        공공도서관의 복합화에 따른 공간의 구조적 변화에 관한 연구

        Public libraries in Korea have undergone changes from libraries for just reading or keeping books to libraries with cultural facilities that provide information through various media. It was because of the "plan for building the information-oriented library" in 2000 that made the complexation of public library in progress. The alterations of the system have changed the structure as well as the grade ranks but haven"t been considered enough for administrators or visitors. Hereupon, we are to study of the features by analyzing how the application of the system changed the structure of library. There are four stages in research methods. First, concept of public library and functional elements requested in the process of complexation were studied from literature. Second, vertical, horizontal and circulate changes were studied by applying subject libraries into prior research stereotyping the libraries. Third, mutual relations between each place were studied through J-Graph by elements. Lastly, rank changes according to centrality of space and users were quantitatively studied with space syntax. 4 notable changes were found in these analyses. (1)Vertical, horizontal and circulate structure of public libraries were homogenized. Since 2001, however, they have become diversified as all-in-one or detachable. (2)The space structure of library before 2001 was shallow tree shape while in 2001, period of transition, was the tree shape mixed with ring shape. As time goes on, it has become shallow tree shape again but connected by ring shape in part of reading and common space and in digital reference room. (3)Digital reference room was center of the space around 2001 and it ranked top for integration. After 2007, however, it has become setting off-center. (4)About the purpose of using public libraries, using it as space for administrators ranked top followed by space for visitors and common space before. For now, common space ranks top and space for visitors and administrators. 5 subject public libraries were selected respectively before and after 2001.

      • 공공도서관의 기능변화에 따른 공간구성 요소의 접근관계 연구

        This research is connected differently than before, because the functional changes of the public library followed the space elements in the function to be reconstituted. In the review, we realize the relationship between the space of the element with functional as quantitatively and show what the changed point. As the standard point when starting the obligation to set the digital resources in 2001 by scope in the research, it will be analyzed around 5 to 10 libraries for the target. Show the connection relationship between the spaces of the analysis target to utilize J-Graph in the visible level, there are two results of analysis to use Mean Depth in the Space Syntax methodology and to do quantization the approach. First, the average depth of digital reference room in the functional space elements trend to the structural tendency with differently. The entire structure is return to the shape in shallow tree type in prior to 2001;on the other hand, the average depth of the digital library is increased since 2001. In second, the digital reference among the functional spaces is acting a major component between other space’s relationships. The average depth of digital reference is higher, in while other functional space elements are low.

        Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a benign proliferative histiocytic disorder of unknown etiology, which typically manifests as lymphadenopathy and systemic symptoms. Lymph node involvement is typical, but soft tissue RDD without nodal or systemic involvement is extremely rare. We report on a case of soft tissue RDD in a 16-year-old girl with a palpable mass on her buttock. It was firm, mobile, and discrete without tenderness. Excisional biopsy was performed, then RDD was confirmed histologically. RDD is a non-neoplastic disease that should be considered in the differential diagnosis of other soft tissue tumors. While the optimal treatment for extranodal RDD remains controversial, surgical excision is typically curative.

        글린트 환경에서 추적레이더의 칼만 필터 성능 분석

        Angle error is a factor obstructing to track accurate position in tracking radars. Noise can be divided as follows; thermal noise, servo noise, and glint. Kalman filter used in tracking radars is generally designed with assuming thermal noise (e.g. Additive White Gaussian Noise). But we need to assess the performance of Kalman filter in condition of glint as considered in this paper because the characteristics of glint is different from thermal noise. In this paper, glint is modeled by using a power spectral density in frequency domain and a mixed Gaussian and Laplacian distribution statistically. We can also verify an effect of glint in monopulse radar and an ability of Kalman filter to track KSLV-Ⅰ(Korean Satellite Launch Vehicles). It is shown that Extended Kalman filter can estimate and reduce about 20% of glint’s RMS.

