고립감에 관한 개념분석

This study is an attempt to clarify the definition of the concept of isolation and to confirm its properties. The research method used the conceptual analysis method of Walker & Avant, and analyzed the properties and results of isolation through extensive literature review by checking the titles and abstracts of papers published from 1959 to December 2021. Among the papers searched in domestic and overseas 5 DBs, 15 papers suitable for the research topic were selected and analyzed. As a result of the final analysis, the attributes of isolation were derived from physical, emotional, social distance, internal and external disconnection, subjective loneliness, and failure to form close relationships. A clear conceptual analysis of the sense of isolation enables nurses to have a more comprehensive understanding of the patient's situation in various nursing settings, and further suggests developing an appropriate and effective nursing intervention method for the patient.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate life stress, social support, and antepartum depression among Southeast Asian immigrant women married to Korean men. Methods: Ninety-three subjects were recruited from local women’s clinics and multicultural family support centers in D City. The instruments used were the life stress scale, social support scale, and K-EPDS. All the instruments were translated into their corresponding mother languages (Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Philippine) and notarized. Results: The item mean scores of life stress and social support were 2.65 and 3.17, respectively, on a 5-point Likert scale. The mean score of antepartum depression was 10.16, indicating that they were generally in a depressive state. A positive correlation was observed between life stress and antepartum depression (r=.59, p<.001). Social support was negatively correlated with life stress (r=-.42, p<.001) and antepartum depression (r=-.39, p<.001). The best predictors for antepartum depression were life stress, marital satisfaction, and emotional support, and they explained 43% of the variance. Conclusion: Antepartum depression in Southeast Asian immigrant brides was significantly associated with life stress as well as lack of emotional support. Emotional support may reduce their life stress and antepartum depression.

Soluble glucocorticoid-induced TNF receptor (sGITR) induces inflammation in mice

Glucocorticoid-induced TNF receptor (GITR) was a new member of the TNF/nerve growth factor re-ceptor (TNFR/ NGFR) family and induced in murine T cels by dexamathasone. Recombinant soluble GITR (sGITR) induced an inflammation in peri-i.p. injection of 3 mg/kg in C57BL/6 mice. Spleen was enlarged and percentage of neutrophils and mon-ocytes were increased. The area of red pulp in splen was increased, while that of white pulp was decreased after GITR injection. The thickening of membrane and neutrophil infiltration was observed in peritoneal membrane with increased myelo-peroxidase activity. At later time, neutrophil in-filtration moved to inside the tisue with tisue damage. GITR ligand and GITR were expresed constitutively on the surface of splen cels and cels from peritoneal fluid. In contrast, no signi-ficant change in the spleen and in peritoneal membrane was observed in mice treated with LPS. GITR may play a role in body's inflamatory processes.

작업치료사의 근거중심 작업치료 사용 : 현상학적 연구

목적 : 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하여 병원에서 일하고 있는 작업치료사들이 어떠한 상황에서 어떻 게 근거중심 작업치료(Evidence-Based Occupational Therapy; EBOT)를 사용하고 있는지 알아보 고자 한다. 연구방법 : 병원에서 일하고 있는 작업치료사 8명을 대상으로 2013년 11월 4일부터 12월 8일까지 약 5주간 개별 면담을 실시하였다. 면담은 더 이상 새로운 내용이 나오지 않을 때까지 진행하였고, 사 전 동의를 받은 후 모든 내용을 녹음하였다. 자료는 Giorgi의 현상학적 분석 방법에 따라 ATLAS.ti 소 프트웨어 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 연구결과 26개의 요약된 의미 단위를 통합하여 15개의 하위구조와 7개의 구조를 도출하였다. 작업치료사들의 EBOT 사용은 ‘자료 검색하기’, ‘임상에서 얻은 정보’, ‘조언’, ‘클라이언트의 선호도’ 로 나타났다. 그리고 방해 요소로는 ‘개인의 역량 부족’, ‘동기 저하’, ‘제한적인 병원환경’으로 나타 났다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 근거중심 작업치료 사용을 촉진하기 위해 관련 교육의 활성화 및 병 원환경의 개선이 필요할 것이다. Objective : The purpose of this research was to study how to use the evidence-based practice of occupationaltherapists in a hospital setting. Methods : The participants included eight occupational therapists working in hospitals. The data were collectedthrough in-depth interviews conducted from November 2013 to December 2013. The interviews were taperecorded and transcribed verbatim. The data were analyzed using Giorgi’ s phenomenological analysis and theATLAS.ti software program. Results : The results of this study consist of 84 manageable units, 14 sub-structures, and seven structures. Thecomponents regarding the occupational therapists’ use of evidence- based occupational therapy were ‘searchingthe data’, ‘information from practice’, ‘advice’, and ‘client preference’. In addition, components regarding thebarriers were a ‘lack of ability’, ‘poor motivation’, and ‘a restrictive hospital environment’. Conclusion : To facilitate evidence-based occupational therapy, activation of education and an improvement in thehospital environment are needed.

