        일반계 고등학생의 학과선택요인이 전공체험활동 만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 고교생의 학과선택기준이 대학의 전공체험프로그램 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 고교-대학 간 연계활동 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 대구광역시 교육청에서 주관한 “우리지역 대학전공학과 체험주간” 프로그램의 일환으로 실시된 고교-대학 연계 프로그램에 참여한 대구지역 인문계 고등학생 1, 2 학년 학생 360명을 대상으로 전공체험활동 만족도와 여기에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 설문조사하였다(유효설문수 299). 전공체험활동 프로그램의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 학과선택요인에 있어서 진학가능성, 취업 등 현실성을 중요시 할수록 전공체험 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다(p〈.05). 즉, 학과 선택에 있어 적성과 학습에 대한 흥미 등을 고려한 학생들은 전공체험활동 프로그램에 만족감을 가지지 못한 반면, 진학가능성 및 취업가능성 등, 현실적요소를 중요시하는 학생들의 만족도가 높은 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 다양한 학생들의 생각과 가치관이 고려된 전공체험프로그램 운영이 필요할 것으로 사료되며 다양한 학과선택요인을 고려한 전공체험프로그램이 선택적으로 이루어 질 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of high school students’ criteria for selecting colleges on the degree of satisfaction with the activities of experiencing majors. Survey was conducted on 360 first- and second-year academic high school students in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk regions(The number of effective questionnaires: 234). The multiple regression analysis on major variables with the degree of satisfaction being the dependent variable was conducted. As the variables influencing the degree of satisfaction, female students in gender, and the activeness in participating in the program for activities of experiencing majors were found to have effects (p〈.05), and the realistic factors in the factors for selecting subjects were found to have effects on the degree of satisfaction with activities for experiencing majors (p〈.05).

        수중재활운동치료가 초기 파킨슨 질환 환자의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 수중재활운동치료가 초기 파킨슨 질환 환자의 정적균형과 보행에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 연구를 실시하였다. 연구의 대상자는 초기 파킨슨 질환 환자 12명이며 2021년 6월에서 8월까지 주 3회, 12주간 수중재활치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 정적균형의 경우, 눈 뜬 상태의 선 자세에서 Biorescue 장비를 활용하여 정적 자세 흔들림, 정적 자세 속도 변수를 측정 하였으며, 보행의 경우 Gait Rite 장비를 활용하여 보폭, 분당 보행 횟수, 보행 속도 변수를 측정하였다. 참여자의 참여 전·후의 6주 후, 12주 후 변화를 검증하기 위하여 One-way Repeated ANOVA 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자 12명이 수중재활운동치료에 참여 전보다 참여 후인 6주 후, 12주 후의 정적 균형인 정적 자세 흔들림, 정적 자세 속도 변수에서 모두 유의한 감소 변화(p<.05)를 보였으며, 보행에서도 보폭, 분당 보행횟수, 보행 속도의 측정 변수 모두에서 유의한 증가 변화가 관찰 되었다(p<.05). 본 연구는 초기 파킨슨 질환 환자를 대상으로 12주 간의 수중재활운동치료를 적용하여 정적 균형 및 보행에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였으며, 그 결과 정적균형과 보행능력이 개선되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 수중재활운동치료는 초기 파킨슨 질환 환자의 균형과 보행기능을 향상시키고 예방하며, 치료하기 위한 대안적인 치료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study aimed to investigate the effect of aquatic rehabilitation exercise therapy on static balance and gait in patients with early Parkinson"s disease. The subjects of the study were 12 patients with early Parkinson"s disease. Aquatic rehabilitation exercise therapy was conducted 3 times a week for 12 weeks from June to August 2021. In the case of static balance, postural speed and postural speed variables were measured using BioRescue equipment in the open-eye posture. In the case of gait, GaitRite equipment was used to measure the stride length, cadence, and velocity variables. One-way repeated ANOVA verification was conducted to verify changes between the above variables before participating in the aquatic rehabilitation exercise therapy, 6 weeks after participation, and 12 weeks after participation. Significant changes were observed in both static balance and gait (p<.05) of the 12 subjects after participating in the aquatic rehabilitation exercise therapy. This study confirmed that static balance and gait ability for patients with early Parkinson"s disease were improved after the 12-week aquatic rehabilitation exercise therapy. Therefore, it is believed that aquatic rehabilitation exercise therapy can be used as an alternative treatment for improving, treating, and preventing problems in the balance and gait functions of patients with early Parkinson"s disease.

