Objectives : This study is designed to investigate the pathology, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy applicable of the dementia through literature of oriental medicine. Results : The findings of this study are as follows ; 1. The cause of dementia is internal damage of seven emotions(七情內傷), deficiency of the kidney essence(腎精不足), retention of dampness in the mental(痰迷心竅). 2. The acupuncture meridians used often for dementia are $Tok-maek(GV),\;Chok-t'aeyang\;Pang-gwang-Ky\check{o}ng(BL),\;Chok-yangm\check{o}yng\;Wi-Ky\check{o}ng(ST),\;Su-gwor\check{u}m\;Shimp'o-Ky\check{o}ng(PC),\;Su-so\check{u}m\;Shim-Ky\check{o}ng(HT)$. 3. The spots on the body suiTable for acupuncture used for therapy of the dementia are 98 points and extra points are 6 points, total therapeutic acupunture points are 104 points. And acupunture points are frequently used Shinmun(神門-HT7, 24), Paek'oe(百會-GV20, 19), Chok-samni(足三里-ST36, 18), Sugu(水溝-GV26, 17), P'ungnyung(豊隆-ST40, 16), Taech'u(大椎-GV14, 14), $Sam\check{u}mgyo(三陰交-SP6,\;14)$, Shimsu(心兪-BL15, 14), $Taen\check{u}ng(大陵-PC7,\;11)$, Nogung(勞宮-PC8, 11), Sosang(少商-LU11, 10), Kansa(間使-PC5, 10), Naegwan(內關-PC6, 10). 4. The acupoints used often on moxibustion are Paek'oe(百會-GV20), Chang-gang(長强-GV1), Taech'u(大椎-GV14), Kansa(間使-PC5). Conclusion : It is recommended that further study of many sided investigations in the future.

ISO W3C에서 제안하고 있는 SGML은 문서의 논리적인 구조만을 기술하는 표준이기 때문에 레이아웃이나 프리젠테이션(Presentation)에 관한 정보는 포함하지 않는다. 따라서 SGML 문서를 보다 더 효율적으로 프리젠테이션(또는 브라우징)하기 위해서는 이에 대한 정보인 스타일시트(stylesheet)를 별도로 제공하여야 한다. 본 연구는 서로 다른 저작환경으로부터 구성된 문서를 사용자가 투명하게 뷰잉 또는 브라우징 할 수 ISO DSSSL 기반의 SGML 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 설계 및 구현한다.

Objectives : HO-Yakchim and HN-Yakchim can improve wrinkles. However, these oil-type Yakchims show side effects such as induration or imperfect skin absorption. Therefore, a new Yakchim that can improve wrinkles without causing side effects is required. We developed a new Yakchim B (BY) for wrinkle improvement with a complex herbal extract containing Carthami Fructus, Juglandis Semen Oil, Phellodendri Cortex, Pulsatillae Radix, Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma, Aucklandiae Radix, and Aquilariae Lignum and investigated the pharmacological activities of BY. Methods : The anti-oxidant effect of BY was investigated by determining its 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging activity. To investigate the anti-wrinkle activity of BY, its collagenase inhibitory activity was measured. To investigate the skin-lightening effect, the tyrosinase inhibitory activity was measured. In addition, the inhibitory effect of BY on LPS-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7 cells was investigated and the cell viability of BY on RAW 264.7 cells was investigated using MTT assay. Results : B-Yakchim (10 mg/ml) showed a 52.7±1.0% DPPH radical scavenging rate and 19.4±1.3% collagenase inhibitory activity. However, B-Yakchim (1, 5, and 10 mg/ml) did not show tyrosinase inhibitory activity. B-Yakchim (1 mg/ml) inhibited LPS-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7 and did not show cell toxicity in the MTT assay. Conclusions : These results suggested that BY has anti-wrinkle, anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities. These findings could facilitate the development of an anti-wrinkle Yakchim without side effects.

In general. we treat Dquivalent Tranformer to interpret the characteristics of Induction Machine. Induction Motor with a big Air Gap Line must Compensate for the loss from it. Therefore π-type Equivalent circuit able to compensate for the loss is applied (to that case) When we (Ⅰ) treat π-type , Vector diagram is mainly used for the division of constant. To interpret characteristics, we generally Circle diagram. And to calculate the accurate characteristics, we Auto CAD12.

In design of transformer, there are some methods to determin a constant such as design computation method and characteristeic-computation method. This paper present the design of the laminated core transformer which has a good efficiency. It is designed on the base that is a statistical data for constants of transformer.

In desiging the transformer, how to choose a basic constant is the key to its efficiency. Therefore, this thesis shows that it is possible to save time and make an excellent design by limiting the scope of a constant through the study based on a statistical method.
