농촌 토털디자인 가이드라인 개발을 위한 기초 연구

본 연구는 농촌진흥청의 연구개발 사업으로 진행되는 농촌 토털디자인 가이드라인 개발 및 활용 방안 연구로서 농촌의 환경 및 정주 여건 개선을 위한 토털 디자인 가이드라인 개발을 위한 연구과정의 기초 연구이다. 농촌의 환경은 도시의 산업적 변화에 영향을 받아 지속적인 성장과 변화의 과정을 오랫동안 수용하였으나, 농촌 주민의 실질적인 삶의 질 향상과 농촌에서의 생활환경에 대한 관찰과 서비스 관점에서 지속적인 발전이 이루어진 것이 아니기 때문에 또 다른 부작용과 병폐를 양산하는 모순으로 드러나고 있다. 또한 시대상의 변화와 인간생활의 여러 조건이 변화되어 도시뿐만이 아니라 농촌의 삶의 질 고취에 관심을 기울이고 있는 시점에서, 농촌의 자원에 대한 재해석과 이해를 바탕으로 토털디자인을 공공디자인, 주거환경디자인, 제품디자인, 포장디자인의 관점과 배경에서 접근방향성에 대한 기초연구이다. 본 연구는 농촌의 필요자원에 대한 탐색에서부터 새로운 가치 확대에 대한 자료 조사에 이르기까지 방향성에 대한 제시를 통해 접근하고 있으며, 본 연구를 기초로 농촌 토털디자인의 분야별 시나리오와 가이드라인을 연구하고자 한다. This research is the fundamental study of the Rural Total Design Guideline Development and Application. The purpose of the Rural Total Design Guideline Development and Application which is proceeding as a project of Rural Development Administration is to improve environment of rural areas and rural living environment. Even though the rural environment has been developed and changed continuously which was influenced by the urban industry for a long time, in the way of observation and service of substantial life improvement of rural residents and the environment of farm life the continuous development of rural environment has not been made and many side effects and contradictions have occurred. From this point of time, people are paying attention to the inspiration of the quality of life in rural as well as that of urban which was caused by he changes of the phrases of the time and the human life conditions, this research will conduct the fundamental research of the total design, residential environment design, product design, package design base on reinterpretation and comprehension of rural resources. This research studies the needs of the rural economy and the direction of the new value from investigation of the relevant materials to suggestion of the new concept to expand. Ultimately, the research will proceed to suggest the scenario and guideline of Total Design of Rural base on fundamental research.

디자인 유형화에 따른 도시농업 활성화를 위한 사례연구

우리나라를 비롯해 세계의 많은 도시는 빠른 도시변화와 치열한 경쟁 속에 인간에게 일어나는 많은 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 여러 가지 방안을 찾고 있다. 그 해결책으로 도시민의 삶의 질을 개선하고 매력적인 도시환경을 조성하기 위해 보다 친환경적이며 에너지 소비를 억제할 수 있고 사회공동체를 결속시켜주어 지속가능한 발전 체제를 가능하게 해 줄 도시디자인의 한 범주인 도시농업을 전세계적으로 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 도시디자인의 정의와 도시농업의 가치를 탐색하고, 우리나라 도시농업의 추이를 알아보고, 대표지역으로 서울시의 도시농업 현황을 살펴보았다. 그리고 해외 선진 사례지역분석을 통해 도시농업을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 해외 사례들을 분석한 결과 외국의 도시농업은 법적 기반을 근거로 여러 측면에서 필요성이 강조되고 발전되어 왔고, 도시농업을 위한 다양한 시설과 프로그램이 존재하고 여러 가지의 목적으로 이용되고 있었으며 도시환경을 보전하는 방법으로 활용되고 있었다. 또한 생태지향적인 농업으로 도시 안에 자연친화적인 공간을 조성하고 있었다. 선진사례를 바탕으로 도시농업을 활성화시키기 위해서는 농업 관련 시설을 확충, 도시 농업 포털 사이트 구축, 농사와 텃밭관리를 위한 교육, 도시 지역 특성을 반영한 지자체의 계획 수립이 필요하다. Many cities of the world, including Korea, are looking for various methods to solve many problems among people. As the solution, urban agriculture which is one of the urban designs is being pushed ahead internationally to improve quality of life and to make attractive environment of urban. This research covers the value and progress of urban agriculture in South Korea and observed the current situation of Seoul as the representative region. And, there is objective to find method to vitalize the urban agriculture through analysis developed country such as Germany, U.K, and Japan as an example. As a result of analyzing international case, foreign urban agricultures have been developed and emphasized its necessity based on legal. In addition, there are various facilities and programs for urban agriculture, and it has been used for diverse purpose. Also, it has been utilized as a way of preserving urban environment. Moreover, urban agriculture helps to build ecofriendly place in city. Based on the exemplification as I mentioned above, in order to vitalize urban agriculture, we need to make agriculture facilities, create web-site, educate about agriculture and management of garden, and local government need to plan for reflecting characteristics of city.

