        유색미 겨 아라비녹실레인과 지구성 운동트레이닝이 LPS 처치된 흰쥐의 TLR4 Signaling 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of arabinoxylan rice bran and endurance exercise training on TLR4 mediated protein expression in LPS-treated rats. The results showed that TLR4 as an important protein in the inflammatory response against lipopolysaccharide was shown to be significantly lower in both arabinoxylan supplement with exercise group and exercise group, thus the arabinoxylan rice bran had a higher inhibitory activity than arabinoxylan supplement group. However, $NF-{\kappa}B$ and MyD88 protein expression was not changed in arabinoxylan supplement with exercise training group, whereas $NF-{\kappa}B$ significantly decreased in 4 weeks of exercise training group. These results suggest that the supplement of arabinoxylan rice bran with exercise is likely to contribute to inflammation response and the arabinoxylan rice bran can be used as a possible safe alternative to the immunotherapeutic intervention.

        유류오염 토양에서 발생되는 VOCs 제거를 위한 분변토의 활용 가능성에 관한 기초연구

        This study was carried out two point view that reuse of sludge and adsorption of benzene, toluene and o-xylene of VOCs in cast, carbonized cast and activated carbon. The cation exchange capacity of cast and carbonized cast were 59.2, 112 meq/100g, respectively. The specific surface were 560, $800m^2/g$, respectively. The average removal rates of benzene by 50g cast of 50% hydrous cast, anhydrous cast, carbonized cast, activated carbon were 15.0, 41.2, 88.2, 99.4% in 60min of retention time. The average removal efficiency of toluene by 50 g cast of 50% hydrous cast, anhydrous cast, carbonized cast, activated carbon were 12.5, 34.2, 88.2, 99.5% in 60 min of retention time. The average removal rates of o-xylene 50 g cast of 50% hydrous cast, anhydrous cast, carbonized cast, activated carbon were 8.8, 28.5, 84.8, 98.1% in 60min of retention time. The adsorption efficiency of test absorbent was in order of Activated Carbon > Carbonized Cast > Cast.

        지렁이를 이용(利用)한 피혁(皮革) 슬러지의 퇴비화(堆肥化)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)(I)

        본 연구에서는 피혁슬러지의 부숙기간별 이화학적 변화를 측정하고 이를 근거로 지렁이의 생존율, 증체량, 부화율 등을 조사함으로서 지렁이를 이용한 안정화 및 처리, 처분 가능성을 평가하였다. 지렁이의 급이 조건에 적합한 피혁슬러지의 부숙기간은 산화환원전위(Eh), 알카리도에 대하여 각각 30일, 35일로 평가되었으며, 부숙기간동안 피혁슬러지의 pH 역시 초기 7.8에서 지렁이의 생육에 적합한 중성영역으로 점차 변화하는 경향을 보였다. 50일 부숙시킨 피혁슬러지의 이화학적 특성은 pH는 7.1, Eh는 85mV, 알카리도는 450ppm $CaCO_3$로 조사되었으며, 중금속함량은 여러 기준치를 만족하는 것으로 평가되었다. 50일 부숙시킨 피혁슬러지에서 지렁이 생존율은 $20{\sim}25^{\circ}C$의 생육온도에서 75%, 증체율은 230%, 부화율은 87%의 값을 보였다. 이상의 결과로부터 피혁슬러지는 최대 50일의 부숙기간을 거칠 경우 지렁이를 이용한 퇴비화가 가능한 것으로 평가되었다. The study on the ripening of leather waste sludge was performed to vemistabilize the sludge effectively using a laboratory scale darkened wood box reactor ($10{\times}10{\times}20cm$). The acceptable feed conditions for earthworm of Eh, alkalinity were obtained in the 30th and 35th days, respectively. The value of pH was gradually decreased from 7.8 to 7.1 through the ripening time. The contents of heavy metals of the ripened sludge were estimated as lower levels compared to the other regulatory standards for compost. After the ripening time for 50days, the physico-chemical properties of the sludge were estimated as pH 7.1, water content 72%, redox potential 85mV, electrolytic conductivity $2,620{\mu}mhos/cm$ and alkalinity 450 ppm as $CaCO_3$, respectively. In the ripened sludge, survival rate of the earthworms for 50 days was about 75%, and the live weight increase rate was about 230% at the temperature range of $20{\sim}25^{\circ}C$. Moreover, hatching rate of the earthworm cocoons was about 87% and the highest value was obtained in the 20~30th days. From the above results, it was evaluated that leather waste sludge could be vermistabilized effectively by earthworms, when the sludge was ripened during 50 days.