        다양한 좌석 높이에서 일어서기 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 다양한 좌석 높이에서 일어서기 훈련이 뇌졸중환자의 균형에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 연구를 실시하였다. 연구의 대상자는 뇌졸중환자 20명이며 무작위로 표준좌석 높이 그룹 10명과 낮아지는 좌석높이그룹 10명으로 분류하여 2019년 3월에서 6월까지 주 3회 6주간 훈련을 실시하였다. 정적균형과 동적균형을 측정하였으며 그룹내 훈련 전 · 후의 변화를 검증을 위하여 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하고, 그룹 간 훈련 전 · 후 변화의 차이를 검증하기 위하여 독립표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 그룹 내 훈련 전 · 후의 변화는 정적균형 및 동적 균형 모두 유의한 변화를 보였으나(p<.05), 그룹 간 훈련 전 · 후 변화량의 차이는 눈 감은 상태의 선자세 정적균형만 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>.05). 본 연구의 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 유의한 효과가 있음을 확인하였으며 특히, 훈련 시 좌석의 높이를 점진적으로 낮추어 제공하는 것이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형회복을 위한 새로운 치료방법으로 임상에서 활용되어 재활의 다양한 방향성을 제시되었음으로 사료된다. 그리고 연구 결과의 일반화를 위해 추후 연구는 많은 대상자에게 훈련의 적용이 필요하며 좌석 높이의 무작위 조성과 같은 다양한 훈련방법에 관한 연구들이 필요할 것이다. This study aimed to compare the effects of sit-to-stand training, or training to stand up from sitting positions at various seat heights, on the balance recovery among stroke patients. This study included 20 stroke patients who were randomly divided into two groups. Each group was trained for six weeks, three times a week from March to June 2019. Static balance and dynamic balance were measured, and the variations were analyzed using the paired t-test and the independent t-test. There were significant changes observed in both static and dynamic balance (p<.05) before and after training. However, no significant changes were seen in the static balance in the standing posture with eyes closed (p>.05). This study confirmed that there was a significant effect of training on the balance of stroke patients, especially when progressively lower seat heights were used during the training. This suggests new directions for treatment during rehabilitation for balance recovery of stroke patients. Further studies will need to apply this training to a larger number of subjects, and use various training methods such as randomization of seat height to enable the generalization of the results of this study and application in clinical practice.

        슬링운동이 중간볼기근 안정화에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 슬링운동이 중간볼기근 안정화에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 대학생 24명을 슬링운동군(n=12)과 대조군(n=12)으로 나누어 실시하였다. 슬링운동군은 슬링을 이용하여 중간볼기근 안정화 운동을 6주 동안 주 3회 50분간 실시한 후 균형근력과 근활성도, 혈류량을 평가하였다. 연구결과 집단내 운동군의 운동전·후의 균형능력과 근활성도는 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 반면에 집단간 혈류혈류량은 유의한 변화가 없으나 슬링운동군에서 혈류량의 증가는 있었다. 이 연구에서 슬링운동을 통한 중간볼기근 훈련이 모든 대상자들에게 중간볼기근 근활성화와 신체 균형능력과 오금동맥의 혈류흐름을 향상시키는 것을 알았다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate muscle activity of gluteal medius muscle, blood frow of popliteal artery and body balance in 24 adults. 24 adults was randomized in twop groups, suspension sling exercise and control group. In the experimental groups, the gluteal medius muscle of suspension sling exercise for 20minutes duration three time per week for 6 weeks were respectively preformed, control group was not performed. Before and after experiments, EMG of gluteal medius muscle, blood frow of popliteal artery and body balance was measured in all adults. In comparison of difference before and after experiment, the body balance of the gluteal medius muscle of suspension sling exercise was significantly increased than the control group(p<.05, EMG of gluteal medius muscle of the gluteal medius muscle of suspension sling exercise was significantly increased more than the control group(p>.05) and blood frow of popliteal artery of the gluteal medius muscle of suspension sling exercise was not significantly increased more than the control group(p>.05) but blood frow increased. We found that the gluteal medius muscle of suspension sling exercise is useful to improve the EMG of gluteal medius muscle, body balance and blood frow of popliteal artery in all adults.