영국과 아일랜드 농촌디자인 가이드라인에서 제시하는 농촌건물디자인에 대한 비교분석 연구

본 연구는 영국과 아일랜드 농촌디자인 가이드라인에서 제시하는 농촌건물디자인에 대한 비교분석 연구로서 농촌진흥청의 연구개발 사업으로 진행되는 ‘농촌토털디자인 가이드라인 개발 및 활용 방안연구’의 가이드라인 개발을 위한 기초 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 해외에서 만들어지고 사용하는 농촌디자인 가이드라인 해외사례 중 영국과 아일랜드의 농촌 디자인 가이드라인의 농촌건물디자인 부분의 항목과 내용에 대한 비교분석을 통하여 각 가이드라인에서 제시하는 농촌건물디자인에 대해 비교 분석하였으며, 요소와 항목을 재정리하여 지형과 환경에 조화로운 디자인, 건축 유산과 전통 건축물과 조화로운 디자인, 기존의 전통적·지역적 건물들과의 시각적 통합과 조화, 지속가능한 디자인과 에너지 절약에 대한 내용을 중점적으로 조사하고 분석하였다. 비교분석 결과 농촌건물 디자인은 건물의 위치, 형태, 색상은 시각적으로 두드러지지 않는 디자인으로 농촌의 지형과 환경, 지역의 기존 건물들과 시각적 통합과 조화를 이룰 수 있어야 하며, 농촌의 전통적인 건축 유산을 계승하여 기존 건축물과 조화를 이루는 동시에 지속가능한 디자인을 추구하여 미래의 새로운 건축 유산이 될 수 있어야 할 것 이다. This study is a comparative analysis research of agricultural building design guidelines for England and Ireland. It is also the foundation study to develop the guideline for Total Design Guideline Development and Application of Rural which is a business of research and development for Rural Development Administration. Through comparison of rural building design guidelines for England and Ireland I have rearranged components and items concentrated upon the harmony of the terrain and the new rural buildings, the harmony of the environments and the new rural buildings, the harmony of the historical architectures and the new rural buildings, sustainable design and energy efficiency. As a result of the comparative analysis, rural building design should be in harmony and visual integration with rural landscape and local buildings, visually indistinctive design. Moreover, rural building design should pursue a new architectural heritage of future which inherits the traditional architectural heritage and pursues sustainable design.

