대기모형에서 효율적인 가동기간의 기대값 산출 방법에 관한 연구

In this study, a controllable M / G / 1 queuing model operating under the dyadic Min ( N, T ) policy is considered. In such a queueing systems, a server is removed from the system to perform other tasks when there are no customers in the system. Then, the removed server is reactivated immediately after the number of customers in the system reaches N for the first time or T time units elapse after removal of the server, whichever comes first. The expected busy period, which corresponds to the length of time between an activation and the next removal of the server, has been derived analytically by various ways. Since it is very difficult to apply the result to various areas and to determine the optimal values of decision variables because of its complexities. As an alternative to overcome such problems, the expected busy period is analyzed numerically in this study. For this purpose, a simple relationship model to compute the expected busy period is developed. This model could then be applied to many areas easily as well as to provide possibilities for derivation of the optimal operating policy which minimizes the total expected cost per unit time in system operations. 본 논문에서는 이변수 Min(N,T)운용방침 하에서 작동되는 조정 가능한 M/G/1 대기행렬 모형을 연구한다. 대기행렬 시스템에서 서버는 시스템 내에 고객이 한 명도 없을 때 다른 임무를 수행하도록 시스템으로부터 이동된다. 그리고 이동된 서버는 첫 번째 단위 시점 또는 서버로 이동한 후 경과되는 T 단위시점에 대해서 어느 쪽이 우선이든지 간에 시스템 내에 고객의수가 N에 도달하면 재개된다. 활성화와 서버이동 사이의 차기 단계 기간에 대응하는 가동기간의 기대값은 다양한 분석적 방법을 사용하고 있다. 왜냐하면 다양한 분야의 결과를 적용하는 것뿐만 아니라 자체의 복잡성 때문에 의사결정변수의 최적값을 결정하는 것이 매우 어렵기 때문이다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위한 대안으로써, 본 연구에서는 가동기간의 기대값을 수치적으로 분석하기 위하여 단순관계 모형을 개발한다. 이 모형은 시스템운영에서 단위시간당 총 기대비용을 최소화하는 최적운영방침을 유도하기 위한 가능성을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 많은 분야에 손쉽게 적용할 수 있다.

지역 노인의 일반적 특성에 따른 낙상공포감과 낙상효능감 연구

The object of this study was to investigate the relation between variables that is related to the general characteristics, fear of falling and falls efficacy. Data were collected from a convenience sample of 105 elders. Fear of falling and falls efficacy are measured structured questionnaires each. This study analyzed by SAS program. There was a significant difference of fear of falling according to education level(p=.003), body mass index(p=.016). There was a significant difference of falls efficacy according to gender(p<.001), education level(p=.047), body mass index(p=.019), number of chronic disease(p=.021). Fear of falling and age(r=0.23, p=.018) had significant positive correlations in the elders. Falls efficacy and number of chronic disease(r=-0.26, p=.010) had significant negative correlations in the elders. Fear of falling and falls efficacy are mutually contradictious concept. Also, both are important for the health of elderly. This result can be used for the elderly care and development of the program for the improvement of the falling efficacy.

치마버섯을 이용한 진피 발효 배양물의 항산화 및 항염 효과

감귤은 국내 및 동남아시아 지역에서 많이 즐기는 식품 중 하나이며, 이러한 감귤류의 껍질을 건조시킨 것을 진피라고 한다. 이러한 진피는 한방에서는 이뇨작용, 비장기능을 강화하는 것으로 알려져 있으나, 천연 플라보노이드를 다량 함유하고 있어 학계에서 여러 분야로 연구가 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 플라보노이드 배당체를 함유한 진피 추출물을 β-glucosidase 효소를 이용하여 아글리콘(aglycone)으로 변환 할 수 있도록 치마버섯 배양을 실시하였다. 진피 발효 배양액을 HPLC를 이용하여 분석하였으며, UVA에 의한 광손상 보호능을 섬유아세포를 이용하여 측정하였다. 진피 발효 배양액은 COX-2, LOX-5와 같은 항염증 관련 대사에도 관여하여 염증완화에도 도움을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 각질 형성세포를 이용한 interleukin-1α를 측정한 결과 진피발효배양액 처리군의 저해활성이 더 높았다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때, 진피발효 배양액은 피부에 대한 항염 및 항산화 효과가 우수한 것으로 사료된다. Citrus unshiu (C. unshiu) Markovich were dried peel of mandarin orange, of which fresh fruit was one of the famous foods in Korea and Eastern Asia. In the oriental medicine, C. unshiu peel was known to have a diuretic effect and to strengthen spleen function. Recently, natural flavonoids of C. unshiu peel have been investigated. In this study, C. unshiu peel extract containing flavonoid-glycosides was cultured with Schizophyllum commune (S. commune) mycelia producing β-glu- cosidase and its biological activities were investigated. β-glucosidase of S. commune mycelia converted the flavonoid-glycosides (rutin and hesperidin) into aglycones (naringenin and hesperetin). Fermented C. unshiu peel extract compounds were analyzed by HPLC system. The photoprotective potential of fermented C. unshiu peel extract was tested in human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs) exposed to UVA. Fermented C. unshiu peel extract extract also showed notable in vitro anti-inflammatory effect on cellular systems generating cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) metabolites. Also, UVB-induced production of interleukin-1α in human HaCaT cells was reduced in a dose-dependent manner by treatment with fermented C. unshiu peel extract. These results suggest that fermented C. unshiu peel extract may mitigate the effects of photoaging in skin by reducing UV-induced adverse skin reaction.

