        교육행정정보시스템 도입과정에서 교육부와 전교조의 갈등 상황 분석

        이 연구는 교육행정정보시스템 도입과정에서의 교육부와 전교조의 갈동 전개 과정을 분석함으로써 두 집단 간 갈등 관리에의 시사점을 얻는 데 목적이 있다 죄수의 딜레마 게임 모형을 통해 두 집단의 질풍을 분석한 경파, 두 집단은 상호 비협력적인 게임을 반복하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다 이와 같은 상호비협력적인 게임상황은 교육부와 전교조에게는 각자의 집단을 위해 최선의 전략을 선택한 것이었지만, 교육계 전체적으로 봤을 때는 비효융적이고 소 모적인 상황을 초래했다 따라서 이 비협력적인 반복게임의 구조를 협력 게임으로 전환하기 위해 첫째, 협력 게임의 전제가 되는 신뢰를 구축하는 일이 시급하다 둘째, 두 집단의 갈등을 중재할 수 있는 중재기완이 필요하다 중재자로써 교육정보화위원회의 선례를 앞으로의 교육 정책 결정과정에도 반영하는, 교육부와 전교조의 각기 다른 주장을 절충할 수 있는 장으로 정착시켜야 할 것이다 셋째, 갈등의 중요한 외부 변수인 언론의 중립적이고 객관적인 역할이 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development(hereinafter called MOE) and the Korea Teachers' & Educational Workers' Union(hereinafter called KTEWU) have conflicted with each other while introducing the National Education Information System(hereinafter called NEIS) in Korea. The result of analysis was expected to give educators implications about how to deal with such conflicts Subjects of analysis were as follows' The dilemma game model intended for the criminals was used to identify the consequences of the conflicts. The analysis results indicate that MOE and KTEWU made the best choice for themselves, however the lack of collaboration in both parties made people in both parties non-productive game players, having a negative impact on the overall education area. In order not to repeat the conflict situation the following suggestions were Implicated' First, it was needed for the two organizations to put confidence in each other. They should try to cast away their deep-rooted unfriendly attitude to each other and Join forces in changing the non-productive game into a more productive one. Second, any mediation organization, such as the educational information committee, should be well managed in an Impartial way between those two parties. Future educational policies should be formulated in consideration of its arbitration efforts, which also should serve as a standard to narrow the gaps between the two groups m the future Third, the press should handle those conflicts in a fair and mature manner. Any digressive, biased or sensational reports might reinforce the unfriendly relationship. The conflicts about NEIS gave the MOE and KTEWU a chance to look back on themselves. The MOE should no longer stick with its exclusive practices and approve KTEWU as its partner, and KTEWU should team up with that ministry and participate in policy making by making a more productive criticism.

      • 초등학교 교사의 수업전문성 형성 과정에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 초등학교 교사에게 수업전문성이란 무엇이며, 초등학교 교사가 수업전문성을 어떤 과정을 통해 형성해 나아가는지 밝히는 데 있다. 즉, 이 연구는 초임교사가 학교에서 수업을 하기 시작해서 퇴직하기 전까지 어떤 과정을 통해 수업전문성을 형성해 나아가는지에 대한 모습을 구체적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 연구를 통해 초등학교 교사의 수업전문성 형성 과정 전반을 이해하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 초등학교 교사는 고유한 수업전문성을 가지고 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 초등학교 교사는 학생 발달 수준을 고려하여 강의식 방법 이외의 다양한 수업 기술을 가지고 있고, 학생에 대한 이해에 관심이 있었다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사의 수업전문성의 변화 과정은 교육경력에 따라서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초등학교 교사의 수업전문성의 형성 과정에서 초등학교 교사들은 점진적으로 수업의 틀을 형성하고 있었다. 10년차 이상의 교사들은 지금까지의 수업 경험을 바탕으로 자신만의 수업 스타일을 만들어, 일정한 범위 내에서 변화를 주며 수업을 하고 있었다. 넷째, 초등학교 교사의 수업전문성 형성에는 교사 개인적 요인뿐만 아니라 제도적 요인, 문화적 요인도 중요한 영향을 주고 있는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to clarify what kind of teaching expertise is perceived by elementary school teachers and what kind of process the elementary school teachers form through the process expertise. In order to solve the research question, qualitative research was conducted mainly using in-depth interview method. Twelve interviews were conducted for each of the three elementary school teachers. The results of this study and conclusions are summarized as follows. First, the elementary school teachers thought that the teaching expertise was formed by the interaction of various factors necessary for the class. Second, the formation process of elementary school teachers" teaching expertise varied according to educational experience. Third, the characteristic of the formation of elementary school teachers" teaching expertise is that the area in which elementary school teachers form teaching expertise is generally added and expanded as the educational experience increases. Fourth, it was confirmed that personal factors, institutional factors, and cultural factors have an important influence on the formation of instructional expertise in elementary school teachers. The results of the above research suggests the following. It is necessary to recognize elementary school teachers" teaching expertise as a process, not a result. There is also a need to find ways in which teachers can voluntarily motivate themselves to improve their instructional expertise.

