        Liberalism, one of the dangerous theological ideas that greatly threatens our traditional churches today, tends to put emphasis on human reason rather than on the authority of the Word of God. It focuses mainly on Christ; Christ as an exemplary human being who we should emulate rather than as God who came to this earth in human flesh or the Messiah who redeems the sins of Mankind. Such tendency triggers some to criticize that liberalism should be considered as christian ethics or philosophy of religion rather than theology. This Modern Liberalism originated from F. Schleiermacher known as the father of Modern Theology and his beliefs are well illustrated in his book, Christian Faith (Der Christliche Glaube nah den Grundsatzen der evangelischen kirche im Zusammenhang dargestellt). Basis in development of Schleiermacher's ideas are as the following: his growing, pietism, modern philosophy, and romanticism. It is easily noticeable that Schleiermacher puts emphasis on emotions where as Kant stresses on will and Hegel on reason. He also uses traditional theological terms with new meanings of his own. Therefore, it is important to examine Schleiermacher's beliefs on Emotions and Religion first in order to understand his stands thoroughly. There are three basic principles to follow in comparing and contrasting the beliefs of Schleiermacher and that of the traditional church which are following three characteristics of Christ: Christ as God and Man, Christ as Mediator, and Christ as Redeemer. Schleiermacher does not believe that Christ is God and also Man; He assumes Christ was a man with abundance of the God-consciousness, a feeling of absolute dependence, that God had approved. All the teachings from the Bible about the Crown of Jesus Christ suddenly disappears in Schleiermacher's understanding and Jesus remains only as an effect of further study. He believes although it may not be the same level as that of Christ's but all men possess the God consciousness that Christ overflew with. Just as in the case of Christ, salvation in accomplish when this God-consciousness is fulfilled dim a man. That process is driven by the efforts of men not by the supernatural grace of God. Therefore, Christ is merely a model provided when it comes to redemption. Schleiermacher's Christology may well be considered as reaction to Christology in seventeenth century. It is not however, exactly a theology that organized facts about Jesus Christ as it is illustrated in Bible. It is a partial theology that weighs heavily only on Jesus(Humanity). By ignoring total corruption and total inability of men, Schleiermacher's ideas have come to conclude in possibility of self-salvation. We must remind ourselves of Paul's teaching: "No can say, 'Jesus is Lord,' except by the Holy Spirit" (1 Cor. 12:3)

      • Brace材 履歷 Loop의 解析Model 設定에 관한 硏究

        The physical brace models using the plastic hinge method provide simple and specialized techniques for predicting the post-bucking and cyclic inelastic bebavior of braces. That is, abvantages of the plastic hinge theory models are that the computational simplifications allow analyses of complete brace structure, and that only the cross-section properties and effective length of the brace need to be defined. The plastic hinge theries are based on assuming an axial-force(N)-moment(M) interaction curve and elasto-perfectly plastic moment-curvature relationship at the center hinge. But because of the assumption and idealizations involved the plastic hinge models available give comparatively accurate results only for the members with high slenderness-ratio kL/r>120 approximately, that is, most of the suggested models have avoidable limitations applying for the low slenderness-ratio. However, the advanced physical brace model would reduce the need for empirical data and input parameters required. In this paper, advanced physical model is suggested with comments on its theoretical bases, correlation with limitations and demerits of past research achieved on the physical brace models, and also basic considerations, member parameters and deformations affecting brace inelastic behavior are discussed.

      • BRACE材의 座屈 後의 擧動에 관한 硏究

        Generally, plastic hinge method is based on assuming the elastic-perfectly plastic stress-strain curve for predicting on the post-buckling behavior of brace members. But the plastic hinge method has the major problem which could not be considered strain-hardening in the material properties so we couldn't obtain exact solutions for the post-buckling behaviors of the brace members. Therefore, obtained solution in plastic hinge theory has lower bound evaluation in the case of braces with low slenderness-ratio. In this paper, suggested theory is defined axial force(N)-moment(M) interaction curve with point(αM_p,N_y) having function of effective slenderness-ratio and meterial properties. In this theory, bi-linear M-N interaction curve and 4 idealized cross section are introduced. The numerical results were compared with experimental results and represented good accordance with the experimental results.

