터치 입력방식 디자인 평가를 위한 페이퍼 프로토타이핑 기법 적용

최근 직접적인 접촉에 기반 한 터치스크린은 MP3, 휴대폰, DMB, PDA, 네이게이션 등 디지털 미디어 기기 인터페이스로 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 이는 터치 인터페이스와 관련된 속도, 피드백, 정확성 등의 새로운 디자인 이슈를 발생시켰고, 사용자 평가 시 이를 해결하기 위한 고려사항을 모색하게 되었다. 사용자 평가 기법 중 하나인 페이퍼 프로토타이핑 기법은 터치 인터페이스 평가를 위한 효과적인 기법이지만 터치 인터페이스 평가 시 발생된 디자인 이슈를 해결하기 위한 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 터치 인터페이스 평가를 위한 페이퍼 프로토타이핑 기법 적용 과정에서 발생한 이슈를 구체화 시키고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것에 초점을 두고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 최근 출시된 디지털 미디어 기기에 적용된 터치 인터페이스를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 기존 제품에서 주로 적용하고 있는 인터페이스에 기반을 두어 착안한'터치 휠'입력방식을 제시하였다.'터치 휠' 입력방식은 MP3의 메뉴를 원형 형태로 배열하고, 배열된 메뉴리스트를 돌리는 방식을 이용하여 노래를 선택할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 사용자 평가는 MP3 사용자, 24명을 대상으로 총 4차에 걸쳐 진행하였고, 각 평가 과정에서 페이퍼 프로토타입의 실험 재료, 제작 방법, 평가 진행 등을 바탕으로 효과적인 방안을 모색하였다. 그 결과, 터치 인터페이스 평가를 위한 페이퍼 프로토타입은 피실험자에게 직접 조작의 경험을 유도하여 능동적인 조작을 이끌어 내도록 제시되어야 하며, 이를 통하여 피실험자에게 즉각적인 피드백을 제공하고, 효과적인 평가를 이끌어 내어 초기 인터페이스 디자인 안에서 발생되는 문제에 대한 해결책이 빠르고 효과적으로 제시될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. Recently, touch screen systems with direct touch interfaces are prevailing in digital products such as MP3's, DMB's, PDA's and navigators, which give rise to new interface issues related to speed, feedback and accuracy, and consider additional considerations for solving those issues in evaluation processes. Although paper prototyping method, the one of applicable methods, is efficient ways to evaluate the touch interface, it still requires a certain amount of adaptations for touch interfaces. This study aims to identify emerged issues regarding to paper-prototyping method for the evaluation of touch interface, to come up with alternatives for applying the method. The study started with analyzing the touch interface in digital products, and suggests the 'Touch Wheel' interface based on mainly used interface. 'Touch Wheel' interface allows the user searching for her/his favorite songs by rolling 'wheel-like' menu list. The Userbility test was conducted by 24 MP3 users with 4 times, and based on such conditions as materials, making methods and evaluating process of paper prototyping for evaluating the touch interface, effective alternatives were considered in each evaluation steps. As a result, paper prototypes for evaluating the touch interface should give active operations to subjects by offering direct experience, so as to provide subjects with proper feedbacks and for designers to collect effective alternatives for expected problems in initial interface design process.

현대 오페라하우스 디자인에 나타난 프로그램 특성에 관한 연구

Under the current trend that the magnitude of opera activity is getting larger and its sphere is being established in a professional system, performance facility, as a cultural space has played a role of a fundamental physical space that satisfies cultural and artistic needs. At this space, performing arts is created and brought to the stages to provide a venue of cultural exchange through direct contact with the audience. In 21st century, in particular, seats of diversified pattern are shown depending on various characteristics, being differed from the seat pattern generally appeared in the past. This study is intended to survey environment, indoor space composition and internal/external relation based on the stage and audience seats among the various elements being related with spatial structure of the performing facility in order to carry out a spacial research on the schematic features shown on contemporary opera house design. Moreover, the purpose of this study is to suggest a possibly flexible utilization method by developing a spatial composition model based on a comprehensive evaluation after deducing various design features of contemporary opera houses.

