세계 대부분에서 삶의 물질적인 측면을 보다 많이 확보하려는 추세가 끝나가면서 인간의 감성적인 측면에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이는 롤프 옌센(Rolf Jenssen)이 그의 저서 드림 소사이어티(dream society)에서 주창한 개념으로 있고 이를 뒷받침 하듯 顯界에 경험과 스토리의 중요도는 사회 전반에 걸쳐 논의되고 있으며 이러한 감성적 특성이 특히 잘 드러나는 분야가 테마파크 이다. 테마파크는 그 용어의 근원에서 볼 수 있듯이 Theme ‘이야기’로 구성 된 내용이 Park ‘공원’라는 장소에서 관람객과 상호작용 하는 경험적 가치를 제공한다고 볼 수 있다. 테마파크 내에 서는 관람 시설, 탐승 시설, 공연 시설, 식음시설, 그리고 부가시설 등 방문객에게 편의를 주는 시설 등 다양한 구성을 통하여 경험을 극대화 하려는 노력이 있다. 그 부대 시설중 하나인 테마파크호텔은 테마파크의 부속시설로서 테마파크와 연계된 테마로 환경 및 모든 시설과 분위기를 조성하여 휴식과 함께 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 숙박시설로 테마파크와 동일한 구조로 경험론에 근간한 디자인 구조체임을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 테마파크호텔의 테마 유형 제시에 대한 기초연구로써 본 연구를 통하여 테마파크호텔의 경험 전달 구조가 경험 디자인적 접근을 통한 해석이 충분히 가능함을 알 수 있었고, 향후 테마파크호텔 개발에 있어 이론적인 토대를 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다. As the trend toward more material aspect of life coming to an end, growing interest in emotional aspects of human being in most of the world. This is a concept that Rolf Jenssen advocated in his book Dream Society. The importance of experience and story is being discussed in society, and Theme Park is the field such emotional characteristics are particularly well. As can be seen from the source of the term, the theme park provides an empirical value that interacts with the visitor in a The location Park composed of Theme story . Within the theme park, there are efforts to maximize the experience through a variety of configurations such as attractions , explorations, shows, F&B facilities, and convenience facilities for visitors. Theme park hotel, which is one of the subsidiary facilities, that provides a variety of services along with rest and relaxation by creating environment with atmosphere based on the theme associated with theme park. The purpose of this study is to present the theme type of theme park hotel in the respect of Experience. Through this study, theme park hotel can be interpreted by applying the experience design approach. and expect to be able to provide the theoretical basis for future theme park hotel development.

In this paper, we deal with a sector investment strategy by implementing the black-litterman model that incorporates expert evaluation and sector rotation momentum. Expert evaluation analyzes the relative performance of the industry sector compared with the market, while sector rotation momentum reflects the price impact of significant sector anomaly. In addition, we consider the portfolio impact of sector cardinality and weight constraints within the context of mean-variance portfolio optimization. Finally, we demonstrate the empirical viability of the proposed sector investment strategy with KOSPI 200 data.

2012년 대통령 선거 결과, 연령대에 따라 후보자 지지의 패턴이 상이하게 나타나는 이른바‘세대 균열’현상이 나타났다. 이 연구는 2012년 대선에서 이와 같은 세대 균열이 부활하게 된 원인을 분석하고, 이어서 1997년 이후의 대선 설문조사 자료를 기반으로 하여‘연령 효과’와‘세대 효과’의 존재를 추적하였다. 이 연구는 해당 시기의‘자연 연령’에 따라 집단을 구분하여 세대 균열을 연구했던 기존의‘연령대별 분석 방법’을 비판하고,‘출생년도’를 기준으로 7개의 세대 ?‘촛불 세대(1988~1993 출생)’,‘월드컵 세대(1979~1987)’,‘IMF 세대(1970~1978)’,‘386 세대(1960~1969)’,‘유신세대(1952~1959)’,‘전후 산업화 세대(1942~1951)’,‘한국 전쟁 세대(~1941)’? 로 구분하고, 1997년 이후 4번의 대선에서 나타난 세대별 투표 행태 ? 이념 성향 ? 무당파적 성향의 변화를 시계열적으로 추적하였다. 그리고 선거 당시의 기간 효과를 통제하기 위해 해당 선거에서의 세대별 평균값에서 해당 선거에서의 전체 평균값을 뺀 값, 즉 각 세대의 해당 시점에서의 상대적인 위치를 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 지난 15년간의 추이를 볼 때 2013년 기준으로 60대 이상의 연령대에 해당하는 한국 전쟁 세대와 전후 산업화 세대의 경우 지난 10년 사이에 분명히 보수화되는 연령 효과의 모습을 보여주었으며, 50대에 해당하는 유신 세대 또한 2012년을 기점으로 보수화되는 모습이 나타났다. 그러나 현재 40대 중반에서 50대 초반에 해당하는 386 세대의 경우에는 후보자 선택과 이념 성향, 무당파적 성향 모두에서 일정한 정치적 성향을 유지하는 세대 효과의 특성을 강하게 보여주었다. 그리고 IMF 세대와 월드컵 세대는 이념 성향에 있어서는 일정한 진보적 성향을 유지하는 세대 효과를 보였으나, 후보자 선택과 무당파적 성향에 있어서는 상승과 하락을 반복하는 불규칙성을 보였다. This article explores whether generation effects remain salient in the South Korean elections. Many scholars pointed out that a distinctive cohort group, notably the so-called 386 generation, played an important role in the 2002 presidential election. However, it seems that such a generation effect disappeared in the subsequent elections. We distinguished seven age groups according to the years of birth, and analyzed voting behavior, ideological tendency, and partisanship of each group over the four consecutive presidential elections between 1997 and 2012. In contrast to many previous research which focused exclusively on a single election, we paid attention to sequential political attitudes of each age group over the last 15 years. To examine the sequential changes, we calculated relative values by taking mean scores of each group from mean scores of all the groups in an election. The analyses clearly show that the generation effect of ‘the 386 generation’ still holds, and the ideological inclination of the younger generation tends to be stable. By contrast, voters in their 60s and older have become more conservative for the last 15 years, which implies the life cycle effect.

In this paper, we deal with sector investment strategy by implementing the black-litterman model that expert evaluation and sector rotation momentum. Expert evaluation expresses the relative performance of a sector compared with the market and sector rotation momentum strategy measures actively a significant sector anomaly. In addition, we consider cardinality constraint and weight constraint. Finally, computational results show that the proposed investment strategy provides better performance.