농촌디자인 가이드라인 해외 사례 비교분석 연구

본 연구는 농촌디자인 가이드라인 해외사례 비교분석 연구로서 농촌진흥청의 연구개발 사업으로 진행되는 ‘농촌토털디자인 가이드라인 개발 및 활용 방안연구’의 가이드라인 개발을 위한 기초 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 낙후되어있는 농촌의 환경 및 정주 여건 개선을 위한 농촌토털디자인 가이드라인 개발을 위해 해외에서 만들어지고 사용하는 농촌디자인 가이드라인 해외사례의 항목 비교분석을 통하여 구성요소의 특징을 조사하고 파악하고자 함이다. 국외 농촌디자인 가이드라인 사례 중 영국과 아일랜드의 농촌 주거환경디자인 중심 가이드라인 사례 6개를 선정하였고, 각 가이드라인의 내용을 개발계획 및 정책, 제정법, 대지선정 및 계획, 농촌건물디자인, 조경 영역으로 분류하고 세분화하였다. 각 가이드라인별 유사한 의미를 가지고 있는 요소와 항목을 정리하여 6개 가이드라인의 내용 유무를 조사하고 분석하였다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 농촌토털디자인 가이드라인 개발 시 기준 확립을 위한 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이며, 앞으로 농촌디자인 가이드라인의 활용도를 높여 농촌의 환경 및 정주 여건을 개선하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. This research is the comparison analysis study of the regional design guideline which is the fundamental study of the Total Design Guideline Development and Application of Rural. The purpose of this research is to investigate and grasp the characteristics of examples of overseas countries" regional design guideline by comparing and analyzing their components. The 6 examples of Rural residential environment of the UK and Ireland which is design centric are selected and each contents are categorized and departmentalized in 6 areas, development plan, legislation and policies, siting, rural building design, landscaping. The components and items which have similar meanings of each 6 guidelines are investigated and analyzed. The result of this research is the basic data to establish the standard of the Total Design Guideline Development and Application of Rural and will help to improve the environment of rural areas and rural living environment by raising the utilization of regional design guideline.

해양수산 산업의 특수성과 불확실성을 반영한 시뮬레이션 기반의 기술력평가 모형개발과 시범사례 연구

기술력평가는 기술사업화 주체가 기술을 사용하여 수익을 창출할 수 있는 능력을 평가하기 위한 것으로, 국내 기술성 평가기관들이 각자 독자적인 평가 모형을 활용하여 평가를 수행해오고 있다. 특히 최근에 개발된 해양 및 수산 산업 분야의 기술력 평가모형은 타 산업 대비 열악한 기술개발 환경과 연구개발 성과를 대상으로 평가를 수행해오면서 기존의 평가체계 내에서는 많은 평가대상기술들이 부적합 판정을 받아오고 있었다. 이러한 것은 기존 평가체계가 타 산업에서 활용되고 있는 공통적인 평가지표와 평가척도를 유사 또는 동일하게 사용하면서 발생되는 문제점으로 인식되었고, 또한 해양 및 수산 산업의 특수성이 반영되지 않은 평가체계에서 비롯된 것으로 파악되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 기존 평가체계를 해양수산 산업의 특수성을 반영할 수 있는 평가체계로 개선하여 해당 산업에 특화될 수 있는 평가체계를 새롭게 제안하고자 하며, 이를 위해서 기존 평가지표의 개선, 시뮬레이션 기반의 평가척도의 재설정 방법과 평가등급 산출방법에 대한 새로운 제안을 하고자 한다. 마지막으로 개선된 기술력평가 체계를 활용하여 시범사례평가를 수행하여 기존 평가체계를 통한 평가결과의 Gap분석을 수행하고자 한다.

다중 영상센서 융합기반 협조적 객체인식 기술에 관한 연구

건물지역에서 기동부대에 대한 선도정찰 임무 시 구조물에 의해 발생하는 다수의 사각지대를 동시에 정찰하고 위험요소를 식별하기 위해 군집운용능력 필요하다. 또한 임무수행 간 장비 파괴율을 고려하여 임무달성 성공률을 높이기 위해 이종 군집로봇들의 다중센서들에 의한 멀티모달 데이터를 융합하여 협조적으로 상황인지 능력 요구된다. 본 논문은 전투병들의 인지증강을 위한 군집 협업 시스템에 관한 것으로, 군집 로봇상의 다중 영상센서 정보를 융합하여 공통된 표적을 정확히 모델링하는 협조적 객체인식 기술에 관한 것이다.
