        사회복지사의 직무환경과 임파워먼트가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        This study took a combined approach to general characteristics, working environment and authority to analyze factors affecting organizational commitment of social workers working in social welfare facilities. This study intended for collecting data for improving organizational commitment of social workers. For such a purpose, 272 survey questionnaires were used for 10 social welfare centers and reeducation training participants of Daejeon Metropolitan City. The results of the analysis were as follows: First, there were statistically significant differences in organizational commitment according to facility type, position of employees, and health status. Second, the better the work environment of social workers, the higher the organizational commitment. Third, the higher the empowerment of social workers, the higher the organizational commitment. Fourth, the influence on organizational commitment of social workers was in the order of empowerment, work environment, and health status. 본 연구는 사회복지시설에 근무하는 사회복지사의 조직몰입에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하기 위해서 일반적 특성, 직무환경 및 임파워먼트를 복합적으로 접근하였으며, 사회복지 현장에서 사회복지사들의 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위한 자료 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 대전광역시에 소재한 5개 지역구(동구, 서구, 중구, 유성구, 대덕구)에서 균등하게 총 10개의 종합사회복지관, 보수교육 참석자를 대상으로 총 272부의 설문자료를 수집하여 연구에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적 특성요인에서 조직몰입은 시설유형, 직급, 건강 상태에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 이외의 요인은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무환경이 좋을수록 조직몰입이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지사의 임파워먼트가 높을수록 조직몰입이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 사회복지사의 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 순위는 임파워먼트, 직무환경, 건강상태의 순으로 나타났다.

      • 기상요인과 버어리종 잎담배의 화학성분과의 관계

        This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between weather factors during the growing season and chemical components of burley tobacco. Chemical components used in this study was from 'Farm Leaf Tobacco Test' conducted at KT&G Central Research Institute from 1987 through 2002. Data of weather factors during growing season(April to July) were collected in 6 districts measured at Korea Meteorological Adminstration(KMA). Total nitrogen content was increased from 1987 through 2002. Year to year variation of rainfall was the largest, followed by that of sunshine hour. Month to month variation of rainfall also was the largest, followed by that of mean daily air temperature. A negative correlation was found between rainfall and sunshine hour. Relative humidity(R.H.) was correlated positively with rainfall, whereas negatively with sunshine hour. The negative correlations were found between nicotine content and rainfall(in June, May$\~$June, June$\~$July, May$\~$July and average), and R.H.(in June, May$\~$June, June$\~$July, May$\~$July and average), respectively. The negative correlations were found between crude ash content and rainfall(in June and May$\~$June), and R.H.(in June, May$\~$June, June$\~$July and May$\~$July), respectively. Ether extraction content was correlated positively with mean daily air temperature(in July, June $\~$July and May$\~$July) and with sunshine hour(in July, June$\~$July and May$\~$July), but negatively with rainfall(average) and with R.H.(in April, July, June$\~$July, April$\~$June, May­July and average), respectively. Chloride content was correlated positively with sunshine hour(in May, April$\~$May, May$\~$June, April$\~$June, May$\~$July and average), but negatively with rainfall(in June, May$\~$June, June$\~$July, April$\~$June, May$\~$July and average).

        지정맥 인식 시스템을 이용한 심박신호 검출

        Recently, heart rate signal, which is one of biological signals, have been used in various fields related to healthcare. Conventionally, most of the proposed heart rate signal detection methods are contact type methods, but there is a problem of discomfort that the subject have to contact with the device. In order to solve the problem, detection study by non-contact method has been progressed recently. The detected heart rate signal can be used for finger vein liveness detection and various application using heart rate. In this paper, we propose a method to obtain heart rate signal by using finger vein imaging system. The proposed method detected the signal from the changes of the brightness value in the time domain of the infrared finger vein images and converted it into the frequency domain using the image processing algorithm. After the conversion, we removed the noise not related to the heart rate signal through band-pass filtering. In order to evaluate the accuracy of the signal, we analyzed the correlation with the signal obtained simultaneously with the finger vein acquisition device and contact type PPG sensor approved by KFDA. As a result, it was possible to confirm that the heart rate signal detected in non-contact method through the finger vein image coincides with the waveform of actual heart rate signal. 최근에 헬스케어와 관련된 다양한 분야에서 생체신호 중 하나인 심박신호가 사용되고 있다. 기존에 제안된 심박신호 검출 방법으로는 접촉식 방법이 대부분이었지만, 피사체가 장치를 접촉하고 있어야 한다는 불편함의 문제가 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 최근 비접촉식 방법에 의한 검출 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지정맥 인식을 위해 설계된 손가락 영상 촬영 장치를 이용해 심박 유사 신호를 얻어내는 방법을 제안한다. 검출된 심박 유사 신호는 지정맥의 위조 여부 판단과 심박 신호를 통한 다양한 응용분야에 활용될 수 있다. 제안하는 방법은 적외선을 이용한 지정맥 영상의 시간 도메인상의 밝기 값의 변화로부터 신호를 검출하고 영상처리 기반 알고리즘을 이용해 주파수 도메인으로 변환하였다. 변환 후, 대역 통과 필터링을 통해 심박신호와 관련이 없는 노이즈를 제거하였다. 신호의 정확성을 판단하기 위해 지정맥 획득 장치와 식품의약품안전처로부터 승인을 받은 접촉식 PPG 센서를 이용해 동시에 취득된 두 신호의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과적으로, 지정맥 영상을 통해 비접촉식으로 검출된 심박신호가 실제 심박신호의 파형과 일치함을 확인하는 것이 가능했다.

