℃ in winter. The concentration of Cl^- was 26.6ppm in summer and gradually increase in autumn and winter especially 103.6ppm and 267.9ppm. The total hardness exhibit much the same tendency with Cl^- and most high in winter as 134.9 ppm. The content of K and Na was lower in summer but most high in winter especially 10.0 ppm and 159.3 ppm. The water quality of the Jin wi river which is one of the water source in this reservoir was severely polluted with industrial waste water. The content of total hardness 152ppm, conductivity 565μ?, the content of COD 6.7ppm, the content of Na 550ppm and the content of Fe 1.4ppm.

      • Han River Management Policy

        Among the rivers in Korea, the Han River is the largest, most important one, which runs through the Seoul metropolitan region in the west toward the yellow sea. In the Han River basin there live as many as 17.1 mil. people including appr. 11mil. citizens in Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan region, already containing appr. 40% of the nation's total population, expectedly poses an ever-growing polluting burden to the Han River. Due to Korea's vigorous industrialization and heavy urbanization in the past quater century, water pollution was observed to be increasing in the Han River until the mid-1980's, but thereafter the Han River began to improve little by little by virtue of the government's massive investment and all-out efforts in water preservation. Pullic awareness on the importance of environmental protection is increasing unprecedentedly. With a view to meeting people's growing demand for clean water and pleasant environment, the government established the $quot;Comprehensive Mid-Term Environmental Conservation Plan$quot; (1992 - 1993) in 1991. According to the plan, 1,315 bil.won(1.7 bil.US$) is to be poured into the Han River Basin to install 113 water pollutant abatement plants including 43 treatment facilities. To successfully cope with the future's challenging need for the environmentally sound sustainable development, a variety of measures and an array of policies are going to be incorporated with emphasis on, - redistributing such polluting sources as population and industries - tightening control of the water pollutant discharge - restricting the pollution-accompanying land use - enhancing the assimiliantion capacity of the river - stirring up the public awareness and participation in the environment protection We hopefully anticipate that with those efforts the Han River will improve as drawn in the attached $quot;1996's Envisioned Han River Quality$quot;.