The purpose of this study was to examine the use of listening strategies by Korean college students and investigate the relationship between the use of listening strategy and the listening proficiency. This study also attempted to explore the effects of collaborative SBJ(Strategy Based Instruction) on college students' English listening strategy and performance. A total of 62 college students participated in this study. A questionnaire was administered to the college students in order to examine their use of listening strategies. The relationship between the students' use of listening strategies and their listening performance was also examined based on the results of the questionnaire and the listening tests. For the experimental part of this study, the students were divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received collaborarive SBJ whereas this treatment was not conducted on the control group. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant relationship between the students' use of listening strategies and their listening performance. Second, the experimental part of this study failed to find any significant effects of collaborative SBJ on the students' listening performance.

인간의 움직임 추출을 이용한 감정적인 행동 인식 시스템 개발

영상을 통한 감정 인식 기술은 사회의 여러 분야에서 필요성이 대두되고 있음에도 불구하고 인식 과정의 어려움으로 인해 풀리지 않는 문제로 남아 있다. 인간의 움직임을 이용한 감정 인식기술은 많은 응용이 가능하기 때문에 개발의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 영상을 통해 감정을 인식하는 시스템은 매우 다양한 기법들이 사용되는 복합적인 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 이전에 연구된 움직임 추출 방법들을 바탕으로 한 새로운 감정 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 은닉 마르코프 모델을 통해 동정된 분류기를 이용하여 감정을 인식한다. 제안된 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 우해 평가데이터 베이스가 구축되었으며, 이를 통해 제안된 감정 인식 시스템의 성능을 확인하였다.

변형된 PEM 그래디언트 알고리즘을 이용한 디지털화상처리에 관한 연구

PEM algorithm cannot expend repeated algorithm, if penalty function is transcendental function. However, OSL algorithm has an advantage that repeated algorithm is easily derived, even though penalty function which has a complicated transcendental function. In spite of this advantage, this algorithm is restricted in convergence region of smoothing constant which increase penalized log-likelihood, so we cannot get the optimal image restoration because it cannot provide us with a various smoothing constant value for the digital image restoration. In this paper, in order to resolve the disadvantage of OSL algorithm, we would like to suggest the algorithm with smoothing constant enlarge the tolerance limit range of convergence and to find not only properties of its convergence but also usefulness of suggested algorithm through digital image simulation.

