        온라인 의류 쇼핑몰에서의 반품에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        Currently, the e-commerce market has continued to grow significantly for more than 10 years, and the transaction volume is further increasing in the face of the special situation of COVID-19. Fashion(28.2%) accounted for the highest percentage of online shopping transaction amount by product group in 2020. Also, as a result of analyzing the cases of consumer damage received in 2016, among the 26 product groups, ‘clothes and textile personal items’ with 2,442 cases(28%) were the most damaging to domestic e-commerce consumers. Return rate management is an important performance management indicators in the e-commerce industry because the entire process, including a decrease in satisfaction for consumers, return consultation by a customer center agent, and the cost handling process for receiving and collecting returns through a courier company are all counted as expenses. regarded as one of the indicators. In this paper, the factors affecting returns were studied by targeting customers who have purchased and returned clothing products from online fashion shopping malls. A survey was conducted on 184 online shopping mall users, and 5 factors(difference between picture and reality, change of mind, defective delivery, defective quality and defective service) influencing the return of clothing products through exploratory factor analysis were found that reliability and validity were secured through the confirmatory factor analysis process. It is judged that more data collection and research on the relationship between returns and customer satisfaction are needed in the future.

        석탄배합모형을 이용한 제철용 석탄의 경제성 분석

        Long-term economic strategy for purchasing the coking coal is inevitable for integrated steel mills. In this study, we analyze the economic effect of the coking coal as differing the percentage of each coal type and the acceptable quality level of blended coal. We formulated the mathematical coal blending model as MIP, and performed sensitivity analysis to estimate the change of total cost using the model. The results show that increasing the percentage of the high fluidity hard coking coal leads to the rapid increase of total cost. As for the low fluidity hard coking coal or quasi-coking coal, increasing the percentage leads to little decrease of total cost. Increasing the percentage of semi-soft coking coal is estimated to be economically viable. Finally, lowering the acceptable quality level of blended coal has little impact on the total cost while raising the level incurs the rapid increase of total cost. This result is expected to be used to determine the long-term economic feasibility of coking coal in steelworks. For the future research, the economic feasibility of purchasing should be analyzed in terms of not only purchasing cost but also the quality cost related to the final products along with the production cost throughout the steelworks.

        사무공간의 체계적인 배치계획에 관한 연구

        Many studies have been conducted for the plant layout using the systematic layout planning approach. However, little concern was given to the office layout when compared to the plant layout. In this research, a systematic approach to the office layout and its application to A-company were described. The whole process of generating an office layout is called here an office layout planning. To do an office layout planning, a survey was made to obtain basic raw data about the job and behavioral characteristics of white-collar employees at the office. The data were then clustered using the cluster analysis. It is known, in general, that four types of layout are preferred by the office workers according to the job and behavioral characteristics. Next, a relationship diagram was drawn between the departments of the company. The relationship was represented as symbols such as A, E, I, O, U, and X, as suggested by Murther(1974). The diagram was used to create a layout among the departments, in which the stronger the relationship the closer the departments. Thirdly, a set of basic modules was produced, which governs the size of the furniture and the basic layout of the unit team in an office. Four distinct types of office modules according to the job and behavioral characteristics were proposed out of the set of basic modules. Finally, each department was allocated to the floor according to the relationships among them. Several alternative layouts were generated and then subsequently evaluated based on their weighted Manhattan distances. Application of the proposed method to A-company showed that the systematic approach greatly improved the level of satisfaction of the office workers.

        한국인의 의복 제작을 위한 체형별 사이징 체계 개발

        Resulting anthropometric data recently measured and cataloged through 5th national anthropometric survey that is called Size Korea is highly useful in clothing industries. This study aims at suggesting a statistical methodology for apparel sizing that reflects recent changes in Korean anthropometry and improves customer fitness. Based on previous research on body types such as triangular, rectangular, inverted body types, etc., factors that represent human sizes were extracted and then clustered into groups by their body types. These body type-based groups with respect to the factors obtained yielded a sizing system of which the interval of each factor is of equi-distance by their factor scores. However, each interval of the sizing system is non-linear in terms of individual anthropometric variables. The sizing system being proposed in this study was compared to that of KS K 0050 and had a broader coverage for the Korean population surveyed. The apparel sizing scheme is expected to improve customer fitness when applied to garment sizing and to provide more information on what percentage of population is included in each classification.

        다변량 통계분석 방법을 이용한 한국인 성인 남녀 체형분류

        The purpose of the study is to suggest a methodology for properly categorizing the body type of Koreans based on the multivariate statistical analysis. Anthropometric data used in the study were measured from the sampled strata of about fifteen thousand Koreans surveyed through the 5th national anthropometic data measurement project called Size Korea funded by ATS, Korea, during 2003-2004. In order to categorize whole body types, the normalized anthropometric variables, being divided by its stature, were used for obtaining a set of factors that supposedly represent body types through the factor analysis. These factors, which were again clustered, yielded the body types according to the gender. The body types classified are expected to be applied to product design for clothing, furniture, automobile packaging, etc.

      • 건설 예정의 Coil Center 운영에 대한 Simulation 분석

        본 논문은 건설예정인 coil center의 처리능력과 물류를 평가하기위한 시뮬레이션모델을 개발하는 연구이다. 경험적인 추정에 의한 야드에서의 수량, 저장시간의 분포를 구하고 3가지 운영대안이 제안되어 SLAMII를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 실시하며 최종적인 대안은 설비(Slitter)의 추가가 추천되어 이 것에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 분석한다. 그 결과 Slitter와 저장야드의 병목현상이 나타나므로 향후 이부분에 대한 기술적인 고려가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. In this paper, the simulation model is developed to evaluate the capacity and the material flow of the planned coil center. By the empirical estimation, the distributions of the quantity and the elapse time in the yard are obtained, and three alternatives are proposed. Based on the primitive simulation using SLAMII, the final alternative is prepared which includes one more facility (slitter), and the simulation is also performed. The result shows that the slitter and the storage yard are the bottleneck points throughout the slitting process. And the problem should be solved technically in managerial decision making related to construct the new coil center.
