골괴사증은 혈류의 차단으로 골의 괴사가 일어나는 것으로 흔히 세균에 의하지 않고 발생하는 것을 지칭한다. 이는 대퇴골두에 가장 호발하며 그 밖에 상완골두, 수부 주상골, 족부 거골, 대퇴골과 등에 발생하고 있다. 근위 경골에 발생하는 골괴사증은 극히 드물며, 특히 근위 경골외과에 발생한 골괴사증은 그 보고예가 없다. 저자들은 양측 근위 경골외과에 발생한 골괴사증 1예를 치험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The authors experienced a case with osteonecrosis of both lateral tibial condyles. A 50-year-old male complained of pain in left hip joint and both knee joints. On plain X-ray, there were several findings compatible to osteonecrosis of femoral head on both sides, but in both knees, there were only mild degenerative changes. On technetium bone scan, there was increased uptake in both femoral heads and both lateral tibial condyles. We treated the patient with total hip replacement arthroplasty for left hip joint and with core decompression for right hip joint and both lateral tibial condyles. The pathologic findings confirmed diagnosis of osteonecrosis of femoral heads and lateral tibial condyles. Three months after operation, symptoms had subsided. Osternecrosis of lateral tibial condyle has never been reported previously.
ESS용 리튬이온전지의 열폭주 방지용 오프가스 검출 알고리즘에 관한 연구

Recently, large-scaled ESS is rapidly installed in Korea according to the green growth and carbon neutralization policy, however, the related industries have been severely damaged since the first ESS fire accident occurred in August, 2017. Even though diverse measures such as limiting the operation range of SOC and installing additional protection devices in ESS are being performed, fire accidents in ESS are being occurred continuously. And also, as the scale of fire accidents in ESS may be increased due to the thermal runaway and the fire can not be suppressed by using existing fire extinguishing facilities, researches on preventing the thermal runaway in Li-ion battery in advance are being required. Therefore, this paper evaluates the mechanism of off-gas and thermal runaway in Li-ion battery and proposes an off-gas detection algorithm to prevent thermal runaway in advance, and then implements an off-gas detection device, accordingly. From the test results of thermal runaway, installation location of off-gas sensors and malfunction of off-gas detection based on the proposed test device for evaluating the operation characteristics of off-gas detection device, it is confirmed that the off-gas detection device and algorithm can effectively prevent fire accidents in advance by accurately detecting the off-gas and avoiding the malfunction of off-gas detection due to irrelevant gas from surroundings.

In this paper, features and efficiencies of the 3D engine are described which has been developed through the research of 3D real time rendering techniques. And an on-line shooting game “3D Fortress” which has been developed using this 3D engine with server technologies is introduced for the techniques and methodology applied in the process of development of the game as well as the features and discussions of its implementation.
