        훼손비탈면에 식재된 자생목본류의 묘유형별 생육특성에 관한 연구

        This research was initiated to investigate the revegetation characteristics under seedling types of native woody plants on a disturbed slope. 4 different seedling types of woody plants (control, unit seedling plot, nature seedling plot, pot seedling plot) with the same woody plants (Rhus chinensis Mill, Albizzia julibrissin Duraz., Quercus acutissima Carr., Pinus densiflora S. et Z.) were treated with 3 replications on the experimental disturbed slope. Data such as the died number of native woody plants, growth height and visual quality were analyzed. The died number of plants were high in unit seedling plot when compared to the rest plots of seedling types. From the standpoint of died plant species, the died number were high in Rhus chinensis and Albizzia julibrissin whereas the died number were low in Quercus acutissima and Pinus densiflora. That`s because we used 1-year old seedlings of Rhus chinensis and Albizzia julibrissin and 3-year old seedling Quercus acutissima and Pinus densiflora. This result indicated that the died reason of native woody seedling was not species but seedling age. Both growth height and visual quality were ranked first in the pot seedling plot, second in the nature seedling plot, third in the unit seedling plot, and last in the control plot, respectively. However, the difference of both growth height and visual quality in each seedling plot was not observed on the 11 months after planting. Especially, the main reason of low rooting and growth value in the unit seedling plot was due to wooven fabric outer crust of pot that obstruct seedling rooting into the soil. We concluded that pot seedling of native woody plants was effective in the viewpoint of the ecological disturbed slope revegetation.

        소프트웨어의 해외 수출과 관련한 리스크 요인 연구

        소프트웨어는 디지털재화, 무형재, 정보재, 공공재의 기본적인 특성을 지니고 있으며, 수확체증의 법칙, 규모의 경제, 잠금효과, 네트워크 효과 등이 나타난다. 이러한 특징을 지닌 소프트웨어의 해외 수출은 그 형태가 매우 다양하고, 해외마케팅 비용과 현지화 비용이 많이 소요된다. 또한 간접판매 방식이 널리 활용되고, 지적재산권 보호, 개인정보 보호, 기술표준 등이 중요한 이슈가 된다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 전사적 리스크관리(ERM) 방법론 중 첫 번째 단계인 리스크 식별에 초점을 두고, 소프트웨어 수출의 각 과정에서 존재하는 리스크를 살펴보았다. 그리고 비즈니스 리스크, 안전 리스크, 인적 리스크, 신용 리스크, 명성 리스크, 법률 리스크, 시장 리스크, 환리스크, 지적재산권 리스크, 계약 리스크 등과 같은 다양한 리스크를 전사적 차원에서 관리해야 함을 강조하고 있다. Software is a typical one of digital goods that are non-physical, knowledgebased, and intangible. It is traded both domestically and internationally as well as on-line and off-line. Therefore, the Basic Law on Foreign Trade revised in 2001 includes it as the scope of foreign trade. The export of software has many different characteristics, procedures, and risks from general physical goods in overseas marketing, negotiation, contract, delivery, payment, customs clearance, and claims, etc. It is very important to manage uncertainties and risks inherent in the export of software. This study focuses on the identification of risk factors in it from the enterprise risk management(ERM) approach. Based on the previous studies, ten(10) risk factors are derived such as business risk, security risk, personnel risk, credit risk, reputation risk, legal risk, market risk, exchange risk, intellectual properties risk, and contract risk. Software companies should fully understand and manage the above risk factors in the export of software. For more practical and effective risk management, however, there should be follow-up studies including risk analysis(qualitative, quantitative), risk response planning, risk monitoring and control, etc.

