        탑승자 교통사고에서 경추손상 판단을 위한 중증도 요인 분석

        It was a pilot study for developing an algorithm to determine the presence or absence of cervical spine injury by analyzing the severity factor of the patients in motor vehicle occupant accidents. From August 2012 to October 2016, we used the KIDAS database, called as Korean In-Depth Accident Study database, collected from three regional emergency centers. We analyzed the general characteristics with several factors. Moreover, cervical spine injury patients were divided into two groups: Group 1 for from Quebec Task Force (hereinafter 'QTF') grade 0 to 1, and group 2 for from QTF grade 2 to 4. The score was assigned according to the distribution ratio of cervical spine injured patients compared to the total injured patients, and the cut-off value was derived from the total score by summation of the assigned score of each factors. 987 patients (53.0%) had no cervical spine injuries and 874 patients (47.0%) had cervical spine injuries. QTF grade 2 was found in 171 patients (9.2%) with musculoskeletal pain, QTF grade 3 was found in 38 patients (2.0%) with spinal cord injuries, and QTF grade 4 was found in 119 patients (6.4%) with dislocation or fracture, respectively. We selected the statistically significant factors, which could be affected the cervical spine injury, like the collision direction, the seating position, the deformation extent, the vehicle type and the frontal airbag deployment. Total score, summation of the assigned each factors, 10 was presented as a cut-off value to determine the cervical spine injury. In this study, it was meaningful as a pilot study to develop algorithms by selecting limited influence factors and proposing cut-off value to determine cervical spine injury. However, since the number of data samples was too small, additional data collection and influencing factor analysis should be performed to develop a more delicate algorithm.

        자동차 교통사고 시 에어백에 의한 안면부 손상특성

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the injury mechanism of facial injury related to an air-bag's deployment in occupant motor vehicle accident (MVA) by using Hospital Information System (HIS) and reconstruction program, based on the materials related to motor vehicle accidents. Among patients who visited the emergency department of Wonju Severance Christian Hospital due to motor vehicle accidents from August 2012 to February 2014, we collected data on patients with agreement for taking the damaged vehicle's photos. After obtaining the verbal consent from the patient, we asked about the cause of the accident, information on vehicle involved in the accident, and the location of car repair shop. The photos of the damaged vehicle were taken on the basis of front, rear, left side and right side. Damage to the vehicle was presented using the CDC code by analytical study of photo-images of the damaged vehicle, and a trauma score was used for medical examination of the severity of the patient's injury. Among the 309 patients with agreement for an investigation, thirty five (11.3 %) were the severe who had ISS over 15. And also, sixteen (5.2%) derived from the reconstructed data (maximum collision energy, maximum acceleration, delta V) by PC-Crash. As a result, ISS including the facial injuries was affected by the condition. It was high when the number of crash extent, the safety belt was not fastened, and the seating position of occupant and the direction of collision is same. For accurate analysis of the relationship between occupant injury and vehicle damage in MVAs, build-up of an in-depth database through carrying out various policies for motor vehicle accidents is necessary for sure.

