초등학교 교육과정과 교과서에 농업·농촌의 기능 및 가치 반영 방안

이 연구는 농업ㆍ농촌의 기능과 가치를 재정립하고 이를 초등학교 교육과정 및 교과서에 반영시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여 먼저 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 농업ㆍ농촌의 기능과 가치를 재개념화하고, 이를 토대로 내용 분석 틀을 개발하여 초등학교 교육과정 및 교과서를 분석 하고, 그 결과를 토대로 교육과정 및 교과서에 반영시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 그 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업ㆍ농촌의 기능과 가치는 크게 자연환경적 기능(수자원 함양 기능, 환경정화 기능, 생태계 보전기능, 자연재해 방지 기능), 사회문화적 기능(전통문화 보전 기능, 정서의 순화 기능, 자연학습의장 제공 기능), 사회경제적 기능(농산물 공급 기능, 직업 기회 제공 기능, 국토의 균형발전 기능, 타 산업에의 기여 기능)으로 분류하였다. 둘째, 농업ㆍ농촌의 기능과 가치를 바탕으로 초등학교 교육과정 및 교과서를 분석한 결과, 전 학년에 걸쳐서 자연학습의 장 제공 기능과 전통문화 보전 기능이 높게 나타났고, 그 다음으로는 농산물 공급기능과 정서순화기능이 높게 나타났다. 반면에 수자원함양기능과 환경정화기능은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 내용분석을 토대로 교과의 성격을 고려하여 각 교과별로 농업ㆍ농촌의 기능과 가치를 반영시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 각 교과별로 농업ㆍ농촌의 기능과 가치 반영 방안을 체계적으로 이행하기 위한 행ㆍ재정적 지원 방안을 교육과정 개발 측면, 교과서 개발 측면, 교육과정 운영측면, 정책적 지원 측면으로 구분 하여 제시하였다. The purpose of the study is to suggest the strategies for incorporating the roles and values of agriculture & rural areas as a part of the national curriculum and elementary school textbooks. For this purpose, this study was conducted as follows; First, we reclassified the roles and values of agriculture & rural areas after critically reviewing literature: environmental conservation functions, socio-cultural functions and socio-economic functions. Second, based on the new classification, we develop a framework for analyzing the national curriculum and elementary school textbooks. The functions of rural areas as places for learning about nature and purifying emotion and the importance of agriculture in providing agricultural product were frequently presented but the functions of sustaining water resources and environmental purification were relatively less presented in the national curriculum and elementary school textbooks. Third, we suggested strategies for incorporating the roles and values of agriculture & rural areas in the national curriculum and elementary school textbook based on the analysis. Finally, we suggested necessary administrative and financial assistance to systematically and effectively implement the suggested strategies for developing a new curriculum and textbooks as well as implementing the curriculum.

서비스 기반 정보시스템의 안정성 증대를 위한 보안정책 최적화 균형모듈에 관한 연구

2018년 현재 보안시장은 새로운 변화와 기술들로 인해 보안분야의 진보적인 발전과 혁신이 필요한 시점으로 도래되고 있다. 이는 빠른 서비스 기반의 정보시스템과 서비스 플랫폼의 비약적인 발전을 말하기도 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 서비스가 존재하는 온라인 상에서 특정한 서비스를 선정하는 기준이 아닌 다수의 서비스를 운영하고 보안성을 확보하는 과정을 대상으로 정보시스템들이 운영하는 플랫폼에 대한 관리자의 접근권한을 보호하고 서비스 제공부터 파기까지의 일련의 흐름 속에서 불법적인 침해와 접근이 가능한 영역과 해당 영역에 대한 보안을 위해 최적화 균형모듈을 전체 서비스 플랫폼에 최대 4가지 분류로 제한하고 제한된 보안영역에 대해서는 각각 또 다시 하위 보안정책과 기술 적용을 함으로써 정보시스템의 안전성과 보안성을 제공하고 확대하기 위한 기법과 이를 적용하는 과정을 제안한다. Presently in 2018, the security market is requiring progressive development and innovation in the area of security on account of new changes and technologies. This means the rapid and prompt development of service platforms and service-based information systems. Here, this study is going to examine the process of operating a number of services and obtaining security, not the criteria for selecting particular service in online environment where various services exist. Within a series of flows to protect the manager’s authority about the platforms operated by information systems and provide and destroy services, this author limits the entire service platforms of the optimized balance module into four categories maximum for the security of the area apt for illegal invasion and access and the proper area. Also, about the area with limited security, this researcher again applies subordinate security policy and technology respectively. This author here will suggest a method to provide and extend safety and security for the information system and also propose the process of applying it as well.