        통상법,제도 : 전략물자 수출통제 자율준수제도(CP)에 관한 한일 비교 연구

        수출자에게 이중용도 품목의 최종용도와 수요자 확인의무를 부여하는 상황허가(Catch-all) 제도가 본격 시행되면서 대량살상무기(WMD) 확산 방지 등을 위한 기업의 전략물자 수출통제 자율준수제도(Compliance Program: CP)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 일본은 아시아 최고의 전략물자 수출통제 국가로서 현재 1,600개 이상의 기업이 자율준수무역거래자로 지정되어 있다. 반면 한국은 2005년 자율준수무역거래자 제도가 도입되었음에도 불구하고 2011년 10월말 현재 148개 기업만이 자율준수무역거래자로 지정되어 있다. 본 논문은 한국과 일본의 전략물자 수출통제 자율준수제도의 발전과정, 주요 내용 및 현황에 대한 비교 분석을 통해 한국의 자율준수제도 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제시한다. 첫째, 전략물자 수출기업의 자율준수제도에 대한 긍정적인 인식 전환 노력이 시급하다. 둘째, 자율준수제도에 대한 신속한 정보 제공과 함께 홍보 및 교육이 강화되어야 한다. 셋째, 자율준수제도 관련 정부-기업 간 커뮤니케이션이 활성화되어야 한다, 넷째, 자율준수제도의 발전 및 정착을 위한 한·일 간 다각적인 협력방안의 모색이 필요하다. Under the UN Security Council Resolution 1540/1810 in 2004 to restrict the proliferation of WMD (weapons of mass destruction) and their means of delivery, many countries have taken great efforts to control the export of strategic items, thereby preventing the transfer of ABCM (atomic, biological, chemical weapons, missiles) and technologies and goods related to conventional weapons or dual-use items. Compliance Program (CP) in Korea or Internal Compliance Program(ICP) in Japan refer to a company`s internal system or rules to comply with the export control laws and regulations, and is to prevent the unintentional illegal export of strategic items. This paper analyzes the Compliance Program (CP) of strategic export control system between Korea and Japan. Both countries have very similar legal frameworks under the guiding principles of multilateral export control regimes. However, there are some differences in actual procedures, classification service, supporting system, export license, sanctions for illegal exporters, etc. Korea should take more active and customer-oriented measures to promote the Compliance Program (CP) into Korean export companies for better awareness and positive attitude, practical information and education, smoothy government-firm communication, closer cooperation between Korea and Japan, etc.

        시대적변천에 따른 아파트단지의 경관적특성 및 선호도에 관한 연구 -청주시 아파트 단지를 대상으로-

        The open space of apartment complex has changed diversely according to construction periods which were divided into the introduction stage (the 1980s), the development stage (the 1990s), and the maturity stage (after 1999). This study set out to analyze the periodic changes of visual characteristics and preference with the open space of apartment complexes in Cheongju City. For analysis of visual characteristics and preference, nineteen adjectives that were determined to sufficiently express the feeling of the open space of apartment complex. The results are as follows. As for adjective image assessment by using descriptive statistics, favorable images were shown in complexes of maturity stage phase that were constructed after the liberalization of apartment sale in 1999. These results may be caused both by quantitative increase and diversification of materials in planting and landscaping furniture and by nature-friendly designing. The results of factor analysis by Varimax rotation method showed that common variance was 73.9%, which indicates higher explanation. The nineteen adjectives could be divided into three factors, ``pleasantness factor,`` ``negative factor,`` and ``irregular factor.`` Visual preference was analysed by using Least significant Difference (LSD) by analysis of variance: complexes of maturity stage phase that were constructed according to the liberalization of apartment sale in 1999 were highest in assessment. The correlation between view preference and adjective images was analyzed by multiple regression analysis, and ``feeling like walking,`` ``well-arranged,`` ``beautiful,`` ``friendly,`` and ``clean`` (in order) were adjective images that most affected the preference. As for the analysis of the correlation between visual preference and physical components of view, the preference increased as the rate of pavement and greens was higher, while it decreased as size of building was larger. Therefore, backgrounds of walking and greens had strong effects on the preference.

        연구논문(硏究論文) : 수변 비탈면 녹화를 위한 한지형잔디의 내침수성 연구

        Cool-season turfgrass is a rapidly increasing of usage for the revegetation of waterside slopes in dams, lakes and rivers. The purpose of this research is to identify the flooding tolerance of cool-season turfgrass with respect to the flooding periods of 0(control), 2, 4 and 6 days, respectively. The surface coverage ratio, turfgrass injury and soil moisture content were measured to assess the flooding tolerance of cool-season turfgrass. The increase in the flooding periods with 4 and 6 days resulted in the lower surface coverage ratio for cool-season turfgrass while no significant difference was found in the 2 days flooding when compared to 0 day (the control plot) flooding plot. In case of the turfgrass injury and the soil moisture content, however, the higher values were found with the increase of flooding periods in 2, 4 to 6 days. We observed that the higher the turfgrass injury and soil moisture content increased, the lower the surface covrage ratio decreased. In these regards, we also observed that the tolerance of cool season turfgrass were high in the 2 days flooding condition, medium in the 4 days flooding condition and low in the 6 days flooding condition. The flooding tolerance of cool-season turfgrass was gradually weakened in over 2 days flooding periods due to O2 deficiency in the anaerobic soil condition. Therefore, we could suggest cool-season turfgrass within 2 days flooding periods for the revegetation of waterside slopes in dams, lakes and rivers.
