For the purpose of finding out the most desirable time for circulation exercise, this study has been done with the subject of 20 Kyung-Min Girls' Middle School students through Mar. 7, 1979 to Apr. 20. 20 students devided into two groups and one group practiced the circulation exercises between main exercises and adjustment exercise and the other group practiced circulation exercises between warming-up exercise and main exercise. The results of this study from the two groups practied circulation exercises are as the same as follows. 1) Return Running was 0.2 second developed by the group practiced circulation exercises between main exercise and adjustment exercise but there was no change by the group practiced circulation exercises between warming-up exercise and main exercise. 2) Five Steps Jumping Up at One Position was 20 cm developed by the group practiced the circulation exercises between main exercise and adjustment exercise but no change was done by the group practiced the circulation exercises between warming-up exercise and main exercise. 3) Jumping Far from One Position was 5cm developed by the group practiced the circulation exercises between main exercise and adjustment exercise but 1 cm dropped by the group practiced circulation exercises between warming-up exercise and main exercise. 4) 50 M Running was 0.2 second developed by the group practied circulation exercises between main exercise and adjustment exercise and no change was done by the group practiced circulation exercises between warming-up exercise and main exercise. 5) Bending and Stretching of Arm was 12 times developed by the group practiced circulation exercise between main exercise and adjustment exercise and 6 times developed by the group practiced circulation exercise between warming-up exercise and main exercise, too. 6) Rising Upper Body was 15 times developed by the group practiced circulation exercises between main exercise and adjustment exercise and 8 times developed by the group practiced circulation exercises between warming-up exercise and main exercise. 7) 100 M Running was 3 seconds dropped by the group practiced circulation exercises between main exercise and adjustment exercise but 15.02 seconds developed by the group practiced circulation exercises between warming-up exercise and main exercise.

여론조사 보도에서 나타난 언론매체의 정치적 편향: 제19대 대통령 선거를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 제19대 대통령 선거 기간 동안 여론조사 보도에서 나타난 언론매체들의 정치적 편향(bias)을 측정하는 것이다. 정치적으로 편향되어 있는 언론매체들은 자신이 선호하는 후보에게 유리한 정보(해당 후보의 지지율이 높게 나온 설문 결과)를 보도하고 그렇지 않은 정보(해당 후보의 지지율이 낮게 나온 설문 결과)를 보도하지 않는 방식으로 유권자들에게 왜곡된 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 언론매체의 여론조사 보도에서 이러한 경향이 얼마나 나타나는지를 경험적으로 측정하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 가장 극단적인 성향을 보이는 언론매체 간의 지지율 보도 편차는 후보자에 따라 약 5.4퍼센트에서 약 2.9퍼센트 정도 차이가 나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 편향성은 언론매체의 진보-보수 성향과도 어느 정도는 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study empirically estimates political bias of media’s coverage of public opinion poll results in the 2017 South Korean presidential election. Previous studies have shown that biased media outlets tend to cover information that is favorable to a party or candidate they support while ignoring others. In this study, I define and estimate media bias as the degree to which media outlets report high (or low) poll numbers of the candidates they support (or oppose).

후보자 전과 기록이 선거 결과에 미치는 영향 분석: 제19~20대 국회의원 선거를 중심으로

본 연구는 후보자들의 전과 기록이 선거 결과에 미치는 영향을 제19대와 제20대 국회의원 선거를 중심으로 분석한다. 본 연구의 분석에 따르면 후보자들의 전과 기록은 당선 확률을 약 5.6~6.7퍼센트가량 낮추고 후보자의 득표율을 약 2.3퍼센트~7.9퍼센트 정도 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 한국의 유권자들이 국회의원 선거에서 후보자의 자질을 고려해서 투표 선택을 한다는 점을 시사한다 In this paper, we study whether voters in South Korea punish candidates for their past wrongdoings. Specifically, we analyze the effect of candidates` criminal records on election results using data from the 19th and 20th Korean National Assembly elections. Our estimates indicate that, on average, candidates with criminal records are 5.6 to 6.7 percent less likely to be elected and receive 2.3 to 7.9 percent less vote share than other candidates. Unlike previous studies, our findings suggest than voters in South Korea make their vote choices based on candidates` quality.

전기영동법으로 증착된 저전압 형광막의 특성 및 표면처리 연구

전기적으로 대전된 입자가 suspension상에서 전기장에 의해 이동하여 ITO glass위에 증착되는 방법인 전기영동법으로 저전압 형광막을 증착하였다. 형광막의 제작은 charger의 농도를 10-3, 10-4M로 변화시키고 인가전압 및 증착시간을 조절하면서 진행하였으며 이러한 방법으로 증착한 시료의 효율 향상을 위해 Nd:YAG laser를 형광막의 표면에 조사하여 그에 따른 변화를 관찰하였다. 시료의 분석은 spectrophotometer를 사용하여 PL intensity 및 색순도를 측정하였고 형광막의 표면상태 및 두께를 측정하기 위해 SEM을 이용하였으며 CIE color coordinate를 측정하였다. 본 실험을 통하여 laser 표면처리는 저전압 형광막의 효율의 향상을 가져다 주는 것을 확인하였다. Electrophoretic deposition of low voltage phosphor to indium-tin oxide-coated glass was employed for the application of field emission display. The phosphor deposited by various parameters, such as deposition time and applied voltages was examined in detail, together with various charge concentrations. In addition, a Nd:YAG laser annealing on the deposited phosphor was performed to improve luminance properties of the phosphor. The analysis was done with a spectrometer system, a PL measurement and SEM. The enhanced properties of the phoshpher were clearly demonstrated under the laser treatment on the phosphor surface.
