제주 청년의 '청년공간지원사업' 참여 경험의 교육적 의미

The purpose of this study is to analyze what educational meaning the participation in the ‘Youth Space Support Project’ supervised by Jeju-do has for young people in Jeju, where the policy for youth problems such as youth unemployment, avoidance of marriage and childbirth, etc. has emerged as a new contemporary issue. To this end, it attempts to examine what motivated them to participate in the project, what and how experience from it and what a meaning they provided to their experiences. To give answers to such questions, it conducted a literature review regarding the ‘Youth Space Support Project,’ in-depth interviews with 10 young people in their 20s to 39 in Jeju, who had experience of participating in it, and the participant observation on the ‘Jeju Youth Center’ project. The interviews including a preliminary survey had been conducted 25 times from Oct., 2018 to Apr., 2020. The findings show that young people in Jeju participated in the project from several motivations such as ‘autonomous space utilization,’ ‘self-development,’ ‘security of funding,’ ‘donation of talents,’ etc., and experienced ‘teaching what they know,’ ‘learning what they want to learn’ and ‘meeting many people’ by using methods such as ‘alone/in groups,’ ‘new persons/familiar persons’ and ‘steadily/temporarily.’ By participating in this project, they share several educational meanings, including ‘opportunities to find out their abilities,’ ‘feeling for ripening’ and ‘time to share learning beyond building rapport.’ In conclusion, the ‘Youth Space Support Project,’ a kind of high-grade alternative education contributed to the young generation’s lifelong learning.

젓갈에서 분리된 효모를 이용한 아로니아의 탄닌 성분 저감화 효과에 관한 연구

Aronia (Black chokeberry, Aronia melanocarpa) belonging to the Rosaceae family, is native to eastern North America. Aronia contain high levels of flavonoids, mostly anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins, which are known as condensed tannins. The dominant proanthocyanidins in aronia are (-)-epicatechin and (+)-catechin. The concentration of proanthocyanidins in aronia is higher than in other berries, however due to the astringent taste it is not desirable for consumption. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of aronia on the reduction in tannins by yeast isolated from regional Jeotgal. We isolated strains of yeast with high β-glucosidase activity from Jeotgal, with the MTY2 strains exhibiting a reduction in final tannin concentration according to thin layer chromatography (TLC) analysis. MTY2 was confirmed as Kazachstania servazzii using an 18S rDNA sequence and named as K. servazzii MTY2. K. servazzii MTY2 showed most significant growth when K. servazzii MTY2 was cultured in a solution of 10% (w/v) glucose, 3% (w/v) tryptone and 0.1% (w/v) sodium chloride. According to the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis, the (+) - catechin peak is present, but (-) - epicatechin peak was reduced at culture condition added with 10% glucose in medium.

현재 모바일 빅뱅이라고 할 정도로 다양한 단말기가 출시되고 특히 스마트폰 시장은 엄청난 성장을 하고 있다. 이에 따라 대학에서도 모바일 웹 페이지 구축과 인터페이스 및 콘텐츠의 변화에 대한 필요성을 확립되어가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학에서 모바일 웹서비스를 구축할 때 적합한 인터페이스와 콘텐츠를 위하여 기초연구가 될 수 있도록 대학의 모바일 웹서비스에 필요한 인터페이스 및 콘텐츠에 대해 조사하고 분석했다.

제주 거주 몽골 이주 배경 부모의 이중언어교육 경험 연구

This study sought to examine the problem that Korea's bilingual education policy is limited to international marriage families. We investigated how international marriage families, as well as parents of foreign workers and international students, provide bilingual education to their children, what difficulties they face, and what meaning they give to bilingual education. For this purpose, interviews were conducted with parents of four families with Mongolian immigrant background living in Jeju, and a total of four themes and nine subthemes were derived. We confirmed the diversity of bilingual education environments, the contrast in attitudes toward bilingual education, the limitations of bilingual learning resources, and the conflicting meanings of bilingual education. Through this, we confirmed that children with a Mongolian immigrant background can successfully complete bilingual education in Jeju. In addition to parent education, the community and government should further expand bilingual education opportunities from the perspective of multiculturalism, and residents and immigrants should cultivate an attitude of equal exchange and communication from the perspective of interculturalism.

