        CFA에 의해 유도된 백서(白鼠)모델 관절염(關節炎)에서 대강활탕(大羌活湯)의 진통효과(鎭痛效果)

        Objectives : Daeganghwal-Tang(DGHT) is one of the prescriptions used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in oriental medicine. The present study aimed to examine the analgesic effect of DGHT on a rat model of CFA-induced arthritis, and the relations between DGHT-induced analgesia and endogenous nitric oxide(NO) and inducible NO synthase(iNOS)/neuronal NOS. Methods : CFA-induced arthritis model used to test the effect of DGHT was chronic pain model. After the induction of arthritis, rats subsequently showed a reduced stepping force of the affected limb for at least the next 18 days. the reduced stepping force of the limb was presumably due to a painful knee. DGHT dissolved in water was orally administrated. After the treatment, behavioral tests measuring stepping force were periodically conducted during the next 4 hours. Results : DGHT produced significant improvement of stepping force of the hindlimb affected by the arthritis lasting at least 2 hours. DGHT produced the improvement of stepping force of the affected hindlimb in a dose-dependent manner. Both NO production and nNOS/iNOS protein expression which is increased by arthritis were suppressed by DGHT administration. Conclusions : The data suggest 1) that DGHT produces a potent analgesic effect on the chronic knee arthritis pain model in the rat and 2) that DGHT-induced analgesia modulate endogenous NO through the suppression of nNOS/iNOS protein expression.

        감각과 몸의 미술사: 고통 받는 신체, 탐구되는 인체

        이 연구는 몸을 통해 드러나는 감각 중 통증 감각, 즉 통각을 통해 느껴지는 신체적 고통과 그 시각적 재현 양상, 고통을 통한 육체의 인지와 감각의 작용을 몇 가지 주요한 사례 분석을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 각각의 사례들은 극단적인 신체 훼손을 포함하는 열녀도, 다양한 죽음의 순간과 고통이 표현되는 지옥도, 신체에 가해지는 형벌과 고문이 시각화된 형벌도, 신체의 각 부분을 정의하고 설명하는 해부도를 포함하는데, 이들은 공통적으로 몸을 매개로 하여 감각을 시각화하고, 몸에 대한 인식과 담론, 감각에 대한 태도와 그와 관련된 사고를 보여준다. 열녀의 육체와 고통은 가부장적 이데올로기를 효과적으로 보여주기 위해 통제되고 변형되었으며, 종교적 교화를 목적으로 재현된 죄업의 몸은 극단적으로 왜곡되고 과장되어 절실한 구원의 필요성을 강조한다. 또한 국가의 사법제도와 형벌을 통해 육체에 가해진 폭력과 고통은 지극히 사적인 개인의 “몸”을 국가적 체제 안에 편입시키는 역할을 담당하며, 그 안에서 형벌의 대상인 개인의 몸은 도구화된다. 사회적 이데올로기와 종교와 신앙, 사법 체제 안에서 특정한 목적을 위해 왜곡되고 변형되거나 전유되었던 몸은 근대적 의학 기술의 도입과 함께 객관적으로 관찰될 수 있는 자연의 현상처럼 인식되었다. 즉, 몸은 시대와 사회적 맥락, 종교적 관념에 따라 다르게 정의되고, 인식되며 감각은 필요에 따라 왜곡되거나 침묵되거나 과장된다. 몸과 감각의 시각적 재현들은 이 과정에 적극적으로 참여하거나 은밀하게 공조하면서 사회적 담론을 생산하는 기제로 활용된다. This study delves into the intricate relationship between sensory experiences, specifically nociception (the sense of pain), and its visualization within the context of the human body. By analyzing significant case studies, this research examines the cognitive and sensory dimensions of the body's perception and its sensory functions. These case studies encompass diverse themes such as bodily mutilation, depictions of death and suffering, visualizations of punishment and torture, as well as anatomical drawings that illuminate the body's inner and outer organs. Each of these instances employs the body as a vehicle to visually express the senses, shedding light on contemporary perceptions and discourses surrounding the body and its sensory realms. The bodies and pain of virtuous women were controlled and manipulated to effectively demonstrate patriarchal ideologies, while the bodies of criminals, reproduced for religious conversion and didactic purpose, were extremely distorted and exaggerated, emphasizing the urgent need for salvation. The violence and suffering inflicted on the body through the state’s judicial system and punishment served to incorporate the highly personal individual “body” into the system, where the body of the individual subjected to punishment becomes instrumentalized. On the other hand, within social ideologies, religion, and the judicial system, the body was appropriated and transformed for specific purposes. The previously exclusive domain of the body was objectified and observed as part of the natural world with the introduction of Western medical technology. In other words, the body is defined and perceived differently according to the period, social context, and religious concepts, and the senses are distorted, silenced, or exaggerated as necessary. The visual representations of the body and senses actively participate or covertly collaborate in this process, serving as mechanisms that produce social discourse.