      • 광섬유가 삽입된 철도용 보강토 옹벽의 초기 변형율 측정

        The research of applying reinforced retaining wall due to support the land pressure that given from train's load has been accomplished actively in domestic area. After the retaining wall has been installed, the collapse or partial destruction that generated by effect of train's vibration and repetitive load of train may be induced. Accordingly in the period of using this, the sufficient durability should be guaranteed and years of durability are one hundred and as these are longer than road structure's, the technique that introduced to wall and monitor the long-term strain is necessary. In this paper, the optical fibre is induced vertically to the reinforced retaining wall and after the subsistence of optical fibre is confirmed, the early strain that applied to optical fibre after insertion is monitored. Before and after the concrete placing, damage feasibility of optical fibre is measured by using OTDR(Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) and after concrete is cultivated, the early strain induced to optical fibre is measured by application of BOCDA (Brillouin Correlation Domain Analysis) system.

      • 철도시설물 건전성 모니터링을 위한 분포형 광섬유 센서 시스템 개발

        When the railway has newly constructed, safeties for this structures are fully guaranteed and then opened, but as time passes, it became exposed to harsh external environments and iterative train-loads so that the cracks are generated and sudden collapses can be originated. To prevent the accidents resulting from this situation, the system which can monitor the safety in realtime should be developed. In this study, distributed optic fiber sensor system to monitor the strain and temperature over full range using optical fiber is developed. Brillouin optical correlation domain analysis (BOCDA) are used, which is measuring method for Brilluoin scattering that uses a pump and probe wave in continuos form for the position selective generation of stimulated Brillouin scattering. BOCDA systems uses a Brilluin scattering that is a nonlinear optical phenomenon generating inside of optical fibers and it can be used without any additional sensing procedure in optical sensors and has merits of high spatial resolution and can select a random measurement position.

      • 광섬유센서를 이용한 열차하중 작용시 레일의 변형율 모니터링

        Recently, railroad construction has been increased all over the world and as the train is getting high-speeded, there has been a need for guaranteed safety, so that a requirement for heath monitoring techniques for destruction that generated by gradually accumulated damages is now increasing. Especially the rail is crucial part that contact with wheel directly and delivers the train's load to a sleeper. It needs a technique that can guarantee a safety by sensing the possible cracks. In this paper, when train's load applied to the rail, strain distribution that introduced to entire length of rail is monitored using optical fibre. Optical fibre is used as a medium for measuring the strain and BOCDA (Brillouin Optical Correlation Domain Analysis) system is organized for measuring the distributed variation that implied to optical fibre. Optical fibre is attached at lower flange where tension is maximized when the load of train applied to the rail and strain gauge is implied together to compare the accuracy of measurement.

        The application of light weight technology using composite in railway structure is actively being realized for the purpose of speed improvement, guarantee of safety, reduction of fuel, improvement of maintenance and etc. Especially, the application of composite to Korean tilting train, light weight train and low floor bus is now generalized and the research of applying the composite to special structure, such as core structure like bogie and the crash absorption equipment, is also being in progress. In this paper, longitudinal strain distribution of composite cantilever beam was measured applying the optical fiber sensors that uses the BOCDA (Brillouin Optical Correlation Domain Analysis) techniques. The 5mm thickness test specimen was fabricated by laminating the glass/epoxy prepreg and curing in the autoclave and the longitudinal strain was measured by increasing the loading from 200g to 2000g at 350㎜ length cantilever. At this moment, the spatial resolution was about 9mm and the strain error was ±20 με.

