        보장건비탕(補腸健脾湯)으로 증상 호전 보인 크론병 의증 1례(例)

        The following case study illustrates the administration of Bojanggunbi-tang in the treatment of a man diagnosed as having Crohu's disease. The usual gastrointestinal symptoms of Crohu's disease are diarrhea, abdominal pain and weight loss, in addition to anemia and rectal bleeding. A l6-year-old man diagnosed with Crohn's disease, who was treated at our clinic, had symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, weight loss, anemia and rectal bleeding. He was treated with Bojanggunbi-tang. For the two months the symptoms were considerably reduced. The result supports the clinical efficacy of Bojanggunbi-tang for the treatment of the symptoms of suspected Crohn's disease.

        ECD 기반 평가 문항을 활용한 초등학생의 디지털 리터러시 수행 양상에 대한 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 디지털 리터러시 수행 양상을 살펴보는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 증거 중심 설계 원리에 기반을 두어 개발된 디지털 리터러시 문항을 활용하여 실제 초등학생의 디지털 리터러시 수행 양상을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 디지털 리터러시 이해 영역과 표현 영역에 속하는 구인을 도출하고 해당 구인을 평가할 수 있는 8개 문항을 개발하였으며, 초등학교 6학년 학생 54명을 대상으로 평가를 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 각 문항에 대한 초등학생들의 디지털 리터러시 수행 양상은 다양하게 나타났으며, 상·중·하 집단의 평균 점수가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이는 문항 또한 확인되었다. 이러한 양상은 일차적으로는 이 연구에서 개발한 문항이 초등학생의 디지털 리터러시를 타당하게 평가할 수 있음을 의미한다. 더 나아가 동일한 학년의 초등학생이라 할지라도 그들의 디지털 리터러시 수행 양상은 차이를 보이고 있음을 나타낸다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 이 연구에서는 초등학생의 디지털 리터러시 수행 수준을 판단할 수 있는 평가도구가 필요하다는 점, 디지털 원주민라고 불리는 초등학생을 대상으로 한 체계적인 디지털 리터러시 교육 내용이 필요하다는 점을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the aspects of digital literacy practice of elementary school students. In this study, digital literacy items developed based on the evidence-centered design(ECD) were used to explore the digital literacy practice of elementary school students. 8 items were developed to derive constructs belonging to the digital literacy understanding domain and expression domain and to evaluate the constructs. Evaluation was conducted on 54 6th-grade elementary school students. As a result of the study, the digital literacy practice of elementary school students for each item were varied, and items with statistically significant differences in the average scores of the upper, middle and lower groups were also identified. This aspect primarily implies that the items developed in this study can reasonably evaluate the digital literacy of elementary school students. Furthermore, it shows that even elementary school students in the same grade show differences in their digital literacy practices. This study suggests that evaluation tool that can determine the digital literacy practice level of elementary school students is needed, and that it is necessary to develop the digital literacy education content for elementary school students called digital natives.

        PAIR 전략을 활용한 독자 고려 교육

        This study is designed to analyze the problems of the existing audience-considering education in terms of dialogue and to propose the PAIR strategy as an alternative. The existing audience education shows problems of assuming that audience are passive beings and offering unspecific considerations of audience based on traditional demographical analysis. In this regard, the PAIR strategy can be used which has been obtained by making a text analysis of the strategy I used to communicate with my audience in the process of writing to improve such weak points and enhance my ability to communicate with my audience,. The PAIR strategy is composed of P (Positioning) sub-strategy to invite audience to a text, the A (Attracting) sub-strategy to make audience to read a text, the I (Informing) sub-strategy to help audience read a text easily, and the R(Rep1ying) sub-strategy to predict and cope with the responses audience will show. The PAIR strategy in this study is significant in that the strategy concretely shows what and how to do when students takes audience into consideration in the course of writing. Still, further follow-up studies will be needed in that the strategy is required to verify its validity and efficiency.

        한국어능력시험 쓰기 영역개선 방향에 대한 연구 -구인 타당도 개념을 중심으로-

        This conceptual paper aims at analyzing the construct validity of the essay item in Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) for assessing the proficiency of the Korean learners. I synthesize research literature related to assessment validity in both educational measurement and writing. So I suggest the assessment triangle model by new validity theory that is made up cognition, observation and interpretation. Within the assessment triangle model, I critically review on design and practice of essay item in TOPIK and I suggest an elaborate construct validation to enhancing the construct validity of essay item in TOPIK. I am confident that this paper will bring contribution to the advancement of the essay item in TOPIK.

        디지털 문식성 교육을 위한 학습자 프로파일 구성 요소 탐색

        As media environments and socioeconomic structure changes rapidly, so does contents and methods of literacy education. Responding to the needs, researchers have suggested how literacy can be reconceptualized and how the contents of literacy education can be reorganized. But few research has focused on how new literacy can be taught. So this study, as a starting point of the question toward how to teach new literacy, suggested the concept of ‘literacy learner profile’ as a set of core information about a literacy learner, which would promote individualized education and help learners grow as active participants in literacy practices. This study tried to suggest an idea about how the profile can be composed and, as a part of it, specify learner’s attitude as a component of the profile. Suggestions for follow-up studies have been made at the end such as studies on the components of the profile, tools for survey, and application of the profile to daily literacy learning.