        The study aims to rediscover the value of Food-tourism to using Traditional & local food. Food tourism is researched as a form which is summed up from first industry, secondary industry and third industry This study proceeded to 3 types of division. First stage, found Food-tourism theory base on theoretical basis. Second stage, draw the foundation of Food-tourism from various local tourism types. Third stage, the development of Food-tourism uses three types of view.(point, Line, Zone). For commercialization of Food-tourism, to develop competitive Traditional & local food and stratagemically use it. It is very important factor to secure competitive traditional food and stratagemically use it for reviving local economy.

        예술과 행위자성(Agency) ― 이성계(李成桂)(1335~1408) 관련 회화, 유물과 사적을 중심으로

        본 논고는 예술을 둘러 싼 다양한 존재의 활동을 주체와 ‘행위자성(agency)’이라는 개념을 적용하여 그 유효성과 유용성을 물질문화까지 확장시켜, 예술의 주체가 물질적 매개체(material agency)를 통해 어떻게 발현되며, 그 결과물이 관람자에게 어떠한 시각적 경험과 심리적 영향을 끼치는지, 특정한 예술품과 대상이 예술적 행위자를 어떠한 방식으로 상기시키는지를 李成桂(1335~1408)라고 하는 조선의 창업주를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 이성계와 관련된 회화, 유물과 사적 등을 이성계의 ‘행위자성(agency)’이라는 관점에서 고찰하고자 한다. 즉, 이러한 수많은 예술품과 유적에서 이성계의 행위자성이 어떻게 발현되는지, 관람자들은 이러한 작품들을 대면할 때 얼마나 이성계의 존재를 의식하게 되는지, 이성계의 명성과 역사적 평가가 이러한 작품에 대한 가치에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지, 이성계 사후 이성계와 관련된 유품들과 사적지들은 어떤 주체에 의해 이용되며 변화되는지를 분석해보고자 한다. This study explores how various agents including a person, creature, or object play complex roles in a given work of art by adopting the notion of "agency" suggested by Alfred Gell, a British social anthropologist. Encompassing the king's portrait, commemorative stele and landscape, and royal relics of the dynastic founder King Taejo, this paper suggests material agency, through which the artifacts function as "agents" and thus produce effects in the causal milieu. The procedures of production, copying, and enshrinement of King Taejo's portraiture involve performative and ritual aspects, in which the object (work of art) was treated as a human being and acts as an agent mediating social relations. Historic sites and relics of Hamheung related to Yi Seonggye's life and accomplishments were restored and commemorated by 18th-century monarchs such as Kings Sukjong, Yeongjo, and Joengjo to enhance royal authority. Visual representations of the specific sites, memorials, ritual protocols, anthologies of local history were produced under the royal auspice. In addition, pine trees, a hat, arrows, cases, a leather belt, articles left by Yi Seonggye, served as material agents that gave rise to the sacred symbols and local legend about King Taejo.