        초등 교과교육학의 성격과 내용구조 연구

        이 연구는 교과교육과 교과교육학의관계, 그리고 교과교육학과 교육학의 관계등을 분석하고, 그 결과를 토대로 하여 초등학교 교과교육과 교육대학 교과교육학 교육의 실제를 정확히 이해하고 그 발전 방향을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 일반적으로, 교과교육학은 교육학에서 제시하고 있는 교육과정의 구성및 교육방법상의 일반 원리를 교과교육이라는 특수한 사태에 적용하는 과정에 관심을 두는 이론으로 간주되고 있다. 이 관점에 의하면, 교과교육학은 교육학의 일반적 원리에 따라 교과교육이라는 특수한 맥락에 처방을 내리기 위한 것으로 파악된다. 이 관점을 교과와 그것을 가르치는 교사의 삶을 사실상 별개의 것으로 분리하는 것이며, 그와 동일한 이유에서 교과교육학과 교과교육학자의 삶 또한 별개의 것임을 전제하는 것이다. 그러나 교과교육과 교과교육학, 그리고 교과교육학과 교육학의 관계는 이론에서 실제로 나아가는 앞의 방향과는 정반대 방향에서도 이해될 수 있다. 이 관점에 의하면, 교과교육학은 교과교육 실제에 처방을 내리기 위한 것이 아니라 그 실제를 기술하고 정당화하기 위한 것으로 파악된다. 교과교육과 교과교육학의 관련이 이렇게 파악될 때, 교과 교육학은 교사나 교과교육학자에게 자신이 지금 하는 일이 자신의 삶과 결코 무관한 것이 아니라는 믿음을 심어 주게 되며, 나아가 그들 자신이 참여하고 있는 초등학교나 교육대학의 교육실제를 기술하거나 정당화하려고 할 때 반드시 필요한 개념적 도구를 제공해 줄 수 있게 된다. 바로 여기에 교과교육학에 관한 종래의 접근과는 구분되는 새로운 접근방식이 요구되는 이유가 있다. The purpose of this study is threefold: The first is to analyse the relations between subject education and subject pedagogy, and between subject pedagogy and general pedagogy. The second is, based on the analysis result, to have the precise understanding of teaching various subjects in the elementary school, and of teaching subject pedagogy in the university of education. The third is to search for the desirable direction of developing the elementary education and the teacher education. Subject pedagogy is usually defined as a theory which is interested in the process of applying pedagogical principles regarding curriculum organization and teaching methods to specific teaching situations, that is, subject education situations. However, this definition has a limitation, because it assumes that a subject and the teacher's life who teaches the subject are separated from each other, and that subject pedagogy and the scholar who studies subject pedagogy are also separated. The relationship between subject teaching and subject pedagogy, and between subject pedagogy and general pedagogy can be understood with quite different viewpoint. This new viewpoint, which is the major discussion matter of this study, assumes that subject pedagogy is never separated from the life of subject teacher/subject pedagogist. This viewpoint will reveal the theoretical features of subject pedagogy better, and give us new meaning on the life of teachers/subject pedagogists. The subject pedagogy in the correct sense should provide teachers/pedagogists with the conceptual instrument based on the new viewpoint. This conceptual instrument will make teachers/pedagogists be able to describe, explain, and validate their own educational practice-such as the content structure of each subject-in the elementary school or the university of education.

      • 분포형 광섬유 센서를 이용한 복합소재 대차 사이드프레임의 변형 모니터링

        Recently the research for lightening the railway vehicle is actively made according to the demand of the environment-friendly technology development contributing to the energy cost reduction and the green growth. The railway vehicle lightweight research is expanded to the load-supporting first structure from the secondary structure which doesn't support the load. After the composite car body development used in the Korean tilting train is completed, the composite bogie frame development in which the weight reduction efficiency is large is progressed. In this paper, distributed strain was monitored when the train load was added to the central part of the composite bogie side-frame. By using the optical fiber which was attached to the lower part of the side-frame and the developed Brillouin correlation domain analysis (BOCDA) system, the strain distribution could be measured with 3㎝ step over 3m section. This strain distribution was compared with the design value by the FE analysis when the load of 14ton and 18ton added. This experiment can verify the manufactured composite bogie side-frame.
