        기성시가지의 경관이미지 개선방향에 관한 연구 - 양산시 도시경관의 형태요소 분석을 중심으로 -

        This study is for the purpose of finding out the characteristics and problems found in the urbanscape of the established city, focusing on the form-type elements. Especially, it is for preparing the foundation of the improving urbanscape by sorting out the form-type elements influencing on the urbanscape image. The findings are as follows. Firstly, it is found that the urban improvement of the naturally established city is required the management with form-type elements based on the characteristics of landscape structure rather than restriction on the usage of the land or restructuring outworn buildings. Secondly, for this purpose, the first thing to be done is not only setting up the main place based on the structure of the established city and the characteristics of space shape but also maintaining the street space system. In addition, a review for the form-type element is asked to be done when the decision of the urban development area is made. Thirdly, improving urbanscape of each area is firstly required to establish the main view, the visual corridor, the green line & network through the connected areas. Fourthly, it would be difficult to regulate or control all of the form-type elements because they are usually made up of very complicated elements. Therefore, the methods such as urban node, restricting landmark which damaging the scenery, putting the districts where so many houses have been built unplanned and the structures in street space in good order, can be practical alternatives to approach reality as a predominant form-type element of the grand view control.

        부산시 아파트 단위평면의 공.사실 면적구성에 관한 연구 - 시기별 면적구성 변화 및 거주자의 주생활 행위 요인을 중심으로 -

        This study is analyzed comparison about the component ratio of dwelling space in the existing plan and residents dwelling needs. Also, it is analyzed the residence factors of area component change that residence satisfaction and importance according to the behavioral patterns of residents. The results are as follows. 1) Total area component ratio of the existing plan was 39.5:40.8:19.7% and dwelling consciousness one was 36.4:44.0:19.6%. Compared private space with public space, public area requested increase rather than private area. 2) In the 17, 19pyung-types dwellers are not happy about dining kitchen and utility room and types of 21, 23pyung-types are dissatisfied in room-2 and room-3, living room and dining kitchen are dissatisfied, too. In case of areas over 25pyung-types are dissatisfied in room-3 and room-4. 3) The behavioral patterns of apartment residents were classified six acts, and the most significant factors are appeared associated the acts of ceremony, relation of neighborship, and reception. The next significant factors are appeared associated the acts of family relation, about food life. So, it is concerned with the scale of public room.

        도시경관형성을 위한 공공디자인 선진사례 고찰 - 일본 요코하마시의 미나토미라이21(Minatomirai21)을 중심으로 -

        The aim of this study is to consider the example of outstanding landscape in Japan, and to find a scheme direction for a desirable landscape formation by studying a various subjects, such as the purpose, background of landscape formation. The below is the summary of the thesis. Minatomirai21 is one of the successful examples of the international tourist city introducing the new design into urban development. Thus, it has been gained the sympathy of people because pubic design was reflected the environmental and cultural factors of the city. There are many kinds of the concrete methods to create a dignified landscape, such as village creation project, street design, waterfront design etc. It takes around 40 years to be designed Minatomirai21 in Yokohama. In conclusion, for making a desirable landscape needs to divert social recognition participating all together out of traditional recognition which was led all by public.

      • 아파트 單位平面의 住居規模 適正化를 위한 基礎모델에 관한 硏究 : 釜山市 國民住宅規模 아파트를 中心으로 With a National Housing-size Apartment in Pusan

        This study is purposed to propose the basic model for calculation of the proper dwelling size, which is suitable to the conscious structure and form of the dwelling life of Korean, in planning the unit plan with a national housing-size apartment after this. It limits the factors which effect the dwelling size(Y) to general household characteristic of dweller and the activity of dwelling life. It clears the formula by regression model in the relation between these factors and dwelling size(Y). The results is follows ; 1) Y(X_(8)) = 1.55397(FF2)+1.08807(FF3)+0.62683(FF1)+18.89860, estimate ability of this formula comes into 23.6%. 2) Y(X_(8)) =0.99396(BB1)+0.43160(BB3)+0.33118(BB2)+0.34311, estimate ability of this formula comes into 28.5%. This study tries estimating the dwelling size(Y) not by the degree of satisfaction, but the aquirement marks of the exclusive dwelling-ratio in part. But the study is elementary in estimating the dwelling size(Y) and vary estimations are expected in the method of study. Thus the study is necessary to be achieved lastingly in the propriety of interpretation the value of dweller's degree of satisfaction.

