COVID-19 예방을 위한 시설 관리 스마트 도어록 시스템

본 논문은 COVID-19 유증상자를 사전에 판별해 유증상자의 시설 출입을 제한하고, 비접촉 인증 방식인 RFID, 얼굴인식을 사용해 시설 내 COVID-19 집단 감염을 예방하는 시설 관리 스마트 도어록을 제안한다. 기존 디지털 도어록 및 스마트 도어록은 가정용으로 개발되어 많은 사람이 이용하는 다중 시설에서 사용하기에 불편하다. 본 연구에서 구현한 도어록은 아두이노 센서를 통해 시설 사용자의 체온과 산소 포화도 값을 받아 사용자의 COVID-19 증상 유무를 판단한다. 유증상자의 경우 경고음을 울려 시설 출입을 사전에 제한한다. 체온과 산소포화도 측정 후 비접촉 인증 방식인 RFID, 얼굴인식을 통해 시설 출입을 통제한다. 시설 관리자는 RFID, 얼굴인식, 도어록 전용 애플리케이션을 사용해 시설에 출입할 수 있다. 본 시스템을 통해 시설 관리가 편리해지고, 증가하고 있는 스마트 빌딩 및 무인 시설에 활용할 수 있다.

디지털 매거진의 사용성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 사용자 경험요소가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 디지털 매거진의 사용자 경험 측면에서 사용자 경험의 요소를 분석하여 사용에서 느껴지는 평가와 그 의견을 정의하고 향후 발전 방향을 모색하는 데에 있어 하나의 연구 자료로서 현황을 제시하는 데에 목적을 두고 시행 하였다. 1차 문헌 연구를 통해 디지털 매거진 서비스 사용성에 미칠 수 있는 영향을 이론적으로 파악한 후 2차 연구로 소수의 제한된 전문가에게 휴리스틱(heuristic)평가를 실시사용자 경험 측정을 위한 태스크(task) 항목을 도출 하였다. 사용자 평가 방법으로는 ‘태스크 성공 수위 및 태스크 에러 분석’을 이용하여 효율성을 측정 하고 ‘선호도 조사’와 ‘씽크 얼라우드’를 병행하여 사용자가 느끼는 불편 사항과 만족도를 제시 제임스 개럿(Jasse James Garrett) UX모델 중 골격층에 해당하는 사용자 경험의 요소로 분석 하였다. 분석결과 인터페이스 디자인 측면에서는 이미 익숙하게 사용되고 있는 기존 인터페이스와 일관되게 만드는 것이 중요하며, 내비게이션 측면에서는 사용자의 행동을 도와줄 수 있는 내비게이션 요소와 그 관계성을 직관적으로 이해 할 수 있도록 관계의 접근성을 높여야 한다. 사용자와 정보 디자인 사이의 간극을 좁히기 위해 정보를 보다 쉽게 쓰고 이해할 수 있도록 사용자가 생각하는 방식을 반영한다면 상세 수준의 정보 구조에까지 사용자의 니즈를 구현 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다. To maximize utility of digital magazine, user experience is important more than anything else. The objective of this study is to analyze factors of user experience of digital magazine, to evaluate and define it with a view to searching ways to develop the state-of-the-art technology further. Firstly, influencing factors of digital magazine was identified theoretically with archival study. Then, heuristic evaluation was conducted with capable researchers with expertise to extract task features to measure user experience. For the evaluation, efficiency was assessed with level of task success and task error analysis. In addition, preference survey and Think Aloud were conducted to analyze dissatisfaction and satisfaction of users with the structural part of UX model suggested by Jasse James Garrett. The analysis show that the interface design should be aligned with the conventional one which the user is familiar with. As for navigation, it should enhance access of users with more intuitive navigation features. If the gap between users and information design can be narrowed by reflecting the measure they want, the customer needs will be addressed to the level of every detail of information structure.

본 연구는 도심 속에서 건강하고 생산적인 여가생활의 기능을 하는 도시원예활동을 통해 문화공간으로서의 공동체(커뮤니티, community)를 활성화하는 방안을 제언하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구를 위해 서비스 디자인 방법론을 활용하였다. 첫째, 발견(discover)단계에서 문헌연구와 사례조사를 바탕으로 도시원예와 공동체에 대한 이해를 도모하여 활성화 요인을 분석하고 목적과 목표(business goal)를 설정했다. 다음으로 휴리스틱 분석(heuristics analysis)을 통하여 문제 해결 방안의 효용성을 검증하고 사용자 경험 측정을 위한 인뎁스 인터뷰(in-depth interview)를 진행하여 도시원예 참여자들의 니즈(needs)를 파악하였다. 두 번째, 정리(define)단계에서는 이를 바탕으로 고객여정맵((customer journey map)을 만들어 문제 요소와 필요 요인을 도출했다. 세 번째, 개발(develop)단계에서 가상의 시나리오(scenario)로 정리된 내용을 한번 더 확산하였다. 마지막, 전달(deliver)단계를 통해 서비스의 흐름을 한눈에 볼 수 있도록 정리하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언하였다. 첫째, 지역구 중심의 커뮤니티를 구성하기 위해 유휴 옥상을 확보한다. 둘째, 운영, 관리, 교육이 체계화 되도록 프로그램을 개발한다. 셋째, 세대간 소통을 위해 정보공유, 장터, 요리, 먹거리 나눔을 비롯해 다양한 문화예술을 누릴 수 있는 문화공간을 만든다. 넷째, SNS(social networking service)등을 중심으로 온라인과 모바일에서도 참여자들이 활동할 수 있는 인프라를 구축한다. 마지막으로 캠페인을 비롯한 정부의 참여와 정책 수립으로 물적 지원 등 제반사항을 확보하여 사회적 여건을 조성한다. The purpose of this study is to stimulate the cultural communities of urban gardening, which functions as a healthy and productive leisure in city lives. For this research were used for the service design methodology. First, Discover, we understood and analyzed the causes that developed urban gardens and communities by gathering the existing researches and case studies. We set business goals and a purpose. Next, we proved the effects of the problem solving plans through heuristic analysis and in-depth interviews for observing users’ experiences so that we can define the needs of participants’ in urban gardening. Second, Define step, Based on these we made customer journey map and derived factors need and problems. Third, Develop, scenario were spread organized contents once again. Last, Deliver step, we arranged recognize service flow at eye and the suggestion of the study is the following. First, it is necessary to have vacant rooftops to form regional communities. Second, systematical education programs should be developed to enable participants to manage their gardens. Third, there should be cultural space that people can enjoy various kinds of culture and communicate between generations through markets, cooking and sharing information, food. Fourth, infrastructures should be established for participants online and by mobile, especially through SNS(Social Networking Service). Lastly, there should be social conditions that enables urban gardening by governmental support and policies including campaigns.

Because of the increasing demand on the high precision and high response of a machinery, electronic control valves are widely adopted at various application fields. This paper studies on the static characteristic of a first-stage proportional pressure control valve. At first, a simulation program is developed by using AMESim environment. And then it was utilized for the characteristic study of the pressure relief valve. In order to optimize the valve specifications, various parameter studies affecting of the characteristics are carried out and as the result important design parameters of each characteristic curve are identified.
