        자연경관에 도입되는 건축물의 경관민감도 측정에 관한 연구

        As high-rise buildings came in, the landscape of rural areas and natural landscapes often got damaged. Therefore, this study aims to prevent this, grasp the extent of the influence of the surrounding landscape, to grasp the range of height that can be permitted and present the direction of landscape management of agriculture and natural landscape. This study tried to grasp the range of height by using price sensitivity analysis method for two apartment and apartment complex which entered DangJin city and SeoSan city. First, in the case of a two apartment, the range of the height allowable section was from the 6th floor to the 11th floor in close range view, and it was a section from the 7th floor to the 12th floor in medium range view. In the case of the apartment complex, the range of the height allowable range was from the 10th floor to the 17th floor in close range view, the 9th floor to the 16th floor in medium range view. The stress index was found to be positive in a two apartment in close range view, and in the apartment complex case. therefore it was better to set it to a lower in the Range of Acceptable Height(RAH). Second, it showed no difference in the sensitivity of landscape to gender. Thirdly, the results of the landscape sensitivity analysis of major and non-major showed the difference in the medium range view picture of the apartment complex. Majors are lower than the point of minimum height(PMinH) than non-Majors. In the case of major, the stress index was 1.4. it turned out that it was better to make a decision closer to point of minimum height (PMinH). In the case of non-major, the stress index was -1.3. it was also able to accept decision close to the point of maximum height (PMaxH). Since the results of the above research gave changes only in the variable of the height of the landscape, we can not grasp the point of interaction with other variables, and future research is considered necessary.

        Malignant esophagorespiratory fistula is a devastating and life-threatening complication of esophageal and bronchogenic carcinomas. As a non-surgical treatment, peroral stent placement into the esophagus or airway can close-off the fistula and prevent progression of the pneumonia. Although reopening of the fistula is not uncommon despite stent placement, interventional treatment is effective for sealing off reopened ERFs. Bronchopleural fistula is a well-recognized complication of pneumonectomy. There have been several reports to occlude the fistula with use of stents and much more experience is required.

        Immune-triggering effect of the foodborne parasite Kudoa septempunctata through the C-type lectin Mincle in HT29 cells

        Kudoa septempunctata is a myxozoan parasite that causes food poisoning in individuals consuming olive flounder. The present study aimed to investigate the currently insufficiently elucidated early molecular mechanisms of inflammatory responses in the intestine owing to parasite ingestion. After Kudoa spores were isolated from olive flounder, HT29 cells were exposed to spores identified to be alive using SYTO-9 and propidium iodide staining or to antigens of Kudoa spores (KsAg). IL-1, IL-8, TNF- and NFKB1 expression and NF-B activation were assessed using real-time PCR, cytokine array and western blotting. The immunofluorescence of FITC-conjugated lectins, results of ligand binding assays using Mincle-Fc and IgG-Fc, CLEC4E expressions in response to KsAg stimulation, and Mincle-dependent NF-B activation were assessed to clarify the early immunetriggering mechanism. Inflammatory cytokines (IL-1, GM-CSF and TNF-), chemokines (IL-8, CCL2, CCL5 and CXCL1) and NF-B activation (pNF-B/NF-B) in HT29 cells increased following stimulation by KsAg. The immunofluorescence results of spores and lectins (concanavalin A and wheat germ agglutinin) suggested the importance of Mincle in molecular recognition between Kudoa spores and intestinal cells. Practically, data for Mincle-Fc and KsAg binding affinity, CLEC4E mRNA expression, Mincle immunofluorescence staining and hMincledependent NF-B activation demonstrated the involvement of Mincle in the early immune-triggering mechanism. The present study newly elucidated that the molecular recognition and immune- triggering mechanism of K. septempunctata are associated with Mincle on human intestinal epithelial cells.