        일부 대학생의 발목관절 발등굽힘 각도 변화에 따른 장딴지근 깃각의 차이

        본 연구의 목적은 발목관절의 발등굽힘 각도를 0°, 10°, 20°로 위치하게 한 후 각 각도에서 장딴지근의 깃각 변화에 미치는 영향을 비교하여 효율적인 장딴지근 신장 각도를 제시하는 것이다. 건강한 성인 남녀 25명을 그 대상으로 하여 발목 관절 발등굽힘 각도 0°, 10°, 20°에서 초음파 기기를 이용하여 내측 장딴지근의 깃각을 측정하였다. 각도별 장딴지근의 깃각 변화를 알아보기 위해 반복측정분산분석을 성별에 따른 각도별 차이를 알아보기 위해 독립 t 검정을 실시하였다. 연구의 결 과 발목관절의 발등굽힘 각도가 증가함에 따라 장딴지근의 깃각은 유의하게 감소하였으며, 각 각도별 사이 교호작용이 유의 한 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 각 각도별 남녀 차이 비교 결과 남성의 깃각이 더 큰 값을 보였으나 유의한 차이는 없었으며 (p.>.05), 성별에 따른 발등굽힘 각도 증가에 따른 장딴지근의 깃각은 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.01). 이러한 결과는 장딴지근 신장을 위한 발등굽힘 시 관절운동범위의 마지막 범위에서 시행하는 것이 장딴지근의 신장에 작은 각도로 시행하는 것보다 긍정적인 효과를 가져올 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 향후 장딴지근 신장에 영향을 미치는 신장 각도, 적용 시간 등 다양한 요소들에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다. This study aimed to investigate the influence of the ankle dorsiflexion angle (0°, 10°, and 20°) on the effectiveness of gastrocnemius stretching angle. The subjects of this study were 25 young man and female women. In all participants, the pennation angle of the medial head of the gastrocnemius was evaluated using ultrasonography at an ankle dorsiflexion angle of 0°, 10°, or 20°. Repeated measures analysis of variance was uesd to test for differences between ankle dorsiflexion angles. The independent t-test was performed to determine the significance of sex differences. The results of this study showed that the gastrocnemius pennation angle decreased as the ankle dorsiflexion angle increased, with significant interaction between each angle of ankle dorsiflexion angle (p<0.01). Sex comparison showed that the pennation angle was greater in man than in women, but the difference was not significant (p>0.05). According to the sex the gastrocnemius pennation angle is decreased as the ankle dorsiflexion angle increased (p<0.01). These results suggest that the end range of dorsiflexion is more beneficial for gastrocnemius stretching than a small range. Further studies are needed to investigate the influence of other factors, such as stretching angle and application time, on gastrocnemius stretching.

        치매에서 정량적 뇌파검사의 유용성

        Background : The conventional electroencephalography(EEG) is commonly used as aid in the diagnosis of dementia. Recently developed quantitative electroencephalography(qEEG) provides data that are not achievable by conventional EEG. The aim of this study was to find out the usefulness of quantified-EEG in dementia. Method : Twenty elderly women(10 normal elderly, 10 demented elderly) were participated in this study. EEG power and coherence was computed over 21 channels; right and left frontal, central, parietal, temporal and occipital areas. Result : The activity of αwave was more higher than others significantly at frontal and parietal areas in normal elderly, but the activity ofθwave was higher in demented elderly. And the activity ofθ wave in demented elderly women was more higher than normal elderly women significantly. Conclusion : In conclusion, we discovered that quantitative EEG was used to diagnose dementia.

