The changes in the game platform is appeared since the advent of smart-phones. Apple's iOS or Google's Android platform is gradually expanding their territories in the mobile game area. Android's platform fragmentation and the absence of game development framework act as barriers for game developments. In the development of game applications on the smart-phone, the standardized development procedures under game framework can achieve the productivity improvement. In this paper, we propose a new design pattern suitable for the design of a framework for new areas of application through the expansion of existing framework. The design and implementation of the Android game development framework is presented by taking advantage of existing design patterns and a proposed pattern. Also we propose the standardized development procedure of game applications under the proposed framework.

가상사설통신망 기반 금융전산망 구축 방안

자본시장통합법 시행을 계기로 다수의 금융투자회사들이 지급결제서비스 제공을 위해 금융전산망에 추가로 참가하고 있다. 국가 기간 전산망 중의 하나인 금융전산망은 다수의 금융기관을 하나의 통신망으로 연결하여 전자금융서비스를 제공하는 정보통신망으로 금융투자회사들의 신규 참여에 유연하게 대처할 수 있어야 한다. 금융전산망이 경제에 미치는 영향이 지대하므로 금융전산망의 구축 및 운영에는 신용리스크, 유동성리스크 및 운영리스크 등과 같은 다양한 리스크 관리를 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전성, 적정응답성, 경제성 및 안정성 등의 금융전산망의 안정적 운영과 관련한 운영리스크 관리기준을 제시하고 급변하는 금융환경 변화에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있도록 많은 기업들이 기업통신망으로 활용하고 있는 가상사설통신망(Virtual Private Network : VPN) 기술을 금융전산망에 적용한 구축방안을 제안하였다. 또한 제안된 VPN 기반의 금융전산망이 비용 및 운영상의 효율성을 유지하면서 높은 안전성 및 적정 응답성을 갖고 있는지 분석하여 VPN 기술이 금융전산망에 적용 가능함을 보였다. As enactment and enforcement of capital markets integration law, investment banks are going to be appeared in our financial market and be able to provide payment services. To provide these kinds of services, investment banks need to be participated in the financial network. As the financial network enormously affect the economy, the operation of the network will require a variety of risk managements. In this paper we define operational risk management criteria for the financial network such as security, in-time response, economical efficiency and stability to be required for the healthy economy and propose the configuration of the financial network system based on virtual private networks for investment banks to provide payment services. Finally we analyze that the proposed VPN configuration for financial networks has high security and in-time response with the cost and operation effective.

모바일 기기를 활용한 고객 개시 카드결제 시스템 설계 및 구현

Payment system is defined as the various contracts and operating facilities for the transfer of monetary value to clear the relationship between credit and debt. Payment systems essentially require the efficient and reliable operations. Card-based payment systems are developed practically and creatively in accordance with the progress of ICT. Especially in mobile environment with intelligent mobile devices such as smart-phones and tablets, a variety of payment services are provided. Existing card-based payment services are configured by the payment transaction initiated by the merchants card acceptance and then swiping into the CAT (Card Authorization Terminal) to begin the transaction. The merchant initiated payment services are now applied to the Wireless CAT (W-CAT) for mobile environment. That kind of payment services cause many problems such the illegal card information leaks and the lingering threat of W-CAT theft. Also, the use of many W-CATs increased cost to the merchant. In this paper, we propose the card holder initiated card payment system using the intelligent mobile devices in mobile environment for solving problems of the existing merchant initiated card payment system and coping effectively with the activation of a wireless data network and changes of information technology.

RSA 문제와 위임장에 기반한 안전한 대리서명 기법

대리서명기법은 대리서명자로 하여금 원서명자를 대신해서 대리로 서명할 수 있도록 구성한 서명 방식을 말한다. 대리서명의 기본 요구조건으로는 위조 불가능성 및 위임 검증 가능성이 있다. 현재까지 다양한 대리서명기법들이 제시되어 왔으나 기본 요구조건들의 복합적인 공격유형에 대해서 안전성 검증이 이루어지지 못하였다. 특히 RSA 문제에 기반 한 대리서명기법들은 위임 검증 가능성 측면에서 가장 공격(Impersonating Attack)에 취약함이 제시되어 공격자가 자신의 개인키로 원서명자의 동의나 인증 없이 유효한 대리서명의 생성이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 복합적 공격유형인 가장 공격에서의 안전성 검증이 가능한 새로운 대리서명기법으로 RSA문제와 인증서 기반의 위임장을 활용한 대리서명기법을 제안하였으며 타 대리서명기법들과 효율성 측면에서 비교해 보았다. Proxy signature schemes are configured as proxy signers on behalf of their original signers can be allowed to sign messages. Basic security requirements of proxy signature schemes include the strong unforgeability and the verifiability of delegation. So far, a variety of proxy signature schemes that proved on individual basic security terms but not proved on compounded security terms are proposed. Especially the proposed proxy signature schemes based on RSA problem are proved vulnerable to an attacker with his own private key in terms of the impersonating attack. A unauthorized attacker can generate the proxy signature without the appointee's consent or authorization. In this paper, we propose a proxy signature scheme based on RSA problems and warrants that can be proved the security against the impersonating attack. The proposed proxy signature scheme is analyzed on the safety and compared in terms of efficiency with other proxy signature schemes.