        중학생의 읽기 태도 양상

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the aspects of middle school students`reading attitude. 14,725 first-to-third middle school students were participated in the study and NRI(Noh`s Reading Attitude Inventory) that was composed of cognitive factor,affective factor, behavioral factor was used for the data collection. Results from the study document a negative trend in middle school students` attitude toward reading as they pass through their grades. Regarding gender effect on their reading attitude,results indicated that girls as a group possess more positive reading attitude than boys at all grade levels. And regarding region effect on their reading attitude, results indicated that students lived in micropolitan area possess more positive reading attitude than students lived in metropolitan area and town cities at all grade levels. Active intervention to provide better reading instruction, reading environment, and time to read autonomously may improve such negative attitude problems.

        초등 교사의 독자로서의 자기 인식과 독서교육에 대한 인식 조사 연구

        The study aims to investigate reader self-perception of elementary school teachers and perception of their teaching of reading. In order to accomplish this study purpose, I conducted a survey that asked 247 teachers. The results show that teachers had positive self-perception as reader. Related to teaching of reading, the teachers mainly defined reading as transactions between reader and text to create meaning. The teachers thought importance of reading and reading education, they was aware of the necessity of reading practice for acquisition of knowledge and information and for developing students`` ability to think. The teachers emphasized making reading a way of life and they had a strong preference for reading printed text and put high value on it. Teachers`` perception of their own reading impacts their teaching of reading. Therefore, teachers must be cognizant of their self-perception of reading and how reading instruction is manifested in their classrooms.

        초등학생의 디지털 기반 활동에 대한 문식성 후원자의 작용 양상 : 초등학생의 인식 조사를 중심으로

        The present study explores how different literacy sponsors such as parents, teachers, peers, and internet users would influence elementary-school students` digital literacy practices. The study was conducted with Grades 3~6 students (n=10,111) in Korea, using the items about literacy sponsor activities (i.e., valuing, modeling, control) and the amount of time that the students spend for digital literacy activities. The results indicated three patterns. First, the elementary students in this study perceived that parental control is the most influential in their digital literacy activities. However, parental control did not predict the amount of time spent for digital literacy activities by the students. Second, the respondents reported that peer value was the second most important factor that affects their digital literacy activities. This perception tended to increase as they go up to higher school grades. Last, the respondents perceived that anonymous online users did not significantly affect their digital literacy activities and that the online user factor did not predict the amount of time spent for digital literacy activities by the respondents. The results imply that in addition to traditional literacy sponsors such as parents and peer groups their value system should be considered in understanding students` digital literacy activities.

        아동의 그림일기에 나타난 글과 그림 간의 의미 구성 방식

        Digital technology has advanced rapidly and it is anticipated that multimodal ways of meaning-making will become increasingly important. Consequently, teaching multimodal literacies is becoming a major issue in education. This study focuses on the use of picture diaries as a means of teaching multimodal literacies. Picture diaries are one of the basic and unique multimodal texts used in lower elementary level classes in Korea. A further advantage is that it is a promising text model which can be taught in unplugged ways. In order to explore the educational implications of using such picture diaries, this study sought to analyze the ways in which twenty four 1st graders in an elementary school constructed meaning with written language and pictures in composing picture diaries. 251 picture diaries composed during several months of their 1st grade period were analyzed based on the constant comparative method. The results indicated that the students utilized both written language and pictures in diverse and creative ways to provide their audience with more comprehensive meaning. These results indicate that teachers need to consider their students as active multimodal meaning-makers and provide their students with more opportunities to practice multimodal meaning-making and share their experiences.

        대학생 필자의 독자 고려 의도 및 전략과 텍스트적 실현 양상

        이 연구는 대학생 필자가 독자와 소통하기 위해 어떤 전략을 어떤 의도로 사용하며, 그것이 텍스트에 실제로 어떻게 실현되는지를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 이 연구는 독자 고려 전략의 일종인 PAIR 전략을 중심으로 필자가 자신이 고쳐 쓴 글에서 독자를 고려하기 위하여 어떤 전략을, 어떤 의도로 사용하였는지를 스스로 분석하고 기술하게 한 후, 이를 검토하여 그 양상을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 대학생 필자들은 동일한 과제를 수행한 초·중등학생들에 비해 높은 빈도로 PAIR 전략을 사용하고 있었으며, 특히 스스로 독자를 많이 고려한다고 인식한 학생들의 경우 더 많은 독자 고려의 단서를 남겼다. 이로 보아 독자와 대화하기 위한 필자의 의도와 전략들은 대체로 텍스트로 실현되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과는 기존의 독자고려 전략 관련 연구들에서 텍스트에 드러난 단서 그 자체를 전략과 동일하다고 추론했던 것이 틀리지 않았음을 시사한다. This study aims to examine strategies used by college student writers to communicate their audiences and their intentions and to analyze how they are actually represented in texts. To achieve this, the writers were made to analyze their strategies and intentions in their writings themselves and to describe them based on PAIR strategies, one of audience consideration strategies and these were examined and analyzed. The results showed that college student writers were more frequently using PAIR strategies comparing to elementary students or middle school students who performed the same tasks. And the writers who were conscious about audience consideration tended to leave more evidence about audience consideration in their writings. This result showed that the strategies and the intentions of writers to communicate with their audiences tended to be represented in the text of their writings. This implicates that the inference made in previous studies, which strategies are identical to the evidence appeared in texts, was not wrong.