        지렁이 분변토의 중금속홉착능에 관한 기초연구

        본 연구에서는 중금속에 대한 지렁이 분변토의 홉착특성을 활성탄과 비교함으로서 중금속 함유폐수처리를 위한 경제적언 홉착제로서 활용가능성을 펑가하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 지렁이를 이용한 퇴비화에 사용된 슬러지는 피혁슬러지와 우분슬러지를 7:3으로 혼합하여 부숙시킨 것을 사용하였다. 분변토의 물리화학적 특성을 평가하기 위한 용출실험으로부터 분변토는 약간의 pH의 완충능력과 55.1 me/100 g의 양이옹교환능력을 가지는 것으로 평가되었다. 분변토의 중금속에 대한 홉착평형시간은 90분 이내로서 활성탄과 큰 차이가 없었으며, Pb, Cu, Cd, Cr, Zn의 제거효윷은 활성탄이 각각 98%, 93%, 94%, 89%, 82%, 분변토는 95%, 90%, 88%, 80%, 66%로 펑가되었다. 홉착제 양의 변화에 따른 홉착특성을 Freundlich 등온흡착식으로 해석한 결과 l/n값은 분변토의 경우 0.28-0.74로서 활성탄의 0.29-0.56 에 근접하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 01 결과로부터 분변토를 경제적인 중금속홉착제로 사용 가능한 것으로 평가되었다. 또한,분변토의 중금속 성분별 흡착션호성향을 활성탄과 비교 분석한 결과 분변토는 Pb>Cu>Cd>Cr>Zn의 순이었으며, 활성탄은 Pb>Cd>Cu>Cr>Zn의 순이었다. The purpose of this study is the evaluation of adsorption capacity of casts for heavy metals comparing with the activated carbon. The casts was obtained from vermicom posting of the mixed organic sludges which were generated from the treatment facilities for leather wastewater and cattle wastewater. The physico-chemical characteristics of cast was investigated. Also, the batch adsorption experiments of cast and activated carbon for heavy metals were carried out , and the results were analyzed by Freundlich isotherm. The buffering capacity to the acidic wastewater was founded in the cast, and the cation exchange capacity of cast impling adsorption capacity for soluble substances was evaluated as about 55 me/l00 g. Those were implied that the cast have a large potential as a good adsorbent for soluble pollutants in wastewater. From the results of batch experiments, the removal efficiencies of tested various heavy metals including Pb, Cu , Cd , and Cr were very high value as 89-98% for the activated car-bon, and 80 - 95% for the casts except for Zn. The adsorption equilibriums for the two materials were achieved within 90 minutes. The order of preferable metals in the adsorption was found to be Pb>Cu>Cd>Cr>Zn on the cast and to be Pb>Cd>Cu>Cr>Zn on the activated carbon, respectively. From the above results, it might be con-cluded that cast is effectively available as a good adsorbent to treating the heavy metal bearing wastewater.