      • 황색종 잎담배의 후숙과정 중 정유성분의 변화

        This study was carried out to investigate the changes of essential oils in flue-cured leaf tobacco during aging for 21 months. The threshed leaf tobacco(BlO) produced in 2002 crop year was aged for 21 months in the warehouse of Oc-Cheon Leaf Tobacco Processing Factory. The leaf tobacco were sampled at three month intervals for analysis of volatile compounds. Volatile compounds were identified by GC/MS and comparison of gas chromatographic retention time with those of the authentic standard. The total of 75 compounds from the steam volatile concentrate of the flue-cured leaf tobacco were identified; they were 15 hydrocarbons, 12 alcohols, 3 aldehydes, 18 ketones, 7 esters, 10 acids, 3 phenols, 4 furans, 2 pyrrols and 1 pyridine. The major components of essential oil were neophytadiene, solanone, megastigmatrienone and phytol. After a aging period of 21 months, most of volatile compounds showed a gradual increasing tendency.

        녹차의 카테킨류 분석법 개선

        Quantutative analysis of catechins by HPLC was studied. When the mobile phase was switched from the conventional(AOAC) Methanol, Acetonitril and Acetic acid solution in Hz0 to 0.06% Phosphate solution with Acetonitrile, N,N-Dimethyl formamide, and Ethyl acetate, retention time could be reduced from 45 min to 28 min, especially, we obtained sharper chromatogram of the compounds, either (-)EGCG or (-)ECG, which resulted in minimization of analytical erros. CVs of retention time (0.32∼3.97%) and peak area (1.61∼7.01%) indicated that the data were more reliable. Content of catechins in commerical teas analyzed by the method was 120.3∼153.7 ㎎/g in green teas which was about 4 times that in black tea.

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of tobacco curing on far infrared light on the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves. Physicochemical characteristics such as alkaloid, total sugar, total nitrogen, starch, total phenolic compounds, browning degrees, and color differences, in cured tobacco leaves were compared between hot air and far infrared curing methods. There was no significant difference in sugar/nicotine ratio and nitrogen number between the curing methods, while the contents of ether extract and filling capacity were increase by far infrared curing. Therefore, it was expected that far infrared curing might be effective for high aroma and physical properties of the cured tobacco leaves.

        Relative content(% weight) of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and crude ashs in seed of korean green tea plant(Camellia simecis L.) are not different from those in seed of sunflower and safflower. However, the Camellia seed contains much higher crude saponin content(12.2%) than that of sesame(0.29%) or peanut(0.63%). It also contains 82% unsaturated fatty acids including oleic acid and contains tocopherol (22 ㎍/g, α-form only) that is significantly Less than of other oil-seed.

        This study was carried out to investigate the changes of free sugars, non-volatile organic and fatty acids in flue-cured leaf tobacco during aging. The threshed leaf tobacco(B1O and C1L) produced in 2002 crop year was aged for 21 month in warehouse of Oc-Cheon Leaf Tobacco Processing Factory. The leaf tobacco were sampled at three month intervals for analysis of free sugars, non-volatile organic and fatty acids. The major free sugars of flue-cured were glucose and fructose regardless of tobacco grades. After aging period of 21 months, the contents of glucose and fructose showed a tendency to slightly decrease, and there was no appreciable change in the contents of sucrose in B1O and C1L grades. The major compound of non-volatile organic acid and fatty acid were malic, oxalic and citric, linolenic, linoleic and palmitic acid regardless of tobacco grade. After aging period of 21 months, the contents of malic, malonic, oxalic and fumaric acid showed a tendency to slightly decrease, whereas succinic acid was slightly increased, and maleic acid was not changed in B1O and C1L grades. The decreases in fatty acid contents in B1O and C1L grade tobacco loaves after 21 month aging were 16.5% and 9.8%, respectively. The decreases in linolenic acid contents in two grades were the highest, showing 22.1% and 12.0% reduction after 21 month aging.

      • 황색종 잎담배의 연기응축물중 페놀 화합물에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to quantitatively determine phenol compounds in smoke total particulate matter(TPM) to evaluate the qualititive characteristics of flue-cured tobacco varieties(NC82, KFl14 and KFl18). After collecting The TPM by using smoking machine, the concentration of phenol compounds were analyzed by gas chromatography as their trimethylsilyl derivative on a fused capillary column bonded with a 5% PE ME siloxane stationary phase. In all the flue-cured tobacco varieties, the major phenol components were monohydroxy compounds. The order of the highest concentration of total phenol compounds in TPM was NC82, KF114 and KFl18 but the contents of dihydroxy compound in the KFl18 was higher than those of NC82 and KF114.

      • 구기자의 carotenoid의 추출 및 분리 공정

        This paper was to isolatate carotenoids from the dried fruit of Gugija(Lycium chinensis M.) with TLC, UV-spectrophotometer in order to find out the chemical characteristics. The results are as follows. Spots of eight were obtained from TLC in the isolated carotenoids and the maximum absorption wavelength was zeaxanthin I showing the same wave as standard zeazanthin. In regard of the effects of pH during storage period of isolated carotenoid the amount of pigment retention was over 50% in pH 3 for 5 days, and still kept stability after 8 days. It could be said that the lower pH degree was the less stability the pigment retention. Carotenoids relatively kept stability against heating and there was found little change in 30℃ and was remained 50% of pigment retention in 90℃. Stabilities was found in both sucrose and glucose, showing a stable pigment retention in sucrose and 50% of retention in glucose for 5 days. The stability of pigment retention was ranked in order of citric acid, lactic acid, succinic acid, showing that citric acid was the most stable among them keeping 50% of pigment retention for 10 days.