        박성실, 回粧赤古里와 肩亇只 再考

        The preceding studies on Hoijang-jogori , type of Korean traditional women's iacket', have not been made public but just regarded as a part of the studies on jogoris. As material evidences and records are found recently, it is pointed out that the Hoijang-jŏegori should be reconsidered. And, that made me to study on it. The material evidences which are dealt with in this study are mainly the costumes of Chosen dynasty. And the records which I referred to were the "Binŏnondogamuigwai" of Queen Ui-in (1555∼1670) and Queen Inmok (7584-1632), the wives of King Sunjo, "Sinjongrok" of Duchess Lee of Hansan family and the textbooks which were published in the late Chosen dynasty and right after the independence of Korea from Japan in 1945. The costumes of Chosen dynasty can be divided into two types ; one is the costumes before 1592 when Japan invaded Korea and the other is the costumes after 1592. The jŏgoris 1592 have various types which are long and large. These are 50-80cm long, and these look like the jŏgoris for men of today. One of the shortest jŏgoris of these is about 50cm long. Its collar, outer collar, armholes, and cuffs are ornamented with purple silk called jikgumdan. The royal families called it Dan-jŏngor, ‘a short jacket_, and plebeians Hoijang-jŏgori of Hoijangj ŏ gori . It was influenced by Chinese costumes. Si lk was woven mainly by 'Uighurian'. And their skill to weave silk was imported in Koryŏdynasty. The silk woven in Koryŏdynasty era were called as Kumson fo Jikgumdan. The skill to weave silk had been spread not only royal family but also plebeian by 1592. The Gyŏtmagi is a type of j ŏgori which is abut 60-70cm long and was distinguished from the long-jŏgoris which has slits in its both sides. This is similar to the Dan-jŏgori in its shape but different from the Den-jŏgori in its length. And it is decorated with purple silk instead of jikgum. Because the jŏgoris of the first half of Chosŏrn dynasty were large, there were some pieces of cloth to put together the armholes. And the pieces of cloth were used far decoration. After 1592, the Danjŏgoris, which, which were made with jikgumdan, came to be disappeaed, and the popular style of jŏgoris were changed from the large jŏgoris to the smaller or17s. As a result, the Gyŏtmagi became a type of Danjŏgori. The noblemen and even royal families enioyed wearing Danjŏgori which were ornamented with gold foil. As the jŏgoris got simplified, the pieces of cloth which were used to put together the armholes became unnecessary, The jŏgoris without the ornamentation of the armholes were popular among plebeian. And the decoration of collar, coat string, and cuffs were partly omitted. And that popular style of jŏgoris have changed into Banboijang- jŏgoris. In 1920, as women has taken part in public life, the reformed costumes appeared. These were long jŏgoris and short skirts, and the jŏgoris same and skits in the same color. And the modemifed women preferred the reformed costumes. The Gyŏtmagi and the Hoijang- jŏgoris were disappeared temporality, and these were shown only in the textbooks which were published before and after the Independence in 1945. Because of the disappearance of the Royal family, the Gyŏrtmagi was used for the term that refers to the ornamenting cloth for armholes, and the Gyŏtmagi became the Samboijang- jŏgoris of today.

