본 연구는 국내 외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 해외 진출 현황과 성공 사례를 바탕으로 외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 해외 진출 성공 전략을 수립 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 외식 프랜차이즈 기업이 지속적인 성장을 하기 위해서는 가맹점 모집과 가맹점들의 지속적인 매출이 바탕이 되어야 한다. 하지만 현실적으로 가맹점 모집에는 한계가 있고 가맹본부들은 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 해외 진출을 모색하는 상황이다. 본 연구는 해외진출을 성공적으로 실현한 외식 전문 프랜차이즈 기업인 ‘두끼’를 대상으로 해외 진출 전략에 대한 사례 연구를 진행했다. 두끼는 현재 베트남, 중국, 싱가폴, 말레이시아, 대만 등에 진출한 상황이고 한식의 뷔페라는 독특한 컨셉으로 해외 진출에 주력을 하고 있다. 한식의 뷔페와 매장 분위기의 특성화로 각 나라의 현지 소비자에게 좋은 반응을 얻고 있다. 두끼는 마스터 프랜차이즈 시스템을 바탕으로 로얄티, 개설 수수료, 물류 수출을 통한 수익구조를 구축해 놓고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 마스터 프랜차이즈, 현지화 전략, 직원 교육의 중요성이 해외 진출에 중요한 요소임을 확인 했다. 현재 COVID-19 상황이 장기화되고 4차 유행이 진행되고 있어서 두끼 본사의 관계자, 프랜차이즈 전문가, 프랜차이즈 전문 교수와의 전화 인터뷰를 통해 중요 내용을 추출하였다. The purpose of this study is to establish a strategy for overseas expansion of restaurant franchise companies based on the current status and success cases of domestic restaurant franchise companies. For a restaurant franchise business to grow continuously, it must be based on the recruitment of franchisees and the continuous sales of the franchisees. However, in reality, there is a limit to recruiting franchisees, and franchise headquarters are seeking overseas expansion to overcome these limitations. This study conducted a case study on strategies for overseas expansion targeting ‘Dookki,’ a franchise company specializing in food service that successfully realized overseas expansion. Douki is currently in Vietnam, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan, and is focusing on overseas expansion with a unique concept of a Korean buffet. It is getting a good response from local consumers in each country due to the characterization of the Korean buffet and the atmosphere of the store. Based on the master franchise system, Dookki has established a profit structure through royalties, opening fees, and logistics exports. Through this study, it was confirmed that the importance of master franchise, localization strategy, and employee training are important factors for overseas expansion. As the current COVID-19 situation is prolonged and the fourth epidemic is in progress, important contents were extracted through telephone interviews with officials from the Douki headquarters, franchise experts, and franchise professors.
2011 대구세계육상선수권대회 남자 멀리뛰기 경기의 운동학적 분석

The long jump motion of 8 finalist of men`s long jump of IAAF World Championships Daegu 2011 were analysed and the kinematic characteristics of the technique were investigated. The kinematic characteristics of long jump motion of 8 finalist were as follows. In the run-up phase, the average length of 3, 2, and 1 stride were 2.21±0.08 m, 2.46±0.18 m, and 2.19±0.16 m, respectively. The change in the height of the center of gravity was 0.09 ± 0.02 m. The average velocity of 3, 2, and 1 stride was 10.37±0.32 m/s, 9.63±0.32 m/s, and 10.69±10.69 m/s, respectively. In the take-off phase, the horizontal velocity, the vertical velocity, the reduction of horizontal velocity was 9.00±0.37 m/s, 3.04±0.27 m/s, and 1.69±0.34 m/s, respectively. The minimum knee angle and the take off angle was 157±6.57° and 18.5±2.24°, respectively. In the flight phase, the flight time and the maximum height of the center of gravity was 0.82±0.05 s, and 1.70±0.10 m, respectively. In the landing phase, the landing length was 0.51±0.06 m. The body angle, the knee angle, and the hip angle was 71±20.93°, 136±19.19°, and 85±9.58°, respectively. The kinematic characteristics of long jump motion with good record were shown as follows, The reduction of the horizontal velocity in the take-off phase was minimized while the velocity of the run-up were maximally maintained, The vertical velocity in the take-off phase was increased with rapidly extended knee and the high center of gravity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate 45minutes down-hill walking depending on hiking poles and steady walking time. Seven healthy men volunteered for this experiment. Each of them performed down-hill walking with hiking poles-using and without poles at speed of 3.5km/h for 45 minutes on a treadmill. The treadmill was set 25% down-hill inclination. Kinematic data collected in 60Hz were recorded and analyzed by using 2D motion capture system to measure step time and step length so on. Rating of perceived exertion(RPE) was recorded and analyzed by 15minutes interval. And the lower extremity 4 muscles activity including rectus femoris, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius, biceps femoris was simultaneously recorded in 1500Hz and assessed by using EMG. The statistical analysis was two-way ANOVA with repeated measures to compare effects of hiking poles and steady walking time. The level of statistical significance for all tests was .05. The results of this study were following: Step time was showed statistically different according to pole conditions. That is, the case of poles-using was longer than without poles in step time(P<.05). Also, step length was showed statistically different between two conditions. Step length about trials with poles was longer than trials without poles(P<.05). In the RPE, steady walking time was stronger factor than pole condition. That is, RPE was increased significantly as times up 45minutes(P<.05). In the muscle activity, integrated EMG(IEMG) about four muscles was decreased some with poles than without poles. And IEMG about four muscles was increased significantly as times up(P<.01). These results can be interpreted that using of hiking poles can be increased step time and step length. In addition to, RPE can be increased as steady walking times up. Finally, four muscles activity that is required on down-hill walking is increased relatively by walking times up.

Intracranial non-vestibular schwannomas without neurofibromatosis are rare and typically symptomatic. Herein, we report one patient with a malignant oculomotor schwannoma and another patient with an asymptomatic benign oculomotor schwannoma who underwent surgical excision in 1994 and 2003, respectively. The patient with the malignant oculomotor schwannoma underwent adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy postoperatively. Only 31 cases of benign oculomotor schwannomas have been reported in the English literature.
2011 대구세계육상선수권대회 여자 세단뛰기 경기의 운동학적 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematics of the women`s triple jump event at the 2011 Daegu World aChmpionships by comparing them to those of the 2009 Berlin World Championships. The kinematic data were gathered from two steps before take off to the landing using a 7-camera panorama system. The data were then divided into 3 phases for each of the 8 participants. Similar average results were found the final contestants in the Daegu and Berlin championships, 14.58 m and 14.51 m, respectively. The first step had a relatively short length percentage (29%) compared to the hop and jump (36% and 35%, respectively). At the take off, the horizontal velocity was the lowest for the step, followed by the hop and jump. These results were different from the results for the men, who had an order of hop, step, and jump. Overall, in a comparison of the Daegu and Berlin participants, the vertical speed at take off for the three events was reduced compared to the horizontal speed.
