        옥상 방수에 있어서 폴리우레탄 도막방수의 하자발생 유형에 관한 연구

        Up to now, the various water proofing methods and materials have been developed. For the water proofing methods, poly-urethane membrane method is one of the commonly used and increase market share in water proofing industry due to it's many advantages. However, in spite of it's many advantages over other water proofing methods, water proofing defect occurs frequently. With this respect, the study investigate water proofing defect causes in roof water proofing. The study investigate 13 water proofing construction site in Sunchon city in oder to find urethane membrane defection causes and their type. As a results of the study, the followings are founded. 1) Among various water proofing defection causes, problems of water remain phenomenon due to surface horizontal level defect which occupy $25\;\%$ of total defect causes is the most commonly occur. 2) The second defect cause which occupy $15\;\%$ of total defect causes is the swell up phenomenon due to surface dry problem. For the prevention of water proofing defection in roof using urethane membrane, the followings are recommended. 1) Faultless surface treatment before using urethane membrane 2) Develop improved urethane membrane material 3) Improve urethane membrane construction technique 방수공사의 중요성에 의해 그간 다양한 방수 재료 및 공법이 개발되었고 옥상바닥 방수공법으로 현재 합성고분자의 신장성, 탄성, 내구성 등이 뛰어날 폴리우레탄 도막방수재가 많이 보편화되어 성능이 높아지면서 시장점유율도 급증하게 되었다. 이에 방수성은 향상되었지만 이것 또한 방수결함이 빈번히 발생되고 있어 하자발생률이 감소되지는 않고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 옥상방수에 있어서 폴리우레탄 도박방수를 중심으로 방수결함 유형 및 하자원인을 분석함으로써 향후 하자 재발방지를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 순천지역을 대상으로 한 13개 현장 조사 결과 바탕의 평면불량으로 인한 물고임 현상이 $25\%$로 가장 많이 나타났고, 바탕의 건조불량으로 인한 부풀음 박리 현상이 $15\%$ 순으로 나타났으며 들뜸 $14\%$, 파단 $11\%$, 기타 순으로 결함이 발생되었다.

      • 전남동부권특성에 맞는 고강도콘크리트 제조방법에 관한 연구

        This study is to investigate the mixing proportion rate for high strength ready mixed concrete aiming at compressive strength of 600kg/㎠ using materials produced in Chunnam east sector. The factors and levels of this experimental study are 3 levels(0.5, 1.0, 1.5%) of superplasticizer, 3 level(10, 20, 30%) of silica fume, 5 level (515, 565, 715kg/㎥ ) of unit cement based on the base concrete mixing rate which is 30% of water binder ratio, 19 of max aggregate size and 33% of aggregate ratio. As the results of this study, the following are founded. 1. The suitable amount of superplasticizer is 1-1.5% of unit cement weight to achieve workable slump. 2. The 28-day compressive strength is increased by 100kg/㎠ with use of silicafume. 3. The optimum replacement ratio of silicafume is 20% of cement weight in the range of this study. 4. The suitable amount of unit cement is 565-615kg/㎥ in the range of this study.

      • 무다짐 콘크리트 製造方法에 관한 實驗的 硏究 : 普通强度 領域의 노출콘크리트 壁體를 中心으로 Focused on the Normal Strength Range for Exposed concrete Wall

        The construction technique of exposed concrete wall without any defect has known one of the difficult task to the engineers who worked in the civil and building construction field. For this reason, the self compacting concrete technique has been widely applied especially for the very thine concrete wall construction. The objective of this study is to provide the reference date on the manufacturing method for self compacting concrete which has self compacting capability without segregation. The mixing proportion tests for flowing concrete which uses superplasticizer are carried out using W/C ratio between 55~44% which represents the normal compressive strength range 210~280kgf/cm². The experiment results show as follows. 1. Within the normal compressive strength range, the suitable W/C ratio was under 45% in the case of only superplasticizer used for the manufacturing self compacting concrete. 2. The suitable slump flow range was 60cm ± 5cm in the case of the W/C ratio 44%. 3. The suitable S/A ratio was 46% in term of flow and compressive strength in the case of the W/C ratio 44%. 4. There is a little difference between vibrating compaction and self compacting method in term of compressive strength.

      • 건축물의 효율적인 하자관리시스템 구축에 관한 기초연구

        This study proposes an effective defect management system for small buildings. To construct such system, first, a defect management system framework was proposed. Based on the framework, a data based system was designed by using the Delphi software in conjunction with several other software. The system was tested by using one defect case. The results show that it can be used usefully to prevent defect related problems. However, a further study is required so that the system can be more matured.

        This study is to investigate the need for the establishment of Technology Park where Sunchon National University plays center role. For the study, the research method is based on the literature review and this study scope is limited at Kwangyang Sector which is included in the Chonnam East Sector. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1) The study proposes the framework for the "Kwangyang Science & Research Park" as regional center of Technology Park. The aims of the Science & Research Park are a) technology innovation, b) industrial improvement, c) creation of the regional industry. 2) The study suggests the 4 functions of the Science & Research Park which are a) research and development center, b) business incubator center, c) technology training center, d) information service center. 3) The expected benefits from the Science & Research Park can be summarized as follows; a) It can contributes the growth to the regional equal development as a results of the increasing employment and income. b) It can supports to growth toward the regional industry as supplying high-tech research equipment, space and research man power. c) It can plays core role for the regional consortium which gives a practical research between the universities and industries

        Carbon을 이용한 발열몰탈 제조방법에 관한 기초연구

        본 연구는 발열몰탈을 제조하는데 필요한 배합비를 도출하기 위한 재료적 실험으로서 발열몰탈 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공함에 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세 종류의 카본으로 압축 강도 실험한 결과 모두 실험목표치 28일 압축강도 100㎏/㎠ 이상의 결과가 나왔다. 둘째, 세 종류의 카본으로 발열온도 측정 실험한 결과 발열온도가 가장 우수한 카본은 카본블랙(VXC72)이고 다음으로는 활성탄이나, 실험목표 발열온도 (50℃~100℃/1h)를 달성하지 못하였으며 흑연은 가장 발열이 되지 않은 것으로 나타냈다. 셋째, 잔골재 크기가 압축강도와 발열온도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실험한 결과 잔골재 크기가 압축강도에 미치는 영향은 미미하나 발열온도에 미치는 영향은 많았다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic information regarding to the electrical conductive heating mortar(ECHM) for house heating system. The followings are the results of this study. Firstly, the 28 days compressive strength test results using three different types of carbon were satisfied the aimed compressive strength requirements which is over 100 kg/㎠. Secondly, the carbon black(VXC72) was the best material for reaching the aimed temperature at 50℃~100℃/1h. On the other hand, graphite carbon shows the worst exothermic result among three different types of carbons. Finally, for the effect of using fine aggregate size to the 28 days compressive strength and exothermic temperature, it shows that the effect of small aggregate size on the 28 days compressive strength was relatively low but the effect on exothermic temperature was high.

        This paper investigates the need of expansion of the Sunchon National University to prepare future campus growth. The study first investigates relationship between the university and industrial development of Chunnam East Sector. After that, the study investigates confronting problems related with existing university facilities. Based on these, the study investigates 4 types of campus expansion scheme. After comparison of these schemes, relocation of the university is the best choice for the Sunchon National University for preparing future campus growth. The criteria for the selection of the best site are also investigated for relocating Sunchon National University. However, this study shows the needs of further investigation to find the best location among candidate sites.