        조선후기 서화시장을 통해 본 명작(名作)의 탄생과 위작(僞作)의 유통

        본 논고는 명작의 탄생과 그 사회 문화적 의미를 조선후기 18세기 서화 애호 풍조와 僞作의 의미와 상징성을 통해 살펴보는 것을 목표로 한다. 명작은 畵品을 나누어 그림의 우열을 논하고 화가를 品評하는 동양 특유의 畵論의 전통과 그 맥을 같이 하고 있으며, 위작의 등장은 미술품의 소장과 미술 시장을 전제로 한다. 명말의 尙古主義적인 경향의 중국 예술 서적의 수입과 중국 골동서화의 수입은 조선후기 고동 서화 수집 및 감상의 풍조를 유행 시켰고, 이와 더불어 경제력을 바탕으로 급부상한 상인 계층이 서화 시장의 새로운 고객층으로 급부상함으로써 이전과는 비교할 수 없는 서화에 대한 폭발적인 수요를 불러일으켰다. 그러나 경제적인 구매력을 갖춘 고객층의 등장으로 인한 서화에 대한 폭발적인 수요와는 별도로, 한정적인 서화로 인해 조선 후기에 수많은 위작이 제작, 유통되어 사회적인 문제가 되었다. 이 논문은 위작의 제작과 유통을 동아시아의 서화 제작 관습과 서화의 유통이라는 관점에서 살펴보고, 이를 탐구하기 위해 위작의 기준작으로서 명작의 조건을 분석하고 위작과 진작을 구분하는 감정과 감평에 관해 기록한 화론서에 내용을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 위작과 위작 연구의 두 가지 가치를 재조명 하고자 한다. 첫째는 위작이 내포하는 다층적인 역사적 시간성이며, 두 번째는 명작 혹은 정전(canon)을 중심으로 기술 될 때 야기될 수 있는 단선적인 역사서술에서 벗어나 다양한 가능성을 제시하며 미술사의 지평을 넓힐 수 있다는 점이다. Focusing on fake paintings in tandem with the culture of collecting and appreciating art in the late Chosŏn dynasty, this essay investigates the process in which works of art achieved masterpiece status and their socio-cultural meanings. In premodern East Asia tradition, theoretical treatises on art use evaluation system to determine the quality of painters or paintings, which affects the establishment of masterpieces. Meanwhile, forgeries emerged as the art market, and collectors appeared. Late Ming antiquarian books and imported ancient works of art stimulated Chosŏn elites' interests in collecting and appreciating antiques and works of art. Besides, the rise of the nouveaux riches, who became the important clientele of the art market in the late Chosŏn used their increased financial resources to purchase works of art. The rise of the value of masterpieces thus touched off increased production of imitation, fakes, forgeries of ancient paintings. This study explores the production and circulation of forgeries from the non-Eurocentric perspective embedded in the premodern East Asian Society. To do so, I examine how we define masterpiece or canon and how these are used to make fakes. A close look at artistic treatise dealing withing appreciating art and connoisseurship is further provided. In sum, I hope this essay show two values of forgery and the study of forgery. First, it reveals the multiple historical temporalities, and second, it broadens the horizons of art history research by providing various possibilities and alternatives, which would have long been lost in the conventional writing of art history centering canon and masterpiece.

        AHP를 이용한 농상공 연대의 핵심요소 도출

        The purpose of this study is to investigate core factors in the collaboration of agriculture, commerce and industry(CACI) through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) Method. We built the three stage of hierarchy structure which was composed of 3 factors of high rank criteria, 10 of lower rank criteria, and 28 of detailed evaluation criteria. A quantitative analysis of in-depth interviews with 25 experts led to following results. The most important factor of CACI was consumer confidence, and the next was to produce the healthy functional food(HFF). Planning new products, comarketing and brand management and quality control were also important factors succeeded the above two factors. These results shows that it is very important to construct a stable marketing system based on the consumer confidence at the first stage of CACI. Of course consumer confidence contains food safety, communications with consumers, and various certificate systems such as GAP (Good Agricultural Practice), HACCP, and Traceability System. Also it is desirable to produce various HFF by domestic agricultural products because value added of HFF is very big as well as market is expanding rapidly.

      • 우리나라 농상공 연대의 현황과 과제

        The purpose of this study is creating new markets and businesses with features of the farmer and features of the worker who works at commerce and industry, has been discussed since 2008 in Korea. In Korea, collaboration of agriculture, commerce and industry sometimes has been spontaneously formed and it is partially linked to local needs. This research has classified into 6 patterns base on similar cases. The characteristics of the collaboration in Korea is that major production area is located in centered and take partnership with larger enterprise, and then local administration take a role for the mediator in business. The economical role of collaboration in local area is still not big and also participated farmers also take a miner role so far. In the future the collaboration of agriculture, commerce and industry needs to make an effort to be actively cooperative with small business people and medium size business people as partners. In addition the collaboration has to encourage farmers to be a main ag ent.
