Z-Map기법을 이용한 머시닝센터용 CAD/CAM기술에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 확장형 Z-Map모델을 토대로 3차원 제품의 형상설계에서 머시닝센터에 의한 CNC가공까지를 일괄적으로 처리할 수 있는 CAD/CAM시스템을 IBM PC와 Borland C++4.5를 이용하여 Windows환경에서 개발하였다. 3차원 제품의 형상은 기본 입체의 생성기능, 자유곡면형 입체의 생성기능, 평행이동, 회전스위프기능 등과 같은 입체정의기능, 그리고 스플리트기능, 불리안기능 등과 같은 입체조직기능을 통해서 쉽게 설계 및 구형할 수 있다. 또한 제품과 소재의 형상정보, 밀링공구의 제원, 그리고 절삭조건을 토대로 황삭가공과 정삭가공에 대한 공구경로의 자동생성, 머시닝센터용 CNC프로그햄의 자동생성, 시뮬레이션, 표면조도 확인 등과 같은 여러 가지 기능들을 갖추고 있다. 특히 과대절삭이 방지된 공구경로는 밀링공구의 제원과 절삭조건을 토대로 제품형상을 옵셋시켜서 생성한 CL Z-Map모델을 이용해서 도출하였다. In this paper, the extended Z-Map model based CAD/CAM system which is able to process systematically from the three dimensional shape design of products to the CNC cutting of products by the machining center, is realized on the Windows environment by using IBM PC and Borland C++4.5. The three dimensional shape of products can be easily designed and constructed by means of the solid definition functions such as the creation operation of primitives and solids with free-formed surfaces besides the translational and rotational sweep operations, and the solid manipulation functions such as the split operation and the Boolean operation. And the system has the various capabilities related to the automatic generation of tool path for the rough and finish cutting processes, the automatic elimination of overcut, the automatic generation of CNC program for a machining center, the cutting simulation, and the surface roughness evaluation of machined product. Especially the overcut-free tool path is obtained by using the CL Z-Map models which are composed of the offset surfaces of the geometric shape of product.

Recently, Manufacturers have recognized the importance of recycling because of the limitation of natural resources and new and proposed laws and legislations that assign responsibility to manufacturer for the ultimate disposal of their products and the environmental problems. In this paper, products assembled recyclable parts and non-recyclable parts are collected after consumer usage and go into a plant. And the collected recyclabel prts are disassembled through the disassembly process and have three attributes - re-usable attribute, re-manufacturing attribute and dumping attribute. In this situation, we deal with a production planning for recycle-oriented manufacturing system. The proposed model maximizing the profit in a system is formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming. And then a numerical example is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
EM센서를 이용한 1860MPa 및 2200MPa 고강도 강연선 도입장력 측정모델에 관한 실험

Measuring the exact cable tension force is important to cable supported bridge under construction and on service. This study was planned to propose EM(electro-magnetic) sensor-based method for measuring the tension force of MS(multi-strand) cable in cable-stayed and extradosed bridge. The tension force in each strand is the same due to MS cable construction using Iso-tensioning system. Therefore, In this prosed method, EM sensor was installed directly at a strand and the measurement model was established for estimating the tension force of strand via EM sensor by experiments. The measurement model was derived from the relation of tension force and magnetic permeability. Also, the magnetic permeability is shown to be different according to the magnetization characteristic of 1860MPa and 2200MPa high-strength strand. The difference is increased as tension force increases. Additional experiment was conducted to verify the measurement model. As a result, the distribution of strand tension calculated upon the EM sensor is similar to those of tension measured by load cell. This proposed approach can be an effective tool for monitoring and measuring the cable force of MS cable.