일본 직업체험학습의 고찰

이 연구는 일본의 직업체험학습을 고찰하여 우리나라에 주는 시사점을 도출하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 연구는 주로 문헌연구와 사례분석을 통하여 이루어졌다. 사례는 일본 효고현의 ‘트라이 야루 위크’, 도야마현의 ‘사회에서 배우는 14세의 도전’ 및 도쿄도의 ‘와꾸 와꾸 위크 토쿄’이었다. 각 사례는 일본의 직업체험학습을 배경, 운영시스템, 프로그램의 내용, 행·재정적 지원 및 사업의 성과와 한계의 관점에서 분석되었다. 이들 결과를 종합 정리하여 우리나라 직업체험학습에 주는 시사점을 도출하였다. 이 연구에서 일본의 직업체험학습에 대한 고찰을 통해 볼 때, 우리나라 직업체험학습에 주는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 즉, 직업체험학습은 5일 이상 이루어져야 하며, 3~4명의 소규모 단위로 운영되어야 하고, 직업체험장소를 많이 확보하여 학생의 희망을 고려하여 배정하여야 한다. 학교, 지역 및 가정이 함께 협력하여 직업체험처를 확보하여야 하고, 사전 사후 교육 프로그램을 체계적으로 개발하여 운영하여야 하며, 안전사고에 유의하여야 한다. 또한 직업체험학습에 대하여 체계적인 행정적 및 재정적 지원이 요구된다. 추후 연구를 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 일본의 직장체험학습 관련 인사들을 대상으로 한 조사연구가 필요하고, 일본뿐만 아니라 아일랜드, 영국, 덴마크, 스웨덴, 호주 등의 직업체험학습을 비교분석하는 연구가 필요하며, 중학교 단계의 직업체험뿐만 아니라 초등학교, 그리고 고등학교에서의 직업체험 학습에 대한 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다. The objectives of the study were to explore the Work Experiential Learning(WEL) in Japan, and to draw implications for our country’s WEL. The literature review and case study was done in order to achieve these research objectives. The cases of Hyogo’s ‘地域に学ぶ Tryやる・ウィーク)’, Toyama’s ‘社会に学ぶ, 14歳の挑戦’, and Tokyo’s ‘わくwork わくwork Week Tokyo’ were analyzed. Based on the review of the WEL in Japan, some implications for our country’s the WEL were drawned as follows; First, the WEL should be done over a relatively long period of time (more than 5 days). Second, WEL program should be operated in small units (3 or 4 persons). Third, work experience places should be assigned considering the student's request. Fourth, school, community and home must work together to secure a work experience place. Fifth, Pre and post WEL should be systematically organized and implemented. Sixth, there must be a systematic administrative and financial support for the WEL. Based on the results of the study, some implications for further research were suggested.

정보처리 시스템의 프로세서가 작업 대상으로 하는 다양한 콘텐츠 정보가 온라인상에서 놀라울 정도로 확대되어진 시점은 불과 몇 년 전이다. 2000년을 실시간 공유와 같은 정보 및 자료의 홍수가 이루어진 기술기반의 해라면, 이후 2011년까지는 활용기반의 기능과 솔루션이 넘쳐나는 기간이었다. 또한 이러한 정보처리 시스템의 활용도가 높아지는 과정 속에서 2009년과 2010년에는 대규모 개인정보의 유출사건이 발생한바 있고 정보의 보호를 위한 방어와 보호를 위한 기술과 솔루션들이 지속적으로 개발, 적용되고 있다. 하지만 외부로부터의 불법접근의 문제점에서 그 범주가 확대되어 내부 사용자 또는 내부 정보처리 시스템과 클라이언트 시스템에 숨겨진 Agent 등으로 인한 피해는 날로 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 내부정보에 대한 접근 제어와 관리자 및 내부 사용자의 계층별 권한설정에 대한 효율성 기반의 정보보호를 위한 연구가 필요하며, 본 연구 결과로 SOHO급 네트워크에서 대규모 네트워크에 이르기까지 실무에서 보안기법으로 활용 가능한 연구 자료를 제공코자 한다. It has been only few years that various contents information subject for information processing system has been remarkably increased in online. If we say the year 2000 is the technology based year when deluge of information and data such as real time sharing, the time since after 2000 until 2011 has been a period plentiful of application based functions and solutions. Also, as the applicable range of these information process systems extends, individual information effluence has been social issues twice in 2009 and 2010. Thus now there are continuous efforts made to develop technologies to secure and protect information. However, the range problem has been extended from the illegal access from outside to the legal access from internal user and damages by agents hidden in internal information process system and client system. Therefore, this study discusses the necessity for the studies on efficiency based information security by control of access to internal information and authority setting for administrator and internal users. Based on the result of this study, it provides data that can be used from SOHO class network to large scale for information security method.

From the early 1980 decade, personal computer was produced and spread. Since the 1990s, it influences widely on education. This article aims to survey using computer in the field of music, first CD-Rom for musical education, and make a few CD-Rom for appreciating sound and music score, then what kind of software we need for making personally material for education. After reviewing the fundamentals of computer, I try to understand how the software for musical graphic and sound works. Writing music score on monitor by computer is a kind of graphic method, but music softwares, for example, Encore, Finale, Sibelius also need sound from that scores. In this point, music software is making sound system, which means controling the sound generating module. To make music score, there are two methods, one is compiling method and the other is WYSIWYG(what you see is what you get) method. Compiling method shows the programming words on monitor and WYSIWYG the score itself. For user's standpoint, I classify the music softwares on the base of (1) tool or final, (2) one way or both way, (3) data-processing or non-data-processing. First, tool is Encore and Finale, as Photoshop is same for designer and final is CD pluscore by Grammophon, which is one of the best examples. Second, one way is CD pluscore and both way is "Pratica Musica 4" and "Songworks Ⅱ" by Ars Nova Software co. Third, most of CD-Roms for music education are non-data-processing. We have the software of sightreading and dictating music, for example "Songworks Ⅱ" is primary stage of dictating music. In this case, we get my data-processing result. Music software is now developing. Most of teachers in elementary school and middle school want to write music score in their word processor software or have plug-in software to write music and hearing on word processing page. We need such a software or plug-in program. For this article, I made HTML, and PDF files in which we follow music score and listen music(Beethoven 32 piano sonatas and Chopin nocturns).
