두 개의 윈-브리지 발진회로 결합에 의한 동기화 현상

We report our experimental results on the synchronization of two coupled Wien-bridge oscillators. The experiments were performed on electric circuits developed by using the MULTISIM electric circuit simulator, and the main results are summarized as follows: 1) The frequency response curve was obtained taking the resistor $R$ in the $RC$ circuits as the main control parameter; 2) when two Wien-bridge oscillators were connected by a resistor $R_{c}$, 1/$R_{c}$ acted as the coupling strength; 3) because of mutual synchronization, the frequency mismatch between the two oscillators decreased with increasing 1/$R_{c}$; 4) in addition to 1:1 frequency locking, higher-order 1:$n$ frequency locking was also observed; 5) a unidirectional coupling between the two oscillators was implemented by using a voltage follower circuit; 6) depending on the direction of coupling, frequency entrainment was observed between the master and the slave systems. In conclusion, the circuit experiments on the synchronization of two coupled Wien-bridge oscillators were performed easily by using the MULTISIM simulator, and the techniques can be applied for education and training on the dynamic analysis of nonlinear systems. 본 연구에서는 윈-브리지 발진회로의 결합에 의한 동기화 현상 실험 결과를 기술한다. 실험은 멀티심 전자회로 시뮬레이터를 이용해 수행했으며, 중요한 실험 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다; 1) 발진기의 진동수 특성을 $RC$ 회로의 저항 $R$을 중요 조절 변수로 하여 구했다; 2) 두 개의 발진기를 결합저항 $R_c$로 연결했을 때, 저항의 역수 1/$R_{c}$가 결합의 세기 역할을 한다; 3) 상호 동기화 현상으로 두 발진기 사이의 진동수 불일치는 1/$R_{c}$에 따라서 감소한다; 4) 1:1 진동수 잠김뿐 만 아니라, 고차항의 1:$n$ 진동수 잠김 영역을 측정했다; 5) 전압 플로워 회로를 이용해 한 방향 결합을 구성했다; 6) 결합의 방향에 따라서 주인 회로와 하인회로 사이의 진동수 동반 현상을 관측했다. 결론적으로 윈-브리지 발진기의 동기화 실험은 멀티심을 활용하여 용이하게 수행할 수 있었으며, 이 기술은 다른 비선형 동력계의 교육과 훈련에도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This research explores the characteristics of the segment market of festival visitors, employing the variables of tourists` motivation and demographics. In order to approach the results of the research, the Harbin ice and snow festival is chose to be as a study case. This study based on factor analysis, the result shows 6 motivation factors of ``family togetherness``, ``cultural exploration``, ``novelty``, ``entertainment``, ``sociality``, ``escaper``. Then the cluster analysis results shows that the visit motivations are classified as 4 clusters of ``cultural and entertainment seeker``, ``family togetherness seeker``, ``multipurpose seeker``, and ``escaping seeker``. Moreover, making use of the ANOVA post tests on this variables leads the analysis method with these groups to examine the significant differences among these motivation variables. Finally, implementing the Chi-square test method between clusters and demographics variables. Then the results of this study illustrates that the groups of visit motivation show the difference of occupation, monthly income, visit experience, companion relationship, and current residency. Above all of these research analysis, the researcher will show the results of this paper and contribute offering some suggestions about festival market segmentation strategy, for instance, making potential target market of festival visitors, being a reasonable data for positioning of festival.

스포츠지도자와 예비지도자의 응급처치에 대한 지식과 교육 인식

본 연구는 스포츠지도자와 예비지도자의 응급처치 지식과 응급처치 교육 인식을 확인하기 위한 조사연구이다. 이를 위하여 스포츠지도자와예비지도자 136명을 대상으로 2023년 1월 5일부터 2023년 1월 18일까지 자료수집을 하였다. 자료 분석은 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA를 실시하였다. 응급처치 지식은 스포츠지도자가 예비지도자보다 높게 나타났다. 응급처치 교육 인식은 스포츠지도자와 예비지도자 모두에서 교육 참여의 의사가 있으며, 심폐소생술과 기도폐쇄 교육을 우선적으로 배우고 싶은 것으로 나타났다. 스포츠지도자와 예비지도자의응급처치 지식과 응급처치 교육 인식을 분석함으로서 변화하는 스포츠환경 속에서 응급상황 발생 시 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 응급처치 교육프로그램 개발 및 운영에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