        강관트러스의 T형 격점부의 항복하중 예측에 관한 연구

        대스팬 철골구조물의 지붕구조로서 강관트러스가 많이 사용되고 있다. 강관트러스는 타 단면(H, L형강 등)에 비하여 구조역학적인 측면에서 유리하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 지관의 압축력에 의하여 격점부에는 국부좌굴이 발생하고 이로 인하여 구조체 전체의 내력이 격점부의 지배를 받게 된다. 또한 강관 격점부에서의 내력 및 변형 성상은 거동이 복잡하여 정확한 거동을 예측하기 어려울뿐만 아니라 해석적으로 정밀해를 구하기 어렵다. 이 연구에서는 T형 격점부를 대상으로 지관과 주관의 직경비(d/D) 주관경과 두께비(D/T)에 관한 변수를 설정하여 일련의 실험을 진행하고 기초하여 단순한 링해석법을 이용하여 항복하중에 관한 실용해를 제안하였다. 또한 부가적으로 각국에서 제안된 항복하중에 관한 기존의 연구결과와도 비교, 검토하였다. many steel tubular truss as roof structures are used of the large span structures Steel tubular sectioned truss has the structural merits in compared with other sections such as H, L-shape sections However it occurs local buckling at the joint of branch in truss and it makes the deterioration of loading capacity Loading capacity and deformation characteristics of truss joints are very complicate so it is very hard to predict exact solution of them Therefore this thesis dealt with T-type joints of steel circular hollow sectioned truss. A series of experimental scheme were planned and mainly experimental parameters were : ratio of diameter of branch-diameter of main chord(d/D). diameter-thickness(T/D) of main chord. In this paper predicted yield load capacity using by closed ring analysis method additionally compared with that of suggested by closed ring analysis method additionally compared with that of suggested by other countries.

        유한차분법을 이용한 전단변형형 강가새 구조물의 탄소성 거동에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 전단변형형 강가새 골조의 탄소성 거동에 관한 연구로서 강가새 골조의 종류로는 X형 및 K형이며, 각 종류별 주 변수는 세장비로 되어있다. 재료의 응력도-변형도 관계는 변형경화현상을 고려한 Tri-linear형 모델을 사용하였다. 또한, 하중-변위 관계는 유한차분법을 이용하여 해석하였다. 하중-변위관계에 관하여 탄성구배 및 최대하중에 관하여 해석결과치와 실험결과치를 비교하였고, 그 비는 약 10%내외의 오차를 보임에 따라 본 논문에서 제안한 해석법은 합리적임을 나타내었다. This paper is to study elasto-plastic behavior of shear deformed braced frames. Two types of frames are considered , X-type and K-type. The slenderness ratio has been used in the parametric study. The stress-strain curve is assumed tri-linear model, and considered the strain hardening range. The finite difference method is used to solve the load-displacement relationship of the braced frames. For the elastic slope and maximum load, experimental results are compared with theoretical results and its difference remains less than 10%. Therefore suggested method in this paper is reasonable.

      • Braced Framed의 耐力 및 變形能力에 關한 硏究

        In steel structure under severe earthquake, energy absorption capacity is the basis of safty estimation of inelastic response in a position of ultimate strength of severe earthquake. Up to now, it is usual to treat as restoring characteristics of slip model ignored contribution of compressive brace member in a braced frame. But slenderness-ratio of brace as a earthquake-resistant braced frame has been adapted small slenderness-ratio in practical design. It is necessary to examine the restoring characteristics of braced frame in accordance with the behavior of compressive brace member and to consider it within the setimating of earthquake resistance. According past research in bracing system, analytical brace models are devided into plasic hinge brace model, elasto-plastic brace model and phenomenological brace model. Several methods of analysis related to joint condition between brace and frame have been suggested. But the problems of the accuracy of solution, simplification of calculating procedure and hypothesis may be pointed out as the demerits and the limitations on prectical design. In this paper, shear deformation type model was dealt, the strength and deformation of steel tubular X-type and K-type braced frames which choose the slenderness-ratio of brace as main parameter was investigated. And also it was introduced the simplified analytical model which compared with the experimental results.
