In this paper, in order to suppress unwanted current paths originating from adjacent cells in a passive crossbar array based on resistive random access memory (RRAM) without extrinsic switching devices, 1-diode type RRAM which consists of a 0.2% chromium-doped strontium titanate (Cr-$SrTiO_3$) film deposited on a silicon substrate, was proposed for high packing density, and intrinsic rectifying characteristics from the current versus voltage characteristics were successfully demonstrated.

Background: The purpose of this study were to identify the physical therapist's turnover experience in Busan Metropolitan city and its related general factors, and to investigate the turnover, moving-in and out rate. Methods: First Data were collected from 102 physical therapists who working in Busan Metropolitan city using structured questionnaires and then second data collected from who call to directly. Results: Physical therapists expressed high level of turnover experience. Physical therapist's turnover experience was significantly different by their age, marital status, sex, working place and career. In proportion of the total increasing rate of physical therapist and turnover rate was increased. Conclusion: To prevent or reduce physical therapist's turnover rate, more research about causal relationships of physical therapist's turnover should studied.

Most of physical therapists has thought be exposed themselves to risk of hospital infection but it is reported that have been low concern about infection management. Above like this haven t done systematical education on hospital infection, also physical therapist's information management of infection disease is found very low. It is lack of driving information about disease condition of the patients. Physical therapists has thought their working room may be polluted a lots of micro-organism(%). The control situation of infection waste articles, only 53% responded that the controller has managed very intensive so we can feel to need more intensive It's reported that air culture investigation of physical therapy room has never initiated. To wash the hand, before, after treatment of the patients of physical therapist, is very low frequency. And 73% have responded that the time to wash the hand stays 15-45 second. It is examined that 70% physical therapy room is equipped with washing system, a response of 58% disinfects physical therapy room 1-2times per one month. 36% responded disinfection of treatment modality have done everyday, 25% responded have never done. The location physical therapy room is above one floor - 65%. A response of 57% is ventilation system sufficiency, it is considered that physical therapists needs more efforts on management of hospital infection.

본고에서는 홀리스틱 교육(holistic education)의 관점에 비추어 통합교육과정의 효율적 운영 방안 모색을 하고자 먼저, 통합교육과정에 대한 고찰과 함께 홀리스틱 교육의 ‘관련ㆍ이어짐’이라는 관점을 통해 홀리스틱 교육과 통합교과교육과의 관계를 파악하였다. 다음에 홀리스틱 통합교육과정 운영을 위한 다양한 실천적 전략 탐색을 하였으며, 마지막으로 홀리스틱 전인교육을 지향하는 홀리스틱 교육 관점에서의 통합교육의 미래 전망을 제시하고 이들 결과에 대한 논의와 함께 앞으로의 과제에 대해 모색하였다. 통합교과 운영의 다양한 방법들은 그 방법 자체가 중요한 것이 아니라 통합의 목적과 결부될 때 비로소 교육적 효과를 거둘 수가 있다. 본고에서는 어원과 파생어가 갖는 의미가 풍부하고 다양한 ‘홀리스틱’이란 용어를 ‘통합교육, 통합교육과정, 통합교과교육’이라는 용어의 수식어로 사용하였다. ‘홀리스틱’과 ‘통합(integration)’에 대한 명쾌한 정의 및 관계 제시가 있은 후에야 홀리스틱 통합교육과정 운영에 대한 보다 특성화된 전략 및 실천 방향 모색도 가능하게 될 것이다. After efficient operation casting plan grope of holistic integration coursework was done by writing, the following was made clear. Though there was a very close relation between holistic education and integration coursework after the meaning communication to "connection." which is holistic education first was done and it was checked to the type of the range of the school standard inclusive education process development and the integration subject development Fogarty classified, a way and seeing making integration, it was seen through interrelationship search, and it was possible to find out that the inclusive education process operation which developed is possible. When it itself was important, but the way was related to a goal of integration right for various ways of integration subject operation after it was checked to the second practicing strategy of inclusive education process operation and aim, it was possible to find out that it"s possible to get the educational good results for the first time. The third educational process of the state standard and textbook have to be made the target of a next to one-like change with the foundation of right concept introduction to an integration subject, but it"s thought that recognition conversion of site teachers to an integration subject is necessary absolutely before that. Or I think the ability developing integrated education contents personally focusing on need of a teacher and students and a request at school site is more important further than the education contents by which it"s given at the top to the educational process or the textbook form of the state standard.