데이터거버넌스를 위한 데이터품질 수준 측정 모델 연구

데이터거버넌스는 전사적인 차원에서 보유하고 있는 모든 데이터에 대해 관리 정책, 지침, 표준, 전략 및 방향을 수립하고, 데이터를 관리할 수 있는 조직 및 서비스를 구축하여 데이터 관점에 조직의 가치창출을 지속하는 것을 의미한다. 데이터거버넌스는 데이터 정책 요소, 데이터 품질 요소 및 데이터 관리적 요소로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 데이터거버넌스를 원활하기 수행하기 위하여 데이터 품질 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가 모델을 구축한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 데이터 품질에 관한 기존 연구를 비교하고, 데이터 품질의 세부 구성 요소를 정의한다. 둘째, 데이터 품질 세부 구성 요소 대한 가중치를 산정한다. 마지막으로 데이터 품질 세부 구성 요소별로 수준 측정 기준을 제시하여 데이터 품질 수준 측정 모델을 수립한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 데이터 품질의 수준을 측정할 수 있는 모델을 지속적으로 활용할 경우, 데이터 품질을 지속적으로 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

제주 거주 몽골 이주 배경 부모의 이중언어교육 경험 연구

이 연구는 한국의 이중언어교육 정책이 국제결혼가정에 한정된 것을 문제 삼아, 국제결혼가정뿐만 아니라 외국인 노동자 및 유학생 부모가 자녀 대상 이중언어교육을 어떻게 하고 있고, 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이중언어교육에 어떤 의미를 부여하고 있는지를 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 위해 제주 거주 몽골 이주 배경 네 가정의 부모를 면담했고, 4개의 주제와 9개의 하위 주제를 도출하였다. 첫째, 가정의 유형, 자녀의 출생지역 등에 따라 ‘한국어가 편한 가정’, ‘한국어와 몽골어를 섞어 말하는 가정’, ‘한국어와 몽골어 둘 다 좋지 않은 가정’ 등이 존재했다. 둘째, 이주 배경 부모는 ‘다문화, 이중언어라는 말만 들어도 싫은’ 부모와 ‘몽골어와 몽골 문화를 제대로 배워야 한다’는 부모로 구별되었다. 셋째, ‘제주에는 몽골어 교육기관이 없고’와 ‘부모 모두 몽골인 가족은 교육 프로그램에 참여할 수 없다’는 것이 이중언어교육의 어려움으로 제시되었다. 넷째, 이중언어교육의 의미는 ‘필요할 때 필요한 언어를 배우면 된다’는 입장과 ‘당연히 배워야 한다’는 입장으로 구별되었다. 곧 이중언어교육 환경의 다양성, 이중언어교육 태도의 대조성, 이중언어 학습자원의 제한성, 이중언어교육 의미의 상충성을 확인하였다. 장차 몽골 이주 배경 자녀가 제주에서 이중언어교육을 성공적으로 이수하려면 부모교육과 함께 지역사회 및 정부가 다문화주의 관점에서 이중언어교육 기회를 더욱 확대하고, 정주민과 이주민은 상호문화주의 관점에서 대등하게 교류하고 소통하는 태도를 함양해야 할 것이다. O2O 서비스모델을 이용한 요식업체의 서비스 확장 방법론에 관한 연구

최근 O2O(Online To Offline)서비스는 중국을 중심으로 크게 성장하고 있으며, 우리나라 역시 O2O 서비스가 각종 서비스산업에서 성장하고 있다. 그리고 국내 1인가구의 증가로 O2O 서비스를 활용하기 적합한 환경이 마련됨에 따라 표준화된 O2O 서비스 모델의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 현재 우리나라 요식업계에서 오프라인 서비스를 주력으로 하는 레스토랑 같은 업체들이 보다 쉽게 온라인으로 확장할 수 있도록 2가지 종류의 O2O 서비스모델을 제안한다.