프리미엄 브랜드 스토어 구축을 통한 스타일 매니지먼트 사례 연구 - 경험 디자인의 구성 모형을 기반으로 -

소비자의 쾌락적 가치 소비가 증가하고 기업의 프리미엄 마케팅이 강화되면서, 브랜드 커뮤니케이션의 핵심 매체로서 매장의 역할과 가치가 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 경험 디자인의 구성 모형을 분석틀로 차용하여, 브랜드 가치를 기반으로 공간 디자인 및 소비자 체험을 구성한 프리미엄 브랜드 스토어의 스타일 매니지먼트 사례를 분석하였다. 분석 대상은 최근 디자인 업그레이드를 통해 브랜드 스토어의 프리미엄화를 강화하고 있는 글로벌 4개 브랜드 로 하였다. 분석 결과, 4개 브랜드들은 공통적으로 브랜드 가치를 기반으로 명확한 디자인 컨셉을 선 기획함으로써 테마성(Theme)을 확보하고 있었다. 또한 맥락지향적이라는 매장의 매체적특수성을 고려해 획일적 요소 관리가 아닌 로고, 컬러, 소재를 활용하여 전체 공간의 맥락성(Contextuality)을 완성하였다. 이와 함께 레이아웃을 통해 서사성(Narrative)을, 상징적 오브제를 통해 의미성(Meaningfulness)을 부여함으로써, 브랜드의 전반적 인상을 관리하는 스타일 매니지먼트를 전개하고 있었다. 한편, 매장 안에서의 소비자 행위(Act)는 제품의 본질적 속성을 직관적으로 느끼고 공감할 수 있도록 설계되었으며, 이 과정에서 판매원이 핵심적인 역할을 수행하고 있었다. 마지막으로, 소비자의 사고(Thought)를 디자인하는 브랜드와 제품에 대한 정보 설계는 절제된 비주얼 이미지를 중심으로 구성하여 전체적인 고급감을 관리하고 있었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 이론적 분석틀을 기반으로, 향후 리테일 매장 커뮤니케이션 연구에 확산 적용함과 동시에, 현업에서의 프리미엄 브랜드 스토어 구축 시 체계적이고 효율적인 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. As consumer's hedonic value consumption is increasing and premium marketing of company is strengthened, it is emphasized the role and value of the store as a key medium of brand communication. In this study, it is analyzed the style management case of premium brand store which constructs space design and consumer experience based on brand value by using experience design construction model. The analysis targets four global brands that are strengthening their premium image through a recent design upgrade. As a result of case analysis, the four brands are planning a clear design concept based on the brand value in common. And they are executing the holistic style management through the color, material, layout, and symbolic objets, taking into account the media specificity of the context- dependent nature of the store. Also, the experience in the space is designed to intuitively feel and sympathize with the intrinsic property of the product, and the salesperson plays a key role in this process. Finally, the information is structured by the restrained visual image. Based on the theoretical analysis framework presented in this study, it is expected to be applied to retail communication research in the future, and systematic and efficient guidelines will be presented when establishing a premium brand store in the business.