        SWOT 분석을 통한 환경보건 연구의 동향과 전망 고찰

        Background: Research in environmental health (EH) is of crucial strategic importance for contemporary society. It is becoming even more critical in light of the increasingly rapid pace of environmental changes, opportunities, and threats. Objectives: This study aimed to identify trends and the prospective of environmental health research using SWOT analysis. Methods: The trends in environmental health research were reviewed in previous studies and reports. Reviewed manuscripts were searched for using the keywords of 'environmental health' and 'environmental hygiene' in the KCI (Korean Journal of Citation Index), KISS (Korean Academic Information), PubMed, and Google Scholar. Results: It is essential to center the EH research agenda around key priorities focusing on technological innovation, job creation, and the increasingly prominent role of the private sector. Given the rapidly evolving global sustainability agenda, greater clarity on the ever-increasing sources of complexity and growing expectations of the public might be needed. This requires the identification of criteria to identify EH research priorities with the ultimate goal of maximizing societal benefit. Public health relevance, such as extent and severity of health impact, level of exposure, and inequalities of effects, could be included. Conclusions: Considering the recent interest in and importance of environmental health, a comprehensive approach to environmental health research should be required through the application of the latest science and technology, citizen participation, and environmental health surveillance systems.

        조리방법을 달리한 쥐눈이콩의 항산화력 및 이소플라본 배당체·비배당체 함량 비교

        Purpose: In this study, small black beans (Rhynchosia nulubilis) that were produced in the Jungsun province of South Korea were selected for use in various cooking recipes because they are known to contain higher isoflavones and excellent antioxidant effects, as compared to any other domestic soybeans. Methods: Physicochemical and antioxidant characteristics of small black beans were analyzed with uncooked beans and four other cooking methods of pan broiling, boiling, steaming, and pressure cooking. Results: Contents of ${\beta}$-glucosides (daidzin, glycitin, and genistin) and aglycone (daidzein, glycitein, and genistein) in small black beans were significantly different depending on the cooking methods (p<0.001). The results of the experiment indicated that the amount of total polyphenol in pressure cooked beans was highest, showing a value of 7.16 mg/g (p<0.001). Most contents of isoflavones (${\beta}$-glucoside, aglycone) in uncooked beans appeared to increase after cooking. In particular, the amount of glycitein was highest in pan broiled beans ($9.63{\mu}g/g$). The total isoflavone content differed among the different cooking methods, ranging from highest to lowest in the following order : pan broiled beans ($759.49{\mu}g/g$), pressure cooked beans ($725.12{\mu}g/g$), boiled beans ($591.05{\mu}g/g$), steamed beans ($511.61{\mu}g/g$), and uncooked beans ($180.80{\mu}g/g$) (p<0.001). Conclusion: Especially, the amount of isoflavones increased significantly in pan broiled beans and pressure cooked beans, suggestive of optimized cooking methods for increasing nutritional and functional contents in cooked food.

        인삼 뿌리썩음병 발병에 미치는 토양전염성병원균과 토양환경요인

        Disease is the major problem in ginseng cultivation from seed stratification, soil preparation prior to planting, right through to drying of the roots. There are many soil-borne disease pathogen in rhizosphere soil environment, furthermore occurrence of diseases by a diverse group of fungi and related organisms are closely related to various soil condition. Observable symptoms for soil-borne diseases include wilting, leaf death and leaf fall, death of branches and limbs and in severe cases death of the whole plant. The fungus Cylindrocarpon destructans is the cause of root rot characterized by a decay of the true root system in many ginseng production areas in Korea. Some pathogens are generally confined to the juvenile roots whilst others are capable of attacking older parts of the root system. However, the relation between the soil environmental characteristics and ginseng root rot by soil-borne disease pathogen is not clearly identified in ginseng field. In this paper, we reviewed soil-borne plant pathogen causing root rot disease of ginseng with respect to soil environment.

        생태적 보전가치 평가를 통한 자연공원 계획에 관한 연구 -황매산 군립공원을 중심으로-

        This study is intend to evaluate natural conservation value, and to suggest natural park plan based on conservation value evaluation. In this study evaluation items are selected through related studies about ecological conservation evaluation, and evaluation items in this study can be classified into 2 aspects, ecological environment and topographic environment. After each evaluation items are overlaid with GIS program, management levels are derived from comprehensive overlaid maps of each evaluation items. Management areas can be classified into 5 levels; Critical Conservation Area, Conservation Area, Restoration Area, Passive Usable Area, Active Development Area and Settlement Area. So management areas can be matched each management levels to land use of natural park, that is district of preservation, district of natural environment, district of settlements and district of mass facilities. This study have good enough to evaluate ecological value for natural park plan, but, it is difficult to evaluate conservation value only with maps of each evaluation items, so it needs supplementary field survey for precise conservation value evaluation.

