        거푸집공사 안전관리를 위한 잠재적 위험 분석에 관한 연구

        국내 건설 프로젝트가 점차 대형화 및 복잡화됨에 따라 국내건설산업은 타 제조업에 비해 산업재해가 더 많이 발생한다. 거푸집 공사는 건축공사, 특히 철근콘크리트조에서 전체 공사기간과 공사비 측면에서 모두 중요한 비중을 차지한다. 실제로 건축공사에서 발생하는 건설재해 중 거푸집공사에서 발생하는 건설재해의 비율이 매우 높다. 거푸집공사 중 발생 가능한 건설재해 예방을 위해서 많은 기존 연구들이 수행되었는데, 이 연구들 중 설문조사 분석을 이용한 연구들은 일반적으로 설문 응답의 평균값을 이용하여 분석을 수행하기 때문에 얼마나 많은 작업자와 관리자들이 거푸집공사에서 위험을 느끼는가 하는 잠재적인 위험에 대한 파악이 불가능하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 거푸집공사 안전관리를 위해서 잠재적 위험을 분석할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법의 적용성을 검증하기 위해서 실제 설문조사 및 분석을 통해 얻은 결과를 기존의 IPA기법의 결과와 비교하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구에서 제안한 잠재적 위험분석 방법은 기존의 IPA에서 확인할 수 없었던 잠재적인 위험이 있는 위험요인들을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 현재 수행 중인 거푸집공사에서 어떠한 위험요인들이 시급히 조치가 필요한 지 파악할 수 있게 해주었다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서 제안한 잠재적 위험분석 방법은 거푸집공사에서 잠재적 위험이 있는 항목을 도출함으로서 안전관리자가 건설현장 안전관리 업무를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있도록 지원해줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Due to the increase of size and complexity of construction project, the frequency of serious accidents in construction industry has been increased. Especially, the proportion of accidents in formwork of building construction site is very high, and many previous studies have been conducted to preventing them in the viewpoint of the diverse approaches. However, their effectiveness on accidents prevention was poor, and as a result, it is limited to consider the potential risks because many workers and managers tend not to be concerned with unsafe factors in formwork. Therefore, in this study, a realistic and proactive way for analyzing these potential risks was proposed in the manner of quantitatively assessing the potentials resulted from the unsafe factors in formwork. To verify the applicability of the proposed methodology, group survey was carried out, and the results were compared with those of the traditional importance-performance analysis(hereafter IPA) technique. Through the use of the proposed methodology, unsafe factors that were not found in the IPA but have potential risk were identified. Eventually, this study is expected to contribute to the proactive prevention of construction serious disaster accidents in formwork by enabling a more efficient management.

        양중작업 자동화를 위한 부재진동에 따른 타워크레인의 작업가능 기준 연구

        현재 건설현장에서는 인력수급의 어려움과 숙련공의 노령화의 해법으로 건설 자동화가 추진되고 있다. 특히, 건축물의 대형화 및 고층화에 따라 양중작업의 중요성이 높아지면서 작업의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 타워크레인을 대상으로 한 많은 자동화연구가 진행 중이다. 타워크레인을 이용한 양중작업의 자동화를 위해서는 부재의 관성과 풍하중에 의한 진동을 제어해야 하는데, 제어하기에 앞서 진동을 예측하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 타워크레인과 부재를 대상으로 동적 모델링을 실시하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 부재의 동적 진동을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 작업조건에 따른 발생하는 부재의 최대진동폭과 특징을 분석하였다. 그리고 분석자료를 바탕으로 부재의 특성에 따라 양중작업 자동화가 가능한 풍속기준을 판단할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. At present, construction automation is a critical solution for the shortage of labor and the aging of skilled workers. Especially, researches for transportation automation are achieved to improve the efficiency as the construction of tall-building construction. Transportation automation needs to control the swung member by the inertia and/or the wind-force at the end of cable. However, previous to control, the presupposition of the swing is heavily difficult work because the inertia and the wind force are irregularly changable according to work condition. Therefore, in this study, dynamic modeling of crane and simulation was performed to find the characteristic of the swing. In the result, the maximum displacement of the swung material was analyzed. And, on the basis of analysis, the criteria to decide workability of automated transportation considering the material size and the wind force onsite was proposed.

In the result, the proposed model provides a more optimal construction lift plan that offered reduced cost than the existing plan in site, and reasonable durations and placements for each lift operation.

        Recently, domestic housing market copes with the transition from a supplier-oriented market to a customer-oriented one due to the various customer needs, the growth of the housing supply ratio, and the changes in housing regulations. In the customer-oriented environment, construction companies try to develop the various strategies satisfying the customers for competitiveness. Efficient defect repair and maintenance is one of the key strategies because the defects after movement into a new house make directly residents unsatisfied. Especially, quality and performance of apartments by efficient defect management influences increasingly on asset values of apartments. However, many previous studies have been concerned with defect types and frequencies, and management system instead of repair and maintenance costs. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to indentify and analyze items of defect repair and maintenance costs and to assess the impacts of each item on entire defect repair and maintenance costs by factor analysis. The result will contribute to assist construction company in developing an efficient defect repair and maintenance scheme for customer satisfaction.

        The decision of appropriate cost and duration is one of the most important things which effect on project's success at<br/> early stage. This is so-called time-cost trade-off problem, which has been studied extensively. However, this problem is<br/> difficult and complex because of taking consideration into reduction of duration and cost simultaneously.         이산사건 시뮬레이션을 이용한 초고층 건축공사 건설 리프트 양중계획 모델

        Construction lift planning is a key factor for successful project completion in tall building construction. It is because too few hoists can cause productivity losses by failing to hoist resources in a timely fashion, and too many hoists can incur unnecessary costs when hoists are idle. Planning for construction lift arrangement usually performed by simple formulas, which is only used to calculate the adequate number of lift. And, scheduling for operated durations of lifts has no systematic method. So, a significant amount of decision making in construction lift planning depends on the intuition and rule of thumb experience of the planner. Consequently, this method carries the risk of making inappropriate decisions which potentially cause problems such as cost increases and duration delays. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose construction lift planning model using discrete-event simulation technique for supporting planners to create an optimal plan based on the objective assessment for tall building construction. To verify the applicability of the proposed model, it was applied to an actual tall building construction project in Korea. In the result, the proposed model showed a more optimal arrangement of lift that offered reduced cost than that of the simple formula, and reasonable durations for each lift operation.

      • 증강현실 기술을 활용한 BF 인증 사전 검사 방법

        In Korea, various policies are implemented so that the socially disadvantaged (disabled, elderly, pregnant women, temporary disabled, etc.) can easily access individual facilities and areas. As the nation's interest in the socially disadvantaged increases, the need for BF certification is also emerging in buildings in private facilities. However, this system requires a lot of cost and time in the examination process, so if certification fails, social costs and time losses are high. To solve this problem, this paper presents a measurement plan for mixed reality devices using HoloLens, a mixed reality device hardware that can pre-check BF certification based on augmented reality, and Unity 3D, MRTK, a development tool.
