이 논문에서는 최적 항로 탐색 지원을 위한 자율운항선박 모형을 제안한다. 4차 산업혁명의 발달과 함께 인공지능 기반의 자율운항선박(Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship, MASS)에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 소형 선박이 전체 선박 사고의 약 70%를 차지함에도 불구하고 높은 비용으로 인해 시스템 도입에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 소형 선박을 위한 자율운항선박 모형을 제안한다. This paper propose an maritime autonomous surface ship model for optimum route prediction based on machine learning. With the development of the 4th industrial revolution, studies on artificial intelligence based autonomous navigation ship (MASS) have been actively carried out. However, despite the fact that small ships account for about 70% of all ship accidents, it is difficult to introduce the system due to high cost. Therefore, this paper proposes maritime autonomous surface ship models for small ships.

Root development at the seedling stage is an important trait for the early growth of rice. In this study, the root length and weightof 211 Korean landrace rice at the seedling stage were evaluated, and the average root length and weight were 6.94 cm and 48.18 mg, respectively. Principal component analysis (PCA) of 211 accessions based on 70,849 SNPs presented three subgroups. Two quantitative trait loci (QTLs)associated with root length were detected on chromosomes 3 and 6 using genome-wide association study (GWAS). Four haplotypes wereidentified using associated SNPs for the two root length QTLs. The average root length of Hap2 and Hap 3 was 7.32 cm and 6.56 cm,respectively, and were significantly different. Gene expression analysis in the candidate regions of QTLs for root length at the seedling stageshowed that several genes were expressed in the root. QTLs associated with root length at the seedling stage identified in this study maybe applied to improve the root length trait and detect candidate genes.

논문에서는 공간의 제약성을 해결하기 위한 새로운 자전거 대여 시스템을 제안한다. 최근 급속한 경제 발전으로 인한 환경, 교통 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 자전거 대여 시스템에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 현재 운용되고 있는 많은 자전거 대여 시스템들은 지정된 공간에서 대여 및 반납이 이루어져야 하는 공간의 제약성을 지니며 이로 인한 서비스 이용이 제한되는 문제점을 지닌다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이러한 공간의 제약성을 해결하고 활용성을 높이기 위한 어느 공간에도 자유롭게 반납할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

“JJ603Balck” is a mid-late maturing high-yielding black rice having multiple-disease resistance. It was developed to increase the yield and disease resistance of Korean black rice. “JJ603Black” was derived from a cross between “Heughyang” and BC2F1 plants (Hopum*3/SR30075-1-12-6-1-1-1). “Heughyang” is a mid-late black rice with a short culm, while “Hopum” is a mid-late maturing rice cultivar with high yields and premium quality, and “SR30075” is a pyramid line carrying three bacterial blight resistance genes. “JJ603Black” was selected through the pedigree method, yield trials, and local adaptability tests, with a high selection pressure for black pericarp, resistance to bacterial blight K3a race, and high yield performance. The heading date of “JJ603Black” was August 19, 8 d later than that of “Heugnam,” which is the standard cultivar for black rice. “JJ603Black” is a cultivar tolerant to lodging with erect plant architecture. It showed multiple-disease resistance against bacterial blight and rice stripe virus owing to introgression resistance genes, Xa3+Xa21+Stvb-I; moreover, its yielding performance was high. The average brown rice yield of “JJ603Black” from 2016 to 2018 was 6.02 MT/ha, which was 14% more than that of “Heugnam” (5.30 metric/ha). Further, the anthocyanin content of “JJ603Black” (58 mg/100 g) was higher than that of “Heugnam” (51 mg/100 g). Therefore, “JJ603Black,” a high-yielding black rice cultivar with multiple-disease resistance, can be utilized for enhancing the disease resistance and yield of Korean black rice (Registration No. 7274).

‘Golden queen 3’, an aromatic rice variety, was developed by Seedpia inc. (Suwon, Korea) breeding company in 2014. This cultivarwas derived from a cross between ‘HJ-11’, a high-yield, aromatic line, and ‘JCH33M-15-1-9-1’, which has a low amylose content. Duringthe F3-F8 generation, breeding lines were selected using a pedigree breeding method. The most promising line (JS9-3-73-15-5-1-5-3-1-1) wasadvanced and named ‘SP005’ in 2013. This variety was headed on August 13, two days later than ‘Hwayeong’ in the ‘in middle plane’is commonly used to distinguish rice cultivation areas in Korea, so I think it s no problem to the understanding for readers (including farmers). The culm and panicle lengths of this variety were 75.7 cm and 20.1 cm, respectively. It has approximately 14.7 tillers per hill and 104.8spikelets per panicle, and the 1000-grain weight was 21.8 g. The yield performance was 5.47 MT/ha in the local adaptability test, and theamylose content of this variety was 12.5%. 2-Acetyl-1-pyrroline was detected as the major volatile ingredient in aromatic rice, and a 1 bpinsertion on the 14th exon (badh2.7 allele) was identified in the Badh2 gene. Temperate japonica is used as the parent for crossing in the breeding of new rice cultivars in Korea, and the grain shape of the developed lines or cultivars is a semi-round and medium-short grain length. To overcome the current low quantity of japonica cultivar germplasm and deterioration in quality caused by climate change, it is necessary to diversify the grain characteristics of japonica. Most of the United States (US) cultivars are classified as medium, long, extra-long, and half spindle- and spindle-shaped grains. The qSW5 allelotype, a major gene involved in grain width, is found in all US cultivars. In addition, the US cultivar ‘Saber’ has both qgl3 and GS3_B alleles, which have low allele frequencies among Korean rice cultivars, and ‘A020’ had gw8, an allele with a reduced grain width. The pasting properties and texture of medium-grain length and half-spindle-shaped cultivars were relatively similar to those of the Korean rice cultivar, but different from those of long-grain and long spindle-shaped cultivars. Therefore, grain shape is associated with pasting properties and texture traits. Among the rice cultivars in the US, tropical japonica belongs to the same japonica as the Korean rice cultivar; however, its grain shape is similar to that of indica. As grain shape is also related to grain quality, US cultivars can be used as a useful genetic resource for diversifying the grain characteristics of Korean japonica cultivars and breeding new cultivars.