        남자 단거리 육상선수들의 기능성 움직임 검사(Functional Movement Screen)와 전문체력의 상관성

        이 연구는 남자 육상 단거리 선수들의 기능성 움직임을 평가하고 전문체력과의 상관성을 알아보는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 G스포츠과학센터에 방문한 남자 육상 단거리 선수 43명(중ㆍ고ㆍ대학)을 대상으로 기능성 움직임 검사와 등속성 근력 및 무산소성 파워를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과에서 기능성 움직임 검사의 총점은 대학교 집단이 가장 높았으며 고등학교, 중학교 순으로 나타났다. 또한 기능성 움직임 검사의 딥 스쿼트, 허들스텝, 인라인 런지의 세부항목에서 전문체력변인간의 유의한 상관성이 확인되었다. 기능성 움직임 검사의 딥스쿼트는 최대파워(r=.360), 평균파워(r= .373), 피로지수(r= .365)와 유의한 상관성이 있었으며 허들스텝은 등속성 최대신근력(좌: r=.327, 우:r=.377), 최대굴근력(좌: r=.350, 우: r=.390)에서 상관성이 나타났다. 인라인런지는 등속성 최대신근력(좌: r=.327, 우:r=.377)과 최대굴근력(좌: r= .350, 우: r=.390) 및 최대파워(r=.414), 평균파워(r= .354) 에서 유의한 상관이 나타났다. 그밖에 회전안정성이나 몸통안정성 푸쉬업 등 항목은 상관성이 나타나지 않았다. 결과적으로 단거리 육상선수의 기능성움직임 검사는 중등부가 가장 낮게 평가되어 현장에서 이에 대한 개선 노력이 필요하며 기능성움직임의 세부항목(딥스쿼트, 허들스텝, 인라인런지)과 전문체력간의 의미 있는 관련성이 확인되었다. 따라서 이 연구의 결과는 남자 단거리 육상선수들의 기능성 움직임 검사와 전문체력 변인간의 상관성을 제시함으로써 향후 우수선수 선발 및 육성과정에서 과학적 기반의 평가지침으로 활용되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between Functional Movement Screen(FMS) and specific physical fitness variables in male sprinter. The study included 43 male sprinters (age, 14-23 years) in Gyeonggi province during 2018. The total score of FMS was highest in the university group, and this result followed by high school and middle school. The Deepsquart showed a significant correlation with the anaerobic peak power (r= .360), the mean power (r= .373) and the fatigue index(r= .365), and the hurdle step showed a significant correlation with isokinetic extention peak torque(L: r= .327, R: r= .377), (L: r= .35, R:r=. 390). Inline range showed a significant correlation with isokinetic extention peak torque (L: r= .327, R: R= .377) and isokinetic flexion peak torque(L: r= .350, R: r= .390), and significant correlation was found in both the anaerobic peak power(r= .414) and the mean power(r= .354). As a result, 3 items in FMS showed a significant correlation between specific physical fitness variables, it is necessary to consider the specific physical fitness evaluation and FMS tests. in training plans. Therefore, this study recommends that male sprinters consider their physical fitness with FMS as an evaluation guideline for their scientific based training plans and athletic performance.

        임상연구 : 복강경 수술 동안 기관가스 주입을 위한 Univent Tube(R)의 사용

        Background: Laparoscopic surgery is replacing conventional surgical techniques due to its many advantages. However the possibility of respiratory complications during CO2-induced pneumoperitoneum remain. Tracheal gas insufflation (TGI) has been shown to be a useful adjunct to mechanical ventilation in hypercapneic patients. This study investigated the effectiveness of TGI in reducing the PaCO2 level in hypercapneic patients during laparoscopic surgery without increasing the peak inspiratory pressure(PIP) and usefulness of a Univent tube(R) as a device for TGI. Methods: Twenty-four patients who were scheduled to undergo gynecological laparoscopic surgery, were enrolled in this study. Anesthesia was induced and maintained with propofol, rocuronium and N2O-O2-sevoflurane. The suction port of the endobronchial blocker of the Univent tube(R). was used for the path of TGI. Data including the ABGA and respiratory parameters were measured three times, the pre-CO2 peritoneum (pre-CO2 pneumoperitoneum point, PCP), 15 min after CO2 peritoneum (after-CO2 pneumoperitoneum point, ACP) and after 15 min TGI (TGI point, TGIP). Results: At ACP, the PaCO2 and PIP had increased more significantly than PCP. After TGI, the PaCO2 was decreased more significantly than ACP, but the PIP did not increased. Conclusions: TGI is a useful adjunct to mechanical ventilation in hypercapneic patients during laparoscopic surgery, and a univent tube(R). is an economic and convenient device for TGI.         의전원 4학년 학생의 과정기술 객관구조화진료시험에 도입된 시뮬레이션의 충실도에 따른 인식 변화

