증례 : 선택적 동맥내 칼슘주입법으로 진단된 Zollinger-Ellison 증후군 1예

저자들은 내원 일주일 전부터 시작된 상복부 동통과 속쓰림을 주소로 내원한 60세 남자에서 상부위장관 내시경 시행 결과 역류성 식도염과 십이지장 구부 이후의 다발성 궤양을 보이고 공복 혈청 가스트린치가 1,470 pg/mL 이상으로 현저히 상승되어 산발성 Zollinger-Ellison 증후군으로 진단하였고, 복부 전산화단층촬영과 선택적 동맥내 칼슘 주입법으로 종양의 위치 파악에 성공한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome is a very rare disease that`s caused by tumor having gastrin-producing cells, and this is accompanied by hypergastrinemia leading to gastric acid hypersecretion, peptic ulcer and their complications. A 60-year-old man presented with epigastric pain and soreness he had experienced for 7 days. The endoscopic findings showed reflux esophagitis and multiple active ulcers at the antrum, the duodenal bulb and the 2nd and 3rd portions of the duodenum. The fasting serum gastrin level was markedly elevated above 1,470 pg/mL and this was consistent with the findings of gastrinoma. We confirmed the presence of gastrinoma via the abdomen CT scan and selective intra-arterial calcium injection. This is the first Korean case report of gastrinoma that was localized by selective intra-arterial calcium injection. (Korean J Med 72:529-535, 2007)

This work proposes a high efficiency DC-DC converter for hybrid electric vehicles (HEV's). A conventional vehicle adopts an alternator connected to a combustion engine mechanically for supplying 12V electrical loads such as lights and charging a 12V battery. Whereas, a HEV utilizes a DC-DC converter instead of an alternator. The DC-DC converter converters a high voltage power in a main battery(Ni-MH) to a 12V power unidirectionally. It enables to supply 12V electric power even under the case that an engine stops when a vehicle is idle state, namely, the idle stop mode, and improve fuel efficiency by using a surplus energy regenerated in braking instances. This work develops a high efficiency DC-DC converter by optimizing an electric power circuit, parameters and a control circuit.

An electrolytic capacitor is widely used in a motor drive system Therefore, the deterioration diagnosis of an electrolytic capacitor is needed fo preventive maintenance of the system. In tills paper, we propose a new diagnosis method for the electrolytic capacitor by using the system identification method, which presents the information about the capacitor's interna parameters in on-line operation and use fuzzy algorithm for the deterioration decision We demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme by using computer simulation.
불평형 전원의 위상각 검출방법을 이용한 순시 저전압보상기

3상 전원에서 1차측이 지락 되거나 단락이 되면 2차 전압은 불평형이 된다. 본 논문에서는 직렬 보상형 순시 전압 보상기에서 불평형 전원의 정상성분에 대한 위상각을 검출하는 새로운 알고리듬을 제안한다. 그리고 왜란 관측자를 통해 부하전류를 추정하는 방법을 제안한다. 위상각의 순시 검출을 통해서 정상성분과 동일 위상의 기준 전압을 만듦으로써 순시 전압 보상기에서 출력해야 하는 전압의 크기를 최소화 하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 시뮬레이션 통해서 검증한다.<br/> <br/>

For the longer service life of steel pile, cathodic protection is selected sometimes at corrosive environment. The cathodic protection design improvement was investigated in this study. The current demand for cathodic protection was calculated from the potentiostatic current monitoring of the steel specimen in the deaerated soil samples. In this study, the current distribution was studied using the Boundary Element Method (BEM) and the Finite Element Method (FEM) numerical analysis methods. The optimum layout of the anode was developed and confirmed by numerical analysis. Under the conventional design of the anode, the length of the anode hole is same as the pile length. We found that, at the bottom end of the pile, the current density is too high. When the anode hole length was 80% of the pile length, the current consumption at the end was reduced. The construction cost of anode hole drilling was decreased about 20%, as compared to the conventional design. Furthermore, the life of the anode materials could be extended by reducing the current consumption at the end section. Using this approach, the construction cost was reduced significantly without any under-protection area on the steel piles.
라만 분광법을 이용한 Biphenylcarboxylic Acid 유도체들의 흡착 배향 연구

Au와 Ag 콜로이드 단일막 표면위에 흡착된 4-biphenylcarboxylic acid(BPCA)의 유도체인 4''-cyano-BPCA(c-BPCA), 4''-mercapto-BPCA(m-BPCA), 그리고 4''-amino-BPCA(a-BPCA)가 어떠한 배향을 하는지 알아보기 위해 표면증강라만(SER)분광법을 이용하여 연구하였다. 체계적인 분석을 위해 benzoic acid, biphenyl, 그리고 BPCA의 분자 배향에 대한 정보를 기본으로 위 분자들에 대한 흡착정보를 유추해내었다. 배향에 대한 정보를 위해 벤젠고리 모드, C-H 신축진동모드, carboxylate 음이온의 신축진동모드, 그리고 각각의 주요 작용기에 해당되는 모드들의 거동변화를 살펴보았으며 이로부터 m-BPCA는 thiol 그룹이 금속에 흡착되고 biphenyl 그룹이 기울어 서 있는 형태를 취하고 있고 나머지 분자들은 금속표면에 편평한 형태로 흡착됨을 알아내었다. Surface-enhanced Raman(SER) spectroscopy was utilized to investigate the adorption orientation of the 4-biphenylcarboxylic acid(BPCA) derivatives, such as 4'-cyano-BPCA(c-BPCA), 4'-mercapto-BPCA(m-BPCA), and 4'-amino-BPCA(a-BPCA), which were adsorbed on Au and Ag colloid monolayers. For the systematic approach, information regarding the adsorption behavior of benzoic acid, biphenyl, and BPCA was applied to the target molecules. From the spectral behaviors of benzene ring, C-H stretching, carboxylate anion, and the other finger printing vibrational modes, it was concluded that only the m-BPCA was adsorbed tilt with thiol group being adsorbed on Au surface, whereas the other molecules were adsorbed flat on both Au and Ag surfaces.