우편의 시대와 신소설

이 논문은 신소설에 표상되어 드러난 편지의 의미를 고소설의 삽입서 간과 근대서간체소설 사이에서 연속적으로 변모하는 맥락 속에서 분석해보고자 하였는데, 특히 1910년 무렵의 우편제도의 성립이 어떻게 근대의 글쓰기적 변모 과정을 이끌었는가 하는 바를 밝히는 데 주력하였다. 특히 최초의 신소설인 이인직의 <血의淚>는 편지의 필적과 그것을 알아보는 수신자의 관계가 어떻게 변모하고 있는가 하는 극적인 변화 과정을 보임으로써 친숙한 조선의 영토 경계를 넘어간 ``옥련``이 어떤 글쓰기적 변모를 경험하게 되는가 하는 문제를 잘 보여주었던 것으로 평가할 수 있는데, 이인직은 이러한 글쓰기적 변모를 민감하게 반영하여 마지막 대목을 통해 자신의 소설을 독자에게 보내는 공개된 편지로 간주되도록 배려하고 있다. 이는 분명 필적과 음성이 현전하는 양상에서 글쓰기라는 텍스트로 변모되는 과정을 날카롭게 보여주고 있는 것이라고 할 만한 것이다. <血의淚>이후 신소설에서 편지를 주제로 하는 경우는 빈번하다고 할 수 있는데, 고전소설이래로 편지가 종종 등장했던 것을 감안한다면, 이러한 작품들의 경우, 적어도 <血의淚>가 보여준 근대적 글쓰기의 측면에서의 성취는 특히 이후 소설들에는 바로 이어지지 못한 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 이는 근대소설에 등장하는 편지가 제도화된 고백의 문제 등, 근대적인 개인의 내면 형성과 관련되어 의미화되고 있는 것에 비해, 신소설에 등장하는 편지가 단지 소재 이상의 의미를 갖기 어렵게 된 근거로 생각된다. 그럼에도 불구하고 편지라는 소재는 특히 ``외부세계로부터 도달된 편지``, 혹은 ``분실되거나 타인의 손에 들어간 편지``라는 형태로 구체화되어 이후 육정수 혹은 이해조 등의 소설에 등장하여 세계의 외부성에 대한 형상화의 문제라든가 서사적 지연이라는 소설 서사 구성의 기능적 차원과 관련되어 중요한 의미를 갖게 되면서 변주하게 된다. 1908년도에 출판된 육정수의 송뢰금은 주제적인 측면에 있어서는 하와이 개발이민 사건이라는 흥미로운 주제를 보여주고 있으면서도 이 세계와는 다른 언어를 사용하는 공간(하와이)이 갖는 외부성을 잘 드러내어 주지 못하는 한계를 갖고 있었다. 송뢰금의 이러한 주제는 이해조의 월하가인으로 이어지게 되는데, 이전 작품들에서 지속적으로 편지를 일종의 서사적인 장치로 사용해오던 이해조는 이 작품에서는 편지를 외부 세계를 드러내는 지표로 활용하고 있다. 그는 육정수에 비해서는 세계의 외부성의 형상화 의 측면에서는 발전된 모습을 보여주고 있으나 이를 문명/야만 담론 도식 하에서 풀어내면서 외부 세계로부터 배달된 편지의 문제를 모더니티의 문제로 귀착시켜 이후 최찬식의 추월색으로 이어지는 일련의 흐름을 만들어내게 된다. This study focuses on analyzing how the meaning of ``postal letter`` has transformed from the inserted letter in a story of ancient times(古代小說) to the letter form in a modern letter-style novel(書簡體小說), as a part of trying to investigate how the first organization of the postal system in 1910`s lead the process of the modern writing(ecriture) transfiguration. Especially, through showing how the relation of the calligraphy in the novel text and the subject identifying it transit in <Blood tear>(血의淚) written by Lee Injik(李人稙, 1862~1916), known as the first Shinsoseol, I try to find that Lee injik, the author, intended to show that Okryun(``옥련``), a heorin, going over the intimate frontier of Chosun to the unfamiliar territory of Japan and USA undergo the detachment from the familiar, arising from the modern transformation of writing. He, also, had a intention of taking general readers of Shinsoseol, published in news papers, Manse newspaper(만세보), 1906, into a recipient of Okryun`s letter in the last part of his novel. It is thought upon the modern achievement of <Blood tear> in the view of writing transformation, parole to ecriture, literature work to text. After <Blood tear>, lots of Shinsoseol made a subject matter of a letter in modern postal system. It`s meaning varied from the only fragmentary material to the important theme showing modernity. This study tries to find the serial transformation of the letter appeared in <Blood tear>, through <Songnoegeum(松뢰琴) written by Yuk Jeongsu(陸定洙) in 1908, to <Wolhagain>(月下佳人) by Lee haejo(李海朝, 1869~1927). In Yuk Jeongsu`s work, however, the linguistic exteriority of outside world was thought not more sufficiently described than <Blood tear>, which could be known by finding whether it was described that a hero(in) suffered and felt uncertainty in different linguistic world. Though this work was to succeed to the previous subject, the letter from the different world, it couldn`t reach the meaningful achievement of <Blood tear> in the side of writing at least. <Songnoegeum>, however, is set high value on the initiative of the subject, dealing in Hawaii labor emigration fraud with criticism. In <Wolhagain>(1911), Lee haejo made a description of this is sueagain. Not a work of Yuk Jeongsu, he achieved the description of the exteriority through the partition of the civilization and the savageness(in novel hero can interpret with a Chinese and a American very well, but can`t listen Mexican ``native``) and made a letter from another world the subject of modernity. After the organization of postal system, a letter from oversea spur the infinite desire to the extreme tempo toward the center of modernity.