        건강검진센터의 공간유형과 구조체계에 관한 연구

        Due to development of modern medical services and economics, people raised expectation and demand about medical services from previous disease treatment to comprehensive health care covering prevention and health care. Responses of each medical facility to these social needs and the evolution of concept of medicine rapidly occur. The health examination centers are being operated with the purpose of health examination and this trend is reflected on several aspects such as the size of the facilities, function and configuration of space in health examination centers. Thus, health examination centers consisting of various space systems appear, but this trend and interpretations are lacking. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to draw trends of system through analysis of types and its evolved space systematic analysis and establish it. Analysis targets were classified into small, medium and large groups by sizes based on number of space and a total of 12 health examination centers in four for each category were selected. As research methods, functional relationship of space was examined through analysis of type in which segmentalized type tools were applied in local units. The flow diagram was established based on direction turning point and was classified into sub-flow and main-flow in local units and the systems between local units were derived. Finally, the results of this study can be summarized as the following three results. 1) The space connection system of health examination center showed four systems such as circulation, independence, continuation, and network. 2) Local type indicators and global type indicators which were evolved more from limitation of type analysis tools in existing research were derived so that more systematic analysis could be made. 3) Network system is distributed approach system and space for each function is formed around public space.

        대학 캠퍼스의 공간구조와 보행량의 상관관계에 영향을 미치는 환경 요인 분석에 관한 연구

        시대적 양상에 따른 캠퍼스 공간구조가 변모되어 감에 따라 캠퍼스 사용자들의 이용패턴이 다양하게 만들어져 이에 대한 연구가 필요로 한다. 본 연구의 목적으로 공간 구문론을 이용하여 대학캠퍼스의 공간구조를 정량적으로 파악하고, 실제로 공간을 이용하는 보행자들의 통행량을 조사하여, 보행량에 영향을 미치는 환경요인을 분석하였다. 연구 방법으로는 부산광역시에 소재하는 재학생수 10,000명 이상의 6곳을 선정하여, 축선도를 작성한 후 S3 Axial Analyzer 어플리케이션을 사용하여 데이타를 도출하였다. 이 중 10개의 축선을 선정하여 20m영역 통과 측정 방식과 도보이동 게이트 통과방식으로 보행량을 측정한 후 얻어진 결과 값과 그 값을 가중치 평균을 내어 전체 통합도와 국부통합도의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 전체통합도 보다 국부통합도의 R값에 따라 2곳을 제외한 나머지 학교에서 상관계수가 보행량과 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 가중치 보행량과 통합도와의 관계를 예측모델로 도출하여 예측모델의 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 각 캠퍼스의 조사된 축선 위치가 환경요인에 따라 예측값이 보행량과 관계가 있었다. 이러한 분석 자료를 토대로 향후 캠퍼스 내에 시설 증축이나 도로를 만들때 참고가 가능한 기초자료로 활용 될 것이다. According to the historical aspects of campus space, the structure is transformed into a sense of the campus users use a variety of patterns, and hence make use of this pattern of spatial structure on the property and space research is needed. The purpose of this study, using the space syntax campus quantitatively determine the spatial structure and, indeed, to use the space to investigate pedestrian traffic, the correlation was analyzed. The research methods are located in Busan, a student of the six selected and bottled water to more than 10,000, even after you create the axis S3 Axial Analyzer application was derived using the data. Axis of the surveyed locations on each campus according to the environmental factors had a relationship with the predicted amount of gait.

        젊은 성인의 정상신에서 발생한 유암종

        현재까지 우리나라에서는 본 증례를 포함해 아주 적은 수의 원발성 신유암종이 보고되었으며, 치료 및 임상적 특성 예후에 대해 아직 밝혀지지 않은 부분이 많으므로 지속적인 증례 보고 및 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Carcinoid tumors are low-grade malignant tumors arising from neuroendocrine cells. Primary renal carcinoid tumor is very rare due to the absence of neuroendocrine cells in the kidney and ureter. Therefore, little is known about the management and prognosis of renal carcinoid. Here, we report a case of a primary renal carcinoid tumor arising from a normal kidney in a 21-year-old man. He presented with a left renal mass, which was found accidentally. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) showed a 5.5 × 5.0-cm cystic mass with calcification. We suspected a cystic renal cell carcinoma and performed a laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. However, the histology revealed a well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor. We concluded that it was a primary renal carcinoid tumor with no distant metastasis and did not administer chemotherapy or radiation therapy. He is recurrence-free after 8 months.
