Angle error is a factor obstructing to track accurate position in tracking radars. Noise can be divided as follows; thermal noise, servo noise, and glint. Kalman filter used in tracking radars is generally designed with assuming thermal noise (e.g. Additive White Gaussian Noise). But we need to assess the performance of Kalman filter in condition of glint as considered in this paper because the characteristics of glint is different from thermal noise. In this paper, glint is modeled by using a power spectral density in frequency domain and a mixed Gaussian and Laplacian distribution statistically. We can also verify an effect of glint in monopulse radar and an ability of Kalman filter to track KSLV-Ⅰ(Korean Satellite Launch Vehicles). It is shown that Extended Kalman filter can estimate and reduce about 20% of glint’s RMS.
공공도서관의 기능변화에 따른 공간구성 요소의 접근관계 연구

This research is connected differently than before, because the functional changes of the public library followed the space elements in the function to be reconstituted. In the review, we realize the relationship between the space of the element with functional as quantitatively and show what the changed point. As the standard point when starting the obligation to set the digital resources in 2001 by scope in the research, it will be analyzed around 5 to 10 libraries for the target. Show the connection relationship between the spaces of the analysis target to utilize J-Graph in the visible level, there are two results of analysis to use Mean Depth in the Space Syntax methodology and to do quantization the approach. First, the average depth of digital reference room in the functional space elements trend to the structural tendency with differently. The entire structure is return to the shape in shallow tree type in prior to 2001;on the other hand, the average depth of the digital library is increased since 2001. In second, the digital reference among the functional spaces is acting a major component between other space’s relationships. The average depth of digital reference is higher, in while other functional space elements are low.
공공도서관의 복합화에 따른 공간의 구조적 변화에 관한 연구

Public libraries in Korea have undergone changes from libraries for just reading or keeping books to libraries with cultural facilities that provide information through various media. It was because of the "plan for building the information-oriented library" in 2000 that made the complexation of public library in progress. The alterations of the system have changed the structure as well as the grade ranks but haven"t been considered enough for administrators or visitors. Hereupon, we are to study of the features by analyzing how the application of the system changed the structure of library. There are four stages in research methods. First, concept of public library and functional elements requested in the process of complexation were studied from literature. Second, vertical, horizontal and circulate changes were studied by applying subject libraries into prior research stereotyping the libraries. Third, mutual relations between each place were studied through J-Graph by elements. Lastly, rank changes according to centrality of space and users were quantitatively studied with space syntax. 4 notable changes were found in these analyses. (1)Vertical, horizontal and circulate structure of public libraries were homogenized. Since 2001, however, they have become diversified as all-in-one or detachable. (2)The space structure of library before 2001 was shallow tree shape while in 2001, period of transition, was the tree shape mixed with ring shape. As time goes on, it has become shallow tree shape again but connected by ring shape in part of reading and common space and in digital reference room. (3)Digital reference room was center of the space around 2001 and it ranked top for integration. After 2007, however, it has become setting off-center. (4)About the purpose of using public libraries, using it as space for administrators ranked top followed by space for visitors and common space before. For now, common space ranks top and space for visitors and administrators. 5 subject public libraries were selected respectively before and after 2001.

Due to development of modern medical services and economics, people raised expectation and demand about medical services from previous disease treatment to comprehensive health care covering prevention and health care. Responses of each medical facility to these social needs and the evolution of concept of medicine rapidly occur. The health examination centers are being operated with the purpose of health examination and this trend is reflected on several aspects such as the size of the facilities, function and configuration of space in health examination centers. Thus, health examination centers consisting of various space systems appear, but this trend and interpretations are lacking. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to draw trends of system through analysis of types and its evolved space systematic analysis and establish it. Analysis targets were classified into small, medium and large groups by sizes based on number of space and a total of 12 health examination centers in four for each category were selected. As research methods, functional relationship of space was examined through analysis of type in which segmentalized type tools were applied in local units. The flow diagram was established based on direction turning point and was classified into sub-flow and main-flow in local units and the systems between local units were derived. Finally, the results of this study can be summarized as the following three results. 1) The space connection system of health examination center showed four systems such as circulation, independence, continuation, and network. 2) Local type indicators and global type indicators which were evolved more from limitation of type analysis tools in existing research were derived so that more systematic analysis could be made. 3) Network system is distributed approach system and space for each function is formed around public space.

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a benign proliferative histiocytic disorder of unknown etiology, which typically manifests as lymphadenopathy and systemic symptoms. Lymph node involvement is typical, but soft tissue RDD without nodal or systemic involvement is extremely rare. We report on a case of soft tissue RDD in a 16-year-old girl with a palpable mass on her buttock. It was firm, mobile, and discrete without tenderness. Excisional biopsy was performed, then RDD was confirmed histologically. RDD is a non-neoplastic disease that should be considered in the differential diagnosis of other soft tissue tumors. While the optimal treatment for extranodal RDD remains controversial, surgical excision is typically curative.
레이다 및 카메라 내장형 스마트 조명에서 실종자 탐지용 색상 검출 향상 기법

본 논문은 레이더와 카메라를 이용한 스마트 조명 시스템에서 실종자 탐지를 위한 색상 검출 방안을 제안한다. 최근 레이더와 카메라가 내장된 스마트 조명 시스템이 에너지 절약과 동시에 효율적인 실종자 검색에 도움이 된다고 보고 된 바 있다. 스마트 조명 시스템에서 레이다 센서는 조명 주변에 움직임을 감지한다. 조명 주변에서 움직임이 감지되면, 조명이 작동하고 카메라는 녹화기능을 수행한다. 여기서, 스마트 조명에 녹화된 영상은 실종자를 탐색하는 데 활용한다. 특히, 녹화된 영상에서 실종된 사람이 입고 있는 옷의 색상은 실종자를 찾는 데 중요한 단서 중의 하나이다. 이러한 단서인 옷의 색상을 식별하기 위한 방법으로 색상 검출을 활용한다. 또한, 색상 검출 과정에서 배경의 영향을 줄이기 위해서 대상체를 고려한 ROI(Region of interest)를 적용한다. 실험 결과에 따르면, ROI를 적용한 경우 색상 검출의 정확도는 97% 이상을 보였다. This paper proposes color segmentation for detecting missing persons in a smart lighting system using radar and camera sensors. Recently, smart lighting systems built-in radar and cameras have been efficient in saving energy and searching for missing persons, simultaneously. In smart lighting systems, radar detects moving objects and then the lights turn on and camera records. The video recorded is useful to find out missing persons. The color of their clothes worn in missing persons is one of critical hints to look for missing persons. Therefore, color segmentation is an effective means for detecting the color of their clothes. In this paper, during the color segmentation step, the ROI(Region of interest) setting based on the size of an object is applied and the background is reduced. According to experimental results, the color segmentation has good accuracy of more than 97%.