        세계 속의 한국문학 : 내러티브 인지와 공감의 글쓰기

        『엄마를 부탁해』가 여러 나라에서 번역되어 많은 대중적인 독자층을 형성하고 있는 것은 단지 보편적인 연민의 대상인 ‘엄마’를 대상으로 한 소설이어서가 아니다. 작가는 엄마를 넘어서 우리가 공감할 수 있는 ‘마음’의 서사를 소설을 통해 구체화 하고 있다. 이 소설에 내재되어 있는 문학적 상상은 인간이 내적으로 공유하는 공감의 보편 문법이 무엇인가를 고민하게 하고 나가서 새로운 공감의 연대가 어떻게 가능한가를 성찰할 수 있도록 한다. 『엄마를 부탁해』는 세상을 향해 엄마를 부탁하는 딸의 이야기와 가족 구성원의 삶을 어루만지는 엄마의 이야기가 만들어낸 ‘내러티브 인지’(서사, 이야기와 인간의 마음)의 구조적인 산물이다. 좀 더 구체적으로 말한다면 『엄마를 부탁해』는 기존 신경숙 소설의 연장선에 있으면서 동시에 갈등과 화해, 상실감을 극복하기 위한 죽은 자에 대한 애도의식, 글쓰기에 대한 자의식과 연민 등이 더욱 내밀하게 얽혀져 있는 장편소설이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 게다가 이 소설은 글쓰기가 ‘쓰기’ 자체의 행위에 머물러 있지 않고, 글쓰기 이전에 체화된 경험이 어떻게 마음을 구성하고, 그 마음이 움직이면서 역동적인 내러티브 인지를 구현하는지를 잘 보여주고 있다. 다시 말해 이 소설은 문학과 인지과학의 역동성이 긴밀하게 소통하는 ‘통섭적인 서사’를 구축하고 있다는 것이다. 작가는 문학적 서사가 자기성찰과 연대적인 공감의 울림을 어떻게 만들어 가는가를 내러티브 인지와 마음의 구성을 통해 구체화 한다. 『엄마를 부탁해』에는 반성적인 자아가 개입하여 만들어내는 공감서사의 층위가 섬세하게 작동하고 있다. 그것이 문학이 인간의 마음과 내러티브를 결합하여 이루어낼 수 있는 위대한 성과일 것이다. 이런 측면에서 본다면 신경숙의 『엄마를 부탁해』는 인문학(문학)과 인지과학이 보다 능동적으로 소통하고 융합 할 수 있는 통섭 서사의 가능성을 무한히 보여주고 있는 한국문학이다. 세계 속의 한국문학으로서 신경숙 문학을 재조명하고 평가하는데 있어서 이러한 연구 결과가 중요한 전략적인 전거가 될 수 있을 것이라고 생각한다. Korean literature is significant in the world. Globalization of the Korea Literature translation is important. Translated literature is acceptable to the reader in the world. At this point, the important thing is empathy. Character's mind shall constitute the story. Story creation process is similar to cognitive science. Narrative cognitive shows how the mind is organized. In the World of Shin Kyung-sook Literature have revealed this process of empathy literature<br/> Shin, Kyung-sook writer interested in human relationships. Especially, Shin, Kyung-sook literary comes from the imagination of the family. Novel's the family is important. Family allows to overcome the sense of loss. Writing in order to overcome the loss. Take Care of Mom is a sense of loss of family and reflection.<br/> Take Care of Mom is famous throughout the world. However The reason subsequently target the mom is not. Reflect the artist family lost a mother. Mother is the human mind and the narrative. The human mind and cognitive science researchers are interested in the narrative. They say that the subject of science is the story is the basic principle of the mind. Take care of my mom is the possibility of studying cognitive science and narrative. In that sense, Take Care of Mom consilience narrative. The human mind makes the story. Narrative recognition is the basic structure of the human mind.

        한·일 대중문화(영화)에 나타난 국가주의 비판의 이중성

        There is the problem to solve at historical dimension between Korea and Japan. This problem may be the subject to be solved first in popular culture of the both countires and in the dimension of the masses culture exchange of East-Asia. The mass culture exchange to jumping on at Western Europe capitalism logic without to solve a essential problem which have been inhered at popular culture that nationalism, racism to make discrimination and distinction has many possibility that East-Asia culture discourse distorts and restores to the unhistorical thing. If the mass culture exchange flatters simply at a mass psychology. The regiment possible of the counter discourse about the survival and Human right of the citizen will disappear gradually. From now on the confusion of East-Asia of cultural Identity will be accelerated gradually. Cultural identity to be shaken may become the opportunity to recognize East-Asia culture newly. The marketing of popular culture which jump on the Korea wave phenomena must not access therefore in the dimension of a commerce strategy. The thing which the masses culture industry have been based thoroughly on a commerce attention and capitalism logic is true. It can fall easily to the tool of a control ideology. The distinction does not become any purpose if a product concept is introduced at the cultrue. The purpose resolves rapidly to a quantity value and the activity mode of various culture is to lose original internal content. We must restore the voice of the minority to be restraining in East-Asia culture. To make the voice of the neighbors coexits with the center is therefore for popular culture. The popular culture of East-Asia must exist as a difference different from popular culture of Western Europe. The popular culture of East-Asia is the facing subject to coexist as sublate the pribvilege with the popular culture of Western Europe. Hollywood is not the index of a modern popular culture to follow but only a culture object which coexists to the difference. In popular East-Asia culture exchange, the reason why the reason must be interested in the voice of the neighbors is here.
