        비폭력대화프로그램이 간호사의 대인관계능력, 직무스트레스, 정신적 웰니스에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 비폭력대화프로그램이 간호사의 대인관계능력, 직무 스트레스, 정신적 웰니스에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 시차설계인 유사실험연구이다. 연구기간은 2013년 6월1일부터 10월20일이며, 자료수집은 J시에 소재한 G병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 실험군14명, 대조군 15명으로 총 29명이었다. 본 연구는 대학병원 간호사들을 대상으로 6주간 진행하였고, 간호사의 근무특성상 1주에 3회기를 진행하였으며, 각 회기 당 소요된 시간은 60분이었으며, 대조군에게는 프로그램을 진행하지 않았다. 자료분석은 빈도와 백분율, 카이제곱검증, Fisher"s exact t-test로 분석하였다. 대화 프로그램을 적용한 후 간호사의 대인관계능력, 직무스트레스, 정신적 웰니스에 미치는 효과를 검증하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비폭력대화프로그램에 참여한 간호사들은 대인관계 능력은 시기와 집단 간의 교호작용은 유의하게 나타났다 (F=7.726, p=0.002). 둘째, 비폭력대화프로그램에 참여한 간호사들의 직무스트레스 수준은 시기와 집단 간의 교호작용은 유의하게 나타나지 않았다(F=0.142, p=0.851). 셋째, 비폭력대화프로그램에 참여한 간호사들은 정신적 웰니스는 시기와 집단간의 교호작용은 유의하게 나타났다(F=31.355, p=0.000). 결론적으로 비폭력대화프로그램은 임상간호사들의 대인관계능력과 정신적 웰니스를 증진하는데 효과적임을 확인하였으나 직무스트레스에 대해서는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타나 추후반복연구가 시행되어야할 것이다. This study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of a nonviolent communication program on nurse"s interpersonal competence, job stress and spiritual wellness. This study was a inequality similar to the control group experimental design study of repeated measurements before and after. The data for this study were collected from June 1 to October 20, 2013 from 29 clinical nurses. The self-administered questionnaires used consisted of questions regarding general characteristics, interpersonal competence, job stress and spiritual wellness. The results were: 1. For interpersonal competence, the interaction between time and group was significant (F = 7.726, p = 0.002). 2. For job stress analysis, the interaction between time and group was not significant (F = 0.142, p = 0.851). 3. For spiritual wellness, the interaction between time and group was significant (F = 31.355, p < .001). These results suggest that the nonviolent communication program had a positive effect on rejected clinical nurse"s interpersonal competence and spiritual wellness, but not on job stress. A follow-up replication study will be necessary.

        간호사의 병원윤리풍토와 의사소통 자기효능감이 미완료간호에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of hospital ethical climate and communication self-efficacy on nursing care left undone. Methods: The participants were 142 nurses working in a general hospital. Data were collected from July 18 to August 30, 2021. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: (a) The mean value of hospital ethical climate was 3.54±0.41, communication self-efficacy was 5.03±0.81, and the sum of nursing cares left undone was 3.68±3.14. (b) Nursing cares left undone had a negative correlation with hospital ethical climate(r=-.25, p=.003) but not with communication self-efficacy (r=-.13, p=.116). (c) Factors that affected nursing cares left undone included education (≥master) (β=.23, p=.005), marital status (single) (β=-.19, p=.018), age (26~27) (β=-.18, p=.022), and hospital ethical climate (β=-.18, p=.029); the explanation power was 18.0% (F=8.66, p<.001). Conclusion: Our study shows that hospital ethical climate plays a significant role in nursing cares left undone of nurses. It is important to strengthen hospital ethical climate to lower the incidence of nursing cares left undone. These results may serve as basic data to help develop strategies for reducing the incidence of nursing cares left undone.

        간호사의 감성지능과 직무스트레스가 재직의도에 미치는 영향

        This purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence and job stress on retention intention of nurses. Subjects were 329 nurses. The data were collected using self -report questionnaire from November 2 to November 27, 2017. Data were analyzed using SPSS Win 24.0. Retention intention were positively correlated with emotional intelligence(r=.35, p<.001) and were negatively correlation with job stress(r=-.19, p<.001) of nurses. Job satisfaction(β=.476, p<.001), emotional intelligence(β=.163, p<.001), job stress(β=-.151, p=.001) and Whether the desired department is place(β=-.116, p=.008) explained 40.6% of total variance of retention intention of nurse. Therefore, To increase retention intention of nurses, it is necessary to develop and test the program for improving job satisfaction and emotional intelligence. 본 연구는 간호사의 감성지능, 직무스트레스가 재직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 329명의 간호사를 대상으로 2017년 11월 2일부터 11월 27일까지 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집후 SPSS WIN 24.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 재직의도는 감성지능(r=.35, p<.001)과 정적 상관관계, 직무스트레스와는 부적 상관관계(r=-.19, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 재직의도에 직무만족도(β=.476, p<.001), 감성지능(β=.163, p<.001), 직무스트레스(β=-.151, p=.001) 및 희망부서 배치(β=-.116, p=.008)의 순으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 총 설명력은 40.6%이었다. 따라서 간호사의 재직의도를 향상시키기 위해서는 직무만족과 감성지능을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