현대건축의 장식디자인에 있어서의 중국전통도안의 지역적 응용에 관한 연구 - 중국 둔황벽화 장식 사례를 중심으로

중국 전통 도안(圖案)은 독특한 문화적 근원과 인문적 특색으로 건축장식 디자인에 널리 응용된 다. 현대 건축장식 디자인은 전통적인 도안의 응용과 융합에 있어 끊임없이 지역 특색과 전통문화를 결 합하여 현대 건축장식 예술 디자인의 스타일을 더욱 두드러지게 한다. 본문은 중국 둔황(敦煌) 벽화 장 식 도안의 응용현황 및 지역성 건축장식디자인이 전통문양에 융합할 필요성을 설명함과 동시에 건축장 식예술디자인에서 지방문화적 특색을 지닌 장식도안을 재현함으로써 전통장식 도안 설계의 실제 응용 및 응용원칙을 논술하였다. 향후의 건축장식디자인에서는 지방문화와 도안을 작품에 보다 많이 접목하여 서로 다른 요소와 문화를 하나의 공간 속에 배합함으로써 공간에 지역성 특유의 색채를 표현하여 사람 들의 욕구에 맞는 건축과 공간을 설계해야 한다는 점도 제안하였다. Traditional Chinese patterns are widely used in architectural decoration design due to their unique cultural roots and humanistic characteristics. Contemporary architectural decoration design constantly combines local characteristics with traditional culture, making the style of contemporary architectural decoration art design more prominent. This article will first elaborate on the current application status of decorative patterns in Dunhuang murals in China and the necessity of integrating traditional patterns into regional architectural decoration design. Secondly, by reproducing decorative patterns with local cultural characteristics in architectural decoration art design and combining the artistic conception and symbols of traditional decorative patterns, this article discusses the practical application and application principles of traditional patterns in Dunhuang murals in regional architectural decoration design.

간호전문학사 소지자의 의료인력학사학위 과정에 관한 현상학적 연구

목적 본 연구는 간호전문학사 소지자의 의료인력학사학위 과정에 관한 현상의 본질과 경험에 대한 의미를 이해하기 위해 시도된 질적연구이다. 방법 연구 참여자는 일개 대학 의료인력 전문학사학위 과정 7명을 대상으로 2022년 9월부터 2022년 12월까지 심층 면담과 관찰법을 이용하여 자료수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi가 제시한 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과 3개의 주제 모음과 12개의 주제가 도출되었다. 연구 참여자는 학생에 대한 배려가 없는 학사 운영에 불편함을 표현하였다. 그러나, 학우들과의 단합과 가족의 배려를 통한 정서적 지지에 위안을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 간호학사 취득은 일차 목표로 원하는 곳에 취업을 위한 발판이며 대학원 진학 등 미래 설계에 기반이 되는 것으로 조사되었다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 간호전문학사 소지자의 의료인력학사학위 과정을 이해하고 양질의 간호학사프로그램 운영을 위한 교육과정 개선과 간호전문학사 소지자에게 적절한 교수법 개발 및 학생복지 시스템을 구축하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. Objectives This study is a qualitative study that attempts to understand the meaning of the nature and experience of the phenomenon of medical personnel training courses for bachelor's degrees of nursing professionals. Methods Data collected using in-depth interviews and observation methods for seven people were enrolled in the medical personnel training course. The phenomenological method suggested by Colaizzi was used to analyze the collected data. Results The study subjects expressed discomfort in academic management without consideration for students. However, it was found that they were comforted by emotional support through unity with classmates and family. In addition, the results showed that acquiring a nursing degree is a stepping stone for employment, which research participants want as a primary goal and is based on future designs such as graduate school entrance. Conclusions Based on these results, it is necessary to understand the medical personnel training course for the bachelor's degree of nursing professionals and to improve the curriculum for the operation of high-quality nursing programs. In addition, it aims to provide primary data for developing teaching methods and establishing a student welfare system suitable for nursing professionals.

The effects of a emergency training program on strengthening the competency of professional safety instructors. For this purpose, data were collected from 107 professional safety instructors from January 6 to January 11, 2023. Data analysis was performed using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics,  , t-test, and ANOVA. Emergency knowledge and first aid training needs were checked to verify the effects of the emergency training program in strengthening the competency of professional safety instructors. It was found that the scores of emergency knowledge and emergency training needs were higher after the training than before the training. The emergency training program was found to be effective in strengthening the competency of professional safety instructors. These findings will provide the basis for a strategy for running a regular emergency training program to ensure the continuity of training.

西瓜皮(서과피)의 전염증성 cytokine 억제효과

Exocarpium Citrulli is the cortex of Fructus Citrulli. In Korean traditional medicine, it has been used to treat edema, dysuria, mouth and tongue sores. Although Exocarpium Citrulli has been known to possess anti-cancer activity, it has been rarely conducted to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity. The present study was examined to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of the Exocarpium Gitrulli EtOH extracts (ECE) in vitro. Inflammatory mediators were detected after the addition of LPS with or without ECE in Raw 264.7 macrophage cell lines. LPS plays a key role in leading to the massive production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-a, 1L-1β and IL-6 in macrophages. In this study, cell viability assay (MTT assay) was conducted to determine the non-cytotoxic concentration of ECE. The dosages (0.1 and 0.3 mg/ml of ECE used in this study had no significant cytotoxicity during the experimental period. The relative level of NO was measured with Griess reagent. Pro-inflammatory cytokines were detected by EUSA assay. The cell was treated with 1 μg/ml of LPS 1 h before adding ECE. The level of NO and cytokines (TNF-a, IL-1β) in culture medium was increased by LPS application. However, these increases were attenuated by treatment with ECE.