중국 노년소비자의 건강기능식품 선택속성이 태도 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향 : 소비자 사전지식수준 조절효과

전 세계적 팬데믹(Pandemic) 현상으로 건강 및 면역력에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 건강기능식품에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있으며, 중국의 경제성장에 따라 노년층 인구 증가 및 실버시장의 확대에 따른 건강기능식품에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 건강기능식품에 대한 연구를 진행하였으며, 본 연구는 건강기능식품의 선택속성이 제품에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향과 제품에 대한 태도가 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 그리고 건강기능식품에 대한 소비자의 사전지식수준에 따라 건강기능식품 선택속성과 태도 간에 미치는 조절적 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 내재적 속성 중 기능성은 태도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 안정성은 태도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 외재적 속성 중 구매후기, 기업이미지, 국가이미지는 태도에 유의한 영향을 보였으나, 광고태도는 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 제품에 대한 태도는 고객만족에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 소비자의 사전지식수준의 조절적 효과를 검증한 결과, 사전지식수준이 낮을수록 사전지식수준이 높은 집단에 비해 구매후기와 제품에 대한 태도 간에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Due to the global pandemic, there has been a growing interest on health and on health functional foods. With the economic of growth of China, there has also been growing interested in health functional foods resulting from the increased population of the elderly and the expansion of the silver market. This study on health functional foods was carried out based on such background, and this study examined the impact of the health functional food selection attributes on attitude toward products, as well as the impact of attitude toward a product on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it investigated the moderating effect between health functional food selection attributes and attitude according to the prior knowledge level of consumers on health functional foods. Results of the study found that among internal attributes, functionality had a positive affect on attitude, while safety did not have significant affect for attitude. Among external attributes, purchase reviews(recommendation), corporate image, and country image had significant affect on attitude, but advertisement attitude did not have a significant affect on attitude. Attitude toward a product had positive impact on customer satisfaction. Upon verifying the moderating effects of prior knowledge level of consumers, it was found that lower prior knowledge level had a more significant impact between purchase review(recommendation) and product attitude compared to the group with higher prior knowledge levels.

개인-조직 적합성, 개인-직무 적합성, 개인-상사 적합성이 비서의 경력변인에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 개인과 환경의 복잡한 관계와 상호작용을 보다 다각적인 측면에서 살펴보고자 개인-환경 적합성과 경력변인과의 영향관계에 대하여 규명하고자 하였으며, 특히 비서직을 대상으로 하여 개인-조직 적합성, 개인-직무 적합성, 개인-상사 적합성과 경력몰입, 경력만족간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 현직 비서를 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 다양한 분야의 비서를 제한 없이 무작위 표집법으로 추출, 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 총 162부를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위해 다중회귀 분석을 실시한 결과, 개인-조직 적합성과 개인-직무 적합성은 경력몰입과 정의 유의한 영향관계를 나타내었으며, 개인-상사 적합성은 경력만족과 정의 유의한 영향관계를 나타내었다. 이를 통해 비서직의 경우 경력몰입을 높이기 위해서는 조직과 직무에 적합도가 높아야 하며 경력만족을 높이기 위해서는 조직과 직무보다는 상사와의 적합도가 높아야 함을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 의의는 비서직을 대상으로 적합성 개념과 경력변인과의 영향관계에 대하여 실증적으로 분석함으로써 비서의 채용이나 교육 및 인력운용에 있어서 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 데에 있다. 위의 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계 및 추후 연구과제에 대하여 논하였다. This study examines the multifaceted aspects of the interactional relationship between individuals and their working environments. Although the person-environment fit has received increasing attention in recent years, few studies in the field of secretarial science have examined. In this regard, this sutdy focuses on effects of secretaries’ person-organization fit, person-job fit, and person-supervisor fit on their career commitment and satisfaction based on an empirical analysis. For this, an an online survey of incumbent secretaries randomly extracted from various fields was conducted, and a total of 162 data were collected and analyzed. According to the results for the verified hypothesis, the person-organization fit and the person-job fit had positive effects on career commitment, and the person-supervisor fit had a positive effect on career satisfaction. This implies a need to improve the person-organization fit and the person-job fit to enhance career commitment, and the person-supervisor fit to increase career satisfaction. The results can be used as reference data for hiring and training secretaries in accordance with characteristics of organizations, tasks, and supervisors. Some limitations and implications of this study are discussed.

The importance of indoor air environment gets higher because time of staying in indoor such as house or car become longer due to a change of the life pattern on human society. One of major pollution sources, VOCs or odor could be reduced or controlled by using adsorbent. It may be valuable for used catalyst to be applied in the adsorption of VOCs or odor. This could reduce the cost of adsorbent. In this work, the potential of used zeolites such as HZSM-5 catalyst and FCC catalyst as an adsorbent for removing acetaldehyde was investigated. Their adsorptive performances were compared with those of active carbon and MCM-41. The removal performace of used HZSM-5 was similar to that of active carbon due to its higher surface area. But used-FCC catalyst showed the lowest performance. These results suggest that used HZSM-5 can be applied to cheap adsorbent for acetaldehyde removal.
