This paper analyzed the possibility of the change of economic-nuclear parallel policy through political, economic, and ideational constraint factors during the Kim Jong-un regime. The prototype of the Economy - Military Parallel Policy made by the Kim Il Sung is as follows. First, this policy was selected and modified in the environment of international security. Second, the ruling discourse constitutes success of economic policy even in difficult situation. Third, this discourse is connected with the adjustment of the role identity of the supreme leader and the prioritization of the resource allocation in order to prevent the resistance of the elite and the public in advance. Fourth, the economic factors such as resource constraint and capital fixed-cost as a social constraint factor and the collective idea - expectation psychology - constituted by the ruling discourse have strong inertial attributes because they constitute relative deprivation. Therefore, how the effects of sanctions of the international society affects North Korea's domestic economy and how it affects the relative deprivation of North Koreans is a key factor driving changes in the Economy - Military Parallel Policy.

The North Korean nuclear and missile tests in Kim Jong Il`s era show the limitation of existing international theory, because this tests have been continued in a relatively favorable atmosphere. Dictatorship conturies like North Korea used to conduct external provocation. For explaining this situation, we need the bilateral model between first leader(ruling power) and the public. The ruling power can construct the interconnected semantic relations network of the public`s complex needs -security, welfare, ideas-. Also they used structural factors-physical, economic, and ideological constraints- and they tried to constructing the subjective environment - space of free movement- in the public`s mind. Based on this, the ruling power will be able to induce the public`s obedient attitude to reality. This bilateral model consists of the combination of Nuclear-Missile` semantic relation network and interconnected structural constraints and the two factors construct the ` induced ` space of free movement. Therefore, this model shows that the nuclear weapons test in North Korea is regarded as a strategic act reflecting the domestic political landscape.

In an early design, a designer performs a design task with an ambiguous purpose and lack of design resources. It is necessary to have a collaborative product design system so that it can integrate the distributed design resources and can support the design processes. Also, we need a standard communication interface both to access the resources that exist in the heterogeneous system environment and to integrate the distributed resources. In this paper, we integrate the design resources for a front section of an excavator with the standard component, and propose a collaborative design system that can support an early design stage efficiently.

문재인 정부에서도 이전 정부에서 결정했던 사드배치를 계승하였다. 한국의 입장에서 사드배치의 국제정치를 안보와 경제 의존성이라는 관점에서 한중관계 및 한미관계 사이 이익균형으로만 이해하는 것은 한계가 있다. 이외 복합적 안보딜레마 요인도 고려되어야 한다. 이런 안보딜레마는 첫째, 한반도에서 남한과 북한이 각각 상대 동맹국과의 비대칭성에 의한 취약성과 둘째, 남북 간 비대칭적 무기체계에 의한 세력균형 등으로 구성되고 있다. 이 두 요인은 상호연결된 방식으로 복합적 안보딜레마를 구성한다. 이런 복합적 안보딜레마 상황에서 대안으로 첫째, 미중관계의 갈등상황에 연루될 위험에서 벗어나기 위해서 한미동맹의 한반도화해야 한다. 둘째, 남한의 군비는 단기차원에서 북핵 대응차원에서, 장기차원에서 동아시아 안보차원으로 전환되어야 한다. 셋째, 북한의 경제 및 안보 능력 복원을 위해 남한 정부가 적극 노력해야 한다. 또한, 정부는 국내사회의 여론 수렴을 통하여 정책을 일관성 있게 추진해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 시민사회에서 진보와 보수 간 상호이해 및 공감대확산을 위하여 소통의 노력이 필요하다. Moon Jae-in government has succeeded in the policy-THAAD deployment- of the previous Government. It is limited to understanding the international politics of the THAAD deployment only by the balance of interests between S.Korea-U.S. relations and S.Korea-China relations in terms of asymmetric interdependencies in the field of economics and security, and so this thesis proposes the additional security dilemma factors. First, the complex security dilemma was formed in a way that the South and North Korea were respectively vulnerable to the asymmetry of their alliance on the Korean Peninsula, and that a new security dilemma was constituted by the asymmetric weapons system of the two Koreas. These two factors created a complex security dilemma in the interconnected ways. In the midst of a complex security dilemma, this thesis proposes the three alternatives. First, It limits the operational area of the ROK-U.S. alliance to the Korean Peninsula in order to avoid The risk of entrapment in the S.Korea-U.S. alliance in the situations of U.S.-China conflict. Second, It should respond to the North Korean nuclear issue in a long-term perspective. Third, North Korea should engage in the North`s northern economic bloc to restore its economic and security levels. In addition, it should consistently pursue policies consistent with public opinion gathering in the domestic community. To this end, the civil society needs to strive to develop international sense and national consensus related to the THAAD.
굴삭기 프론트 부분 레이아웃 설계 지원 시스템 구현에 관한 연구

A designer has to do a lot of checking procedure for the design of an excavator front group with designer's experience and a mechanical analysis. Generally, it takes a lot of time to finish the checking process. As a result, a market entry time for the product is delayed. To increase an efficiency for the checking operation, it is required to use a design information available including illustration, tables, charts, and so on as much as possible. In this paper, we implement a layout design system that utilizes the existing design knowledge with a simple GUI based on mechanical engineering analysis. Eventually the system will be connected to a vast engineering database which is being built at a company with an ontology mapping mechanism.

A knowledge based design system(KBD) is required to implement a design environment which can satisfy the customer's requirements and re-use the designer's experiences and knowledge. However, if the KBD system could only represent the knowledge which can codify a rule-type, it would be considered an inadequate and limited knowledge based system. And a closed KBD system can not have the relationship with an external knowledge base. This paper will be focused on the implementation on an open KBD system associated with a distributed knowledge base. We propose an ontology knowledge map for an excavator design, an open KBD system, and a methodology for an association with an external knowledge base.
진화전략과 쌍 선형 회귀성 신경망을 이용한 새로운 태풍 예측 시스템의 개발

In this paper, we predict the typhoon's track and center pressure after 12 hours using the evolution strategy and the bilinear recurrent neural network(ES_BLRNN). We plot the predicted track of the typhoon along with the predicted center pressure in the 3-dimensional space and we compare the predicted positions and pressures of a given typhoon with its real position and pressure, The dying position of the typhoon is predicted under the conditions that we discover the regularity of the variation of the center pressure of the typhoon. Comparing the predicted track and the real track of a given typhoons, it is shown that the prediction system using the evolution strategy and bilinear recurrent neural network is superior to the existing prediction system such as the numerical approach, the neural network approach and the cliper equation.
