        This research analyzes the effect of a restaurant founder’s success factors on successful business and suggestion of commencement. The purpose of this report is to suggest entrepreneur’s business establishing strategies and implications based on the result. The analysis of the collected are the following: First of all, by using a multiple regression analysis on how a restaurant’s success factors influence the success of commencement, four variables have been identified to be related to the success. They are goal directedness, activeness, risk-taking tendency, and confidence and study directivity. As a result, rest of the variables - empowerment, usage of technology, teamwork and other factors - have been omitted. Second, a multiple regression analysis is used to find out the impact on suggestion of commencement, and confidence, research directedness, risk-taking tendency, usage of information, empowerment, object directedness and other factors are found out to be related while other variables - assertiveness and teamwork - have been disregarded. Third, a simple regression analysis is used to find out the effect of success of commencement on suggestion of it. As a result, the variable which has an impact on the suggestion was turned out to be the factors of success of commencement itself.

        중식당 조리사의 직무환경과 직무열정과의 인과관계 분석 : 공적자기의식을 조절효과 중심으로

        본 연구는 중식당 조리사들의 직무환경이 직무열정에 어떠한 영향이 미치는 가를 분석한다. 또한 공적자기의식이 직무환경과 직무열정 간에 조절효과가 있는 가를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, H1를 검정하기 위해 직무환경이 강박열정 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 복지환경, 인적환경은 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 시설환경은 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, H2를 검정하기 위해 직무환경이 조화열정에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 복지환경, 인적환경, 시설환경은 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, H3를 검정하기 위해 조리사의 공적자기의식은 직무환경과 직무열정 간의 영향 관계를 분석한 결과, 조절효과가 없는 것으로 분석되어 기각이 되었다. The current study analyzes effect of Chinese cuisine chefs’ work environment on work passion. It also attempts to investigate regulation effect of public self-consciousness between work environment and work passion. The following are the result of the analysis. First;in order to test H1;effect of work environment on obsessive passion was analyzed; as a result;welfare environment and human environment had significantly positive effect while facility environment did not. Second;in order to test H2;effect of work environment on harmonious passion was analyzed; as a result;welfare environment;human environment;and facility environment had significantly positive effect. Third;in order to test H3;influential relationship of chef’s public self-consciousness between work environment and work passion was analyzed. there was no regulating effect; thereby it was rejected.

        JAVA 오픈소스 기반의 개인화를 지원하는 Log Framework 구축

        Log란 프로그램 개발이나 운영 시 시스템의 문제점을 파악하거나 운영상태에서 모니터링 하기 위한 데이터를 의미한다. 시스템 개발 시에는 개발자 및 테스터를 비롯한 소수의 사람들만 로그를 관리하므로 로그 추적이 간단하다. 그러나 운영시점에서는 시스템 특성에 따라 다양한 사용자들이 동시에 사용하기 때문에 로그 추적이 어려우며, 로그 추적을 하지 못해 원인 추적을 포기하는 경우도 자주 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 운영시 발생할 수 있는 로그 추적의 어려움을 해소하기 위하여 로그백(Logback)에서 제공하는 기능을 이용한 ID/IP기반 런타임 로그 기록 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 데이터베이스에 추적하고자 하는 사용자의 ID/IP를 저장하고, WAS 기동 시 사용자의 ID/IP를 메모리에 적재하여 온라인 서비스가 실행되기 전 interceptor를 통해 로그 파일 적재 유무를 판단하여 특정 사용자가 요청하는 서비스를 별도의 로그 파일에 생성하게 된다. 제안 기법은 모든 서비스가 Interceptor를 거쳐 서비스가 수행되어야 하는 부담이 발생하지만 JVM안에서 연산이 발생하므로 시스템 부하가 크지 않다. A log is for text monitoring and perceiving the issues of a system during the development and operation of a program. Based on the log, system developers and operators can trace the cause of an issue. In the development phase, it is relatively simple for a log to be traced while there are only a small number of personnel uses of a system such as developers and testers. However, it is the difficult to trace a log when many people can use the system in the operation phase. In major cases, because a log cannot be tracked, even tracing is dropped. This study proposed a simplified tracing of a log during the system operation. Thus, the purpose is to create a log on the run time based on an ID/IP, using features provided by the Logback. It saves an ID/IP of the tracking user on a DB, and loads the user’s ID/IP onto the memory to trace once WAS starts running. Before the online service operates, an Interceptor is executed to decide whether to load a log file, and then it generates the service requested by a certain user in a separate log file. The load is insignificant since the arithmetic operation occurs in a JVM, although every service must pass through the Interceptor to be executed.