유아교사의 감정노동이 심리적 안녕감과 역할수행에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 유아교사의 감정노동이 심리적 안녕감과 역할수행에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 유아교사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 이를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 교직경력에 따라 심리적 안녕감 및 역할수행에 대한 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 감정노동, 심리적 안녕감, 역할수행 상호작용 간의 관계는 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내면적 행동은 심리적 안녕감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 표면적 행동은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내면적 행동은 역할수행에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 표면적 행동은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 심리적 안녕감은 역할수행에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 유아교사가 교육현장에서 직면한 상황을 이해하고, 유아교육의 성과를 높이기 위한 기초적인 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional labor of early childhood teachers on psychological well-being and role performance. To this end, data were collected from early childhood teachers and analyzed statistically. As a result of the study, first, there was a statistically significant difference between groups in psychological well-being and role performance according to teaching experience. Second, the relationship between emotional labor, psychological well-being, and role performance interaction of teachers was found to have a statistically significant positive correlation. Third, it was found that internal behavior had a positive (+) effect on psychological well-being, but surface behavior did not have a statistically significant effect. Fourth, internal behavior was found to have a positive (+) effect on role performance, but superficial behavior did not appear to have a statistically significant effect. Fifth, psychological well-being was found to have a positive (+) effect on role performance. According to this study, it is expected that it will serve as a basis for understanding the situation faced by early childhood teachers in the educational field and for directions to improve the performance of early childhood education.

코칭서비스품질과 코칭만족, 자기효능감, 코칭충성도 간의 관계 연구

코칭은 새로운 경영 환경에 적응하는 전략인 동시에 리더십의 새로운 패러다임으로 등장하면서 비약적인 성장을 이루고 있다. 코칭 산업의 외형적인 성장과는 달리 코칭 현장에서는 코칭에 대한 사회적 인식 부족, 코칭 성과에 대한 증거 부족 등의 어려움을 겪고 있으나 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 학문적 연구는 제한적으로 이루어지고 있다. 특히 코칭이 전문서비스 산업으로 인식되고 있는 현재의 시점에도 코칭서비스의 품질을 측정하고 관리하고자 하는 시도는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 문헌 연구와 전문가 검토를 거쳐 코칭서비스품질의 측정 요소로 코칭의 전문성(코칭기술), 상호작용, 코칭결과, 코칭환경을 도출하여 코칭서비스품질을 측정하고, 코칭서비스의 효과성을 검증하고자 코칭 고객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 코칭서비스품질, 코칭만족, 자기효능감 및 코칭 충성도 간의 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 코칭서비스품질의 하위차원으로서 코칭기술, 상호작용, 코칭결과 및 코칭환경은 코칭만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 상호작용과 코칭결과는 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 코칭만족과 자기효능감은 코칭충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 따르면 코칭 현장에서 전문적인 코칭기술을 활용하고, 고객에게 알맞은 코칭환경제공 및 고객과 정서적으로 교감하며 상호작용 할 때야 비로소 성공적인 코칭이 될 수 있음을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 코칭서비스의 효과성을 검증함으로서, 코칭 성과 개선을 위한 방향성을 제시하고 시사점을 도출한 것에 의의가 있다. Coaching is rapidly growing as it emerges as a new paradigm of leadership and strategy for adapting to the new management environment. Unlike the apparent growth of the coaching industry, the coaching field suffers from a lack of social awareness of coaching and evidence of coaching performance. However, few related researches have been conducted. In particular, attempts to measure and manage the quality of coaching services are very insufficient. Therefore, through literature studies and expert reviews, the current study measured coaching service quality by deriving coaching expertise (coaching skills), interactions, coaching outcomes, and coaching environment as measuring elements. In addition, to verify the effectiveness of coaching services, we collected data from coaching customers and analyzed the relationship between coaching service quality, coaching satisfaction, self-efficacy, and coaching loyalty. As sub-dimensions of coaching service quality, coaching skills, interactions, coaching results, and coaching environments had a positive correlation with coaching satisfaction (+). The interactions and coaching results also positively correlated with self-efficacy (+). Also, coaching satisfaction and self-efficacy have been shown to have a positive effect on coaching loyalty (+). The results suggests that the coaching would be successful when professional coaching skills are utilized at the proper coaching environment and when the coaching environment is provided to customers and emotional communication and interaction with customers. This study is meaningful in verifying the effectiveness of coaching services, suggesting directions for improving coaching performance.