        경골 분절 골절 치료 시 다양한 정복술을 이용한 금속정 고정술의 결과

        목적: 골수강 내 금속정을 이용한 경골 분절 골절 치료에서 다양한 술식을 이용한 임상적 결과에 대해 알아보았다. 대상 및 방법: 2003년 1월부터 2009년 6월까지 경골 분절 골절 환자 중 골수강 내 금속정을 이용하여 수술 후 1년 이상 추시 가능한 18예를 대상으로 하였다. 평균 추시 기간은 38개월(15-72개월)이었다. 골절 분류는 AO 분류 42C2.1 4예, 42C2.2 10예, 42C2.34예였다. 폐쇄성 골절이 10예, 개방성 골절은 8예였다. 수술 시 정복을 위한 다양한 술식을 이용하였고, 골유합 시기와 불유합 또는 부정유합 등의 합병증을 조사하였다. 결과: 지연유합으로 뼈이식이 필요한 경우가 3예였으나, 추후 전 예에서 골유합을 얻었다. 평균 골유합 기간은 16.3주(범위 12-21주)였다. 5도 이상의 각형성은 2예에서만 나타났고 평균 각변형 정도는 2.2°였다. 슬관절 운동범위는 129°, 족관절의 운동범위는 68°였으며 관절의 구축이나 25° 이상의 운동 범위의 감소는 관찰되지 않았다. 다른 합병증은 국소감염증 2예가 있었다. 결론: 금속정 삽입 시 부가적인 술식의 사용이 동반되면 경골 분절 골절에서 교합성 골수강 내 금속정을 이용한 치료는 높은 골유합률과 낮은 합병증, 만족할 정렬을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Purpose: We evaluated the clinical outcomes of tibia segmental fractures treated by intramedullary nailing using various reduction techniques. Materials and Methods: From January 2003 to June 2009, 18 segmental tibial fracture patients treated by intramedullary nail were enrolled with a minimum 12-month follow-up. The mean follow-up was 38 months (range 15-72). According to the AO classification, the fractures were types 42C2.1, 42C2.2, and 42C2.3 in four, ten, and four patients, respectively. Ten fractures were closed and eight were open. We used various techniques for reduction during operation and investigated bone union time and complication (non-union, malunion etc.). Results: Bone grafting was performed in three patients. Complete union was achieved in all patients. The mean time for union was 16.3 weeks (range 12-21), except in three delayed union patients. All radiological evaluations showed good alignment (less than 5 degree) except in two patients; and the mean deformity angle was 2.2 degree. Knee range of motion (ROM) was 129 degree, and ankle ROM was 68 degree. Local wound infection occurred in two patients. Conclusion: Intramedullary nailing is a successful method in the acute management of segmental tibial fractures, if accompanied by appropriate reduction technique.

        스마트기기 사용에 따른 소방관의 감정노동 통계분석

        스마트 기기를 활용한 다매체 119신고서비스의 도입으로 소방관들은 감정노동에 더욱 노출되게 되었다. 본연구는 이러한 소방관의 높아진 감정노동 수준이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 그결과 소방관의 감정노동수준이 높을수록 직무 스트레스(β=0.166, p=0.000)와 사회적 지지(β=0.540, p=0.000) 정도는 높아지는 결과를 보였으나, 직무만족은 낮아지는 경향을 보였다(β=-0.136, p=0.000). 소방관들은 국민의 안전과 재산을 보호하는 중요한 업무를 수행하므로 이들의 직무만족 정도는 업무수행의 원동력이 된다. 이에 소방관의 감정노동을 관리할 수 있는 체계적이고 실질적인 예방 교육과정이 필요하리라 생각된다. The introduction of multimedia 119-notification service utilizing smart devices causes firefighters to be more exposed to emotional labor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of increased emotional labor of firemen on job satisfaction. As a result, the higher the emotional labor of firefighters is, the higher job stress ( β=0.166, p=0.000) and social support(β=0.540, p=0.000) are. But job satisfaction tends to be lower(β=-0.136, p=0.000). As they play an important role to protect the safety and property of citizens. their job satisfaction becomes the driving force of their duty. Therefore, we think that some systematic and substantial prevention curriculum to manage their emotional labor is required.