        와인 선호도 요인과 고객만족 및 고객충성도, 재구매 의도에 관한 인과관계 연구

        The wine consumption of Korea has been accelerating as a result of wide spread western lifestyles and Koreans` recent pursuits, well-being, and customers` desire and increasing demand for wine. This research shows how customers` preferences affect on grape species business performance(especially customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and repurchases intention). This study based on survey results suggests ideas and marketing strategies to wine suppliers and retailers. As a statistical hypothesis test, wine preferences and the multiple regression analysis on customer satisfaction were held and the test results indicated that dry flavor positively impacted customer satisfaction. The wine enthusiasts favor the dry flavor of wine and it indicates that enthusiasts prefer grapes` tannin like Cabernet Sauvignon. The multiple regression analysis of repeated purchasers` intention shows that dry flavor and characteristics on producing circumstances heavily influence their intentions. The multiple regression analysis for wine preferences and customer loyalty, dry flavor and the scent are two most important factors to attract the customers.

      • The Analysis of a Causal Relationship of Traditional Korean Restaurant’s Well-Bing Attribute Selection on Customers’ Re-Visitation and Word-of-Mouth

        This study analyzes what effects does restaurant’s well-being attribute selection have on word-of-mouth intention. Based on the result, this study aims to provide basic data for establishing Korean restaurant’s service strategy and marketing strategy. The researchers surveyed 350 customers who visited a Korean restaurant located in Kangbook, Seoul. We encoded gathered data and analyzed them using SPSS 17.0 statistics package program. Following are the analyzed results. First, under hypothesis 1 – Korean restaurant’s well-being attribute selection will have a positive influence on re-visitation intention – it is shown that sufficiency, healthiness, and steadiness have similar influence on re-visitation intention. Second, under hypothesis 2 – Korean restaurant’s well-being attribute selection will have a positive influence on word-of-mouth intention – it is shown that sufficiency, healthiness, environment, and steadiness have similar influence on word-of-mouth intention. Third, under hypothesis 3 – Korean restaurant’s re-visitation intention will have a positive influence on word-of-mouth intention – it is considered that eliciting customer’s re-visitation intention also has influence on word-of-mouth intention. We will be necessary to consult how to derive customer’s re-visitation intention or word-of-mouth intention by considering factors which customers of traditional Korean restaurant value.

        A Study on the Effects of Quality Characteristics of Online Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products Shopping Malls affecting Customer Trust and Purchase Intention

        Purpose – This study is to classify quality characteristics of online environment-friendly agricultural products shopping malls into 6 categories – health, familiarity, platform reputation, reviews, system security and product quality – and to empirically test their relationship with customer trust, perceived manageability, perceived utility and purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This study selected subjects from the entire country through random sampling, and targeted adults who have purchased ecofriendly agricultural production online malls for 4 weeks from September 3 to September 30, 2019. Customers who have purchased food more than once in the last 3 months were chosen as the sample, and the researcher conducted the survey through EMBRAIN (www.embrain.co.kr), a professional online survey institution. The survey type used was a structuralized self-report survey questionnaire made to meet the research purpose in 2019 as the time range. Total 800 questionnaires were distributed and 529 copies were retrieved, and used 500 copies as the data for empirical analysis after excluding surveys with insincere responses. Results - First, results to hypothesis 1, which was about independent variables and customer trust. Analysis showed that health (H1-1), familiarity (H1-2), platform reputation (H1-3), reviews (H1-4) and product quality (H1-6) were found to have significant effect on customer trust, so the hypothesis was adopted. On the other hand, system security (H1-5) did not affect customer trust significantly, so it was rejected. Second, customer trust was shown to have significant effect on perceived manageability (H2-1) and perceived utility (H2-2), so the hypothesis was adopted. Third, the hypothesis (H3-1) that perceived manageability moves onto perceived utility was adopted. Moreover, the hypothesis (H3-2) that perceived manageability moves onto purchase intention and the hypothesis (H3-3) that perceived utility moves onto purchase intention was adopted as well. Conclusion - Furthermore, the results of the study imply that it’s imperative for online environment-friendly agricultural products shopping malls to consider their characteristics as the means to increase purchase intention of customers.

        Effects of Consumer’s Individual Value on Product Selection Attribute and Re-purchase Intention

        Purpose - The current study attempts to reveal the causal relationship and identify the interrelationships among individual value, product selection attribute, and re-purchase intention of consumers when purchasing kimchi. Research design, data, methodology - The surveys were distributed and retrieved to kimchi consumers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province who were over 20 years old and who had purchased kimchi before. The current utilized the self-reporting survey as a research method. The survey was conducted from September 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019 (about one month), and a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 500 were collected and used for empirical analysis. Results – First, as a result of hypothesis 1 test, both internal value and external value had a significant effect. Second, as a result of hypothesis 2 test, while internal value had a significant effect, external value did not have a significant effect. Third, as a result of hypothesis 3 test, while internal value had a significant effect, external value did not have a significant effect. Fourth, as a result of hypothesis 4 test, all quality, brand, and price had a significant effect. Fifth, as a result of hypothesis 5 test, while internal value had a significant effect, external value did not have a significant effect. Conclusions – The current study aims to establish marketing and service strategies to maximize profits and secure competitive advantage in the kimchi industry through changes in the management strategy of the Korean kimchi industry.