        탄력밴드를 이용한 슬관절 굴곡근에 대한 저항운동이 정적·동적 고유수용성감각에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of resistance exercise on static and dynamic proprioception by applying elastic bands to the knee flexor, which can be performed earlier than proprioception, a weight bearing pattern. Proprioceptive training may be applied to the early period of recuperation training along with resistance exercise to prevent damage to the knees and the joints in the lower body, as well as the reoccurrence of injury, which is expected to improve the effect of static and dynamic proprioceptive training. Methods: The subjects of this study were 32 men and women in their 20s who volunteered to participate in the experiment which was carried out over the course of 6 weeks from March 14 to April 24 at K Hospital located in Yongin City. They were tested in two groups: the elastic band resistance exercise group (RE: Resistance Excercise Group, n=17) and the joint motion range exercise group(ROM: Range of Motion Group, n=15). In this experiment, static and dynamic proprioceptive tests were given to both groups before and after the test. In this study, SPSS Win ver.12.0 was utilized to perform a T-test on the independent samples in order to validate the identical features of subjects in the RE and ROM Group and substantiate the significance as to the difference between both groups before and after the test. Also, a paired T-test was conducted to compare the static and dynamic proprioception of both groups before and after the test. The statistical significance levels were α =.05. Results: 1.The static proprioception in both groups, RE and ROM, increased in a statistically significant way after the test(p<.05). 2.The static propriocetion of the RE group increased in a statistically significant wa after the test(p<.05). However, the increase of the static proprioception in the ROM group was not statistically significant. 3.Static and dynamic proprioception of the RE group increased significantly more than that of the ROM group after the test(p<.05). Conclusion: The resistance exercise using elastic bands improved the static and dynamic proprioception more than the joint motion range exercise did, reducing the risk of injury by enhancing the location sense of the joints and the sense of motion and shortening the period of recovery from injury. The outcome of the experiment may provide basic data for developing an effective way to reduce the risk of injury among ordinary people and athletes.

        신경근 통합운동프로그램이 노인의 체력 및 일상생활 활동에 미치는 영향

        Purpose:The purpose of this study was to determine Exercisely the effects of applying an Integrated Exercise Program (IEP) with the adapted use of Thera-Band exercise sets to Korean seniors on their improvement in their physical strength (PS), daily living ability (ADL and IDAL). Methods:The Exercise group consisted of 30 Korean seniors of 65 years of age or older, while the control group had another 30 Korean seniors with comparable aging. The Exercise group received the IEP for 50 to 60 minutes per session, three sessions per week, for a duration of consecutive 12 weeks. Results:This confirms the beneficial effects of the IEP on their MA and PS, and their improvement in PS (p<.05), in turn, can improve their IADL (p<.05).The results of this study indicate the potentialities for IEP to help Korean seniors of 65 years or older to improve their PS, ADL and IADL. Conclusion:The IEP is within the physical and financial capabilities of Korean seniors, can be designed and modified and adjusted according to their individual physiological conditions. Sustained, regular exercises under IEP are expected to help resolve physiological issues of aging of Korean seniors.

        소청룡탕 추출물의 당뇨병 질환에서 위장관 운동 기능 개선에 관한 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Socheongryong-tang, a traditional herbal medicine, on gastrointestinal (GI) motility disorders (inflammatory and diabetic models) in mice. Methods: The in vivo effects of Socheongryong-tang on GI motility were investigated by calculating percent intestinal transit rates (ITR) and gastric emptying (GE) values using Evans Blue and phenol red, respectively, in normal mice and in mice with experimentally induced GI motility dysfunction (GMD). GMD models were induced by acetic acid and streptozotocin. Results: In normal ICR mice, ITR and GE values were significantly and dose-dependently increased by the intragastric administration of Socheongryong-tang (0.0025∼0.25 g/kg). The ITR values (%) of GMD mice were significantly lower than those of normal mice, and these reductions were significantly and dose-dependently inhibited by Socheongryong-tang. Conclusions: These results suggest that Socheongryong-tang is a good candidate for the development of a prokinetic agent that may prevent or alleviate GMD.

        Study was developed the metallic plate for fixation in the femur fracture and plates has a firm place in fracture treatment. This plates can be stabilized for fracture fixation as well as biological and dynamical device. The device's designation and sizing has a optimization with bending structural stiffness and strength, known meaning that is reliable regardless of the plate by the short type and long type. The bending strength of the curved metallic long plate has to evaluate a 11,000N and the bending strength of the curved metallic short plate has to evaluate a 6,525N. This see the X-ray image of bending angle made certain of 15° at number 2 and same 82.87° at number 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 by outside angle, and confirmed 25.26° at number 3, 3.68° at number 6, 15.64° at number 9 by inside angle. This study shows that keep up the metallic plate for fixation in the femur fracture through X-ray Image and the device can be used to support Revision case of Hip Implant and to use a case of Hip screw compression of Hip Neck Fracture. Short plate have a wrapping of femur and long plate have to preserve a pole of femur.
