Since Malgaigne described a external fixators in 1853, it were widely used for open and communited fractures. Modem external fixators such as modified Hoffman, Denham and orthofix external fixators are commonly applied because it could obtain rigid fixation and compression of fracture site. Most of external fixators used only as a fixator after reduction, however new external tixator(Ex-F- Re) by Osteo is consists of two units, which are the correction and fixation units. This device is possible to manipulate fracture fragments under the complete control of stability and to obtain more rigid fixation and compression of fracture site. Among the l6 cases of tibial fractures treated with Ex-Fi-Re external tixator device from June 1992 to June l993, 14 cases had minimum 1 year follow up and the following results were obtained. l. Among 14 cases, 7 were open fractures, 4 were closed periarticular communited fractures and 3 were infected nonunion of tibia. 2. Among 1l cases of fracture and 3 cases of infected nonunion, nonunion was happened in each one case. 3. Average bony union period was 24.4 weeks in fracture group and 44 weeks in infected nonunion group. 4. Ex-Fi-Re external fixator was very rigid fixator, easy to use, and possible to manipulate fracture fragments under the complete control of stability.

A central goal of this paper is to present a new account of the long-standing observations which have been unanswered in the development of the minimalist theory(Chomsky, 1995, 2000, 2001, 2006, 2013): (a) how to interpret/evaluate the English matrix clause under the conception that a phase is interpreted/evaluated at the next(high) strong phase (Chomsky, 2000), (b) how to value the uninterpretable([uF]) ϕ-features of C and T in the derivations without resorting to interpretability in that the valued [uF] features are indistinguishable from inherently interpretable features after turning into interpretable features, (c) how T-to-C movement undergoes under syntactic implementation of the Chomsky(2013)'s labeling system. In this paper we claim that the GP phase recognition algorithm can answer these questions, which says that the Spell-Out applies at the relevant phase level if all labels of projections are encoded and some prominent features(ϕ-features, force features)are shared by the [uF] ϕ-features of CP and TP. Thus the Spell-Out applies in the TP level of the English matrix clause through ϕ-feature sharing between Subject and TP after CP deletion. In wh-clauses or inversion clauses the Spell Out applies at the CP level in which T-to-C is obligatory in order for [uF] ϕ-features to share the prominent features between two lexical categories. This paper attempts to account for the mechanism of the impersonal-to-personal shift in the history of English under the phase- based system of minimalism. Previous treatments discussing this shift have centered on reanalysis, the loss of lexical case or the introduction of structural case, mainly resulting from the change of morphological cases. However, in this paper, with the introduction of the light verb phrase vP in the Middle/Present English, it is proposed that the impersonal to personal shift is attributed to the change of the phase domain in the minimalist architecture from the mono phase, CP in the impersonal constructions, to the duel phases, CP and vP in the transitive constructions. .
고장위치 검출 가능한 BIST용 패턴 발생 회로의 설계

In this paper, we design a pattern generator and a fault position detector to implement the proposed fault test algorithms which are Column Weight Sensitive Fault (CWSF) test algorithm and bit line decoder fault test algorithm for performing the Built-In Self Test(BIST) in RAM. A pattern generator consists of an address generator and a data generator. An address generator is divided into a row address generator for effective address and a column address generator for sequential and parallel addresses. A fault position detector is designed to determine whether full occurred or not and to find the position of the fault. We verify the implemented circuits by the simulation. 본 논문에서는 RAM의 Built-In Self Test(BIST)를 수행하기 위하여 제안되었던 Column Weight Sensitive Fault(CWSF) 테스트 알고리즘과 비트라인 디코더 고장 테스터 알고리즘에 적합한 패턴발생회로와 고장위치 검출기를 설계하였다. 패턴발생 회로는 어드레스 발생부와 데이터 발생부로 구성되었다. 또한 어드레스 발생부는 실효 어드레스를 위한 행 어드레스 발생부와 순차 및 병렬 어드레스를 위한 열 어드레스 발생부로 나누어져 있다. 고장위치 검출기는 고장발생의 유, 무와 그 위치를 찾기위해 구성되었다. 설계한 회로들의 검증을 위하여 각 부분 및 전체적인 시뮬레이션을 통하여 동작을 확인하였다.