      • 아파트 단위평면의 구성면적변화에 따른 거주후 평가(POE)에 관한 연구

        The study is presented the model by Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis, practiced Post Occupancy Evaluation with factor which is to be considered for the change of constituent area after grasping change of constituent area. Apartment unit plan composition is classified in private space, public space, supporting space. The results are as follows: Total constituent area ratio of the existing plan was 39.5 : 40.8 : 19.7 and dwelling consciousness one was 36.4 : 44.0 : 19.6. Compared private space with public space, public area requested increase rather than private area. The Multiple Regression formula between each factor and the constituent area is represented to by HY(Cl)=0.3118+0.52483(C2)+0.28383)C3)+0.10922(C6), but estimate ability of this formula comes into 53.3%.

      • 老朽아파트 再建築에 따른 住居環境評價에 관한 硏究

        This study is related to the rational improvement plan according to the dwelling environment estimation factors when deteriorated apartment complexes is reconstructed. The results is follows : (1) External environment in this deteriorated apartment complexes is proved generally very bad condition with physical worn out condition of the building. Especially, it is proved that parking lot and green space, dust facilities, etc are lacked commonly. (2) When we synthesize the recognition degree to the dwelling environment. It made an analysis that dwellers have been estimate the most factors at the green space and physical facilities or deterioration of the building and EV-stairway, dwellers' demands are changing to apartment complexes environment from the investment worth concept at house basis in the past. (3) As reconstructed, in preference on improvement of deteriorated apartment complex, It values middle story type above ratio of capacity increase in higher story type and higher density type. And Unit residence has to connect a green tract of land and open space. Also convenient facilities has to expand. Finally, there is limit that estimate basic factors about dwelling environment established inclusively in this study, unsatisfying with exactly the solve of cause in the factors. So, it is required that the study (which can receive variety changing factors) is continuing for accumulating this estimation data.

        초고층 주거건축의 거주성 평가에 관한 연구 - 주상복합형아파트와 단지형아파트의 비교 분석-

        This research examines to multi-used apartments and super-high rise apartments way of dwelling for outside space environment if summarize result that do comparative analysis as following be. First, because Busan formed along coastline, available site of downtown is very lacking. Development of super high-rise dwelling architecture is gone vigorously on downtown's neighborhood and change area by solution in reply. Second, result that resident satisfaction about dwelling environment does comparative analysis, housing complex apartment form appeared occupancy and health environment, life and learning environment that look high satisfaction generally than multi-used apartments. Third, we can know that item of dwelling by environment of multi-used apartments is inferior. Specially there is much difficulties in resident's use about dwelling-health environment like spacing of building, air cleanliness, road cleanliness and convenience facilities like community facilities, old man welfare facilities, green area/mini-park. So it was construed that was very inferior in habitability and living environment side.

        도시경관 개선을 위한 건물용도별 지붕형태 및 외장색채 특성 분석에 관한 연구

        This survey is researched president situation of roof shape and exterior color and analyzed to be revealed problems in the established city, Yang-san. The results of it are summarized as follows. 1) The roof shape of housing is most eyebrow and flat it and color of housetop is not harmonized with surroundings. The roof of low apartment is disharmonized silhouette with skyline. 2) Most the neighborhood-convenience facilities are constructed flat, as it is to stand firm. Specially the C.B.D in Yang-san is shown eyebrow roof of original color and closed landscape image. And roof color of factory is analyzed to be bad color, too. 3) Exterior color of housing and the neighborhood-convenience facilities are extended the domain of painted color and chroma and value higher than others. This situation give not to be continuity between mutual buildings. 4) Apartments are used bright color but to be insufficient harmony with low building and to close up background. 5) Industrial area is established by huge mass group and most color is be red of high-chroma and strong original color of blue, as landscape of industrial area should be plan by accent color.

        토니 가르니에 공업도시에 나타난 도시 설계적 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 가르니에가 제안한 공업도시의 형성과정 및 배치형태 특성 등을 고찰함으로써, 공업도시에서 나타난 개념들과 그 특성들을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 공업도시를 그 이전의 기존 도시계획과 차별화된 특징을 고찰하고, 산업혁명 이후 도시의 전반적인 기능을 회복하고자 노력하였던 당대 여러 도시계획들의 흐름 속에서 공업도시가 가지는 의의를 재검증하려고 한다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가르니에는 도시의 확장성을 고려하였으며, 토지를 효율적으로 이용하기 위해 지역지구제, 즉 조닝의 개념을 적극 활용하였다. 조닝개념을 가지고 그는 주거지와 공업지역을 분리하여 쾌적한 도시환경을 구축하고자 하였으며, 적절한 녹지구역을 계획하였다. 둘째, 20세기의 새로운 건축 재료인 콘크리트는 가르니에에게 있어 도시를 구성하는 가장 큰 요소였으며, 근대적 외관의 미(美)를 형성하였다. 셋째, 가르니에는 공업도시를 통해 당시 산업도시가 가지는 많은 문제점들을 개선하고자 하였으며, 도시의 중심부에 집회 시설 등을 배치하여 도시민들에게 커뮤니티 지역을 제공하였다.