공인전자문서보관소 기반 IT 부가서비스모델 제안

비즈니스 환경에 전자문서를 활용함으로써 종이 없는 사회를 구현하기 위해 정부는 공인전자문서보관소 제도를 추진하고 있다. 이는 업무처리 과정에서 발생한 전자문서를 공인된 전자문서보관소에 보관하고 필요시에 해당 전자문서 혹은 증명서를 발급하여 활용하는 방식으로 업무처리의 간소화, 검색의 용이성 및 문서보관비용 절감 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 그러나 공인전자문서보관소를 기반으로 하는 다양한 비즈니스 모델이 부족하여 기업이 업무환경에 공인전자문서보관소를 이용하는 사례가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 전자문서 및 공인전자문서보관소 이용의 활성화를 위해 이를 기반으로 하는 IT 부가서비스 모델과 이의 적용 사례를 제시하고자 한다.

다양한 업무 환경에서 발생한 문서를 공인전자문서보관소에 보관하여 필요시에 해당 전자문서 혹은 증명서를 발급하여 활용하는 방식은 업무처리의 간소화, 검색의 용이성 및 문서보관비용 절감 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 그러나 공인전자문서보관소가 보관 위주 서비스 제공으로 기업의 전자문서 생성 및 유통 업무를 효율적으로 지원 하고 있지 못하고 있어 해당 기업이 업무환경에 신뢰기관으로서 공인전자문서보관소를 이 용하는 사례가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 전자문서 및 공인전자문서보관소 이용의 활성화를 위해 효율적인 전자거래문서 유통방안을 제안하고 이를 지원하기 위해 제 3신뢰기관으로 서 공인전자문서보관에 추가로 요구되는 기능 요소를 제안한다

친환경 기능성 콘크리트에 관한 연구 방안

Even in case of new materials, materials that are not only harmless for the current global environment but also have high-performance and high-function are sought-after in consideration of the global environmental problems. Moreover, in construction areas where a large amount of cement and concrete are used, the establishment of the recycling technology or transformation into resources and energy materials are being put in place. And also, in a situation where the slow and relaxed city and rural life have a high priority, the need for cement and concrete as environmentally friendly new materials that best suit the emotions in human beings is on the rise and a new way to make good use of cement and concrete as new materials in construction technology should be sought. The recently introduced functional and environmentally friendly concrete is aimed at enhancing health through the adjustments of the body biorhythm using far-infrared. Minerals that contain a great amount of the elements with the frequent occurrence of the infrared among earth minerals and concrete are mixed to use structures or finishing materials, which will tackle the issues of smells, mold and corrosion.

신호설비 정기검사 절차서 작성에 대한 보고

A periodic inspection for facilities in operation is an inspection that is carried out regularly, in which inspection cycles are drawn up, and it is a series of tests to determine if the condition of all the equipment is maintained, and to identify whether they are to be used or replaced. Reliability should be enhanced, without a breakdown, by preliminary inspection and regular checks for each equipment item installed for equipment maintenance. It was noticed that there was a slight difference for the same facility, and for each organization in terms of inspection cycles and methods while preparing procedures of periodic inspection checklist, inspection methods and cycles for a related organization. Therefore, this paper reviews the optimal methods of inspection procedures for Seoul Metro.

열차자동정지시스템(ATS)의 과속방지장치 개발

Automatic Train Stop (ATS) is a device that automatically stops or decelerates a train when the train exceeds the permitted speed limits or violates the signal regulations. The railway signaling system has been evolved to an automatic train control system (ATC), and is being developed into Distance-to-Go and Communication Based on Train Control (CBTC). In spite of that, the ATS system is currently being operated in Seoul Metro (line 1 and 2) and most of railway lines in Korea as well as overseas. In this study, we presents the technical methodology to prevent human errors in order to secure the safety in operation of the ATS system.