        코로나19를 경험한 간호대학생의 학업스트레스 영향요인

        This study aimed to identify academic stress factors of nursing students who have experienced COVID-19. The subjects of this study were 172 nursing students from three universities in Gyeongsangnam-do. Data were collected at November 2022 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, Hierarchical regression by SPSS/WIN 21.0. As a result of the study, the degree of academic stress 2.09 points and the factors affecting nursing students' academic stress were major satisfaction, satisfaction with alternative clinical practicum, emotion-focused coping, problem-focused coping, self-efficacy, perceived health status, and depression due to COVID-19, and the total explanatory power was 62.3%. Based on these research results, we need to prepare a systematic education plan to reduce the academic stress of nursing students in future disasters and infectious diseases by preparing measures to increase nursing students' major satisfaction and satisfaction with alternative clinical practicum.

        신규간호사를 위한 감성지능 향상프로그램이 감성지능과 직무스트레스에 미치는 효과 -혼합연구설계-

        본 연구는 신규간호사를 대상으로 감성지능 향상프로그램을 적용 후 감성지능 및 직무스트레스에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 시도 되었다. 혼합연구설계이며 연구대상자는 신규간호사 29명(실험군 15명, 대조군 14명)을 대상으로 감성지능 향상프로그램을 주 1회 총 8주(20시간) 실시하였다. 양적연구는 SPSS/WIN 18.0을 이용하여 Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, t-test, repeated measure ANOVA로 분석하였고 질적연구는 내용분석을 하였다. 실험군의 감성지능과 직무스트레스가 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 없었다. 질적내용 분석결과 감성지능이 향상됨 임파워링 됨, 스트레스가 줄어듬, 나에서 우리로 변함, 미래의 나를 꿈꾸게 됨으로 나타났다. 다양한 시기의 간호사를 대상으로 감성지능 향상프로그램을 적용하고 그 효과를 검증하는 연구를 제언한다. This study was conducted to develop and test the effects of an emotional intelligence program for new nurses. The study design was a mixed method research. Participants were 29(intervention group: 15, control group: 14) new nurse. The emotional intelligence improvement program was conducted once a week for a total of 8 weeks (20 hours).The emotional intelligence program was provided for 8 weeks (20 hours). Quantitative data were analyzed using Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, t-test, repeated measure ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 18.0. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. Quantitative results showed that emotional intelligence, Job stress were no significantly better in the experimental group compared to the control group. According to the qualitative results, the new nurse experienced improvement in emotional intelligence, empowerment, a reduction in stress, Changed from 'alone' to 'us', and as well as I dream of my future self after participation in the emotional intelligence program. A study to apply the emotional intelligence improvement program to nurses at various times and to verify its effectivene.

        집단 역동적 심상 치료가 여자 간호사의 직무와 심리사회적 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Purpose of this study was to examine the impact of group dynamic imagery therapy on job stress and psychosocial stress of female nurses. Methods: The research questions were tested through a quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest design. Seventy-seven female nurses from G University Hospital in J City participated in this study; 38 of them were assigned to the experimental group, and the rest were assigned to the control group. Once a week for 8 continuous weeks, participants in the experimental group had 90-minute group dynamic imagery therapies. Results: 1) The level of job stress was significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group, and 2) The level of Psychosocial stress was also significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that group dynamic imagery therapy can be an effective intervention against job stress and psychosocial stress of female nurses.

        대학병원 간호사에서 일의 의미, 직무배태성, 직장 내 괴롭힘이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of meaning of work, job embeddedness, and workplace bullying on turnover intention in university hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 126 nurses in a university hospital with more than 500 beds in C-city. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: Significant factors influencing the turnover intention of hospital nurses were meaning of work, job embeddedness and workplace bullying. Conclusion: Negative significant factors influencing the turnover intention of university hospital nurses were meaning of work and job embeddedness. Workplace bullying was the only positive significant factor influencing turnover intention of university hospital nurses. In order to reduce turnover intention, it is necessary to find an alternative that strengthens the meaning of work and job embeddedness and prevents the workplace bullying.