        본 연구는 마취과 임상실습을 마친 의전원 4학년 학생들을 대상으로 충실도를 달리한 과정기술 객관구조화 진료시험에서 보여지는 자기평가와 학습동기의 변화 유무를 비교해 보고자 시행되었다. 학생들을 무작위로 두 군으로 나누어 HF군에서는 고충실도의, LF군에서는 저충실도의 과정기술 객관구조화진료시험을 시행하였다. 사례는 기관삽 관과 정맥관삽관의 두 주제로 임상술기교육을 맡은 책임교수가 개발한 후 다른 두 교수가 검토, 수정하였다. 두 주제 에 대해 고충실도 사례는 실제 수술실에서 in-situ 시뮬레이션으로, 저충실도 사례는 일반 교실에서 단순과업모형을 이용하여 충실도만 달리하여 시행하였다. 학생들은 수행 전 후로 5점 척도로 구성된 설문조사에 응하였고, 자료의 분 석은 Man-Whiteney test와 Paired T-test를 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 의전원 4학년 학생들의 술기 수행능력에 대한 자기 평가는 저충실도 사례보다 고충실도 사례에서 평가 전에 보여준 자신감보다 낮게 평가되었고, 고충실도 사례 후에 연 습의 필요성을 더 느꼈다. 고충실도 사례의 도입은 학생들의 술기연습에 대한 동기 부여에 도움이 될 것으로 여겨지 지만 경제적인 효율도 고려해야 할 것이다. The 4th year medical students were randomly divided and designated as group HF and LF, representing high and low fidelity simulations respectfully. Both groups performed OSCE on 2 topics(adult intubation and IV cannulation) with each composed of the same scenario. Each scenario was developed by a faculty in charge of clinical skill education with supervision from 2 other faculty members. High fidelity simulations were designed as in-situ simulations in real OR. Low fidelity simulations had the same scenarios but the environment was simulated only with a simple task trainer in the classroom. All students participated in series of survey using a Likert scale before and after the simulations. The provided data was anlayzed with paired T-test and Mann-Whiteney test(p<0.05). The post simulations self evaluation score for group HF was lower than pre-simulation self confidence score for both topics of adult intubation and IV cannulation where as for group LF, it was lower only for adult intubation(p<0.05). In group HF, the needs for clinical training on both topics increased after the simulation. In group LF, there was no significant change of needs for clinical training between pre and post simulation survey. This suggest that fidelity may be a helpful factor to improve the motivation of the students and further study on economical aspect should be addressed.

        Arabinoxylan, Ara, rice bran has been shown to be a potent biological response modifier as manifested by stimulation of different arms of the immune system. We examined the effects of Ara rice bran and exercise on the immune function and cytokines in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated rats. As the results, tumor necrosis factor-α as representative inflammatory cytokines showed a significantly lower in Ara supplement group, thus the Ara rice bran had a higher inhibitory activity than the both exercise and control group. However, 4 weeks of exercise training significantly increased inflammatory reactions rather than treatment with Ara in LPS-treated rats. The Ara rice bran acted to decrease the inflammatory reaction. These results suggest that the supplement of Ara rice bran is likely contribute to inflammation response and the Ara rice bran can be used as a possible safe alternative to the immunotherapeutic modalities.
